Nothing like these pies, best in the area! The size is just right too. Service got a lower rating only because it’s challenging to call in an order - phones usually busy - but the staff is super friendly and courteous. Highly recommend!

I grew up in Maine and graduated from Biddeford High School in 1991. I remember many times eating Pizza by Alex with my Grandmother who is no longer with us anymore and I cherish those memories dearly. I will always remember how happy she was when I brought some Pizza by Alex when I stopped by for a visit. I try to get up to Maine at least once a year and can say that I make it a tradition to stop by here and get my "fix" before seeing any of my family. I love my family, but its hard to choose which is more important sometimes. They love me too but totally understand because they enjoy Pizza by Alex too. Best part is, when I get there I always have an excuse to visit again before I come back to Georgia because they gift me gift certificates for Pizza by Alex when I get there.

Salty, greasy, perfectly crispy. Very probably the best New England Greek-style pizza on Earth, which is for sure a "heaviest lightweight" type of title but a title all the same. No frills whatsoever here - cash only, nothing but pizza on the menu, one size (which most places would dub a small). Must have had the entire menu by now and I've never gone wrong yet.

The ground beef and fetta cheese pizza was delicious. I hope to try it cooked in the old ovens next time! Lots of pretty plants in the lobby to admire while waiting. Old menus from years ago make the atmosphere nostalgic. Definitely will be returning.

Fantastic pizza! A nice crisp bottom crust. Customer service was excellent; the man behind the counter puts a smile on people’s faces :)

This was our first time. We were two couples, ordered a sausage & mushroom and an Alex special minus the olives. This was ample pizza for the four of us, each had half a pizza. Crust was good not soggy. The pizza are loaded with fresh toppings as you can see in the pictures. It was take out only. We chose to eat at Mechanics Park just down the street. Much better pizza then down town OOB.
