"Pizza 4P’s started in a Tokyo backyard, where founder Masuko Takasugi and his then-girlfriend (now wife), Sanae, decided to build an outdoor pizza oven, planting the seeds for what would become an award-winning operation. In 2011, they left the corporate world and started their venture in Ho Chi Minh City, with a first location off Le Thanh Ton Street in Japan Town. Wanting to keep the price point low, they decided to make their own mozzarella cheese at a facility in Da Lat, and have since expanded production to include favorites such as Camembert and burrata. Second time here. We are seat at a cozy corner table A1-84. Food was perfect. We had half and half teriyaki chicken and 4 cheese, grilled beef corn, salad, squid with mango salsa, crab pasta. Would like to Complement our server who shares interesting way of eating the salad adding honey which enhance the taste make it taste really good. Staff is friendly and approachable making our experience very comfortable and nice.. will definitely come Back again

Nam was a super friendly and polite server, all staff were very friendly saying hello as we walked through the restaurant. We didn't have a reservation but left our phone number and got a call within 30m that a table was free for us. The pizzas are excellent, the Teriyaki Chicken was a favourite at the table! Desserts were also very nice, great balance of not too rich but also nice and sweet. Absolutely going to return to this branch or another!

There was a wait, 60 mins on a Friday. They're good about putting you on a list and calling. Ultimately, this is a special place and nearly all that we had was excellent. The tomato soup - or an interpretation on it, was outstanding! The other main highlight, the burrata in filo dough. That's bananas! The pizzas were very good, but similar to any brick oven in the US or Italy.

Had their crab spaghetti, and half pizza (parma ham w cheese & teriyaki chicken), mushroom soup, watermelon juice and jasmine tea for 2 pax (too much food) Crab spaghetti is as what you would expect from al granchio, creamy, tomatoey with a crab seafood taste. Noodle was Al Dante and give a good chew. Pizza was good, chewy dough, great taste. Love both the pizza flavours. Mushroom soup was thick and decent but I would say it's something you can definitely skip We made a reservation via Google, since the website requires a Vietnam number. Hassle free and might go again

There was a 40 minute wait without a booking and once you get inside you will understand quickly why. Was seated by the preparation area which was fun to watch and added to the atmosphere. Staff were all very attentive from each station and the customer service by my area designate was excellent. A glass of water was presented and topped up without asking, updates were given on cooking times and the taste matched the service!

Now I totally agree with some vloggers who say this is one of the best pizzas in HCMC! 🍕 They open at 11, and although they have many outlets, I went to the one right next to Ben Thanh Market. I arrived around 11:30, but there was already a long queue! The staff asked us to write down our name and phone number, so we did — and waited about 35 minutes for our table. While waiting, you can grab some fresh juice from the corner (a nice way to kill time!). Finally, we got our table and ordered a half & half pizza — such a great choice if you want to try two different flavors — plus one spaghetti bolognese. For drinks, we had a passion fruit and lemon something (sorry, I totally forgot the full name 😅). Overall, everything was really good! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the ambiance was cozy and welcoming. Oh — and you must check out their bathroom! Seriously… it’s clean, comfy, and filled with all the little amenities you might need. The sweetest surprise? They gave us a complimentary yogurt because we couldn’t get a table inside. 🥹💛

The wait was 1+ hours at 8PM on a Tuesday night. We didn't mind as we explored the city and hung out at a local cafe. The restaurant gave us complimentary watermelon juice for waiting when we sat down! The tomato cream crab spaghetti was perfectly creamy, al dente, and crabby. The 4 cheese pizza and burrata pizza were also delicious. The blue cheese wasn't too overpowering in the 4 cheese and the honey and chili oil were amazing with it. The burrata was so fresh and creamy. The crystal tomato burrata salad tasted like a typical burrata salad - wasn't too surprising/outstanding. The lamb was tender and surprisingly not that games! I really don't like gamey meat, but I enjoyed the lamb thoroughly. Their whey cider is also delicious with the vietnamese pineapple - smells like fall. I will definitely be back again to try more dishes in the future!

Spent 800,000 VND for 2 pax. There are a lot of food options to choose from and all those that we ordered are so worth it. I recommend the squid ink risotto and the 4 cheese dessert plate. 👌👌👌 The place is well maintained with good aesthetic. Toilet fully functional. All the staff are nice from the time we arrived. I suggest to book a reservation to be sure. When we arrived, we needed to wait around 10 minutes. But the front of the house entertained us while we wait.
