Super friendly staff and amazing pizza! I paid ~$10 for 2 slices of pizza and they did not disappoint. For such a small and cozy kitchen there are multiple pizza options to choose from. The 3 cheese, pesto-roni and spicy pepperoni are my recommendations. Pizza Colore is a great place to stop and refresh while walking Pearl Street

Very friendly workers and manager there! The crust is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside...I've never had anything like it! I got a slice of pesto and pepperoni. I loved the pesto sauce! If I lived closer, I would go frequently, but I was only there on vacation.

I just flew in from New York and this Pestoroni slice was freaking delicious! They said the pesto is locally sourced. I got pizza by the slice and I could even eat the crust ends they weren’t hardened to a rock like most by the slice pizza.

There is a story here. I consider myself a New Yorker. There are few places in this world where the food is unparalleled. And I’m not talking Michelin star. But delicious amazing food in every corner. From $14.00 for two people to $1000. The pizza, bagels, Nathan’s hot dogs, and ethnic authentic cuisine are unmatched. Because they don’t cater to the masses but to the integrity of the individualism. And will follow their unique essence. I was walking around and saw this little pizza place in the heart of downtown Bolder Co. I asked an employee who was wearing a NYC cap if he thought it was authentic. He said undoubtedly yes. The owner happened the there too. And graciously added that his pizza was absolutely a NYC authentic pizza. I of course responded, adding that no pizza outside of NYC was really authentic (I had pizza in Italy, so the bar was high) I was absolutely impressed. The pizza was delicious! Thin crispy crust, with a perfect harmony of ingredients that made it absolutely delicious. And yes NYC got nothing on you Pizza Colore

We went here with a large group (7 total, 2 kids). A few of our party were visiting from the East Coast and let me tell you, the patience and kindness of the staff was equally as amazing as the pizza. My mom is a pizza snob, as she grew up in NY, and she would not stop talking about how amazing the pizza is. Honestly, all of us couldn't stop talking about how great the pizza is! Clean, friendly, well priced, and a welcoming g environment! Cannot recommend this place enough!!!!

My wife and I were first time customers and had an excellent visit. We ordered two slices of Roma pizza. We were offered two freshly baked slices since there was just one available. The slices were baked promptly and were delicious. Fast, tasty pizza at a fair price. Perfect after a busy day of traveling.

Love this place! Favorite pizza stop in Boulder. Was feeling adventurous and tried their Chile Colorado slice and it blew me away. Green Chile, chicken, and hominy made for an amazing pizza experience so I grabbed a whole pie. Highly recommend!

Late night slice of deep dish promised in a minute was more like 7-10 minutes!

While shopping on Pearl Street, I passed by Pizza Colore and smelled the most amazing aroma. I wasn't even that hungry, but I just had to stop. There was no line, and my order was ready very quickly. The staff was so friendly, and they made sure to ask us how everything was before we left. They have a small seating area, which I can see filling up quickly on weekends. The pizza was perfectly thin and crispy, and came out very hot. They had self-serve containers of red pepper flakes, oregano, and Parmesan cheese to use. The pizza was so delicious, and I was so glad that we stopped in.

Great place to grab a slice of pizza .. love the thin crust! You can even add additional toppings to your slice! Super friendly service. Came on a weekday during lunch with no line, I'm sure it gets packed on weekends! Few patio tables or ut front and window seating inside.

My son and I decided to go out to dinner tonight and he wanted pizza, so I asked him "what's the best pizza place in Boulder?" And we agreed, it's Pizza Colore! We were glad to see Alex there! He's there every time we go. What a dedicated staff member and he always makes the experience great! He's such a nice guy, is kind, and I really believe he cares about his customers and above all about providing great pizza! Alex is the reason we give this place 6 out of 5 stars! I've never eaten pizza with such great dough and crust. Normally I don't eat the crust and just give the pizza bones to our dog. At Pizza Colore I eat every last bite. This is the place to go if you want pizza in Boulder!

Great food friendly service and the food comes out fast and cheap for a slice of pizza

I'll make a better review of this place in future but need to say that this is the best pizza in the Denver/Boulder area! Always quick and if they don't have the place you want they'll make it for you quickly. If you're looking for great pizza that remind you of NY,this is it! Don't go any further!!

I was in town for the Boulderthon. Once I was done with the race expo which was also right there in the Pearl Street Mall, I stopped in here to grab something quick to eat. I ordered their 8" meathead pizza. It came with pepperoni, sausage, meatball, and Canadian bacon. They had seating in the back, but I opted for a table outside as the weather was really nice. It looked to be a pretty small operation, kind of easy to miss. I was glad that I made the stop in here. The pizza was good and everyone working there was nice and friendly.

Got the spicy pepperoni on recommendation since it wasn't on the menu inside. So good!!! Crust was really good and the spicy ranch was perfect.

It's summer time on the Pearl Street Mall so stop by and pick up delicious pizza. We come here every summer and it never disappoints. A bright fun young man helped me choose our slices and there were numerous choices. Not like your local pizza place where you only have one or two choices, there were at least 8, all piping hot. They also heat and wrap pieces you want to take home. Next time we will order a whole pizza, but we've been twice already for slices! Give it a try.

