Phoenix, Arizona’s Best-Value Restaurants - Eater Phoenix

"A huge menu makes Pita Jungle a great place for large families and special celebrations. Those who love appetizers must try the cilantro jalapeno hummus. A blend of creamy and spicy, the large serving costs less than $7 and can feed up to four people. The pita is usually warm and fluffy. Entrees that are a hit are the chicken shawarma and the Mahi Mahi with pita chips. Kids may not be into a sophisticated palate, but Pita Jungle has them covered. A children’s menu (with crayons so kids can color) offers mac and cheese, chicken tenders and burritos." - Rudri Patel

I’m honestly surprised more people don’t know about this place. The menu is huge, with tons of vegan and gluten-free choices, which is amazing for people with different dietary needs. The atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming—it feels like the kind of place you could sit and relax for hours. The prices are really reasonable, especially for how high-quality everything is. And the customer service? So kind, attentive, and friendly. On top of all that, every single thing we tried was absolutely delicious. I’m already looking forward to coming back again soon—it’s definitely a new favorite spot.

Tasty gyro bowl and antipasto platter. The Arnold Palmer mix was excellent as well. Casual dining and a large diverse menu

Google
What an amazing wrap I had. I was looking for something a little bit more healthy than normal while on a business trip. When I was greeted they asked if I wanted the regular menu or vegan. I took both because I just like good food. I ordered a tofu lavash wrap. I was so damn tasty. Service was super friendly. Atmosphere is just a good vibe. I will be back!

Great good, pleasant atmosphere, awesome service! The summer menu is worth of try. One year passed since my previous review. Glad it survived COVID. Food and service are still as good as before 👍 In addition to pitas, it also has a nice selection of salads. Servers are always nice. Occasionally it can be slow when crowded.

Google
The food is fantastic! I stopped in solo and hadn’t actually planned on eating but the cool vibes and Inflation Buster menu caught my eye. I picked out a cup of Lemon Basil Chicken Soup and 2 chicken tacos. The soup was very warm and hearty, and the tacos were overflowing with flavor. I liked the hummus & chicken better though. The service was slightly rocky, but ok considering it was a busy Saturday afternoon. Overall, good experience. My vegan friend raved about it too.

Went on a hike at Papago and afterwards decided we wanted Healthy food. On my Google GPS typed in healthy foods and pita jungle popped up. It was me and my boyfriend’s first time there and the food was absolutely amazing. The staff and owner were so kind and quick to get us seated and get her food ordered. And to the chef, you did an absolutely amazing job on our food. It was so beautiful and taste wonderful.

Google
Beer was flat but was replaced after notifying server. Clean friendly atmosphere. Salmon taco was very good, shells fell apart but salmon was spot on. Beers $2 can't complain. Staff friendly, cold at first, but was nice. Decor was modern. Parking a bit difficult.

Google
Great food and great service. I had the Mediterranean chicken salad and my wife had the Lentil Fetoosh salad with an Extra Salmon added. Both were delicious! The vibe is very relaxed and we enjoyed our lunch with no rush. The only negative is the public parking is not free.

Yelp
We went to The Festival of the Arts in Tempe yesterday and afterwards we stopped In at The Pita Jungle for dinner. We hadn't been to this location in quite awhile. One thing we love about the Pita Jumgle is that they have a designated vegan menu and it's great! We had the Caramelized Cauliflower, Tofu Tikka Masala and Falafel Pita. Pita Jungle always has a great atmosphere and is always clean and professional looking. Our service was spot on yesterday. Our waitress was energetic, helpful and attentive. I'm so sorry I don't remember her name which I always try to do and feel is so important. She was great! Such a fun and tasty experience and a wonderful way to end our time at the Art Festival.

Yelp
I'll start off with how GENEROUS the portions are. The hummus starters and my Chicken Mediterranean Salad were enormous. I came here with a party of about 9, and all of us combined could not finish the 2 hummus starters we ordered. I could not finish my salad either. We came an hour before closing on a weekday. This restaurant was not busy at all, but our server was a little frazzled and did not take our order for some time. It also took some time to get our order out. They forgot my side of grilled veggies as well, but they were very nice about it. My salad was unfortunately too wet, and the flavor was just okay. The drinks, hummus, and pita were quite good though. If you're looking for a place to eat near ASU that's on the healthier side with large portions, this place is the one for you!

