Pizza Hut

I just ordered the big new Yorker Crust tastes like cardboard. Very little sauce, very little cheese. Very little pepperoni. as hard as The box that it came in. Will never order the new Yorker again, not worth the money nor the taste. They shouldn't even have it on the menu. Very sad.

Super bummed - tried to order last night around 12:30am and they called me to tell me they can’t make it that last call is at 12:30am and cancelled my order. This was my first time ordering from Pizza Hut. The only reason I wanted to try them was because Domino’s was closed. I’ve never had Domino’s Pizza ever do that. Plus, I could have made it as I live 2 minutes away. Maybe the staff just wanted to leave early, but nonetheless it’s unprofessional. Change your hours to that you close at 12:30am then

Don't buy Pizza Hut!!! Buy Domino’s pizza. Pizza Hut has very poor quality in its pizzas. I bought a pizza and they gave it to me cold pizza , I ordered it with ham and pineapple and they gave me slices that looked like tortillas. I called the store and the person who answered the phone her name is Camila and she told me that she couldn't do anything and hung up the phone. I have always bought at Domino’s for many years and I have never had a problem but this time we wanted to try Pizza Hut and I regret having spent $60.00 dls on pizza that looked like 7 Eleven pizza hahaha. Check this store reviews first, there is people who have ordered pizzas and they have get pizza even with hair.

I just spent nearly 15 minutes placing a phone order, and it felt more like interacting with a machine than a representative. They kept repeating themselves, making the process unnecessarily long. It's becoming a pattern that’s led me to stop ordering from Pizza Hut. I decided to give it another try today, but once again, I was disappointed by the quality of service.

There was a small hair on my pizza that I removed, but then seen this long one on a different slice and instantly got disgusted. The cooks should wear hair nets at all times working with food.

Management here is extremely rude stating children need to be present to claim book it rewards which is not included in the certificate we have redeemed these throughout the summer I've never had an issue but for some reason this time they wanted to make it clear but we will not be returning to this location as the pizza was extremely wet leaving the box extremely soggy a lot of changes have happened to this location and it seems to just become worse and worse

First time in a long time ordering here and and it will be my last. I ordered large pizza that looked more like a medium. I live close to the place and when i got home it was cold and really thin. I had to pay for the grated cheese and crushed pepper when other places they give it to you for free. I also ordered wings and they were also cold when I got home but tasted ok. For everything I payed more than $74 for 8 smalls and thin slices, it was not even worth it. They were so thin that when I got the pizza the box didn't even weigh I had to open it to make sure there was food in there and not just and empty box. I can get a better pizza at Rosa's Pizza for way less. For now on I'm sticking to Rosas pizza this place is not even worth the food.

My son loves the pizza, French fries and soda combo.

First issue was when they let me place and pay an order for something they didn't have, then when I got to the location to pick up my order they asked me to get something else? Second issue was another order where I used a coupon code for something. They called right after I placed the order to cancel because they didn't have that item in stock. Lost the coupon code... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

They really be skimping out on pepperoni on their pizzas. On average 2 per slice on a medium. Ordered from app using their 2-item special so I had to get one more item. Chose garlic cheese "breadsticks" but when I picked them up they were two slabs of bread, uncut. I asked the employee if these are breadsticks because they sure don't look like it. She said "yeah this is how we cut them now". Well, then don't call them bread STICKS. Yes, I know, Pizza Hut isn't the best place to go for pizza, but I was hungry and didn't know where else to go at 8:30PM. Of course, immediate buyers remorse.

Used a third party delivery service. Left the pizza on my door step and didn't even knock. Food was cold.

I tried to give Pizza Hut another shot, but the customer service is always a constant reminder why I don't go back. They only hire young delinquents that honestly don't care all that much about their job, waited 25 min extra for 2 personal pizzas. Kept me waiting like a peasant. There went my lunch.

Javier is the best! Life can be stressful I came to pick up a pizza with my toddler son, and I dropped my pizza as I was about to get in my car , but luckily Javier was understanding of the situation, and got me a new pizza. Will always be coming back! We need more guys like Javier out in the world.

I am done with Pizza Hut. Why am I paying 18%+ for no service other than bake the pizza. Yes I know I can choose 0% but afraid they will spit in it. Anyways it was one of my favorite chain, not anymore. I should not have to offset your pay to employees.

Probably the 1st and last time ordering from this place. I haven't been to Pizza Hut in many years, but the quality of food, service, and the ambiance of this place is simply terrible. I ordered one large cheese pizza, and once I brought it home, I noticed that the pizza had half regular slices and half looked like slices from a kids pizza put together. They most likely attached two halves of old pizzas, put it in the oven, and served it as one pizza. If you look at the picture, you'll see that the crust doesn't match up. Simply terrible!

