I had a great experience here at Pita. My husband and I enjoyed the $9 Monday Gyro Special. I loved the garbanzo bean salad. It surprised me! The service was wonderful and very friendly. All in all, we will be coming back!

Pita is an excellent spot with amazing food. The management and staff are professional, welcoming. It’s clear they take pride not only in the quality of their food but also in the care of their establishment. Definitely a place worth visiting regularly!

Driving north and saw Mediterranean food so stopped. Wow, so glad I did. We had mini gyro pitas and the presentation, flavor and quality of that little pita was off the charts! Tasted home cooked.. I’ll definitely be back. Wish they had locations in Florida 😔

The food was good but a bit messy. The fries were delish and I will definitely get them again. The Shawarma was okay but I'm willing to come back and try something else. The staff was attentive and helpful with the menu.

Pita Mediterranean Street Food in Suwanee is an absolute gem! The menu offers a great variety of options, from fresh wraps and bowls to platters that cater to every appetite. Even the portions for the little ones are just right—perfectly sized and filling enough to satisfy every little belly without waste. The food itself is fresh, flavorful, and made with care. One standout is the tzatziki sauce—it actually tastes like real, authentic tzatziki, unlike the bland, watery versions you get at many other places. It adds the perfect tangy, creamy touch to any dish. My daughter and I loved everything we ordered. The service was quick, the place was clean, and the staff was friendly. This spot is definitely one of our go-to places now for Mediterranean food done right!

Our first time here, was truly a pleasure. The store was super busy, yet the gentleman were kind enough to let us know they will be with us soon. They interacted with us as we waited since we had a few questions. Very kind and personable. We ended up getting the Philly and the big gyro, it was absolutely amazing. The food reminded me of my home country, just how doner is suppose to taste like. The store was super clean, customer service exceptional. I don’t usually tip but I did this time, they deserved it. The food came out super fast. Fresh and delicious. Thank you gentlemen, for a wonderful first-time experience! Bravo! 👏🏼

Ordered the Gyro Bowl, it was DELICIOUS. The fries are fresh, not too salty, and perfectly crisp. 10/10 would eat again.

The food was great! The steak fries and spanakopita (spinach) was delicious. The chicken was just okay. It ended up being around 50 dollars for three things. I used a kiosk to order, so I am unsure of the service. The guy brought it over, and he seemed friendly. One of the chairs had meat on it, so perhaps a quick clean/look around when it is empty would help reduce those sorts of things. All in all, I would go here again and if you want something filling then this is the place to go!

Good takeout spot for Mediterranean food. It does kind of give off fast food vibe though like other similar spots but the food is good and sort of affordable. Definitely good if you need something both filling and quick.

This was a suggestion to try out by my dad and I was not sure what to expect but once you enter you are In a very nice restaurant with a calm ambiance. It was quite busy as it was lunch hour but it was not overwhelming. You do order at the register and once you do you are given a number. If the line is too long you have the option of a self service kiosk as well. Once you order you sit and wait at your table. For food I got a chicken shwarma bowl with their house sauce and my mom got a salad. The food came very quick and once it arrived I took my first bites. Everything was absolutely delicious and seasoned at the right amount. The drizzle of the house sauce made it so everything blended together perfect but the chicken was so moist just overall tasting wonderful. I ate everything on my plate and left full and satisfied. I will be sure to come here again as the service was wonderful and the food as well.

The people super nice the food was Amazing and they were fast would give 10/10, it's a little pricey however I did not mind paying and will definitely be going back

Out-of-town and saw this place. Wanted a quick gyro salad. I honestly could not believe how great of a deal it was to eat here, and how generous the portions were. I only had one thing, but honestly, with as good as the meat was on the salad, I don't think you can go wrong here!

Decided to stop by since I'm the area and saw some reviews on Yelp. Was very disappointed in the food. Went on a Monday and got the 9.99 special gyro with chicken and lamb. Both my husband and myself found it to be flavorless. The chicken very dry. Mine was dripping with grease. Unfortunately found their tiziki sauce too strong on the gyro and overpowered the taste of the meat.

