Just picked up a pizza from Pizza 21 in Whittier, and wow! The crust was perfectly fermented, resulting in a soft, chewy texture. The high-quality ingredients really elevated the flavor. And those wings? Out of this world! Highly recommend this place for your next pizza night.

I would give Pizza 21 a five-star rating without hesitation. The cheese is delicious, the crust is great, and the toppings are fresh. This place has exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to satisfy my pizza cravings here at least once a week. A must-visit spot for pizza lovers!

I've been going to pizza 21 for over a year this Sunday. My son found a Band-Aid in his crust. Not only that, but the staff which is young is usually rude and doesn't know how to look for pizzas that people ordered on the phone or through DoorDash I called the health department and I will be calling today to let the manager know and the owner knew it's really going on. No one should ever have to be eating pizza. It's chew on a Band-Aid or find a Band-Aid that's been used in their food. It's totally gross and disgusting.

Service is always great, their pizza is always fresh and so good. Best crust ever! Def a must try

Delicious pizza! We ordered two XL pizzas and spicy wings. Very filling, our order fed 11 people w/ leftovers! Excellent service. Casual atmosphere that is family friendly. Arcade games & yummy sweets (try the Reece's stuffed cookie)

Bad Service! Pu first I ordered Large pepperoni, girl said ur pizza,ready so when got home it was not pepperoni. So I call told girl, she was sorry. Told me u had come back pick u the pizza, the pizza was cold and wrong size pizza it was medium not Large.i ask girl can u make Large pepperoni girl Told me no! We have been living in Whittier for over a year now and honestly the pizza here is so bomb! I was recommended pizzamania and even though they had more options I like the pizza here better! The crust is so fluffy & the All in one topping pizza is so good. Everything tastes fresh they are always helpful and friendly when we call to order. They are busy but no one has ever been rude to us.

Easy ordering, parking and pickup. The lady behind the counter was very nice and asked if I needed cheese and chiles. There was nobody in the place, and it was busy with the making of pizzas in the background. The place wasn't very noisy and the aroma of delicious pizza had taken over my senses. Although breif, it was a nice stop into the store front. The pizza is great! We enjoyed our basic pepperoni. The next order will be more adventurous with the toppings. If you are looking for a great pizza in the area this is a must.

This is definitely a take out place. Lots of specials written on the windows. I ordered the veggie pizza. It was loaded with vegetables. The veggies were the best thing about the pizza. They were fresh, crunchy, full of flavor and abundant. The sauce was almost non existent. It's super heavy with cheese. The crust was average, but not good enough to eat alone without the toppings. It's better than Dominos or Pizza Hut. Service was fast and friendly.

Pizza was mid, greasy and super thin. I honestly wish Pappy's was still around. I miss it.

Ordered online app send it was ready I arrived 10 mins after the time they said it would be ready and they told me it was going to take 7 more minutes. I asked why would the app say it's ready if it is not. The girl said because app runs its own timer and that they don't have control of that so it's 7 mins more. I said the correct answer would have been I apologize for the inconvenience unfortunately the app provides incorrect times. It will be out asap. She said what did you say! I said the correct answer would be I apologize for the inconvenience the timer is off. She said that's what I said do you what to do my job and walked away. Kids now and day have no manners. They should really consider hiring employee with better customer service.

Still my favorite pizza place in town. Never disappoints. Especially now with football season being back!!!

If you want to have pizza for breakfast this is not the place due to their hours. Buttttt...... once those doors open at 3pm my dad is usually the first one to ask if we can eat pizza. He has a severe lactose allergy so anywhere we go I strain the fact that his all in pizza have no cheese at all. And on their first go they aced this. I didn't have to repeat my self. Their over the phone service and indoor service is super nice and they give no attitude at all. When you walk inside it gives the vibe of a traditional pizzeria and they even had some sports going on inside I'm cause your picking up during an important game. But overall the pizza is something that I absolutely love and the wing selection is also delicious. I will be coming here more often

Loved this pizza! Ordered a regular ole large pepperoni pizza and it was fantastic. Easily in my top 2 and really more like my top 1!! Sauce is excellent, crust was perfectly done, and just overall a great pizza!

