Pita

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Pita in Golders Green! The food was fresh, flavourful, and perfectly prepared – every bite was delicious. The portions were generous, and the menu had a great variety to choose from. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made the whole visit even more enjoyable. You can really feel the warm atmosphere as soon as you walk in, and it’s clear they take pride in both their food and service. Definitely one of the best spots in the area – I’ll be coming back often and highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-quality Middle Eastern food with fantastic service!

Went in for a quick lunch. Expected a typical “fast food” meal. I was very wrong. The food is fresh, the staff very helpful and attentive. The pita is a must try! Theodore made our food and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The food prepared was delicious. Great portions and prices to match. Extremely happy I went in. Easily a favourite street food!

Me and my partner are regulars at Pita, and we absolutely love it! Everything is always fresh and tasty. They serve the best shawarma and falafel in North and North West London. Amazing Israeli fast food and you can tell by the crowd that the food and service are top notch. The staff are friendly, welcoming and make every visit enjoyable. We love this place!

Oh my god. You know that scene in Ratatouille when Remi combines the different flavours and it creates colour explosions? Thats how I felt eating the Schwarma meal at Pita. Like the food critic when he takes that first bite and drops his pen, transporting him to his happy place. Meal was phonomenal, service was even better. Staff were so kind, helpful, accomodating. Couldn't have stumbled across a better place to have dinner. Absolutely deserving of 5-stars across the board. If you go I urge you to order the shwarma meal and add everything. Affordable aswell, great value for money. Was struggling out the door with all my leftovers 😂 and that was on a full stomach! And a worker noticed this and unprompted gave me a bag to carry it all! Will definitely visit again next time I am in the area ❤️ highly recommend, 10/10

Staying in Gloders green as a tourist from Dubai , was surprised by the quality of food. Was looking for that middle eastern food and I just loved it !!! Anytime you are around here must visit !

Absolutely phenomenal authentic food. I thought the falafel was crispy, succulent and nothing short of perfect, with just the right amount of saltiness and a nice smooth oiliness to it. A massive congratulations to whomever made the mix for these falafel. He/she deserves immense respect. I also found the hummus fantastic and a great accompaniment to the falafel. I’m never disappointed with the quality of these two dishes when I order from Pita. Amazing!

The food was nice but I found a large bit of plastic at the bottom of my pita.

Have eaten here and ordered many times! This is probably one of the best falafel pitas we've had! It's delicious with many different flavours and textures in it. 🥙 The falafel laffa is absolutely massive. Only order it if you are very hungry or sharing. Can also recommend the crispy cauliflower as a starter. Keep in mind that the restaurant is closed every Friday afternoon until Saturday evening.

We took a 30 minute journey on the tube just to try this place. It was late, but the place was packed. I ordered the shawarma in a Laffa, which is basically a burrito made with pita bread. Hubby got the shawarma meal. The 30 minute ride was well worth the effort. We were both so impressed with the depth of flavor and various items offered in the Laffa and with the meal. We washed it all down with beer from Israel. This place is amazingly delicious and I may dream about it in the future.

The best falafel and hummus I've ever eaten, look forward to visiting again when back in the UK.

Unfortunately, this place doesn't hold a candle to its predecessor in the same location. Still, it is a half reasonable place to get a pita, but the quality of the meal isn't really what I would expect for a sit-down dinner. On the other hand, there is great outside seating, a great atmosphere, and the place is quite busy, which means that for a lot of people it is just fine.

Homemade pickled vegetables handed to me as I walk in, a spare falafel chucked on top too... I know that I'm going to love this place. Ordered the falafel meal (freshly deep fried, crisp) and it came with a good load of salad, chips, hummous and extras. These guys know what they're doing. My new local favourite.

On par with the best felafels I've had anywhere. Made fresh so they're moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. Choose between green (with loads of fresh parsley in them) or golden (plain chickpea). The pita bread is as it should be: soft and chewy, the hommus is perfect and the accompaniments are spot-on (including chilli, tahini sauce, pickles, salad and cabbage). I am considering moving to Golders Green because I want to live down the road from this place.

We were looking for a good humus for a long time since we moved to London and finally we found one that also makes you fell like home. A small place that walkways make you fell welcome and the humus is really good

It really is the best falafel, I've been coming to this place for years and I honestly cannot have falafels from other places because they all let me down when compared to this one. Simple and tasty just as it should be.

They cheat with the prices. Went there three different times paid different amount got different amounts of falafels. Ask how much they charge beforhand, heard people argue with the owner when I was there about the same thing.