The food is amazing, I normally get the salmon platter and is always cooked to perfection. Serene at the cashier station is wonderful, we are on first name basis. The owner is always present and takes pride in the food. Everything is fresh to order and not dried out under a heat lamp. This is my go to eatery. I love Pita Suwanee and am a regular. I shocked at any review below a 4. I eat there once a week and the food is very consistent and good.

I've only gotten salads from here & my last 2 salads had loads of congealed fat in the bottom of them. A fresh made salad should NOT have congealed fat, nor should a salad have a collection of fat at all. I brought the salad back to the restaurant today & asked if my salad could be made without putting the congealed goop in it. The employee tried to explain that this is how the salads with meat come. This is a bold face lie as I've gotten salads from here for the past 2 months without globs of fat being on the bottom. Needless to say, he wanted to make a big deal as opposed to just remaking the salad. I will NEVER eat at this location again & am filing a dispute with my bank for my money. Disgusting to try to make me believe a salad comes with congealed fat & refused to fix it! Money hungry, THIEVES! Always trying to get over on customers! DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!

What a nice lunch. We went here today for lunch. We got take out. I had a chicken gyro with a Greek salad. The gyro was so fresh and the chicken was tender and full of flavor. The pita bread was super soft and melted in my mouth! There was just the right amount of Tzatziki . My salad was fresh and a nice portion. The olives were great and the dressing was tangy. I will come back to try the falafel for sure. Great service and friendly staff.

Very disappointed in the quality of food and lots of items were not as described. When I called to tell them there was no spinach and just dried cheese with no flavor, they said they don't have the spinach spanakopita but just cheese I told them they should have let me know before I paid $20 for cheese. Really bad customer service. If I try again it will be another location.

I wish I had better things to say but this food tasted like Taco Bell, at best. The quality is subpar and the meal wasn't as described at all. I'm very familiar with Shawarma and this was the furthest thing from.

Good food with helpful service. We needed a quick meal for the road that everyone would enjoy. The Salad, chicken pita & Big Greek Gyro were all filling. We would eat here again.

I got the gyro pita wrap with fries. I enjoyed the fries because it was well seasoned and had good texture but the wrap was lacking in flavor. The veggie inside was not fresh at all and the meat quality was subpar. I ended up not finishing the wrap, which rarely happens for me. I think it would have tasted better if I was extremely hungry and had nothing else to eat but there are so many better food places around there that I don't think I would go back. The service was good though-the cashier was welcoming and the food came out very fast.

Ms Shireen is super nice.. the kitchen staff is awesome and always quick. They frequently start my order as soon as I arrive. The falafel bowl is vegan friendly and very tasty. Thank you! :)

Fresh hot & crispy fries and a pretty good gyro. Fast and friendly service. Will be back to try more.

The food is fresh and a great place to sit down and relax with friends and family. Also if you need a change of scenery from your everyday routine

Both food & service were quick and satisfying. This was my first visit and I will look forward to returning. The store has implemented automated order taker/cashier which I enjoyed, as well. I don't eat Greek food too often, but here it is on the light side and flavorful.

Service Mohammed is the worst and rude person ever. Food is good but but guy needs to go to the back and not face public. If you order food and drink, and it's still open and if you are out of or stopped the peach tea etc and someone orders a drink you let them know hey we are out of tea just fountain drinks. Asked for a refund for drink as I do not drink soda and he was the rudest person ever. Will not ever order food here again.

This is another spot that I enjoy for its consistency overall and food quality. My bf always enjoys getting the Shawarma: It's an amazing deal with a full portion of beef (not sure where else you can get that amount of beef for that price other than pita), it's super flavorful, and they have a very specific seasoning they use at this restaurant that we really enjoy. Greek fries: It comes with feta cheese and seasonings, and fresh herbs. They also are always perfectly cooked and tasty! Their pita "bowl" option is also a fan favorite of ours for its value especially! And the options for it etc. The pita that comes with the bowl or Al a carte here also is always tasty and good texture. They also have baklava here which was exciting!! We overall always really enjoy this place and would recommend it.

Scam alert! Ordered and paid $18 for the chicken shawarma plate and they hid a few fries under the meat to make it look fuller and over charge for flavorless rice.

