Called to let them know they didnt include one of my 2 Flatzz, (The chicken bacon ranch) to my order even after the delivery driver told the cashier that there was suppose to be 2. The call either dropped or they hung up. Either way the dough was chewy and not cut through properly on the one I did receive. The wings were amazing though!

I submitted my order Sunday afternoon through the Pizza Hut app. Once I arrived, I couldn't click on the "I'm Here" button because it wasn't available. I also refreshed and called the phone number provided. A gentleman answered and told me he'd "send me to the local store". The phone just rang without anyone answering. I had to go in to pick up and order I'd prefer to have brought to my vehicle (similar to other Pizza Hut locations) due to COVID. Upon getting home, the dry rub wings were done horribly. I took a picture of how poorly done they were. Concentrated powder on only a couple wings is unacceptable.

We order from here often. Always a great experience - both the pizza and delivery. Never had an issue. Food is always on point.

Worst experience. I ordered the Garlic Cheese Sticks and asked for a clean cut. Instead I received four plain bread pieces. When I called to point it out, I was placed on hold for an indefinite period and never got a resolution. It’s unclear whether this was a franchise‑level issue or a one‑off mistake, but I’ll think twice before ordering again. I'd say I'll NEVER ORDER AGAIN.

Ordered a pizza which was wasn’t cut properly. First of all I received my pizza late because my first pizza was messed up. So they did the second pizza in a hurry. When I called back to inform them of this the girl who answered hung up the phone on me after refusing to take responsibility for the mistakeshe was extremely rude. I called back again and she answered and hung up the phone without even answering. So I went back to Pizza Hut and asked why was she so rude to me on the phone and I did take the pizza back as well. She refused to answer and told me she is refunding my order and to never return. I have been coming to this Pizza Hut for 20 years and to be treated in this manner is unacceptable rude and disrespectful. She refused to give me her name when all I asked her was why did you hang up with phone on me and are being so disrespectful I missed the presidential debate due to this issue and it has really been bothering me how can an employee treat an customer in such a manner. I have this entire event recorded on my phone as well. I felt like I was disrespected and discriminated against. I am so frustrated right now. I agree with other reviews that customers order and food is not being served properly. The employees seemed careless not professional.

Very small basically for pick-up. Lots of cars waiting . They were quick and the order was ready in 15 minutes. BUT its Ledo’s the next time.

I ordered 4 hours in advance. I ordered for the pizzas to be ready at a specific time. I arrive on time and they're just putting it in the oven. The lady was talking so fast, I had to ask her to slow down and speak slowly. Otherwise, this pizza hut has been great

There's something wrong with the pizza. The cheese was like salt. Maybe Pizza Hut has just gone down over the years but I will not be ordering pizza from Pizza Hut ever again. Or maybe it's just this location and they use some kind of weird cheese

Awful experience with cold pizza. There was a major delay in pickup due to the app stating the pizza was ready. However, it was an automated message and the pizza took another hour before it could be picked up. Do not order from here.

Good pizza hut location. I have been coming here for all of my life and the staff has always been lovely. I've even had a couple of friends who worked there in high-school and had nothing but good things to say about it

I rarely leave reviews, this place is by far the worst Pizza Hut in America! They have people there that don't care about the quality of the pizza at all, and still try to sell it. I was giving a credit for a large pizza that was not what I ordered, tried to use the credit later, and they tried to charge it out of my new order, in which I told them I don't want it towards that because it was for a large group of people at work. If you want horrible pizza and customer service, this is the right place.

Order delivery fail! In my order summary, you can see I ordered two pizzas with three toppings each. When receiving my order, I was surprised to only see two topping and no chicken. I hadn't had Pizza Hut in years and wanted to really enjoy my pie. This experience won't fulfill my nostalgic memory as a kid. Pizza Hut Ashburn, pay attention to detail and get your ingredients right to order. Truly an unhappy customer. I wont be ordering here again.

I'd forgotten how good Pizza Hut pizza is. So glad to have found this location. I have a Dominos closer to my house, but this is worth the drive.

In the movie animal House, the dean said "fat , drunk and stupid is no way to go through life." When it comes to running a pizza place, slow, cold, and unreachable is the metaphorical equivalent. Why 1 star? Because 0 stars isn't an option. - they don't answer the phone - all the options on their voicemail go to disconnected numbers - delivery time estimate was way off Beyond that, it's Pizza Hut pizza. So you know -- you start with two stars and go from there. In this case, straight down.

I don't understand why people are giving this place low reviews. We ordered from them today, absolutely love it. Great service, food was ready on time, perfectly hot and delicious. Guys came out, ask for our order details, came out and delivered it with all the condiments. Absolutely nothing to complain. Great service, quality food, good taste.