Very unhappy with this $12.99 pizza. Sloppy cuts, messy, burnt, and slightly cold. Always order from this location but last night was the worse pizza I ever picked up.

I usually love Pizza Hut, but a recent experience was rough. Someone came in yelling and causing a scene, and no staff stepped in. My order was late, and the wings were wrong. I hope this doesn't happen again.

The pizzas I've gotten from this location are good - some even come with extra cheese for a regular pepperoni pizza. However, the location leaves much to be desired since there are vagrants wandering by. It might explain why you have to buzz in from the front door for them to let you into the store. The pizza and the service here are great though.

I have been puking, , and in a lot of pain from the pizza I got last night, which was given to me as a sorry for the cold food I got before. :( cost me over $100 to stay home today. I won't be eating Pizza Hut anymore. App deleted from my phone.

1 star well deserved xD.. They don't even give you the pizza when it's actually been ready for over 20 minutes. What is that??? I usually don't leave bad reviews. But they enjoy seeing you suffer. It satisfies their emotional needs aka makes them feel good inside. Terrible for the brand, the customer, and also the delivery apps that deliver their food. Get it together maybe stop thinking about your problems for a second and have gratitude

We have some pizza craving and Pizza Hut was on the way home. Why not give this place a try? We were planning on getting a deep dish but their New York pizza advertisement drawn us to order it along with their cheese bread sticks. We were disappointed with the New York pizza it was soggy out of the box from the oven to us. We ate it right away in our car because this place was only for taje out. $6 Little Cesar pizza even taste better. Their cheese breadstick was OK. We cannot believe they added a service fees for us being there. One visit and done for us.

Terrible service. Ordered a carried out on 8/17/24 and waited 40 minutes just to get the wrong order

By far the worst customer service - no communication whatsoever. I called over and over and was not able to get a hold of anyone and when we contacted their CS they told me they were too busy and not to call!!!! Wtf ... our order was never delivered. Go somewhere else if possible. The deserve a 0 by all means.

So we order the special for $7.99 large pizza three toppings carryout only! I go pick the pizza up yes I looked at it it looked fine! But once we got home to the dinner table and start getting the pizza it was so dry like they forgot to put the marinara sauce! So I called and explain to them what was going on and that we had already start eating the pizza and it was dry he young man put me on hold to speak to the manager! So he com s back to the phone like oh since you ate the pizza we can't replace it! How else was we going to find out it was dry if we did not eat it! All Haley had to do was replace our order! Not kool bad customer service period

Second time here.. Didn't think I'd come back since my last visit I had had such terrible customer service. But because it was very convenient. I went it. After a few moments of waiting,, a female in eyeview said "Be right with you". CADE came out to help me. He was so patient as I didn't know the specials or any of the menu. He helped me decide and even after I changed my order twice, he was so kind and eager to be sure I was happy with my choices. When I left and came back for my order, he gave me fast service with a smile and told me to enjoy and have a wonderful day. He restored my opinion of that location.

Pizza was delicious and mini cinnamon bites were warm. They also brought the ranch I requested. My driver was super friendly and made sure not to damage the goods.

This crap does not qualify as pizza! Long delivery times! Large chain crap. Have had several problems with the staff and managers. Thought I would give them another try... disappointed again! There are so many great pizza places in Orange County. Be adventurous and try some out , don't waste money on this Pizza Hut junk

I would give this place no stars if I had the choice worst customer service ever, the cashier was nice but then some heavyset lady came from the back and started yelling / staring at me really mean and asked me if I still wanted the pizza I ordered it was a large 1 topping and was charged 22 dollars which I thought was a ridiculous price for a single pizza and was treated poorly I will never return to this store and establishment in my lifetime

I've been ordering from this Pizza Hut for the last four years. The average about 2 to 3 times a month. I have their new tavern style pepperoni pizza delivered. I was paying cash. The driver didn't speak any English, and did not have any change. so I called the restaurant to pay with the credit card over the phone. Girl name, Rose answer the phone and then put me on hold for a long time. Being an X GM for a Pizza Hut. I called back and asked for the manager. She gave me an excuse saying the manager was on a break for 40 minutes and she asked her what the manager name she said Brandon. I could tell she was lying. I know damn well all my drivers had at least change for $20. it seem like they have this system set up for anybody paying cash in the tip, More than they supposed to. Didn't appreciate them playing in my fence like that and thought it was pretty funny on top of the pizza and cheese sticks were cold and dry dry as hell. i'm so pissed about it. I've never been so ready to go up to a place and cause havoc. I don't complain much at all, but this is one fu@&ed up establishment. I'm gonna push harder and talk to their area coach.

We've gotten their pizza for pickup about a dozen times this past year. Always hot, always fresh, great thin crust, thin, chewy, perfect. Out of 12 or so visits, we've never had a problem with a lost order. No complaints, would recommend!

