Friday afternoons in Allegheny Commons, with 2025 vendor lists posted by the City of Pittsburgh and periodic live music and add-ons. Local organizations note the market’s role in expanding food access on the North Side.
Really Awesome Farmers Market best one of the best in Pittsburgh. If you love fresh fruit & fresh vegetables & fresh herbs and other fun and cool things such as Apple Cider Vinegar and infused Apple Cider Vinegar and Grass Fed Beef hot dogs and several cool fun flavors this is definitely the place to be every Friday 3p.m.-7p.m.

Great place for fresh produce! Sometimes the food trucks are there. The lemonade down there is really good.

Some of these people at these stands are racist, and they will not say anything to you. If you are a person of color, they won’t even make eye contact with you, so just be aware and spend your money where you are welcomed.

It's in a nice area of the north side. However, there are not a lot of vendors . I just expected more. Really good homemade food. I had a stuffed pork chop and lemon potatoes. Fantastic!

The Northside Farmers Market has many different kinds of vendors, it is so pleasant to go there. You can get vegetables, fruits, pies, excellent hot food, grilled food, mushrooms, flowers, the list goes on. The vendors and all the people you see gives you a nice feeling about your neighborhood.

I was a little disappointed there wasn't much to choose from. One farmer did have a large assortment of produce. Another farmer had only apples The 3rd farmer was Amish and I got green beans from him . Very good . But it was the 1st Friday in November with only 3 farmers. .All 3 did take the market vouchers..you should always ask first if you have vouchers to spend. I was glad it was still there because others had closed in October. So I still gave 5 stars. I did get some really good granny smith apples at a good price. There were other vendors selling products and food stuff to eat..I feel that Fresh produce is worth it from the farmers market rather than from grocery stores. So much fresher and tasty .. Thank you all farmers.. ( parking is a little tight on the NS ) you might have to walk a few blocks so take a good reusable bag to carry and protect your fresh produce back to your car.. oh yeah earlier in the year I got some very good peaches.. mmm yummy.. I can't wait till peach season next year...

This is one of the nicest Farmers markets. Usually there is a decent amount of parking close by. I was just there last weekend and got a gyro and some from Pitaland. Wow that was really a treat. Filled up my bags with all kinds of veggies. It's so nice knowing that your veggies are really fresh. November 17th 2023 is the last day for this farmers market. I will miss it until next year.

This is one of my favorite farmers market in the city, and I'm not just saying that because I live in the northside lol. This market runs every Friday afternoon from 3-7 PM. They have a wide variety of vendors each week ranging from produce, to prepared foods, to candles, etc. I also love that it runs until the middle of November. The location itself is ideal because it's in Allegheny Commons Park, which is primarily tree lined, so there is lots of shade! If you're in the area, you should definitely make a stop at this farmers market to check it out!
