What to Eat at the Moda Center During a Portland Trail Blazers Game | Eater Portland

"Known for thick slabs of airy square pies with cheesy edges and generous toppings, Ranch Pizza’s club-level stand is accessible to club ticket holders (Section 202), though pies are also available via the in-seat menu for 100-level and floor-seat ticket holders; offerings include cheese, pepperoni, and a combo with pepperoni, mixed olives, and pepperoncini." - Brooke Jackson-Glidden

We went on a family walk to dinner and stopped on for dinner. All 5 family members could order a slice they wanted, and the pizza was hot with thin, crispy crust. They service was very polite and quick. So nice to have a local spot to get your pizza craving fixed!

Canceling a delivery 45 minutes after I order it because... well just because I guess. My friends and I didn't REALLY want to eat dinner tonight. Do I HAVE to give them a star at all?

Awesome pizza. It’s great pizza every time I go. Super yummy. The owners are kind and authentic too. Good people. There are a variety of pizza options and specials too. I highly recommend this place!

Caveat: My 5 ⭐️ is for the food. Guy making the pies seemed friendly. Guy taking my order didn’t seem to interested in my business. Did the food make up for it? Does it matter? (yea, a bit)🤔 Pizzzzza 🍕 : They do have good slices o’ pie. The crust is thin, like my fam prefers, and after bringing it home, reheating it in the toaster oven took no time and added a slight crunch. That’s how you know it’s a good thin crust. The pizza combos were really good, good variety, and good amount of ratios between cheeses 🧀 , sauces, and toppings. Well done here. Chicken 🐔 Wings: The wings were really good. My wife said she thought they were a bit dry but that’s what ranch is for. We ordered them naked (no sauce) to try them out. Ranch and Blue Cheese dips. Blu Cheese could have had more Blu chunks. It’s the little things. It’s a good little spot. Despite it being a franchise it’s still what I consider a fully local spot. They make their own pies, and run their shop. Put it all together and you have a good quality pizza 🍕. It’s a good neighbor to have.

We were looking for something nearby, saw this place in the mall and decided to go for it. We are very glad we did! Great pizza! There were so many choices and you could order by the slice. I ordered the Hawaiian Bacon, it was yummy. I especially liked the hand tossed crust. I also shared the Oh Baby salad with my husband, so delicious and there was plenty for two! The prices are reasonable, the service is very friendly.

Stopped here on a whim, and glad we did. They have the most amazing calzones that I've had. Crispy, thin outter crust, packed with cheese, meat and pepperoni. My only addition would be to ask for hot marinara sauce rather than cold. Would definitely recommend. One word of caution, this is a small, mom & pop shop. You may have a longer than normal wait time (this isn't the hut). Oh yeah, and clean bathrooms.

Google
Exceptional calzone! Watched the guy press out our dough and make the calzone so it does take some time however the wait was WORTH IT! Not super thick like other places but crispy (not burnt) on the outside. We got a large thinking we would take it with us but... Well... No take out box needed 😁 Clean restaurant, clean restrooms, and the worker stayed busy cleaning the outside patio while we were here (even though it wasn't to dirty to start with!) We will definitely be back... The extra prep and cook time are worth the wait!

Great place to eat a slice or two for lunch. I got 2 veggie slices, and the bottom of the crust was thin and crunchy. It was very pleasant. Normally I don't eat all the crust but this time I did.

Yelp
Just moved to the neighborhood and wow what a find! Awesome pizza Probably one of the kindest and friendliest staff I have ever met. A family business that knows what their clients want. Got there almost at closing not only did I get excellent service with Abby they even gave me extra as I was the last customer. They really made my day

Yelp
Had a slice of New York style pepperoni pizza, pizza slice was a generous size for one person. I folded the pizza just the way New York style should be eaten. Pizza at the Ranch I'll be back.

Yelp
I agree it's a friendly staff! Not sure what they did when they took over from Flippin, but I'm a New Yorker, and I love me a NY style pizza, and now it's not as good as Flippin was. So bummed bc now for great pizza I have to go to Bronx pizza in Hillcrest, or Bongiorno's New York Pizzeria in Solana Beach (the one in Poway is not as good).

Yelp
3.5 stars. I went to Vons next door and noticed that Flippin Pizza had changed name/ownership. They had a Tuesday special, any slice for $2. I got 6 slices of pepperoni. The pep was a little sparse, flavor was lacking, but it was NY style, my favorite. It's very similar to Flippin, then you'll like this. Decent value for today's economy..

Yelp
Can't beat $2 a slice deal on Tuesdays. I'll be back, pizza tasted great! Only down side was no water cups.

Yelp
Very good and has all the elements of a New York style Pizza, Great crust tangy cheese and great sauce all put together and cooked to perfection. Friendly helpful staff and a small pizza store atmosphere. Definitely will return and no longer I need to go to Mission Hills for NYC style pizza

Jasmine I.

Yelp
The guy working there was really nice and helpful and the prices are good! Agree with another review that it's very similar to flippin, unfortunately it's a little less airy and crispy compared to flippin in my opinion but lots of different slice options (as well as other menu options) to choose from!

Brad H.

Yelp
My new favorite pizza in San Diego. They redid the dough recipe when they ditched flippin and the crust is the best ny style in San Diego I've tried. Love it as much as Bronx pizza