I constantly hold out hope for this place. Ugh. This was how it was delivered. Delivery drivers can't tip boxes. And, with contactless delivery you have to pre-tip. Not a happy girl!

This place blows. Awful pizza and awful service. Here are my burnt sticks. Kid at the counter was rude and took forever and they wouldn't refund me.

We paid $49 for this crap plus breadsticks and boneless wings which we ate. The rest of this pizza is going to waste because it was tasteless cardboard and overcooked with hardly any cheese on it. I opened it and I was like omg how could they deliver this kind of crap to people? We only ate what we did because we were hungry. This is not what I remember Pizza Hut pizza looking like. Due to this terrible quality pizza I won't be ordering from Pizza Hut again. The crust was so dry and flavorless I left it on the plate and normally the crust is my favorite part. The breadsticks were ok but the wings had just been flung into the container with sauce at the bottom and the sauce and they were not saturated in sauce as they appear on the menu. They should be completely dunked in the sauce so that they don't appear dry and sauce less. I was so disappointed in this delivery. It was as if the chef was on drugs that night.

Just terrible. You can get a feel for my rating by looking below at the comments. Slow, no attention to detail, and don't bother ordering online. I gave this place a try because of a promotion discount. I wouldn't come back even if the pizza was free.

This was the worse Pizza Hut I've ever ate. We ordered wings and we got them in 15 mins which is great but they tasted old and really cold. I can see why they have a shit rating

Have tried them a couple times. Messed up order first time with wrong pizza delivered than what was ordered. Second time ordering they miss manage their restaurant and run short of delivery taking over an hour and half from when pizza left them to when it was delivered. Of course it was cold and no attempt by management to make it right. Manager Todd is the weakest link in the store. Look at the other bad reviews. All answered by a bot response. That's how little they care that they have terrible service.

They were slammed beyond being able to keep up on Valentines night. I wanted to get a hand tossed heart shaped pizza for my kid and what we ended up with was a buzzfeed worthy pizza that looked kind of like a giant scab. We ordered carry out and they were almost an hour late in having it ready. We just stood there amidst all of the other customers as hangry as we were.

Every time we order from this location our order is wrong or extremely late. We order a pan pizza (and pay extra) and get a regular pizza. We order one topping.. we get another or no topping. We order a pizza, and get it with no sauce. Additionally, the order is always late, even for pick up. Today it was over 45 minutes late, from the time given on the receipt emailed and the app directly.

That was the best pan pizza I've ever had. Delivery came in less that the estimate time and the order was right. The crust was perfectly crispy. A+

Haven't ordered Pizza Hut in years which is unfortunate because I happened to order from this location. Believe the one star reviews. Ordered online, driver went to wrong location. He called and texted he was outside. I explained he was at the wrong address. Never heard back from him. Texted him and called, nothing. Called the store no answer. Called again and finally someone picked up explaining how the driver drove around for 15 minutes and couldn't find the address. Really? Then why didn't he bother to pickup when I called or respond to my messages? And she had the nerve to act like it was my fault for the driver's failure and tried to say the GPS took him to the wrong house. Nice try. The worst was when I asked for a refund and she almost seemed like she didn't want to give one. You would think anyone with some sense of professionalism would have called from the store saying they were unable to deliver the pizza. But I guess they figured it's cool to take your money and not deliver. The people at this location clearly give no s???s. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It's clear the owner of the Pizza Hut doesn't care or have pride in their store. I say we order pizza from them once every other month (it's be more but the experience never fails to be miserable). If I place an order online and it says to pick up in 15 or 20 minutes I can guarantee it takes them an extra 10 minutes to be ready. This most recent time we call for a contactless pick up 3 times and no one answer the phone so I go in . Mind you I'm late - it still took 15 minutes longer. I rarely post - unless you praise - but I'm going out of my way to say - screw it im done. I live 2 miles away and I'll find a different Pizza Hut when the time comes. No problem posting my name A it's Ron Crosby and this place needs a major kick in the pants

