Stopped by with friends for dinner. Food came out pretty fast. We ordered: Mushroom pizza: 4/5 good but prefer truffle mushroom Margherita pizza: 4/5 good strong basil flavor Zoé pepperoni: 3/5 ok Pumpkin pizza: 3.5 /5 I liked the crunch of the pumpkin seeds and the flavor of the cheese. Cobb salad: didn't try it but parents liked it Shaved Kale salad: 5/5 best item that we ordered. Fresh and great taste and crunch.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and some garlic knots for take out. Food came as expected and looking like what I've seen on the photos before stopping by. Everything tasted pretty good, pizza was cheesy enough and evened out with the sauce, the dough and the pepperoni. The garlic knots were tasty, a bit different but not in a bad way either. I even tried out their house ranch dressing and i did enjoy the nice touch of fresh dill in their ranch something different for sure. All in all I enjoyed the pizza here and I look forward to trying the rest of the items of the menu down the road. Definitely recommend this place is you're looking for good pizza and not sure what place to choose.

Always a great place to get pizzas, which we order all the time when we are visiting presently after renovation, they are having a series of great offers and hat soft to the management to bring up free bees to the table. I especially light the free pizza making glass for kids Visited again today...Alexa the manager was very welcoming to register my two granddaughters for the class....loved the menu displayed.

I have Never encountered such rude treatment as I did at this restaurant not only did they package ice cream with what was supposed to be hot food and when I requested that they separated, they told me that the food wasn’t hot, but it’s supposed to be hot. I spoke with a manager, who said oh the food is hot. We don’t bag it together, but they did and they were just so rude. I just have no words and I was nothing but friendly and kind. Beware delivery drivers and customers ordering food from this place. Be aware cause it’s bad.

My favorite pizza spot in LA! Such a nice vibe in the restaurant and also easy to take out and to go too. The pizza crust is AMAZING! Their salads are so tasty and flavorful. It’s on the more expensive side, but it’s worth the splurge here and there. When I bring Pitfire to a party, it’s gone in minutes. I love Pitfire!

Pitfire Pizza is a solid, sound and wise choice for quality Wood Fire Oven Pizza. They have a great staff, the Hostess and the Pizza Makers have been gracious to me and my company on two occasions. This is a place that does it right and understands being the full package with good customer service skills, high quality product, enjoyable dining atmosphere and general positive vibe. I am a Pizza Elitist (see how brutal some of my other reviews are) and I respect Pitfire Pizza. They simply do it right and there is nothing to criticize which is rare for me. Other Pizzas in the area of being good at Jon & Vinny’s and Pizzana for example. Hardly anyone in LA is in that bracket. Pitfire deserves lots of success and positivity. If you love Pizza, respect Pitfire today. Pizza Devotees must make pilgrimage. If you’re in LA/ nearby. Don’t go on a long drive for this though.

RECOMMENDED: We had a great time here. The staff were so nice and friendly. The size of their Pizzas were fairly good and even they were suitable for sharing. We tried Sausage party and it was very good. There is a free Parking next to the restaurant. So no worries about your parking spot. :)

I came here for lunch and had an excellent time. The Caesar salad is delicious, especially with its heavy lemon dressing. The chop salad is decent. The pizzas are excellent for both takeout and dining in, with plenty of seating available. Great neighborhood spot with friendly staff and good service!

Good pizza, but a sleazy 3% fee (misleadingly called a "Happy and Healthy Surcharge") is added to every bill. Yes, they do post a notice at the register and give the customer the opportunity to decline the fee, but attempting to guilt people into paying an extra 3% that allegedly provides "sustainable" income to the staff is a great way to make customers feel manipulated and unwelcome. As if inflation isn't bad enough already. I find this strategy by Pitfire Artisan Pizza to be deceptive and manipulative, and I won't be back anytime soon no matter how good their pizza is.

