I order online and forgot to check delivery. Right away I called and spoke with Randy and he was so polite and fixed it for me. The app said it would arrive in about 40 minutes. It ended up being delivered in about 25 minutes. And our delivery person was so fantastic. The pizza and bread sticks where perfect and delicious!!

I would highly recommend avoiding this location. I ordered a large 3-topping for curbside pickup. When I arrived and checked in, nobody came out although the app showed that my order was ready. When I saw a female employee sitting down on her phone, I decided to walk in to see what the hold up was. There was literally no explanation. They had my pizza waiting in the little warming oven. Not once did I receive an apology for this unacceptable “customer service”. The onions on the pizza were also severely overcooked/burnt. This was just a no all around, as if fast food isn’t annoying already. I’ve had better pizza at Costco.

I just moved to this area and I was so happy to know a Pizza Hut was close by. I placed a mobile order and everything was fine except the way I wanted the pizza cut. The manager Randy was so nice and even did a follow up call to apologize. I really appreciated that, there was no line and my pizza was hot & ready.

I was on my way home and was craving Pizza and looked it up on my google maps and ended up here and I am so happy I did I had such a great experience!!!! The staff was so amazing they were so helpful and nice to me!!! My order was made immediately once I ordered it I only waited about 10 mins at the most!! And when I got my food it was so fresh so good!!! When I took a bite out of my boneless wings I ordered you can hear the crisp freshness and they were sauced perfectly!!! Also my pan pizza was perfect the crust was soo good!! I’m just so happy I would literally drive 45 mins again just to visit this Pizza Hut again!! Thank you so much!! 🙌🥰😊

I had an amazing experience at Pizza Hut in Buckhead thanks to Randy the manager and Bryson. Both were incredibly professional, ensuring everything was handled with care. The restaurant was spotless, a true reflection of their attention to cleanliness and detail. What really stood out were their great attitudes – friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to provide excellent service. They are both outstanding workers who clearly take pride in their roles. Randy and Bryson made my visit exceptional, and I highly recommend this location because of their hard work!

How are the people at this location getting hired? They’re standoffish to all customers, having loud inappropriate conversations, and couldn’t care less about doing anything right. We wanted garlic parm sauce with half cheese and half bacon/pineapple. Instead we got marinara sauce with ham/bacon/pineapple on the whole thing, and they cut the pizza so disproportionately it was laughable. Also did not received sauce for the cheese sticks or icing dip for the cinn sticks.

Placed an order prior to the store closing, staying at a close by hotel. My order was confirmed and stated it would be delivered, after waiting an hour i looked into my order and there was no answer from the store. My payment was refunded and received no food, with no explanation as why. I can only assume it was too close to closing time and no one wanted to deliver my order. I would have respected a phone call, text or email stating my order was canceled, but received none of those things. Had to find out on my own that it was not coming.

I frequently pick up door dash orders from there their service is always quick fast warm and welcoming . Saw someone new yesterday working there they smiled the whole time lol bubby right 😂💙. I decided to order some pizza wings and Alfredo from there later on that day is was the best thing I ever tasted !! Great job

I ordered a Thin and Crispy® pizza with extra pepperoni and asked it to be cooked well done so that the crust was actually crispy, but the pizza I received was so undercooked that the crust was almost raw dough. I had to put the pizza in my oven for almost 15 minutes to finish cooking it. Even after doing that, I at one slice and threw the rest in the garbage can. Also, the preparer must have overlooked the "extra pepperoni" part as well. Overall, my second bad experience at this location (my second visit). I will never return. Pizza Hut sent me a follow up survey where I expressed my dissatisfaction with the product that I received and I received the following tone-deaf response from the owner. At the least, I would have expected a coupon or some incentive to try this restaurant again, but customer service is obviously not their strong point. Potential customer beware. Email from the owner: Dear Sir, Thank you for letting us know about your recent experience at our Pizza Hut®. We value your patronage and we regret that your experience was less than satisfactory. I would give a zero or negative number if possible. Repeatedly get orders wrong and deliver burned pizza. Just received my order and 3 out of 6 items were missing, and the pizza they actually managed to deliver was burned. The manager said that he does not have the ability to issue refunds, and I would have to wait 3 days until the general manager returns. There is no major retail company that doesn't issue refunds when items are NOT delivered. The level of incompetence is staggering.

I surely am giving Beth our Delivery person 5 stars as she was all about that HUTlife! Even though I wasn't a Pizza Hut consumer (left that up to my household & community babies), I'm an Original Pie G in ordering & picking up. & ha, back then there was not an App to utilize...high five red stars for technology & another 1st time for me. Easy App Usage 101; I didn't have to create an account, ordered as a Guest, selecting, crafting & ordering was simplicity at its best. Additionally, I lucked up on Large Regular Pizzas at $8 each. This was the most effortless & inexpensive way to feed 3 former athletes while party food was being prepared. Once I press the order button, I got an email confirmation with tracking status. Before my stated delivery time, I got a call from Beth, the Delivery Dame letting me know she was outside. Since I was visiting my ManBaby's new place for the 1st time, I may have got her turned around just a tad. I called the store & stated my reason. With in seconds the store called Beth, Beth called me back & we ran into each other outside while on the phone. The store even called me back to ensure I got my pizzas, talk about FANTASTIC customer service all around. For the extra topping of A+ service, Beth was cheerful & all geared out in her Pizza Hut swag, which absolutely made my day. The pizzas were inhaled within minutes, duly noted for future reference, a pie per guy. Thanks again Beth for your breezy, sociable customer & delivery service, you're definitely reppin' the Hutlife like a true G!