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. Ordered Carryout from this place twice & twice the order was wrong. They NEVER Answer the phone and rely on remote customer service operators to take their phone calls which they cannot help you once the order has already been placed and or picked up! such a nuisance never had this issue with Domino's. Although this hut did try to resolve both issue experiences at face-2-face Contact it is still annoying to have to not be able to communicate via telephone when you go inside the store the phone rings off the hook ! the workers are just standing there in the back chitchatting and (hopefully preparing orders) nobody picks up the dang phone ! unbelievable to have witnessed this with my own eyes. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER order from this Hut again. The actual food ordered was okay. To me customer service is priceless and for a customer to drive 20 minutes there & 20 minutes back to my home to receive horrible customer service is disgusting to me and they would never get another penny of my business. In times like this most businesses strive to earn new business and focus to keep the existing clients that they have, not turned them away! This Pizza Hut location deserves zero stars. I've ordered 3 times from this place. I've only had 1 decent experience from this place. They have horrible pizza quality if you order past 8:30pm. The only good thing they have, is their wings. (Don't get me wrong; I love me some Pizza Hut! I have had amazing pan pizza from other locations.) Anyways, my experience today takes the cake. I'm NEVER ordering from this location again! Today out of all days, you think they would rise to the occasion because it's Super Bowl Sunday! But they just proved that they cannot run their own business. They have horrible customer service and satisfaction, or should I say the lack thereof. My family and I decided to order pizza and wings for the Super Bowl. I understand that they would be busy. However, we placed the order at 5:50pm and the estimated delivery time was suppose to be 6:50pm. My brother called consecutively to check the status of the order. Each time they would pick up and automatically put us on hold without saying 'hello, please hold' or something... At 7:40pm we assumed that the pizza would be a no show. The card payment said "payment pending" so we were unsure. By the time my family ate other food options in the fridge, we heard the doorbell ring at 7:50pm.. We had just finished eating dinner. So, we had to send it back! Not okay... we were looking to eating wings and watching the super bowl. Again, I understand pizza delivery places would be slammed and arrive somewhat late but not this late. A courtesy call would have been appreciated. expected better customer service.

The website shows a picture of the Buffalo Sauce covering the whole pizza as a substitute to the classic Marinara sauce. So one would expect your pizza to come out that way. WRONG! They legitimately cooked a pizza with no sauce and gave me a small side of Buffalo. (delivered so didnt get to look at it beforehand.) #FalseAdvertising

Totally agree with the rest of the reviews on how bad this location is. We ordered a large stuffed crust with ham, pineapple, and onions as well as a side order of pizza rollers and were very disappointed in both. The pizza had next to no cheese, very little sauce, only one or two pieces of ham and pineapple per slice (if lucky), yet an excess (10+ pieces) of onion per slice. The pizza rollers had way too much pepperoni and lack of cheese and were burnt. We love Pizza Hut but we'll be looking to go to another store after this very poor experience.

They got my toppings wrong, which I may have given them a pass except that we don't eat pork, so ruined my whole meal. Contacted the company 1/15 for refund and never heard back. Not sure how you can mess up an online order unless it was on purpose. @pizzahut

Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else. Ordered food at 9pm, it's now 11:15 and still haven't received it. The place never picks up their phone and when they do they tell us our food will be out of the store in a minute. 30 minutes later we still haven't received our food. Now let's see if the food is cold when it arrives, if it does that is. Update: midnight. Never received food. Called, canceled, requested a refund, and plan to never make the mistake of ordering from here again.

Order from anywhere else. Delivery orders are never right. Don't bother ordering drinks. They always forget them. Call the manager to get the soda coat refunded and I felt like I was talking to a 4 yr old. It has been this way for years there and I do t why why ownership hasn't fixed the problems. I ordered 3 cheese stuffed crust meat lover. Where is my cheese? It's hollow. *Sighhh* Called in to order for deliver because of a promotion I received via email. The guy refused to take my order and said that I had to order online for that promo. Sheesh, what a hassle. And so I ordered a large 3 cheese stuffed crust meat lover and an apple pie. They hardly stuffed any cheese in the crust, most are hollow. Darnit, gave the driver a nice phat tip too. Debating whether I should call back and file a complain so this doesn't happen again and doesn't happen to anyone else. What a rip off! *very hungry, angry & unhappy customer*

Hadn't ordered from Pizza Hut in a LONG time. Honestly didn't even know one was so close to us. Placed an online order for delivery on a Friday night. Used the text notifications feature so I knew our food was out for delivery in less than 15 minutes. This location has the online ordering/delivery thing down to a science! Also, used a great deal advertised for 2 Med 2-topping pizzas and with an order of wings the whole order was about $30. Haven't received a deal like that in forever-not sure why we kept trying all these one off pizza places! Btw, our delivery driver was super friendly and professional. He actually smiled!

We ordered at 6:07 pm. We received notification at 7:10 that the pizza was out for delivery and it arrived at 7:30. Then we did not get one of the toppings we ordered and we didn't get a type of crust we ordered. We tried to call the store and it rang off the hook.

