This was absolutely everything we were looking for and more the food was so delicious! Very prompt service with no wait! Took my Husband here for his birthday and it was a 10/10! The services was amazing! Family owned comfortable clean environment! Very attentive to allergies and changing up that plate to make sure you can eat it I’m allergic to cucumber. Will definitely be going back.

Delicious Mediterranean cuisine! This inconspicuous place is a hidden treasure of flavorful dishes. Everyone knows that the Mediterranean diet is one of the healthiest diets in the world. The ingredients were fresh and expertly prepared with the perfect amount of spices and flavor. We decided to dine in, and enjoyed the authenticity of the music and atmosphere. We tried a combination meal and the presentation was equally as impressive as every element in the dish. This was our first visit and we quickly agreed we would be returning for more. The staff was kind, the service was great and food was delicious. We ended our meal with the baklava, which was made using pistachios and each ordered a hot beverage with it. Turkish coffee and hot tea, both were amazing. We highly recommend Pita Grill, particularly if you are craving authentic, healthy and well prepared food.

The service is just as solid as the food; they always treat us with real kindness and hospitality. It’s the kind of spot you keep coming back to because it never disappoints. Pro tip: make sure you try the lentil soup and order a coffee — both are absolutely on point.

OmG. This place is a gem. Super fresh amazing food. Cannot wait to be back. I got a gyros and other got beef and rice and chicken and humus. Super authentic, fresh, clean food.

Meh. Not worth it. The air in the restaurant is so overwhelmingly spicy I left with a sore throat. The girl working the register was very mentally out of it. Our food came out lukewarm. The music was a bit loud. They advertise free baklava for a Google review which explains why they have so many reviews. This place would do better as a food trailer with a more focused menu in my opinion.

This is one of my favorite places in Lafayette. I've been half-a-dozen times (both dine-in and takeout) since discovering it recently, and it has always been amazing. Delicious food--the hummus with pita is a particular favorite, as are the falafel and any of the meat dishes. You can't go wrong with a combo! After lunch today, we tried the baklava for the first time, and it was wonderful, not too soggy and loaded with pistachios. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this place for their amazing, yummy middle eastern food. I think the owner is from Syria. She is there every day and personally cooks and prepares authentic middle eastern dishes. Lafayette is so lucky to have this place. The portions are generous. This place is a must try :-)

The food is phenomenal. We had the appetizer sampler and meat combo. The hummus, baba ghanouj, garlic dip, and rice are amazing. The chicken kebab was our favorite, though all were outstanding. Definitely give this place a try.

Food is amazing - the hummus is the best I've ever had. The chicken shawarma is so flavorful. Mostly we order the King Combo - a little of everything and such a value - feeds 2 people, in my opinion.

I usually love the Pita Grill and they have great food! But, I am giving today only 3 stars to bring awareness to the owner. Usually, I would rate the food here 4-5 Stars, but our Gyros Sandwiches were very disappointing :-( The meat was unusual thick cut. I know the original Gyro meat is usually thicker, but the meat was burned and dry. We wanted one Sandwich without tomatoes and cucumber instead. We did not see any cucumber on the Sandwich. The other was supposed to have tomatoes. At first I thought they had forgotten them, but then I found 2, exactly 2 tiny pieces of tomato on it. So mostly it was just meat and the sauce. I had the sandwich here before, but never this bad :-( So, I am not sure what happened. I don't think I will go back for the sandwich anytime soon, but still love most of their other food and can recommend it. Thank you for listening. :-)

All of the food we have got is outstanding. The humus and babaganoush are the best we have ever had and we have been enjoying mediteranean food for 30 years. That being said, my wife is in love with all of the grilled kebabs. I have ordered the chicken shwarma and it is so good I do not want to try anything else unless I can sample my wife's order. The chicken is also grilled and tender. We have not dined in, but the ambience is very nice. The employees are all syrian immigrants so the food is prepared very authentically. Please note that the vast majority of reviews are 5* and a few scattered 2's and 3's. I am not questioning their ratings as I don't know their experience, but I would interpret these as one off's. One person mentioned 20 minute wait time with one other table and no take outs. That may have happened, but we have ordered online and have order ready in 15 to 20 minutes with most tables filled and multiple take out orders prepare.