Yelp
Pita jungle has the best Cilantro Jalapeno Hummus. I could literally eat it with just cucumbers . The combination of chickpeas, tahini, fresh cilantro, fresh jalapeno, fresh garlic, evoo, lemon juice, pico de gallo, with pita . Spoon worthy. During this visit we ordered the Mediterranean Roasted Chicken (Shmarinated all-natural chicken breast, garlic sauce, tahini, seasonal mixed greens, tomatoes, red onions, pickles, pita . So good and it's a large enough portion, you could easily share with one other person. My husband got the Philly Steak Pita premium shaved beef cuts, roasted bell peppers and onions, roasted mushrooms, mozzarella, greek pita, wood-fired . You can taste the wood-fire on the pita . Everything was fresh and felt so light . We didn't feel bad overeating. The service we received was very upbeat and pleasant for it being busy . It's a very artistic atmosphere. They have a bar that we have not experienced but possibly next time . This location is entertaining being that it's so close to campus and the light- rail . Very comfortable

Yelp
Oh my! My wife, Daniela gets credit for this one. We drove past it every day on our way to the Sun Devil Fitness complex at ASU. The interior is super cool, it was nearly empty on a late Friday afternoon, but we could take advantage of the special tapas pricing for some hummus and dolmadas. Delish!! We ordered iced teas while we looked over the menu. The iced tea was great, not an afterthought or "tea-flavored water" you get in some establishments. I had the Chicken Tikki Masala which was amazing. The chicken was tender, the rice was perfect and the sauce was a buttery spicy experience! Daniela had the gyro, which was also top notch. They have a full bar and a kids menu.

Yelp
Dining in the restaurant is great, I've never had any issues. The food is always fresh and delicious. However with delivery and take out I also always have at least one thing wrong, which is a bummer because it's not convenient to go back because the parking sucks.

Yelp
Today was a solid 3 visit (unfortunately). It was parents weekend at ASU and our daughter invited us over for lunch. We decided on Pita as we normally can find something fairly healthy here. I wanted something other than chicken breast today so ordered the Ahi tuna dish- but was told they were out of the ahi for that dish. Bummer. So asked for the taco on the menu that was described as 'dark meat chicken in an asada sauce) and a cup of lentil soup. The soup was good; the taco was something else- chicken breast that was beyond dry in a taco. We were all hungry so I just threw some lentil soup and some of my daughters hummus on there to make it edible vs waiting for a correction. Somehow my picture of the taco is lost in space, but it was definitely chicken breast, not the dark meat I ordered. Daughter ordered the hummus with tuna- her tuna was marinated in something a bit bitter (and appeared then to be fried) and she said it was also extremely dry. The hummus was tasty tho Husband has a gyro bowl and was happy with it (yay!) My daughter ordered a Botanical Martini and she liked it as well- I didn't care for the cucumber taste. Our server was very busy, but made sure we had what we needed (Karie I believe was her name). I will say that our food runner brought our plates and we let her know we had no silverware- so she went and stood bored at the bar. We had to ask our server and she brought silverware right away. Bizarre I've been a fan of pita in the past, so assuming it was just an off day.

Yelp
My long-time dining experience with Pita Jungle goes all the way back to my ASU college days in the 90's. I used to grab lunch at the original location on Apache Boulevard after class all the time. It was a big hit with the students back then and still is today. Pita Jungle opened its first Valley location almost 30 years ago in 1994 not too far from this Tempe location. Three ASU students spearheaded this place and today they have a location in the heart of Sun Devil nation on popular Mill Ave. Pita Jungle has locations all over Arizona. I have visited this location on a few occasions and enjoy the art work on the walls whenever I'm dining in. Pita Jungle serves healthy Mediterranean food. The menu consists of healthy sandwiches, bowls and wood-fired pizzas. They accommodate all lifestyles including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free. I'm always down for a Gyro or Chicken Shawarma with some hummus. I also love the Wood-Fired Pizzas, the Chicken Combo Platter and Tikka Masala. Definitely grab some tea with your meal. They are always refreshing and flavorful.

Yelp
Portions sometimes vary based on who's working, but what I like most about pita jungle is the consistency in staff satisfying customers, and flavor regardless of when or where you order. Haven't eaten in, it's a great to go/pickup spot. We love trying the seasonal options that change throughout the year. Hardly any parking recommend making a pickup order.