Carryout order..it said it was ready ..not they said wings another 2 to 3 minutes..ok no worries had to ask 3 different workers where my wings were . Finally 10 minutes later i get them. Pizza wasnt fully cooked..only a tiny bit of cheese on the pizza. Pizza didnt taste good waste of $48 !!

Smooth process of picking up my order using the app is a dream. Thank u for the delicious large pizza that was made exactly as ordered and pick up was on time. Will order again for sure!

I ordered a 12 piece traditional bone in wings mild. The customer service was excellent. While waiting for my order to be cooked and delivered to me the manager, Teacher gave me a free Cherry Pepsi beverage while I wait for my food to be cooked. During this time of Covid when wait times are extended his customer service skill set was excellent and outstanding. It is customer service skills like this that keep me coming back to places even when prices have gone up for food service. Pizza Hut should be ecstatic for having a manager of this caliber working for their organization!

Shitty service... super shitty! Girl at the cash register was not the friendliest and not to mention , super stingy! I ordered two large pizzas and requested cheese and pepper and she gave me 3 packets!!!! Wth?! So I asked for more and she did the same exact thing! I just gave up and left. The only reason why I'm giving it 2 stars is the food was on time. I ordered it online and it said it would be done within 10-20 min and it was ready to pick up when we got there. The food was fresh and hot, nothing missing so that's good!

Ordered Med 1 topping pizza I questioned the person about 1 item medium pizza special and he said 10.99. Ordered at 418 p for pick up was told 10-15 min Once there and asked about the special that I saw on TV commercial and was told not at this fac. It took until 445p and the entire pizza edge was burned Will not go there again Very disappointed in the pizza and that two staff members were not knowledgeable. I was charged $18.40 for a medium one topping pizza. Lincoln & St College - no recommendation

As others have stated, do not buy from this Pizza Hut. The service isn't good at all. Also their drivers go way beyond the speed limit in residential areas. I live down the street from here and always see their drivers go beyond the speed limit and don't even make a stop at the stop sign. They hit my neighbors dog last week and didn't stop. Luckily their dog is okay but this isn't the first time. I'm scared next time they will hit a person and get away with it. I'm in the process of getting neighbors together to get a speed bump in the works because of their horrible drivers. It's dangerous and not worth it.

Pizzas are getting worse each time I order from this location. My hand tossed pizza had barely any sauce and a few sprinkling of toppings. It almost looks like a white thin crust pizza. If you want to eat crust this is the place to get it.

Curbside pick up order. First time at this Pizza Hut location so I wasn't sure where to park. There were no signs of where to park for curbside. I parked in the nearest parking stall I could find, although it wasn't right by the front entrance. I got there right when my 15min timer on the app was up. I followed the app, clicked "I'm here" and then was instructed by the app to call the store. I was told by an associate in the phone that they'd be right out. I saw someone walk out but didn't see me and went back in. I waited for more than 10 minutes before heading inside and was told they didn't have my order. Then I was told they couldn't find me. I asked for my money back and they insisted to complete my order. After providing my phone number they then found me and said the associate didn't see me outside. I never received a follow up phone call when they didn't see me and I did put on the app what car: make, model, and color I was in. I also wasn't asked over the phone where I was parked. They pretty much just gave up on my order and moved on. Completely unacceptable. I finally received my order 45 min after order for a pick up order. Never going back here, that's for sure!

Really guys? Why is it acceptable to not use hair nets? I love toppings, but not hair. I did not know that it was even an option. Do. Better.

Super friendly crew. Ordered ahead, got there and the front person had awesome patience dealing with a high maintenance order on the phone. She acknowledged me and I waited. :) Inside was super clean, and when it came to my turn...everything went smooth, fast, and efficient. I was a little bummed to hear they'll be discontinuing cherry pepsi, but no worries, i like other things too. Thnkx for the awesome service, i'll def be back!

When picking up pizza you never expect to receive 5 diamond service, Gabriel at this location gave the most amazing service! He had such a friendly personality and a great attitude and excellent customer service!

If I could rate a 0, I would. I STRONGLY suggest you go to another location and not this one. This Pizza Huts delivery drivers ALWAYS drive very fast in residential areas. I have witnessed MULTIPLE TIMES their drivers hitting and killing dogs and cats with their cars because they don't drive safely. Today I witnessed a very upsetting and traumatizing event where one of their drivers hit a dog on the street despite the owner of the dog waving their arms and standing on the street signaling them to stop. Poor dog, my heart aches for the dog. Please do not buy from this location ever because they have been known for hitting animals with their cars and killing them. Not worth a damn pizza. I would rather eat chuck e. cheese pizza than pizza from a place that has taken beloved pets lives.