Came here earlier today for my lunch break, it was my first coming here. I always see it but today I actually decided to come and try it! Luckily the server Ashley recommended the new fall menu! We got the SMASHING PUMPKIN PIZZA and BRUSSELS SPROUTS & BACON PIZZA. Both very good! My coworkers and I really liked the whole vibe of the restaurant. Really yummy food! Pizza, pasta, salads, meatballs -- everything is great. I like that they have a wide variety of pizzas and the meat toppings are very high quality. The service is great, too. Very friendly and casual atmosphere. Good for couples, family, and even bigger groups. They gave us a private room in the back for our party.

My gf and I ordered to go and this pizza was pretty incredible! I loved the unique pizza options they offered and really enjoyed the environment when I went in, even if I didn't sit down and eat there myself. It was very quick service and my order was ready before the time it was supposed to be so I was happy about that. Now on to the pizza. The first bite was something special and my gf doesn't even eat pizza like that but she was mind blown by her first bite as well. All the flavors went well together especially the Hot honey pizza I got which featured sausage and bee pollen! And my gf's field mushroom pizza was incredible as well for not even having a traditional pizza sauce on it. These pizzas were bigger than we imagined and have leftovers for lunch this week because of it! We would definitely come back to eat in person and recommend you try it!

I placed a small catering order with the Pitfire Artisan Pizza on Westwood Blvd. in West Los Angeles for my office. The lady taking my order was professional, attentive, and assured me my order would be ready for pickup on Friday, 7/26. Upon arrival at the restaurant for pickup that Friday, the restaurant was busy with lunch orders. The manager, Juan, confirmed my order one-by-one, and gave me plenty of all the extras I needed (i.e crushed red pepper, Parmesan cheese, cutleries, napkins, etc.) and even found time to ask me if my office would give his establishment more catering opportunities if the food was to my satisfaction. I told him I would certainly be interested if my coworkers and I enjoyed the food. Juan's customer service was top-notch, the food was delicious, and I will be ordering from this location again for my office.

I came here this last Tuesday and let me tell youuuuu. The food is amazing, I've gotten take out here before but nothing beats fresh hot pizza. The whole experience was great except the dining server, short dark brown little person (female) around 12pm, that works there was constantly on her phone or eating. She wouldn't come around while we needed help. Luckily there was a back staff employee Melissa that helped us with napkins and refills. Juan the manager did do his rounds and also helped us with to-go containers when we were ready to leave. Over all it was a great time dining in. I would recommend the pizzas FRESH, their kale salad, and all the pastas.

The Farmers Plate is a choice of 3 items. I love it. I chose the PeeWee Potatoes, the asparagus, and also the dressed avocado. I also ordered an artichoke. Yummy It was a delivery. However, I have also physically been at Pitfire. You can't go wrong.

A lovely pizza spot in Westwood! They have a ton of delicious options for any pizza mood you may be in. Lots of seating inside, great spot for a group! Ordered the honey bear pizza without meat and added arugula and cherry tomatoes. It was delicious!!! The pink sauce was amazing with the flavor profile. Savory and sweet and a lil spicy too!!! 10/10 recommend! Might ask for less honey next time because it was a lil too sweet. But all in all a great pizza. Probably good for 2-3, max 4 people depending on hunger.

How about instead of charging customers a bogus 3% "Happy and Healthy Surcharge" fee you pay your employees an actual living wage? Customers shouldn't have to pay extra on top of tips so that your employees are decently paid and have actual benefits. Maybe instead of passing that cost to the customer you can just increase the prices of your pizza like other places do? Crazy, right? Shame on you Pitfire. I'll be getting my pizza elsewhere, thanks.

Dalia and Jack were awesome. Dalia was super because she recommended other things than what I ordered and said, "Come back and try them." I think I will! I've never had Pitfire pizza before but I always get a plain cheese for my first time in a new place, and this one was fantastic. Can't wait to come back and try the pesto chicken pizza like she told me to. Thanks guys for a great first experience!

I have done pick up/delivery from this place a few times, and it has always been super super good! My personal favorites from them are the honey bear pizza sooo good with the contrast between the heat and the cheese and the burrata pizza which I am just obsessed in. I also love their mushroom pizza and Brussel sprouts.

