Pizza 4P’s is hands down the best Italian restaurant experience you can have in Vietnam.
I visited the one in Ho Chi Minh City (though they also have locations in Hanoi), and I can confidently say it’s the best Italian food I’ve had outside of Italy.
The restaurant is clean, modern, and has a welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay. The staff, while speaking limited English, are extremely kind, attentive, and efficient—you really feel looked after.
Now the food… incredible. I highly recommend the cheese platter—authentic, creamy, and full of Italian flavor. As for the pizza, I ordered one with two flavors: zucchini and margherita. Both were delicious, with fresh ingredients and the perfect crust.
A nice surprise: water is included and refilled, something rare in Vietnam. Prices are also very reasonable: two pizzas, a beer, and the cheese platter came to around 30€ total, which is excellent for the quality you get.
One important tip: make sure to book your table in advance.
All locations are very popular and almost always full—walk-ins are rarely successful.