I visit here for a day and found this little pizza place. The slice is big. The server explained what's in each slice and found me those that I will like. Turn out they taste so good. Recommend to come here if in the area

Quick little pop in for a slice, when you need it! There isn't much in terms of seating so it best served for a small group or to go. Nice staff and average pricing . Personally like my pizza a little more well done, so for future I would keep it in the oven a bit longer and without any aluminum foil...

Fast foldable NY style pizza. Hot and tasty. Very good. Good place to grab a snack. Service is very quick and alot to choose from. Definitely a good choice

My son and I found this gem on Pearl Street in Boulder. This was some of the best pizza we've had. The crust on this pizza was just perfection at its best. Their pizza was tasty and left us craving more. My son had their pepperoni and I had their pepperoni with pesto sauce. Amazing slices! The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful with information about the town. Must try this spot!

While visiting for a show at Red Rock in June, we stopped at Pizza Colore while enjoying the area. This shop resembles a wide winding hallway with the counter/ register by the front. As you walk back along the counter, you can see where they make/bake the pizza. All the way to the back is the small but clean/well lit seating area. The staff was friendly, the service was fast and the pizza was indeed delicious! Thin, crispy crust. Fresh herby red sauce with lots of mozzarella, topped with spicy pepperoni and sausage.

Great place! The pizza was crispy, staff was friendly, really really great spot for lunch! They have a dining area in the back of the restaurant that seated our group.

We were so hungry after hiking, this place was the best! My friend was hangry so Pizza slices ready to go were a life saver. They were very tasty. We loved the crust. Prices were good. Ample seating in the back. Clean and bright lighting

The food was really good. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The service was fast. I ordered the pesto pizza and the. Buffalo ranch pineapple pizza. It was delicious. I would go back there again. Ps the pizza was like homemade

Little New York style pizza place in downtown Boulder offering classic and unique slices. We split a plain pesto slice ($4.35). It was a decent imitation worth considering NYC style, but not as good

We had a quick snack here before the CU game in November and really enjoyed the pizza. Lots of flavors to choose from with a friendly staff.

Random chance pizza place. Stopped in and looked at what was made. Pesto looked good as did pepperoni. I'm a fan of New York style and this was some of the best I've ever had. Very surprised.

The East Coast pizza is a must. It is balanced with meat, cheese, and some bell peppers. The service is quick, the slices are perfect size! Maybe 2 is enough but go for it whole pizza if you feeling it. The back area is great to enjoy a slice with some good company. Definitely get your slice here!!

As a tourist this is excellent. Family friendly. And friendly. We had the New yorksies. Pizza special Bianca. It shone in clean fresh food elevated by excellent ingredients. Lemony Cesar with baby romaine and micro greens

Ordered a pizza when I was 20 minutes away, and they told me it would be 20 minutes which is normal. However, once arriving at the store they hadn't even started the order. They acted like it wasn't a big issue when the whole point of putting a order in before you arrive is so it is ready for pickup when you do get there. Would recommend either buying slices only or staying away in general.

Simple place but very nice people and great pizza. they don't go heavy on the sauce. And everything is very flavorful and the crust is done perfectly.

The pizza as my husband said was scrumptious, the gentleman who help us was very helpful and friendly. The only complaint I have is the gentleman at the register was more interested in texting then helping check us out. So much so that the man who help us with the pizza came and over and asked us what we wanted to drink and if there was anything else after I had asked for 2 drinks from the man at the register. I totally would recommend coming here for some fantastic pizza!

Solid NYC pizza joint on Pearl Street in Boulder. A large group of us ordered 3 pizzas including the hot Hawaiian and a couple other meat options (I forget the name). Pizza was very tasty and filling. My only complaint is they are cheap on small days refills ($1 each refill?) and no ranch dressing. Maybe this is done out of self preservation in a college town. In any event, solid pizza and would definitely go back!

Incredible pizza. I would definitely come here again. Love the cozy feel. Try the cheese, white special, or spicy pepperoni. All have a great crunchy crust.

Fantastic pizza. I don't even like this crust, but this was delicious. We were in Boulder for 6 days and ate there 3 times. Thin, crunchy crust and delicious toppings. My wife loves thin crust and thought it was the best pizza she's ever had. Highly recommended.

It's a small place but there is seating in the back - and it's worth a trip because they sell pizza by the slice, adorned any way you like it. I stopped in randomly, not expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised - the pizza is really good. As a former New Yorker for fifty years, I'm incredibly fussy about my pizza, but I have no hesitations about recommending this place. Tasted just like NYC pizza.

Best pizza around. The crust is perfect crispy but not chewy. We got the Hawaiian and the pesto slices both were excellent.

We just kind of happened upon here while we were walking around Boulder and didn't think much of it. The pizza turned out to be AMAZING! They had some good slice options, and we ended up getting one of the specialty ones and one plain one. They were great sizes and the crust was perfect; it was everything you hope for in the perfect slice of pizza. It was also super fairly priced and the guy working was very friendly. I'm usually someone who tends to gravitate towards the trendy places with instagram decor, but this place proved me wrong. It was super simple with not much to it, but absolutely amazing anyways!