Yelp
I had a great visit here for lunch a couple of weeks ago. Pita Jungle has a wide selection on its menu: wraps, bowls, salads, burgers, wood-fired pizzas, and several chicken entrees. This location is very large with ample seating. I was seated immediately and service was attentive throughout my visit. I opted for the Philly Steak Pita. This was served piping hot and was very flavorful: premium shaved beef cuts, roasted bell peppers and onions, roasted mushrooms, and mozzarella on a Greek pita. Pita Jungle has several locations around Arizona and, after this first experience, I would not hesitate to dine at another one again.

Yelp
This is our favorite before seeing a show spot- Allie was great and made wonderful suggestions. I really appreciate the level of teamwork here. We'll be back!

Yelp
Pita Jungle is my go to in PHX, they have an excellent menu if you love traditional Greek food. This particular location in Mill Ave is always busy, and with all the food options around they have to earn that food traffic. Parking varies on the street, just check the street signs that day. The dining room is very large with ample seating spaces, and a cool bar to sit and have a quick lunch. The art and decor is vibrant and fitting for the area. Food wise I always get the Philly steak pita, I literally haven't tried anything else in over 5 years. It's that good! The steak is flavorful, the peppers and onions, wrapped in that warm soft pita make it a must have if this is your first time. If you don't like red meat, then a chicken pita is a good plan b. Pro Tip: Sign up for the rewards program, and instead of annoying e mails all day you will actually get some free desserts or BOGO's.

Yelp
Great ambiance. Conscientious staff. I asked our server for no ice due to health condition and when she brought me my delicious guava lemonade ice-free. The portobello mushroom burger was muah!

Yelp
Wow, this place was delish! Ambiance is definitely what you would consider typical for the neighborhood - causal, college kinda vibe, but it's nice and relaxing. The menu has a lot of great healthy choices and I was very satisfied with my meal and level of service!

Yelp
The visit didn't start off great, in all honesty. But to be fair, I think there was a miscommunication. I had just given blood and spent a few hours studying, so I figured I better get something healthy yet hardy for lunch, I walked in what I assume was the back end. A guy looked at me, and I said, "Hi, it's just me." To which he pointed and said, "Over there." Which I thought meant to grab one of the many open tables, but I guess what he meant was to go to the hostess booth, which I didn't know was there, so I sat down, and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally, the waitress asked if I had been helped. I told her that I had not, and she apologized and got me a menu. I quickly ordered my drink and food. I was so happy that my guava lemonade wasn't too sugary but had enough substance to be refreshing. It was needed after the weird feeling of lacking blood. Haha. If you want a great spice kick with a cooling combination. I highly recommend the Street Stir-fry with chicken and the regular hummus. The spice and delicious combination of the street stir-fry was completely mind-blowing. The chicken was cooked beautifully, and all the vegetables were perfectly proportioned, as well as the moments of ginger were great. As spicy as my dish was, it was not overwhelming, but when a slight spice would build up, the pita and hummus were the incredible touch of coolness that I needed. It felt like my taste buds took a needed swim after licking a jalapeño on a dare. I also got the kneffe cheesecake... which was... interesting. It wasn't bad.... but it's not something I'd get again. The texture was just off and not my cup of tea on the flavor either. But I refuse to waste food and, of course, ate it all. However, the opposite can definitely be said about the rice pudding... in all the right ways. Meaning, it was delicious and not too sweet but flavorful. Soft and went well with the cinnamon and strawberries. Next time I come back, because there will be a next time, I will be sure to check in at the hostess booth first.

Yelp
I entered and was immediately shown a table, and provided with a menu and cutlery. It was a Thursday evening, so I noticed it wasn't too busy. The place had warm lighting and faint music playing, which created a pleasant atmosphere to dine in. The walls had different science-themed murals on them, which added to the ambiance. The menu had a variety of healthy options to choose from and I ordered a combo main-course meal which was a good portion for just $9.99! The food came out in less than 10 minutes. The Brutus! Chicken Caesar Salad was a good mixture of some chicken with lots of veggies. I loved that it tasted fresh and wasn't dry even with all the leafy veggies. It also had crunchy croutons, which, when combined with the Chicken Enchilada Soup, tasted delicious! I also noticed they had take-away boxes, in case someone couldn't finish their meal. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend it if you're looking for healthy, tasty food!