Told my sister I was craving good pizza. She recommended Pizza 21 as one of her favorite pizza places, so I thought I'd give it a shot. Pizza 21 sits on the corner of norwalk and washington blvd in a small strip mall. Inside they have two small tables, sits 2 people per table. We decided to stay and eat there since the tables weren't taken. Ordered a medium pizza and lemon pepper wings. I really enjoyed the pizza and wings. This is now my new favorite spot.

Pizza 21 was good, very good. Only downside is time took along time for the pizza to be ready. But as they say good things take time. Over all I will be ordering pizza from them again. Just not when I'm hangry

Pizza 21 is a delicious pizza , nice good soft crunch on their dough - PERFECT!! And the best baked crisp to their pepperoni's on top of completely melted cheesy cheese !

The pizza is good, reminds me of the old Rios. The cashiers are always friendly. They only have two tables, and they are basically for waiting, but if you want, I'm sure you can eat here. I always get it to go. It is always clean. They close at 8:30 during the early part of the week.

I like trying different pizza spots in my area in search of the perfect pie and wing place. Pizza 21 was very flavorful and quick, and there XL special is at a good price! The wings left a bit to be desired but the combo deal was good and the pizza cooked perfectly. My search will continue, but I'm certainly going to eat from pizza 21 in the meantime.

Tastes just like the old school Lamppost pizzas from back in the day. Awesome blast from the pasts. Cheese is thick and salty which is a plus for me. Workers were friendly and the pizza was ready quickly. Also got the garlic cheese toast - very good.

We ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza via delivery. It took longer than expected, but the pizza was delicious. It had a light, airy crust, and it wasn't super greasy. I think next time I would ask for lighter sauce, but that is probably a personal preference. Overall, for a pizza restaurant, it was as good as any pizza around.

Best pizza place in Whittier, I order all the time on DoorDash and every time I get my pizza it's always fresh and it taste very good. The prices are great and the food is tasty, especially the buffalo wings.

Friendly staff, very good pizza. Another reviewer compared it to the "Old Rios Pizza" and that was a very accurate assessment ! We got wings as well, very good wings with different options, but the pizza was the highlight. I just wish the pizza wasn't so expensive, but i can't blame the business for the economy.

Had this pizza for the first time this weekend. We ordered the special, pizza and wings. The dough is on the thicker side, which I love. The ingredients were fresh. The wings were meaty and not small with just the right amount of spice. Form the piece it was a great deal.

I LOVE this pizza joint!!! Their style of pizza has a crust that tastes similar to a sourdough and their red sauce is the perfect balance of tangy and SLIGHTLY sweet. Their toppings are always fresh. Their ranch sauce is also delicious!!!! I need ranch when I order pizza from this place.

Family owned, straight forward very good pizza. Kind owners. They seem to have open hearts and employ school kids and help them gain experience, which takes patience. The pizza, garlic bread, and the wings (extra extra done) have been great. Salads have been fresh. It's just a good spot for straightforward pizza. My only criticism is the Togo only now and the not open til 3pm issue. Otherwise, it's a must try! U won't be disappointed!

This pizza place looks more like a take out place although there are a couple tables to sit. The pizza is ready quickly. It is pretty good. The pizza was good. Not too thick or thin. Good balance of sauce and cheese. Definitely better than some of the chains like dominos and Pizza Hut. The wings were also good but I prefer crispy wings. It is a good deal if you get the large pizza with wings for about $25, however the pizza is small for a large. It's only 10 slices and I'm use to a large being 12 slices, and the slices were fairly small. The location has a small parking area that is shared by several building so I found the parking a little tight and difficult. My friends enjoyed the pizza and said this was a good find.

Pizza is pretty good and they have decent prices combos compared to others in town. Wings could be cooked a little better in my opinion. Also wish they didn't close so early. Even on Fridays and weekends they close early.

Delicious pizza! The crust is crispy but not overly breaded. They're not shiesty on toppings either which is refreshing nowadays. Today I got their garden salad and the size of it was fit for a family of 4 and it's very reasonably priced. The service is always quick and ambiance is more for takeout but quaint. Always happy to order pizza here because I know I won't be disappointed. The only thing I would say is sometimes I want pizza during lunch hours but they don't open till 3pm, so I starve till they're open.