The tzatziki... did it come out of a tube? Where was the olive oil? Where was garlic? Salt?

This place is consistently underwhelming. The food always tastes overly greasy. The customer service can be somewhat dismissive...

Food was really good! My sister and I both got the 3 pack mini gyro's and they were very filling! All flavors were also very good! Cute inside too, only thing is right at 5 when the sun is shining through it will blind most tables.

Came out to this place on a fun day off. So glad I did! Everything was extra flavorful and fresh. You can really taste all the delicious spices on the meat. The Feta Greek Fries were to die for! Very friendly and helpful staff. Cute inside area with the best bendy straws I've ever seen! I want to go back and try one of everything. Do not pass this spot up. Very unassuming but outstanding food and people. Definitely eat here.

Great fast casual option. I got the traditional pita and fries. It was delicious! They have kiosks to order if you don't want to wait in line. That was quick and easy.

Absolutely loved this place! First time ordering a gyro with side salad and a steak rice bowl. Everything tasted great and the food was hot and the salad was fresh. The red and the green sauce are my favorite! Can't wait to visit again!

Being that I am not a fair judge on this type of food, due to lack of pallet experience, my review is very surface level. However, I will say my food was seasoned well and presented well. Those are two big factors in judging a restaurant. So I will definitely return and try some other menu items to give a true assessment. But for now, there are no reasons to not try the establishment, especially if you fancy Mediterranean food.

Pretty decent Mediterranean spot. They seem to run daily specials which are good values for items you would normally order anyway. I called ahead and picked up my order to go as is the custom these days. Ordered the Spicy Falafel wrap with a side of Cilantro Hummus. The falafel actually had a moderate kick to it which was impressive. However it was a bit too fried and could have had a more potent flavor profile. The pita was nicely warmed and soft and held the contents well. Meals come with a side and there are many hummus options to choose from. The cilantro hummus was delicious but did taste heavy of cilantro so be prepared in case you are on the fence about that herb. Overall a good spot to grab a schwarma, bowl, or just some hummus.

Piss poor service. 6 minutes to order and waited almost 20 minutes for my food. Girls taking orders couldn't have cared less about customers.

Wasn't impressed by the food here. Very basic and bland as far as taste is concerned. I had the original pita and fries. It wasn't so bad but nothing to brag about. When dining out, "wasn't so bad" is exactly what you want to pay for. The pita bread was really fresh and probably the best part is my meal. It didn't have enough of the cucumber sauce (the name escapes me didn't now! Lol) so I ordered more of it. While they only charged $0.75 for it, I was quite annoyed bc the gyro barely has any of it on it. I also ordered a side of falafel. Had I tasted the gyro first I wouldn't have ordered it. It was pretty horrible. Super dry and borderline burnt. Overly disappointed at this point. Here's the kicker.....as we're walking out the door I noticed their health score posted. Very oddly placed as it's in the far corner as you're walking out the door. Barely noticeable and it's hung on the wall sideways. 87 was the score, down from the last score of 100. Had I seen the score beforehand, I would not have eaten there. With all of that said, I won't be going back.

Got food poisoning from here yesterday. Meat smelled off. Won't order again. Service was fine.

So good that I'm writing a review while I'm still at the location. Everything is fresh and you can tell. I got the salmon pita platter and only wish I didn't live so far away. 5 stars!!!!!

First time here was a positive experience. Went in to pick up take out. One negative was their online menu lacked descriptions of any of the dishes, forcing me to place my order when I got to the store to be able to read the full menu. They really need to fix that online so you can order ahead. The interior was clean, and the person who seemed to be the manager was very helpful and friendly. I got the chicken shwarma and pita. Both were flavorful. Had a coupon for their Greek fries which was shoe string fries with feta. Side salads were fresh and dressing came on the side. All for $27.00. It was a good alternative to fast food!

I was enjoying my salad until I found a hair in it. This location should require their staff to wear hair nets if they are working with food!