We ordered a vegan margarita with pepperoni pizza from here via grubhub delivery and was pleasantly surprised! I like how the pie part was thin and wasn't too bready, while the crust gave a satisfying amount of crunch and starch. A good balance in my opinion! I would try the other pizzas. Just glad they have a vegan cheese option for all the lactose intolerant people!

What happened to this place? It looks abandoned inside! It's sooooooooo dirty, I was scared I was going to get sick from eating here! However the food was good! And I waited a few days to leave the review to make sure I was not going to get sick. The employee was sweet. But... The windows are filled with gunk, the tables are dirty, & the floor was discussing. There's a cart that condiments are kept on & if you look under it, it's scary. Oh! And if you look up yikes! Come on Pitfire your a restaurant, time to close for a few days for a deep cleaning. We won't be back to this location, yikes!

Got a to-go order from this place and decided on their version of a Pepperoni Pizza. It's known as "Zoe's Pepperoni" and had a good amount of peppery pepperoni, but with basil and mozzarella. I liked the combo and idea, but just wasn't too impressed with the overall quality. Pizza is a competitive space and this just didn't hit all the marks. However, I'll give this place another shot because they have some unique looking options. I mean "Smashing Pumpkin" with goat cheese and pepitas or "P, B, & J" with Pineapple, Bacon, and Jalapeño? Yeah, gotta give it another try.

Went recently to check out the summer menu items since they bring back that Heirloom Tomato Pizza every year that I love. The new Sausage and Pepper pizza is and the Crispy Mozzarella Thing is basically a giant mozzarella stick - cheesy Heaven!! Went in on Monday the 5th had a honey bear and a ceasar salad for dine in. The food was amazing!! We had the manager Brian taking care of us. He was so sweet and friendly. Pitfire was a great spot to stop in for a quick and delicious pizza fix. The parking lot was convenient and the staff all were very friendly despite us coming in an hour to closing. I enjoyed the pepperoni pizza & cheesy knots but think the Cesar salad could use a bit more flavor. The interior needs a slight face lift but wasn't too bad at all. I could definitely see coming here with some friends for pizza + beer!

We ordered delivery-one field mushroom pizza and a chopped salad. I've ordered from Pitfire before and we have been generally satisfied with our orders. This time, though, it was a different story. We ordered the original chopped salad without the Italian meats. It's a sturdy salad and as usual it tasted fresh. Now for the pizza...when it arrived, the pie was cold and the crust was hard. The delivery arrived later than promised, but the quality of the crust was beyond a pizza delivered late. We could have broken a crown trying to chew through the crust. Pretty disappointed.

The quality is always inconsistent, sometimes it's great other times pizza is burnt or cold on arrival. I ordered a margarita pizza and there was dried sweet syrup on the bottom of EVERY slice. Inedible. They also don't listen to notes on Uber eats I called to verify if they will add avocado and they did not.

Not going back. We ordered: 1. Gem Cesar salad with chicken - the chicken was spoiled or very old. It was nasty. The salads are small so you need to order 2 dishes 2. Spaghetti - it had a sour tomato sauce - basic 3. Kale salad - friend said it was "alright" 4. Kids cheese pizza - okay 5. Margherita Pizza - good Service (lack thereof) was horrible. Asked for a side of ranch for a small side salad and the person rudely said "you have to pay for it first." I literally wanted a tablespoon amount. It's self serve so they never come around. Menu prices are considered low- each plate under $20 but portions are small so not worth it. Only the pizza is regular size. If you love pizza, you may like this place. A lot of seating available and open area...nice ambiance.

We came on a Saturday night and the restaurant failed to mention it was going to take 1 hour if we dined in for pizza all our other food came 40 mins of sitting at the table and no sorry no nothing i asked them if my pizzas could be expedited and they said no three kids and a meltdown and they said here are your pizzas in a to go box in the end we didn't even eat them at the restaurant they suck! there were only three in restaurant orders and the rest was uber eats so clearly we weren't the priority and i even said we are there tickets waiting to eat here. if you eat here ask how long it's going to be so your kids don't go into a meltdown