Yelp
We came to Tempe and decided on this Pita Jungle location. I wish I didn't come at all! There were 5 of us and the restaurant was not busy at all, only 3 tables had people sitting at them. We were seated and the server took our order of 2 chicken signature plates, the mahi plate, a lamb burger and the salmon plate. We waited over an hour before the server came with part of our food. Meanwhile, the lamb burger never arrived. The server came back to say, we are behind on the chicken and they need to make it. I told her that we didn't order another chicken plate and it was the lamb burger. She seemed surprised and went to check on the order. The manager came to apologize. We knew that the server took the order incorrectly and mentioned that to her. She responded by denying that the server took the incorrect order, even though she gave us the excuse of "they have to make a new one." My salmon plate was so disappointing. I'm a professional cook and I know how it should be cooked. It was dry, cold (because they had it sitting under the heat until the other plates were out. The mashed potatoes were lukewarm and the wilted spinach had big chunks of fresh garlic that was absolutely inedible. It wasn't even sautéed first. This made the it taste bitter. I also ordered a side dish of tabouli salad. It looked good but I took one spoonful and it was like they added an entire salt shaker in it. Needless to say, we waited an hour and a half for everyone's food and the entire evening was ruined. I lost my appetite. We asked the server for the check. I informed her about the issues with the salmon and spinach and instead of apologizing, she had the audacity to proceed to tell me that they discounted our food order so, in her eyes, I should be grateful and excuse everything. My husband got so angry, he very calmly told her, "If I wanted free food, I would have gone to a food bank. Instead of saying that, you could say that you will do better. " I will never recommend this place to anyone, unless you want to pay for under quality, overpriced food and a condescending server. What a waste of money and time! When Pita Jungle wants to charge $20 for their signature plates, then as a customer, I have a reasonable expectation, as well.

Yelp
I have been coming to Pita Jungle for many, many years and I've always loved it. I've always gotten the same thing every time I come. Today, I got the same thing I always get...the duo hummus and California beach wrap with chicken. The hummus didn't taste like it does everywhere else and it was extremely salty. The pita was really hard. The chicken in the wrap was really chewy and gross. We didn't finish any of it and left feeling super upset we paid for something that terrible. This is an awful pita jungle.
google avatar

Dee C.

Yelp
The service gets five stars. I was served by wonderful smiley faces that I would love to see again. The lemonade was good. The falafel wrap was not a great experience. Some of it was warm, the other part was room temperature. I came at the recommendation of someone else. I've heard good things about this place but don't think I will give it another try.
google avatar

Yelp
I had "The Most Excellent Lamb Burger"and it truly was most excellent! This burger goes down as one the THE best burgers I've ever eaten. A must try if you're eating at Pita Jungle! The service was amazing as well. Thank you for a great experience!!

Yelp
Very consistent - high quality/healthy food with solid service. Eat here almost daily when in AZ
google avatar

Yelp
I used to be a Pita Jungle lover around 2014-2017 but they really fell off. I have tried multiple locations, multiple times and the food just isn't as good as it used to be. The ingredients don't feel fresh and the flavor is lacking. It all just seems thrown together with no care at all. It's cheap, I'll give it that but I couldn't even eat more than 3 bites of my gyro without feeling grossed out by the wilted lettuce and overwhelming amount of pickles. What happened? I want the old pita back.
google avatar

Yelp
This place has a lot of vegan options and non vegan for everyone else, which is great since I had not been to any of their other locations after their Pasadena, CA location closed and the vegan menu back then was more limited. The cilantro hummus was delicious as I remember. Their wraps snd sauces were also great! The staff was also very friendly and the restaurant has a relaxed vibe. I would definitely return to try some of their many other vegan items.
google avatar

Alicia P.

Yelp
I thought this place was wonderful!! I met a friend here tonight for dinner and drinks after a work event and glad we did :) has a fantastic gluten free menu (not a celiac safe kitchen) but I didn't get sick. I ordered three dips and gf pita! Then I had the roasted veggie gf wrap for my entree! To top it all off we each got rice pudding to go and it's amazing! It's also Wine Wednesday so it's 50% bottles!! Their house Cab was literally $9 for a bottle. Not the best wine ever but absolutely worth the price! We will be back next time in Tempe for sure. We sat at the bar and the service was great! Close to the college so it's definitely easy going, don't need to dress up, but still get served! Lastly, the best part, their prices are amazing! Can't believe how much food we got for the prices!
google avatar

David L.