Disgusting the pizza was sogging so hard that I had to eat some god damn taco chips afterwards. PU

The pizza was good but I got food poisoning from their pizza. After 2 hours of eating their pizza I had bloody diarrhea, vomiting, fever, chills that have lasted over 24 hours, they leave pizzas out too long. The girl that added toppings to my pizza didn't even wash her hands. They said the oven heat kills germs but it definitely doesn't! This has been such a nightmare that I never will eat pizza from there or anywhere. They gave me a refund but that could never compensate me for the pain I have experienced due to them not handling food correctly.

I love pizza by the slice and the pepperoni here was yum yums. Crisp exterior and soft chewy crust interior just the right thickness. Flavorful and fresh and great value.

If good pizza is what you need in your life, this is the place. This place is a hairy guy in a wife beater with a gold chain and over exaggerated accent short of a NY pizza joint. We come here for a slice every time I come to Boulder because it's the closest thing to pizza from back home I can find. The place smells like garlic and pizza. It's early so they were wrapping up the daily fresh made chocolate chip cookies. My god they were tempting but I left my card in the car and only had a few dollars in cash.

The perfect spot to grab a slice! They offered customizable gluten free options as well! My friend tried & said it was a great gluten crust from what's she's tried! I got the Hawaiian three cheese & classic pepperoni and they were amazing! They offered lots of flavors by the slice!! Also the guys working were amazing!!! Very considerate and kind group of guys! Would go back!

They have potato on pizza, taking me back to some of the best pizza memories I had while in Italy! I've passed by this place a number of times on Pearl Street Mall and finally ventured in during an afternoon where we needed a quick snack break (yes, a huge slice of pizza equates to a snack in my world). In and out with a fresh slice of pizza and a mini cannoli filled on site and I was a happy camper!

Could use better customer service the last two times that I've entered and they asked me what would I like? I answer one second because I would have to look at the menu and so they get annoyed. Also, I was eating my lunch and one of the employees went out of his way to ask me if I was done and if you wanted me to box up my pizza and I was like OK I guess you want me to leave if they're going to get annoyed about people not knowing what's on the menu maybe they can post a menu on the windows so people could stare at the menu before they go into the restaurant and also a few TVs wouldn't kill them

My dad and I were in boulder and we needed to find a quick lunch spot. Luckily pizza colore was just around the corner and I went walking to pick up our whole pizza. We ended up getting a half and half. One side had pepperoni, chicken and sausage. While the other had pepperoni, green peppers and mushrooms. Onto the food! The pizza crust itself was worth the buy. Crispy and flavorful at every bite. Now, what made this perfect was the toppings. Everything felt fresh and juicy the farther I went into it. I mowed through my half and then robbed a bite off my fathers. Same thing just different toppings! Cheese was nice and stringy as well. DISCLAIMER: The pizza is really greasy. This wasn't bad for me, but I can see why others might not like it. Fair warning. Overall, Pizza Colore served as an amazing find and go to spot for lunch if we're in boulder again. Atmosphere is friendly and smells amazing. If you're in boulder then give it a try!

The pizzas are delicious. You can easily define how the good the place is by just trying out their cheese pizza or pepperoni pizza. They even have new specials everyday which are equally good if not better.

Best pizza in Boulder by far! This is one of my favorite places and I get the cheese - the crust is great, cheese great, sauce great. Would recommend over other pizza places in Boulder.

Sorry, I'm from Philly and the pizza here just doesn't stand up to home, but it's an ok tomato pie.

Pleasantly surprised to find this hole in the wall pizzeria among all the $$$ restaurants. You can only order some pizzas by the whole later in the day, but they had pepperoni, pesto, pesto sausage, and mean hawaiian. Not sure what price standards for pizza are in CO but was pleasantly surprised at the pricepoint. The guys behind the counter are genial. I got the pesto - loveed the thin crust and crunch all the way to the edge.

What can I say? I love this place! Whether its 2PM or 2AM this place always has good pizza. I can never decide what I want so I usually end up getting: a slice of cheese, a slice of white, and a slice of pesto. The whole colore rainbow. The cheese slice is perfection in itself. The white slice has no marinara and probably has a mixture of olive oil and garlic. It's delish to say the least. I am a big fan of the pesto and this slice gets me every time! The white and pesto slices are definitely a little greasier than the cheese but that's okay! Sometimes I go fancy and get tomatoes and balsamic on the pesto slice! I am not of an of their spicy ranch however, would not recommend. It is much to vinegar tasting for my likes. Service is always good, the people are always nice and it's a great place to get a slice! Oh and they have punch cards!

Been here on multiple occasions and finally getting around to writing a review. I tend to bring my CA friends here after walking around for a while. The pizza slices are perfect sizes and the calzones are other worldly! Dense food though so come in expecting to eat high calories lol!

It doesn't look like much - but it's solid pizza. It's got a chewy crust and good flavorful toppings. I got the pesto base slice with mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, and artichoke hearts. My mom got a pepperoni slice. It was really yummy, and I'd go back there for a good slice of pizza pie!
