Food was great! The 2 woman who helped me were very helpful and polite. Please avoid the worker guy named Anthony, if you call to order and he picks up just hang up and call another pizza place. He’s very rude, unprofessional and unpleasant…

Got pizza randomly from here the other day as a before the holiday treat and it ROCKED. Just your classic cheesy greasy pizza, nothing too fancy but hit the spot. Very friendly staff, ready on time and we liked the garlic dip a lot, thanks for letting us try it. We’ll order again soon, The Kubota guys.

This place always freaking nails it when I order! Always so good even in winter pizza arrived fast and hot

I've been eating here for years I love the pizza we get the large full house minus black olives add green olives and we love it kind of skimpy on the sauce and toppings tho have to ask for extra pizza sauce if you want any sauce at all🫙🫙🫙🤤 and always seems like the dough is either really new or very old and nothing in between

It was raining 🌧 the day I got this pizza and it was an easy walk across the street so I figure I'd order from here. I got the $9.99 Pepperoni pizza special and this pizza has a personality. Someone said the extra grease makes this a bad pizza but so NOT so. I see the extra drip as extra personality to it myself and it had good flavor overall. It's close quality for sure to any of those places who sell 3 dollars a slice I can tell you that and to boot fresher than that. These come out hot and greasy, convenient to go and the staff is cool👍 .

These are the best breadsticks ever I live 4 hours away and when come up here I always make sure I stop and get a few orders for my trip back to Indiana. The service is always amazing and the staff is always enjoyable to have a conversation with

So pretty disappointed, we ordered subs on the way home, and were so excited to have it for dinner, the staff was nice when I went in to pickup. We get home and this is what my dad's looks like, the bread is so dried and hard this is suppose to be steak and cheese with mushroom and onion, which we couldn't even find. Then when we go back up, all they can do is say "it's been a hectic, busy day" and give a refund. I understand it probably has been busy with the game, but with the prices as they are, I would expect better care in food prep.

I have been ordering from here for years. Everything is so clean and good, as well as homemade/traditional--ribs, pizza, chicken, salads, dips, and breadsticks. Yes! It's my go-to place. So delicious.

Good pizza I have been going there from Waterford to Pontiac for years, good atmosphere good customer service and nice employees and now they will deliver to me.

I have visited the location in Pontiac for 16 years or so. I have tried the pizza, the submarine sandwiches, and the breadsticks. The pizza I will compare to something similar of a Little Caesars. I will call it a budget pizza that isn't half bad, so what's the other half? I guess OK! I will note the Pontiac location is carry-out only. I cannot report on the other two locations. The submarine sandwiches are definitely the shining star and featured item for my palette. A large variety of subs, available in 8 inch or 16 inch. The large is definitely my choice. Very filling, muy deliciouso! They come toasted, that makes it so much better! I really like the club. Compare to the new chains popping up and you will see they hold their own in taste, quality and value. They used to offer Tuesday a discount on all subs. Currently the discount is only available for the ham and cheese; I have not tried one, as I'm stuck on my favorite club sub! The second menu item I have discovered and really enjoy is the Hot Garlic Breadsticks- Yea, baby! Fresh oven baked topped with garlic butter and parmesean cheese. Great value- order 6 sticks for $1.60 or 12 for $2.60. The only way to truly enjoy them? Here it comes- cheese dip! It's a soft cream cheese base with secret goodness that makes ya' so happy! $1.55 gets a cup that is more than enough to slather on the 6 sticks, probability enough for 12 sticks if you aren't as gluttonous as me! They offer the dill and onion cream cheese, as well. There is a large menu to explore including fries, ribs, nachos, pasta, lasagna, wings, strips, slaw and salads. Something for everyone at a reasonable price. I think the pricing on the pizza is a bit high for the rating scale, I have my favorite pizza joints, but this place is one of my favorite sub spots. These are my thoughts, not yours! Stop in and try for yourself- cheers!

Never had this place before, if your not paying attention youll drive right past it & i must say they have the best breadsticks around, so good & excellent prices. Ranch is amazing too

I drove all the way from Clarkston, Mi (Close to Brandon, Mi) in bad weather, and icy roads to get a small pizza and an order of breadsticks, and I must say, IT WAS SO WORTH IT!!!! The staff working, were all so friendly, they made me feel very welcomed. And the food! O.M.G!!! You can tell they put so much love into their food. It was soooo good!!! With every bite, I kept saying, "Oh my God!" which probably made those around me uncomfortable, (or want what I was having) either way, IT'S THAT GOOD! I would recommend EVERYONE that has teeth and tastebuds to go to Pizza Express, on Baldwin Rd, in Pontiac if you are craving pizza, or are hungry, but you don't really know what you want, or if you want a better tasting pizza than the regular chains, and franchises out there. You will be glad you did!

The Food wasn't cooked thoroughly and never g oo to what I orded extra ٫ was charged for too. Rude customer service . We will not be ordering from again .

Best service, best munchie food when you need it. I couldn't reccomend it more. I live in Grand Rapids and this place is always on the list if I'm within30 miles. No fooling around good food!!

Horrible!!! Food is good but service is TERRIBLE!!! Called the other night and sat on hold for 35 minutes, hung up and ordered elsewhere . Tonight they hung up on me twice and didn't even say hello????? I'm done with them , used to love this place !

My son called to place an order TODAY at the location at 1264 Baldwin Avenue Pontiac MI48340 and was given how much it would be.In route to the location he received a call back and was told that our Order was NOT going to be PREPARED due to my ALLERGIES from ONIONS & MUSHROOMS! The female who made the call said that she was NOT going to REMOVE those INGREDIENTS!! Mind you we were ALREADY sitting in FRONT OF THE LOCATION!! NOT ONLY is this where we SPEND OUR MONEY AT!! But one of my other sons use to MANAGE one of the locations that CLOSED!! IT SHOWS WHY!!!

Great service, it is hard to come by but Chris cares about the company. You can't expect quality food to be rushed. Thanks! The employees are always kind with or without the owner, please keep it up!

I have been going to Pizza Express since 1998 and still keep going back. I do miss the club (as George stated) being a Tuesday sub special, because it is awesome! I really enjoy their garlic cheese bread, best ever!! Their chicken wings is pretty decent too. They even have waffle fries (fries shaped like waffles, not tasting like!), I really like those too!! Just to clarify the Pontiac location has delivery (which is 'carry out' but wanted to make sure that was pointed out) They have a great 'pizza place' menu, even selling mostaccioli and lasagna.

I give no stars I asked for no an stressed no cheese on my sub an they didn't listen I can't have dairy due to chemo it makes me really really sick An that's how it is got anyone that has had chemo I e been sick for 5 days .

Never in my life have i been served spoiled food at a pizza place before!!! Ive since tried to contact the management, sending emails.. seems their mismanagement and general lack of concern runs all the way up the corporate ladder!!!

this location is way better then the perry st. location. they are always extremely polite and helpful on the phone. Their breadsticks are to die for. So is their antipasto salad! and I also love their pizza, better then most of the local chains. Also, their nighttime/weekend delivery driver Aaron is wonderful. He's always prompt and has a great sense of humor. I always request him and tip him well, and so should you. =)
