I am glad that Pizza Guys is now in our neighborhood so I placed a mobile order and picked it up at 4pm. The service so efficient and quite friendly.. I went there and two female staffs were all smile and energetic. The food so delicious, well presented. My hubby and I ate it all. We had the spinach garlic pizza with white sauce and the wings in hot sauce. I highly recommend this location…

I recently visited Pizza Guys, and I have to say, the highlight of my experience wasn’t just the delicious pizza—it was the incredible service from all the employees. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel welcome right away. Throughout my visit, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They took my order carefully, double-checked to make sure they got it right, and even made helpful suggestions about menu items. Their positive attitude made a busy evening at the restaurant feel calm and enjoyable for everyone around. What stood out the most was their professionalism and attention to detail. Even when the line got long, they stayed patient, friendly, and focused. They truly care about giving customers a great experience. I highly recommend this place. If you have to get something, the pizza rolls are my favorite and deadly. I couldn’t stop eating them. I was also shocked with how stacked the toppings are on their pizza and yet not soggy at all. Their mango habanero is money and I could not resist.

I’ve ordered from Pizza Guys Palo Alto multiple times now, and they’ve been great every time. The pizza is flavorful, comes out hot, and feels more like a high-end pizza than your typical neighborhood spot. The crust is exactly what you’d want. Not overly doughy, not too thin, and it holds up well. You can tell they’re consistent with how they make it, which is why I keep coming back.

Ordered online for 10 AM pick up before they opened and the pizzas were ready at 10AM. All 4 pizzas (pepperoni, cheese, combo, chicken/bacon) were tasty. Ingredients tasted fresh and had a nice crust. They provided complimentary plates, cheese, and pepper flakes. Also, gave me a free two liter and cups. Def recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with the Pizza Guys. We used a coupon which gave us 2 XL pizzas for $40 including tax. Even after tip, these pizzas were well worth the cost as the pizzas were fresh and delicious. My wife picked up the food and said they were friendly and pleasant Can't wait to try them again

Pizza Guys is the only place I've found that has green olives, which is my favorite topping. I always order their thin crust pizza and it never disappoints.

I am very pleasantly surprised by Pizza Guys! This is the only Pizza Guys I've ever been to (so far?). I think this location is new; I came bc I saw their fb ad. There are many sorts of pizza I enjoy: Japanese fusion, Indian fusion, deep dish, New York, Neapolitan. (This is not an exhaustive list, just the ones I go for.) But one thing I miss sometimes is a good American takeout/delivery style pizza. Frankly, the American takeout/delivery options near me aren't very good. I very occasionally get them out of hope and nostalgia, but prices are increasing, ingredients are disappearing, and overall they're not very good -- if they were, the rest wouldn't matter so much. I've frequently wished there were an option to pay an extra $5 or even $10 and have them pile on the toppings, the way places used to by default when I was a teenager and in college. These days, even if I pay for double toppings and sometimes TRIPLE cheese, I get this thin anemic pizza with barely any cheese in the inch or two between individual toppings. I just don't understand why, even after a pretty hefty upcharge! THE TOPPINGS HERE ARE SO GENEROUS -- I didn't even pay for extra. And their prices are in-line with everyone else's! And like everyone else, they have a website where you can see their specials! Basically, bc of the profusion of toppings, it ends up being a better pizza for less -- at least for those of us who like a LOT of toppings! This seems to be a takeout/delivery place -- it's a tiny shop in the same small plaza as State of Mind, I think there's a table in the parking lot. Parking can be tight; at certain hours, you might end up parking on the side street or a block down. But IMO, totally worth it for my classic American takeout/delivery style pizza cravings!

first I want to say, I support small businesses. This is a franchise business. This is a tough yelp rating for me but I'll break it down 1)Easy of ordering through the app: No complaints , a little cumbersome when you create your account, no integration with Apple ID or Google 2)service picking up the pizza : no complaints, the guy behind the counter was very courtesy 3) Parking is good 4) The Pizza! For some context I make my pizza dough at home and cook on an Ooni pizza oven. I've made pizza dough with Poolish and Biga starters using "00" flour from Italy. I ate pizzas from all over ( NYC, Naples (Italy), Rome, Tokyo, Chicago, Detriot, LA, SF). I've met Tony Gemignani who owns tony's pizza napoletana I have to say the Pizza Guys crust is just ok, you can tell its premade because it's perfectly shaped. and the overall taste is just ok. 5 / 10 My 14 yr old son says this pizza is probably better than Whole Foods pizza but not as good as Mountain Mike's Details:: I got the large 1 topping with a coupon It was 16.99 before tax. Without a coupon, it would have been $25.99 Other factors The issue is the location. This pizza guy is NEXT to the best Pizza restaurant in Palo Alto -- which is state of mind pizza ( well actually Terun is probably the best sit down pizza place, but State of Mind is the best casual pizza place ) State of mind has the best pizza to go hands down. When I pulled to Pizza Guys , I was seriously asking myself, why didn't I just order pizza from next door ( State of Mind Pizza) for roughly $4 more, you can get a one topping large pizza which has a superior crust and much better sauce and toppings ... you know the dough is made fresh. Unfortunately, as a franchisee, you have use the dough that the franchiser company gives you. I'm sure this pizza from Pizza Guys will work for most folks unless you yourself are a foodie and make your own dough and have traveled to other pizza meccas like Italy and Tokyo. Bottom line if you have a coupon , go for it! I was debating whether to leave a review or not but after seeing this was a 5 star place on yelp, I was excited to try but to be honest, the pizza in my opinion is not 5 stars. Maybe for some people, it's 5 stars compared to other franchised pizza places ( Little Caesars, Dominos, MOD pizza , Pieology ). I think if I was going for a pizza from a well known chain, then I'd say get Pizza My Heart, then Mountain Mikes. Trust me when I say, the pizza you bring home doesn't look like the photos on this yelp page. My apologies if I have offended you! This is just my honest opinion! I'm sure there are plenty of people who love their pizza. The people who gave 5 stars probably have not eaten good pizza before! I have not tried their other items on their menu.