When it comes to pizza and certain styles, Pizza Hut is the place for certain promos but for me home of the stuffed crust. I really hate the fact toppings are usually stingy even when I pay on some orders extra $2 for extra cheese or topping, my pizza stays looking anorexic. Lately this location is making pizza dough stay raw and undercooked. Late 90s & early 2000s dominos had people getting stomachs pumped at the hospital for this. I've been coming to this location since 2009 pizza is always a 50/50 good or passable. I never order anything from Pizza Hut except promos and stuffed crust. I see reviews are usually bad but for this current purchase it was passable but I hope they put more time into cooking the dough. I don't want anyone to get sick from eating a pizza.

This place is a joke. I ordered my pizza and wings. Got a text saying it was out for delivery and I live 5 mins away. Been 30 mins and still hasn't come. I called to see what happened and they said the delivery driver came to the house, knocked 4 times and no one answered when I was sitting in front of my door. Also said he tried calling me and it went to voicemail which is a load of crap since I was on my phone for the entire 30 mins checking on the location. I have a ring on my door and she basically lied. What a big joke this company and location is.

Exceptional Customer Service by Internet2 and Evelyn. The service was fast, courteous and helpful. We loved the boneless wings and the generous Ranch dressing. We appreciate the kindness.

Ordered a family size cheese pizza and it was overcooked. (Not sure if it is overcooked or a reheated old pizza). Called the store to inform what we received and they do not offer to exchange it. We ordered again for the second time and inform the crew to not over cooked the pizza because I don't want to happen the same thing, however they gave overcooked or reheated pizza again. Very disappointed. I'm sad because we used to order here before and everything is ok until we experienced this. I don't know if there is a change in management but it is very disappointing.

I ordered pizza from here first they gave me the wrong hot wings ordered bone in they gave me bone out charged me more granddaughter found hair inside her Pizza call the manager he tried to give me another one I don't think so told I told them don't worry I just will never order another pizza from there again

Decided to order pizza for the family last night. I chose to do the 2 for 5 special and two pizzas. I was able to feed the whole family for 25 dollars. I was very pleased with the service. After reading the reviews i was a little nervous to order. However, everything went as i expected and overall i had a good experience. Finding something my kids will eat and agree on can be a challenge. With all three of my girls enjoying i will be a costumer again soon.

This place is horrible. I don't know if the person in the other end was tired, in a rush or just didn't want to take my order. Asked so many questions, then answered my questions with one word answers, then when telling her that I'm not from the area her response was "neither am I, so what now"?! Horrible customer service!! If your place of business doesn't want to adhere to people's late orders, then closer early or hire PEOPLE WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! #NEVERAGAIN

BEWARE! I should've read the reviews before ordering here! Horrible customer service!! Rude people. I called to place an order, then I called literally less than 30 seconds after to change my topping on a pizza and the guy who answered the phone said " hold on" ( he asked the manager) I heard her in the background "tell her we made it already" he then told me they made it already I then replied how if I just got off the phone with your manager 15 seconds ago PLACING my order. He then put me on mute and I couldn't hear anything for a minute. I hung up. A minute later I got a call from them but I didn't answer because I will not do business with a store that's so rude to their customers. If you hate your job just work somewhere else lol.

Had delivery a couple of times since last review. Feel the same way as before - best of the delivery chains. Can't compare to Tony's Little Italy or Pizza Rosa, but that's pretty much a given. There have been some bad reviews for the service, I just wanted to note that I still have not had a problem - and I was paying close attention. We've only done delivery - my experience has been politeness on the phone, time till delivery accurate, and order filled correctly. The delivery guys always thank me and appreciate the tip. Maybe not quite as super friendly as Pizza Boy, but no problems or rudeness. I like is their stuffed crust - the new one is called meaty stuffed crust - it's thin crust and the end of the crust is stuffed with cheese, pepperoni, sausage and bacon! It's pretty good for this level of pizza.

Idiot female at the front desk. Called in a carry out order , she took the complete order ,asked for our name and phone number, even gave me the wait time and price for my order. We show up and this idiot tells us "she didn't put the order in because we hung up" are you shitting me??? The call and order was completed.. we didn't wait. Shitty customer service and workers. First of all this place is next a motel that basically crack heads and any kind of drug users stay at as well as where prostitutes do their business and they basically all hang around in front asking for change and shit I walked in and there was this couple infront of me but I don't think they were ready to order so I stood there for a minute and the girl at the cash register didn't say anything to me she was just looking at her nails ignoring me even though she saw me come in! I said "Excuse me " like 3 times until she finally looked up. Contactless service? Really. Waited 25 minutes after indicating in the app that I am here and no one bothered to bring my pizza. It was sitting inside for the whole time till I went inside.

I've been coming here for years and this place has always been okay. This past time I asked for the normal crust and they gave me the seasoned crust. That's not normal and when I said that they claimed it was. It really isn't I've asked for normal crust for years and they didn't care so their customer service isn't good but it's a pizza place so I guess you can't expect much from the workers.