Best pizza in Whittier/Santa fe Springs! Pizza mania is an all time favorite, but I definitely prefer Pizza 21! Soft crust, lots of cheese, perfect amount of sauce, great prices. Can't beat them.

As I waited for my pizza, I watched their TV's. I could see the cooks in the kitchen. One of them was scratching his head, not wearing any gloves. The other young man was sweeping and then started preparing more pizzas. Ambiance was ok. I don't think I'll be coming back. Don't these employees know that customers can see the kitchen and everything the employees are doing

Will never order from this place again!! Pizza was not thoroughly cooked. The female on the phone was not very helpful on taking care of the situation. She was making excuses the whole time of why the pizza was not well done or crispy. The only reason half of it's eaten was because it was the only thing I ate all day. Totally bad customer service!

Glad we stumbled across this restaurant! Their ingredients taste fresh and their prices were very reasonable. We tried their veggie calzone, Buffalo wings, Pastrami pizza and a half pepperoni and half cheese pizza. We liked everything but their pastrami pizza was our favorite. There's just something about their crust! It's so fluffy and delicious. We will definitely be coming back again!

I'm glad to report that my worries were unfounded, as Pizza 21 absolutely deserves their stellar rating. Service is attentive and friendly. They recognized that I was a first-time customer, and remembered me the week after. The pie comes lightly cooked (could be considered slightly undercooked), mostly to bring out the fluffy, almost moist texture of the crust. It's not for everyone, but what makes the technique brilliant is the dough's versatility - you can reheat the leftovers in your oven, make it well done, and enjoy a different version of the pie. The toppings are fresh, plentiful, and full of flavor. Hawaiian was a bit weak, but it isn't considered as one of their specialties. The All-In Special is a safe bet, but I also enjoyed their Mushroom & Sausage (the mushroom is a clear winner). I look forward their Buffalo and BBQ Chicken pies. Wings are 85/100, just between "Good" and "Great". I've only tried their Chicken Caesar Salad - no problems or special praises, but you aren't coming here for salads anyway. I hope.

Ordered a pepperoni and jalapeño pizza, pastrami pizza, and chicken strips. The pastrami pizza was my favorite. Liked it much more than the Downey Pizza Co's pastrami pizza which used to to be my go to for pastrami pizza but the quality there has gone way down in recent years. Now I have a new go to spot for it. I thought the chicken strips were decent but personally wouldn't order them again (well not for myself anyway. a family member enjoyed them). Pepperoni and jalapeño pizza was a bit on the bland side. They added a good amount of cheese which is always good. I didn't like the crust much. It was a bit too dense and bland. The jalapeños were actually spicy which I enjoyed but unfortunately gave me a stomach ache. The prices were fair. Liked that they delivered to Downey as well. I'll definitely order the pastrami pizza again! Pros: + Pastrami Pizza + Deliver to Downey + 2 Liter Coke Cons: - Crust was a bit dense and bland - Jalapeños gave me a stomach ache (they don't normally do so)

First timer today, 12/18/22. Ordered small pizza over the phone and it was fast and friendly unlike Dominos with the automated messages, and the other local Pizza shop (Two Sal's) who RARELY answers their phone. Pizza was ready when I arrived to pick up 15min later and it was still hot when I got home. Delicious too!! No complaints, I plan to return and I recommend.

I have really enjoyed this place in the past. However the last two times I have placed orders the pizza has been undercooked. The dough was raw in many parts and I was required to put it into the oven to fully cook it.

The only pizza place that mimics the famous Stuft Pizza in Whittier, now gone, but not forgotten.

My boyfriend and I have looking for a bomb pizza place in Whittier. We found it! Their pizza is AMAZING!!! If you like thick soft crust, you'll love their pizza! We will be ordering from them anytime we want pizza! The wings were ok, but pretty good sized actually! The vibe is friendly and so was the lady at the counter! The place is really cute inside! We always rate restaurants wherever we go... This is our #1 pizza place in Whittier! The only downfall is they don't open till 3. I'd like to be able to order.. Like right now! My mouth is salivating just thinking of this pizza!

My boyfriend and his dad both got food poisoning from this joint, wings were okay wouldn't try this place again. Ranch was super runnyyyy as well