Was going to chipotle but saw this place and gave it a try. Inside looked good, clean, well managed. Cashier didn't really help me out . Just suggested I get the gyro. The flavor in the shawarma bowl is there but the steak is WAY too salty in my opinion. I had to drink 3 cups of water to wash it all down. I'll come again if they can fix the saltiness but not going again anytime soon

I ordered the beef shawarma pita, which was nicely seasoned and a good size, so I felt satisfied. I also tried the falafel appitizer, which was just okay. The falafel itself had great flavor but the four pieces came served with diced up pickle and pickled turnip on top, which caused the falafel to become soggy. Contrary to some other reviews I read, I did not wait long at all.

They have a nice menu, with different options for the gyro (protein choice). Next time I will order extra tzatziki for the gyro, about halfway through it was dryer. Grilled veggies were delicious. Carrots were a little thick, I preferred the zucchini.

Yummy food with lots of flavor!! We got the chicken and steak shawarma plate and platter. Would definitely come back again for a visit.

I'm actually sick of yelp and i wish y'all would stop using it because they have cheated me and several other businesses. But i love this place called pita. So i highly recommend anyone who is in the area to eat here

Good looking place, great indoors, unfortunately the food left to desire. It was tasty but old, I believe it's because they don't have too many customers. We came on a Sunday afternoon and had a chicken gyro platter, the gyro platter and a chicken shawarma. The fries were hard, might as well call them chips. The gyro meat was precut and recooked also. The lettuce inside the shawarma was yellowish already. Maybe if they had more customers the food would be fresh, or if the food was fresh they'd have more customers.

Wanted to post a picture of my food but I ate it too quickly! I ordered the original hummus and a traditional gyro with fries. High quality meat and the thin french fries with the seasoning is my favorite kind! Service was excellent and my food came out quickly ~ couldn't have been sitting for more than 10 minutes. Over all great dinner and experience!

We were hungry and were in an unfamiliar area. We saw a center with several food options and chose the Suwannee Pita for our lunch. The chain was unfamiliar to us - none near our home. The food was much tastier than we had expected. More like what we hoped for, which is often realistic. I had an excellent Greek Salad and my wife was thrilled with her Chicken Shawarma. Service was pleasant and quick. The place was very clean.now we know why Pita has grown from one location in metro Atlanta to twenty-two in just eight years.

I got the traditional gyro with baba as my side. The gyro: great pita, kind of fried on the outside (?), meat was flavorful and tender, sauce was good, and the vegetable toppings were fresh. Overall, a terrific gyro. The baba ganoush was creamy and smoky and all the right things. The pitas for dipping were just a bit chewy for my taste, but served their purpose as a vehicle for getting the yummy baba in my belly. The place seemed kid friendly, so I might come back with the whole crew sometime. My review could be a five star, but I guess "Lebanese" in the description was slightly misleading, I was really hoping for more variety. I think the place could have just stopped with "Mediterranean street food," because I can verify standing in a street in Greece and eating a very similar meal.

Great food, but 3 out of 3 visits have been marked by very slow service. Most recent visit it was obvious that every diner was having trouble getting their orders in a timely manner. No acknowledgement (apology) by the staff is never a good look. A simple "I'm sorry for the wait" when dropping off food can go a long way. Haven't had this issue at the Perimeter location, and I know this one is fairly new still, so hoping they get it together so that they last here.

I haven't dined in but have done take out twice now and their falafel pita is the best I've tasted anywhere!! Their hummus is also very good. As a rule I don't generally review places when I've only done take out cause it's not the best set up cause let's face it food is best judged fresh but this place has been soooo good I just had to do a review on it. Will try to dine in one fo these days...highly recommend.

This place never disappoints. Tried the Cilantro hummus today and blew my my mind. Had the greek fries too because Feta is life. They werent hot hot (temp wise) but I didnt dig into them right away. Lastly I also tried the Baklava Cheesecake- it was tasty and a good size.

Excellent food- big portions- the staff was super friendly and it was the perfect place to grab a quick bite for lunch and dinner. Highly recommend!

This my second time patronizing this place and the gyro is not good. The menu claims they use tzatziki sauce, which is suppose to be a cucumber sauce. I don't know what this plac uses but it's a waste of money. My boyfriend had the falafel sandwich and he said the falafel was dry and not seasoned. We both had grilled vegtables and is had the most disgusting flavor. The cheesecake was the best thing we ate.