Yelp
They have a vegan menu with a bunch of interesting items on it. I enjoyed the Mediterranean tofu with garlic fries. Combining the two into one plate made them even better. Adding friends to my meal was only an extra $2.39 and they gave a pretty big portion. The server was good, made my tofu a little crispier than it usually is due to me asking. $13.38 and I am a full and happy man. My first time at pita jungle and I enjoyed my experience. I will be coming back to try the fallafal and other dishes on the vegan menu. Only negative part about this place is the parking. They only have two free parking spots, every other parking spot is $3 per hour.
google avatar

Yelp
After a day of seeing the Botanical Gardens, we decided to stop for lunch at this establishment. I'm shocked this location isn't more popular. Large selection of vegan and gluten-free alternatives on the menu. It's a great place to hang out. Great customer service at a reasonable price. Everything is scrumptious, too. A return visit is long overdue. We had the steam veggie, nordic super green salad, keto and paleo platter and the garlic dip, pita and olives, all were great. It's a little blank but what else do you expect from a green and veggies option. I was a little concerned about the sit-down vs. order at the counter situation, but the service was quick and attentive. I would definitely come back here again. The employees are courteous and helpful. While it took a while for the manager to respond, he eventually came over and assisted. Hopefully I'll be back in the neighborhood soon enough to pay you another visit.

Yelp
Great ambience. Friendly staff. The food looks great but I only came here for a beer stop.

Yelp
The food was amazing! It was fresh and the bread tasted like it just came out of the oven. Definitely the best pita jungle we have been to and our server was awesome!

Yelp
I have liked pita jungle in the past; not at this location. I've given this location a try three times because it's close to the movie theater. This will be the last time. The service and food were garbage. Took forever to order because all of the staff were at the end of the bar gossiping. The falafel itself tasted good but the pita was rock hard. My friend got the chicken shawarma and it had basically no taste; and again the pita was rock hard. The place was dead, maybe 5 of us inside so there's no reason we got this kind of service. I had to walk up to the gossip fest and ask for my check because we had finished and needed to catch our movie.

Yelp
There are tons of different things that I like about this place! The First would be it's in Tempe down Town and within walking distance of the ASU Tempe campus. The very welcoming staff is the other pro. Finally, the food is something that I'll miss if I don't visit once in a while. It's Not only healthy but also super delicious! My favorites are the chicken wrap and gluten-free lavash pizza!!
google avatar

Julie P.

Yelp
Food was awesome especially the Cilantro Jalapeno Hummus with Seared Ahi Tuna. That was the star as it was absolutely DELICIOUS! My son had the margarita pizza and 2 orders of the garlic parmesan fries. I had the black bean burger with garlic fries. My husband had the Mahi & Pita Chips. Everything was great. I like that they validate your parking if you are in the Chase garage. The lights are turned down low but it matched the quietness and intimate setting.

Yelp
Hostess acknowledged arrival and answered a few questions, bravo to her for follow up. Laurel! Wait staff Taryn is super knowledgeable of the menu. Busy weekend with the big marathon , they did everything as quickly as possible. A for effort. Thank you Jungle for a nice smelling bathroom , props to the cleaning crew, thank you for the good food , big restaurant , good location, supporting the runners.

Yelp
The curry was underwhelming in that it was watery. I was expecting it to have a more robust flavor and texture like found in other restaurants. The presentation of the food was beautiful. The pea sprouts were fresh and tasted like snap peas. The restaurant was quiet on the weekend when I went. The server was nice. The restaurant was clean. The decorations was interesting with pictures drawn here and there in the restaurant.

Yelp
I came to this Pita Jungle at 11:30 on a Thursday afternoon alone, and I was met with a kind hostess who sat me at a high top table. I was so excited to devour a gyro, but that did not happen. I waited about ten minutes to be served. As I waited, a lady and her guest were sat behind me and they were able to put their order in before me. This was unfortunate as I had capital to spend and staff here are usually helpful. 1/5 stars - Do better Pita Jungle. Make sure your guests are served in a timely manner, or at least offered drinks when you sit them down to acknowledge their presence. I was excited to eat here for lunch, but I hesitate to come to this location and will tell my peers the same.

Yelp
This place is fantastic, right in the middle of town and easy to get in and order. Food was really good and the pita chips are outstanding. Highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner!