Ordered online for pick up and they were right on time. Friendly, quick, and just what I had in mind! Parking lot is tight so mostly take out After waiting for a super long time last time at the joint next door, I decided to give them a try today and I'm happy about it. Fantastic from start to finish! The flavors were outstanding, and the service was top-notch. Everything arrived perfectly timed. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys excellent food and atmosphere.

We visited the new Pizza Guys on El Camino Real. The staff were very friendly, and they even offered free pizza coupons for their soft opening. I honestly can't remember the last time I got free pizza coupons! We decided to try the flatbread. The Fiery Pepperoni Bacon Flatbread had a great kick to it. It was our first time trying it, and it did not disappoint. We also ordered our usual: Buffalo Wings and Cheezee Garlic Bread. Dinner last night totally hit the spot. Thank you, Pizza Guys!

This spot is great you pay for what you order, Duc hooked me for sure with a soda and juicy cookie that's beyond my imagination. Pizza quality is top notch very established business you will be happy try them out because we don't really have places nearby to get something late or convenient so was really pleased here. Ordered Hawaiian pizza tonight which was delivered thanks to DoorDash. The pizza was amazing. The crust and amount toppings were perfect. Everything was perfect except one thing, it wasn't the pizza I ordered.

I rarely write Yelp reviews, trying to be better about it! OMG. I wish I had found this place sooner! I work at an office in Palo Alto, and every once in a blue moon I crave pizza. I also rarely eat pizza because I am weirdly picky about the consistency, and it's also a rare treat for me. I have tried various places around the area and in neighboring towns. My colleague and I split a small half-and-half pizza. She had bacon and artichoke hearts as toppings, and I just added jalapenos to my half. The regular crust was PERFECTION - perfectly crisp but not overly done, and not at all floppy (especially given that we had to drive back to the office first). Flavor was great; we got the pink sauce. Later this afternoon I told my colleague... I need to write a review, I enjoyed it that much! This would also be a great stop on the way home for a quick pick up for dinner. I will for sure be back! The young man behind the counter was friendly as well.

Honestly, I was shook. If you're into dry, cardboard pizza, this location ain't for you. I've eaten here twice now by chance, and both times, the pizza was so good. I'm not even a crust person, but the dough low-key gave gourmet vibes so I ate the whole thing. And omg--the service!!! They totally went above and beyond. Thank you, Pizza Guys! I'll be back soon.

This new location left a promotion at my house, so I thought I'd give them a try. My thin pepperoni pizza was excellent and arrived ahead of schedule. I ordered from their website, which is clearly laid out and makes the process easy and thorough (including tracking your pizza through every step). I've finally found a good place to order delivery pizza from.

Garlic pizza rolls is a must. So deadly and delish, I couldn't stop eating them. Huge plus on their wings, their mango habanero wings were meaty and juicy. Finally, their combo pizza was stacked with toppings and yet the crust is crispy. Huge win, I highly recommend this spot

First time trying Pizza Guys and we were really impressed. We ordered two pizzas, chicken wings, a flatbread, and a cookie. Everything was clean and tasty. Their combo pizza was our favorite. Not greasy like some other pizza places and all the veggies were fresh. Wings were tender and nicely seasoned with interesting sauces. Our 10yo said this is his new favorite pizza place. The staff were friendly. You can tell they care about doing things right. Great new spot. We'll definitely be coming back.

Hands DOWN the best pizza guys I've ever been to. As a frequent pizza consumer, I've been to my fair share of pizza joints. Believe me when I say, you need to go to this location. This one specifically had the best customer service compared to the other pizza guys I've been to by a long shot and I haven't written any of them reviews. They were kind, quick to assist, and got started on my order right away. They have a seating area outside for you to enjoy your pizza as well! Johnson and this girl with glasses are great, 10/10!

Pizza Guys gets a 5 for customer service. The first time I came, the pizza crust was raw and gummy (possibly it was just a lemon), and they gave us a new pizza and also some yummy garlic rolls and a cookie to apologize. They really went over and beyond to rectify their mistake, and I couldn't have asked for more courteous and prompt attention. I do want to support local franchise owners, especially when they go out of their way to please their customers.

New pizza spot if you want something quick and good. We came here and ordered food for take out. Everyone was friendly, everything we ordered was 10/10! Wings, cheese bread, pizza. There's also a little seating area if you wanted to eat there as well and not difficult to find parking at all. Would definitely come again!

I've been to multiple locations, but this one definitely shines above the others. The staff were very friendly and made my pizza in a very timely manner. The ingredients tasted very fresh and organic. If you're looking for a high-quality and reasonably priced pizza, I would definitely recommend.
