Piselli Jardins - Alta Gastronomia Italiana

My husband and I went to this beautiful restaurant, and the service was amazing. Unfortunately, the food was extremely disappointing—especially considering how expensive it was. When I ordered my dish, I politely asked the waitress to fully cook my seafood risotto. I explained that I have health issues and cannot eat risotto rice that is al dente. Despite this request, when my risotto arrived, the rice was completely raw. It was so undercooked that it was making noise while I was chewing it. The worst part is that I paid almost RS 200 for a dish I couldn’t eat. After just two or three bites, I had to ask for a doggy bag. My husband also ordered a risotto, and his portion was extremely small—more like what you would expect in a French restaurant. This is supposed to be an Italian restaurant, where generous portions are expected. Overall, despite the beautiful ambiance and good service, the food was a major disappointment. I honestly do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

One of the best dinners in months. Certainly one of the best italian restaurants in São Paulo, if not the best. Service was impeccable, wine list quite remarkable, dinner was exquisite and Juscelino’s hospitality unforgettable. 🙌🏻

The note will ne compromised by the service. Great food,very good,well cooked but the service was not very good. Slowly,delay to pay attention when we call,the account came wrong twice! I recommend because the food is great!

Great service and cozy setting, but the portions are too small for their price. I tried the Brie and pear ravioli and it was way too sweet. I'd be open to trying other dishes but I don't think I will.

The food is decent but you’d expect better for a restaurant of such standard, the pasta dishes were pretty basic. Service is excellent and the cocktails were great.

The best Italian restaurant in São Paulo . The service , ambient and the food are just perfect ! I super recommend for any tourist that are visiting the city . I have been in many expensive restaurant in the city, but no one hit Piselli . Congratulations !

Very good and classy Italian restaurant on an active street in the Jardins section of São Paulo. Started off with the bread and vegetable couvert, enjoyed the spaghetti amitriciana, and washed my meal down with a good glass of Argentine red wine made from Italian grape. Finished the meal with an espresso and complimentary biscotti. My server, Helio, spoke perfect English and the service was excellent. Recommended by the Fasano hotel, which was only a 5 minute walk away.

One of my favorites when I'm in town! Highly recommended! From the wine list to the meticulous menu, this restaurant is an experience!! Try the carré de Cordeiro, lamb racks, fantastically made with a fantastic sauce with mashed potatoes!! Ask for the commendation of the maître, Angelo! Hope you enjoy as much as I do!!

Excellent and great ambiance and decor. The decor is also beautiful. One of the best Italian restaurants in São Paulo and there are many.

A co-worker took me here for dinner and the pastas were amazing. I had the squid ink pasta and it was delicious to the last string of pasta. Highly recommended! I also tried other pastas there and so far I have not had a bad meal yet!