Yelp
We are never disappointed by ordering this chicken dish! Plenty to share along with a Greek pita for each of us!! Oh so tasty! Must include the dangerous white sangria for a complete meal

Yelp
Our group of 25 people experienced a wonderful lunch today! Our server, Allie, was incredibly helpful, kind, and understanding with special orders and questions. Everyone raved about the quality of food, the beautiful plating and the timely delivery. Outstanding service. Thank you, Allie and back of house, for making our event so enjoyable!

Yelp
Great service and food. Did not disappoint!!! I'll be back! Full menu and also have gluten-free menu, vegan/plant-based menu and kids menu. I highly recommend the salmon entree! So good!

Yelp
Based on one experience... I was in Tempe for the day. Dined at Pita Jungle and and was very happy with the food. The hummus / tabouli appetizer is enough for 4. Two of us ate most of it. We got two entrees. Mine was a chicken pita. His was a salad with chicken. I thought the menu was really Americanized. I missed seeing Baba Ganoush although my dining partner said it was on the menu. Same for Falafel although you can get a falafel pita. I suppose I would like to be able to create a custom plate with my favs: Baba Ganoush, taboule, hummus, pita, and falafel. They need to create a vegetarian plate with these items. The food was really good. It was the lack of customized menu selections that did not work for me. With that said, I wish they had Pita Jungles in Albuquerque. I would be there a couple of times a week. There were so many things on the menu that 2 people dining together just can't try in one sitting.

Yelp
This was a great meal. I'm continuing to be pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and vibe at local Phoenix chains, especially Pita Jungle. Caramelized cauliflower - this was such a unique appetizer and I highly recommend getting it, because it's not something you'll find elsewhere. Mediterranean chicken salad - so filling and delicious! Had to take half of it to go. Chocolate-covered walnut baklava rolls - premade dessert, but still so good. You get three pieces. Not too sweet. Lots of chocolate and nuts. Irresistible. Vibe was cool, too. I can't quite put my finger on what the theme is, but maybe creative graffiti? It's kind of like an upscale college place. I liked it!

Yelp
Blue corn nachos were the best nachos I have EVER had. Well done! Service was super friendly.

Yelp
Visit during happy hour! The happy hour deals are amazing, both for food and drinks. The HH food is tapas-style so I love ordering a ton off the menu to share with friends (which is doable because they are SO reasonably-priced). They have a lot of vegetarian and vegan menu items. I work at ASU and PJ is the go-to for catering events because their food is crowd-pleasing, healthy, and yummy.

Yelp
Pita jungle has a mix of American and Middle Eastern cuisine. I really liked the chipotle and glazed chicken lavash pizza. It has a thin crust and flaky texture. It's a must try item. The Mediterranean shawarma was okay, i have had better though. I have tried their lavash shawarma wrap. That was good.

Lisa H.

Yelp
Allie was the only server for our party of 24 today. She was outstanding and did an amazing job with timing, service, delivery and followup. Today at Pita Jungle was our first staff luncheon, and everyone was delighted with the experience. Kudos, Allie. And kudos to the chefs. We had a big order to fill and all was presented expertly. The food was delicious! Well-done, everyone, and thank you to GM Jeff who helped me organize it all. Much appreciated.

Another great Pita Jungle meal - love everything Lavash there! The pizza was my first time try & so happy we did. The shawarma is a go to favorite & the cilantro hummus was fantastic. The baklava was a treat!

Yelp
This is our second time in Pita jungle but first time at this location. Very friendly and attentive staff. We ordered the hummus trio for the table. We really enjoyed the different flavors of hummus and the bread was warm and delicious. My wife decided to order the chicken tikka masala, it was not as good as the last time we had it. The mediterranean chicken salad was amazing, super full with Ingredients and very fresh. Our friends had the gyro wrap which they cleared off their plates.

Yelp
I normally really love pita jungle. My fav is the regular hummus with the grilled chicken appetizer but as my meal. I decide to order DoorDash and their seasonal special White Bean hummus with shrimp and pita. Sounded delicious how ever when it arrived, it was SO SPICY it was inedible, and I really tried! I also ordered two of the seasonal desserts so that ended up being my dinner. When you are describing an entree, especially a new entree, the spice level is IMPORTANT. They really disappointed me. Will I ever try need menu items there again. No. Money matters, especially when paying extra for delivery. Update: thank you Kevin, I appreciate the card for the free entree. I will give it a chance again in person. Thank you!