Starting to agree with Josh and took down my rating by one star. The "pizza" has been in consistent the past few times. One time over cooked, or dry, one time fresh, another with olives that I didn't order. Hmm.... Only b/c I crave that pizza hut taste sometimes I will continue to order.

Would give it lower than 1 star if allowed. Massively mismanaged. They will mess up your order, make you wait for a pre-ordered food and sometimes just not come to the counter and totally ignore the customer!

Everyone's got a dark secret, or everyone has done some f.cked up thing in life they don't want anyone to know about, I'm gonna share my dark dirty secret that I'm not proud of to the world. Here it is; I like Pizza Hut's pan pizza with extra cheese and triple of every non-pork and anchovies toppings. The pizza ends up weighing like 45 pounds. Pizza so good I would punch my Grammy in the face for it. When I wanna feel like a tow truck driver and not care about my health, sodium intake, fat intake and my actions' impact, I Order this pizza. This is like heroin, it'll relax you and put you to sleep. Happiness is a warm gun, I mean cheesey gooey pizza (think Beetles). You should need a prescription for this sh.t, seriously!! Fuck ambiance, you run out, order this sh.t. The next day, you look at yourself in the morning in the mirror and say, did I fu.kin just do that last night? Damn, I hate myself, the guilt starts and the shame. Why do I put myself through this misery? The answer, a 8.5 minute mouth ecstasy, a taste sensation. The next morning, bloated and still full, you walk to your car to go to work with your head down. F you, don't judge me!

Honestly, there isn't too much to write here. You can get a better frozen pizza at Lidl than ordering a fresh one from this Pizza Hut. -Thanos

HORRENDOUS customer service. We waited an hour and a half (they said it would take 45 minutes) and called to see where our order was. The man on the phone said it was sitting there waiting to be picked up. We waited another half hour, still no food. Called to talk to the manager and got hung up on. Finally got Sym on the phone, and she was extremely rude. Talking over us, giving us attitude.. The food showed up while we were on hold and it was cold and missing our breadsticks.. She offered us a $15 credit.. Then we drove to the store to pick up the breadsticks and get our money back (she said she couldn't do it over the phone) and she took a personal phone call as she was counting out cash. 2 and a half hours later with cold food... Wish I could give negative stars.

After so many bad experiences with this store, I'm finally writing it off after today. I placed an online order, and waited over an hour. I tried calling the store to get an update, only to be placed on hold immediately, or the phone would just be left ringing indefinitely. I kept calling back (for 17 minutes according to the clock on my computer), until I finally got through to someone. At this point, I just wanted to cancel my order. I was told the driver had "just left" with my order. I told them to cancel anyway, and not to charge me for it (that still remains to be seen). I will avoid this location completely going forward.

This is by far the worst Pizza Hut on this planet and in the nearest 20 solar systems combined so giving it "any" stars makes me feel like I am being violated. They work super hard to achieve this status and wear it proudly. Because it's the closest one to our house, we are often left with no choice but I believe I am ready to cut the ties after a 4 year and very complicated relationship. I believe in last 4 years they have gotten 2 orders right and delivered on time. One time the order showed up 2.5 hours late and with cold food. I believe the driver went on a vacation and then realized he had to deliver food for 10 people who were ready to eat the furniture, his car and him, by the time he arrived. When I officially called to complaint the manager had a very generous yet casual suggestion, "We are busy, it happens". Those beautifully uttered words made me do the unthinkable. I decided to call the Pizza Hut corporate office. I will tell you this much. It's easier to find President Obama's cell phone number than to locate a good number to reach this elite team. No luck so I filled out a form on their website and sent it to the black hole. After a couple of days I received a call and was given "credit" to my account for the money I paid for the order. Let's fast forward 2 months or so. I am sorry I dont order from this store everyday. I had some company and I placed an order trying to use the credit. I was told my credit had "expired". Huh??? what? The credit they gave me expired because I waited 2 months? Now you figure this out, put yourself in my shoes and imagine my reaction. Whoever is the brilliant mastermind running this store should be promoted and given the title of Mictlantecuhtli which in Aztec Mythology is a reference to the God of death. Why? well with the amount of waiting one has to do, there is a pretty good chance of you dying before your pizza shows up.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!! I have ordered 3 other times from here. the deliver time was horrible (this is at all times). I picked up one time and the pizza was yummy & great. 1st time pizza was good but stuffed crust really dry and pizza very greasy. THIS time however (2/27), waited 1.06 to get the pizza. It arrived and literally looked like a tombstone/redbarron pizza. I was SHOCKED! I mean I had to do a double take. It looked NOTHING like a delivery pizza. The crust was that of a tombstone, not even a digornio. Both pizzas were like this AND the toppings were a joke and wrong. THEN the crust was dry and didnt even have any butter on it. Our Apple pies didnt even have the cinnamon or sugar that is supposed to be on it. Im wondering if they went to safeway to get their redbarron pizza and to popeyes to get the pies? Lie- $6.99 med pizza w/up to 4 toppings. I put Extra Cheese on one and Pepp, Extra Cheese and mushrooms on the other. They charged us 9$ per pizza because of it! WHAT? Extra cheese is extra? Cheese is a topping right??? Pizza hut does this all the time, charges extra for cheese, horrible. 3$ Delivery Fee for what? Then $5 for the driver as its freezing out, and not his fault. He was very nice. Then called and litereally fought with the horrible manager. They told me they would send another out and when I asked how long...45m-1hr! Not acceptable. So then he said he would credit my next order 7$? SERIOUSLY! I just paid 30$ and you wont refund me? Finally I told him to just refund my money! He told me only would refund IF I gave him the pizzas back without being eaten! Seriously!!! So I told him to pick them up on our porch! This place is horrible, and has lost all my and my familes future business. I will order Dominos or Manhattan in the future. Not only do they NOT charge extra for cheese (since its a topping), but their deliver time is normal, their food is accurate and they all have great customer service. With all the BAD reviews I hope people stop ordering from these people.