Service 2.5 : very slow. only 2 other tables but it took 20+ min to get our food. And no, there were no takeout orders while we were there. Food 2.5 : Gyro sandwich Chicken Shawarma sandwich - seemed average, kids liked them. Combo Plate (chicken skewer + beef kofta + rice + baba ghanoush + hummus) was a big letdown and $23 (very overpriced. IF it was good it should be $17-18 IMO) - Rice was plentiful and perfectly cooked 5/5 - baba ghanoush was great 5/5 - hummus was good/normal 4/5 - both meats were SUPER DRY and because of that lacked flavor 0/5 IF we come back it will be for the sandwiches. Ambiance : standard take-out place, nothing fancy 2/5

They have the best humus ever. So creamy and flavorful. Their chicken platters are hit or miss because the meat can sometimes get dry, but mostly good. The staff is warm, friendly and very attentive. Like being in a family kitchen. Huge portions. I've always done take-out, but the restaurant looks pretty clean. If you like take-out, the food travels well and makes for great leftovers.

The food was just wonderful. You can taste the love and home in every bite. The staff made me feel right at home. And a special pat on the back to the person playing the music--it was a real treat.

What a great find close to home. Started off with a chicken Shawarma sandwich. Very fresh and packed with chicken. Got the kings entree. I'd say it could fill 2 people up but we like leftovers. Food was fast and fresh. Had a decent amount of a lunch crowd which is great to see. Will be back.

Ordered the meat combination with salad and it was so tasty and succulent. The service was stellar and it was BUSY!!! Awesome place would highly recommend!

Sooooo slow and bad customer service - they need more help in the kitchen. Very pricey. Ambience is ok. Nothing fancy. You have to get your own waters. Best part: Food was generous portions and tasty.

This restaurant is lovely a family business where the husband and wife spearhead the cooking while their son and daughter act as waiter/waitress and run the checkout counter. The food here is fantastic, with the cuisine paying homage to the family's Syrian heritage. The falafel is some of the best I've had, and the kabobs are very tasty as the meat is packed with flavor and texture is tender and juicy. Needless to say if you're searching for authentic Syrian cuisine, or just on the hunt for a fantastic tasting meal, Pita Grill is for you!

Phenomenal!! Best Greek spot I've tried in my life. Boyfriend got the kings platter, I got the gyro. They were both 10/10, more than worth the price. Service was friendly and we felt taken care of :) very authentic ambiance and food.

Great food, nice family owned vibe and authentically prepared food. So much rice in the chicken kabob combo. The woman who took our payment was sweet.

The food is ah-MAY-zing! A friend and I had a sample platter with the lentil soup and coffee. It's the best meal we've had out in a long time. Savory and unique spices made the food very tasty.

Phenomenal food. Pure and simple. Quite possibly the best Mediterranean food I've ever had in the States (outside of Europe) and by FAR the best Mediterranean food in Boulder County. The prices are reasonable for the portions and quality you get. And, you're supporting a small business. Please patronize this place. It's phenomenal (GF and vegan options were great! Even their tabbouleh is GF!)

Eek. This place is local so gave it a shot. Really wishing I had passed it by. Falafel sandwich tasted like fish and was drowned in chopped herbs. Why does the falafel taste like fish sticks?! There's no fish on the menu either so this was really confusing. The tzatziki and hummus tastes premade and probably brought in by a big box supplier. My other half ordered the gyro plate and the "gyro meat" was also just heated from a frozen box and tasted like soy. The platter came with a salad first. It was so blasted with seasoning that it was inedible. The waitress was pleasant even though I think she knew we didn't like the food. For a sandwich without a side, a plate, and two waters, $40 was overpriced by a lot. Definitely will not be back in this place again.

Absolutely yummy Mediterranean food! The lentil soup is outstanding and the tabouleh is spectacular. All menu offerings were fresh and tasty. We are definitely going to order again. Super value for the $$$. A must try in Lafayette!

Most of the food is bland and the service is bad. They don't understand customer service. The salad, grape leaves. Kafta, and falafel don't have much flavor. Ali Baba Grill is the best Mediterranean food in the area.

We are middle eastern food snob / afficionados and this is our new favorite middle eastern food place in Lafayette. First, unlike Mumtaz and Falafayette it is open normal hours. We got take out for dinner on a Thursday -- good luck with that at other restaurants. Second, the food at Pita Grill is overall the best. It is better than Mumtaz. Yes, Falafayette wins on falafel (the falafel at Pita Grill is just okay) and creativity. Don't get me started on how bad Simply Greek is. But, considering all the different things you can order at Pita Grill -- from harrisa soup to lamb shank to beef shawarma -- and the fact that everything we ordered was utterly delicious, this place is a winner. Plus, Pita Grill is the only place in town with authentic baba ghanouj and tabuli. They could work on getting a proper online take-out menu set up (you currently have to find a menu online and call to order). But, you have to try this place!