This Pizza Hut is garbage. My work has ordered here multiple times in the past. They tend to under cook the pizzas so the dough is raw. The bacon crust did not have bacon it it. I guess it could have been bacon, raw bacon or possibly ham. My building entrance is secluded and you have to circle to the back (its a medium size, one story building with about thirty cameras on the outside). The delivery driver went to the wrong side, got out, put the pizzas (two) on the car roof, tried to open the door, which does not open because you enter the opposite side, gets back in car, drives around, stops because he realizes pizzas are on roof still, picks up, goes to right entrance, gives to us and leaves. Pizzas looked like shit, and we know why because we reviewed camera. This location is untrustworthy people and serve bad pizzas.

Generally OK..hard to screw up chain restaurant pizza. This past time, however, there was no CHEESE on our pizza! It was an online order and even the receipt didn't say no cheese, so I have no idea how they screwed that one up. When we called to let them know their mistake, we could hear the manager in the background disbelieving us. On top of that, the current staff is..eccentric, to say the least.

This is one of the worst Pizza Hut's I've been to! I'm 40 years old and I've been eating Pizza Hut since I was a little girl. I've eaten at them in at least 4 states, and worked at one when I was 21. This Pizza Hut is a ripoff. I've always known Pizza Hut to have a nice layer of rich, stringy cheese. You can barely see the cheese on their pizzas. This is the second time I've ordered from them. The first time my pizza practically had no cheese. This time, I ordered extra cheese, and it looked like a regular pizza hut pizza would look. When I asked about the extra cheese, the front attendant argued with me and offered no resolution. When I requested extra cheese, she stated she added 2 cups, which is not possible and told me that the only way that I could get more cheese was if she threw this one away and made a whole new pizza. I was so aggravated, I took my pizza and left. If I would have not been on my lunch break, I would have had them make a new pizza just to prove a point. But I won't be going back there.

They take too long delivering, they have trouble finding my address I don't even know how that's possible, many times they mess up my order, the only reason that I keep ordering from here is that I really like Pizza Hut in general.

Unquestionably the worst Pizza Hut on the planet. This place is a blemish on the brand, no surprise it has such a low rating. Cold food, 3+ hours for delivery, staff that tells you anything then fails to follow through, just the beginning. Worst delivery experience in Ashburn, then well below average food quality. Run away.

Ordered Pizza the other night but did a pick up. I went in, ordered my pizza's and paid. Went down the the Asian market and did some sopping as they said 15 minutes. Cam back 20 minutes later an all they said was "its not ready but they could not tell me when. There was another person waiting who said he was told "three minutes" several times and that was at least 15 minutes a go. After he finally got his I asked about mine and they had this really indignant look like "why are you taking to me" and I got a "3 minutes" answer. Told the person "I hope its not the last persons 3 minutes". took 45 minutes to get two pizzas which in the end were real hot and tasty but ho boy, something has got to change in the staff as thats about the worst service I have had in years. Pizza was good but service pushes it to one star, lowest yelp rating for me ever.

If they weren't across the street from me I wouldn't order from here again. Like i said, I'M ACROSS THE STREET and the food looks cold and old by the time it gets to me. Phone person is rude 9/10x, no personality. Generally speaking quoted time is correct, however, if it's not, an update call would be nice.