Never write reviews but this was ridiculous. Placed an order 20 mins before closing. Store clerk called and yelled at me saying he's not taking the order and said "proper etiquette is to not place an order unless it's an hour in advance, do not do that". I kept quiet for about 3 mins listening to this man, I eventually got fed up and said do not talk to me like that and he hung up on me. Manager did call back and apologized so I do appreciate that. But do not call a customer and tell them what they should or shouldn't do.

I wish I could give them zero stars. This Pizza Hut is among the worst and continually has issues. This time I ordered pizza online, paid with my card, and waited for my order to be delivered. The manager called me, unexpectedly, and informed me that they don't take online credit card payments from my building. She says that if I want to receive my order, I'll need to pay cash. Of course I responded, "but I've already paid." She responds that my credit card payment would be refunded in 3-5 days and I'd need to pay cash. When I asked for clarification, because this obviously doesn't make sense, she became agitated and rude. If you don't take credit card payments from my building, why allow me to place said order, only to refuse to deliver, and tie up my money for days? And then not even care about the inconvenience this causes your customers is the icing on the cake. I'm completely done with this establishment.

No joke this place is real ghetto. Do yourself a favor and don't order from this location. My pizzas late & I ordered it at 10:30am. It's 11:37 am and it's still not here. Then I tried to call to get a status and was sent to a call center! Like why is that even an option? How busy are you really at 11am? Omg Dominos would never! Also the delivery tracker is real bootleg and not in real time. As I'm writing this guy call the call center back and they gave me the same excuse as when I called 40 minutes ago that the driver was on a delivery still. Why initial delivery estimate was 20-30 minutes btw.

Would never recommend this location if I had to ever pick a pizza place in Atlanta . Brian is a horrible driver and was an hour and a half late. It said it was delivered 30 minutes prior by a different delivery driver but never received our food. Upon calling customer service hotline they tried transferring my phone call to the local store but then ended up hanging up on my line that was on hold. The quality of the food received was not up to par, pasta and pizza was room temp like it had been set out for a while.

Currently at the Pizza Hut on Peachtree next to Huff furniture & I can not begin to express my gratitude for the staff here. I unfortunately made a mistake on my order, clearly my own fault, but the staff here accommodated me and is giving me what I meant to order. And this is for a FREE pizza using the rewards program. I've ordered delivery from this location many times and have always been satisfied with my order, now seeing the staff at work I can see why. Absolutely great job, 10/10 recommend. Shout out to the staff working 4/14 at 9:00pm!

The reviews are accurate. This place is TRASH. I ordered pizza online and had my husband pick it up because my name was on the credit card and not his he couldn't pick it up. So I get ready and go and pick it up they check my ID and get this the manager says he has to make my pizza. I ordered the pizza 45 minutes ago. The dumb idiot of a manager said because my husband didn't tell him what he wanted to do he didn't make it. Mind you prior to my husband even going there I received notification the pizza was ready. I asked for a refund he couldn't even provide me with a refund slip. I have yet to get a refund. A group of thieves and illogical people. By the way my pizza order was 10.39. I could understand if I ordered 500.00 worth off pizza but it was 10 f-ing dollars. That manager and store hopefully will go out of business soon. What is ten dollars in Buckhead ?

If convenience is your thing and you like or love pizza, then this location is for you. They are a smaller store, more of an express model setup and they do a great job. Pick ups are quick and easy, they do also deliver and they use the latest in technology to serve their customers. For example, If you ordered for pickup, which I do for the most part since it's convenient for me, and I generally prefer not to deal with delivery fees or do the math for tipping drivers, they have a cool screen that tells you if your order is ready or how much longer you will have to wait. (p.s. that was a long effin sentence.. phew!). The one negative I can think of is that parking can be a little limited at times, but it hasn't really posed a problem for me yet. The prices are great, the pizza quality is excellent, and the convenience can't be beat. So in conclusion, if pizza is your thing, and you are a fan of pizza hut or pizzas in general give this Pizza Hut a try. 4.80001234 stars for me rounded down equals a 4 solid yelp stars in my book. Thank you Pizza Hut of Buckhead and have a positive day.

If I could give this pizza hut 0 stars, I would. Keiana is the manager and she is RUDE. She would not give me her last name because she had an attitude. They messed up my order and wanted me to put my own crust toppings on my pizza when THEY were the ones who messed up. They didn't put my dips in the box and they would not remake my pizza and they offered me no compensation for the mess up. Now I am stuck with a pizza I do not want to eat because it is WRONG and now I've wasted my money with them. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. If I could call corporate on them, I would. This place does not care about customer satisfaction AT ALL.

When I called and ordered it seemed that everything would go smooth.I only ordered 2 medium pizzas, one cheese and one pepperoni. That's not too much right, was I asking for too much? The pizza was delivered in about 30 minutes, which was great for a Saturday night. This is when thing took a turn for the worse. I got the pizzas and paid and tipped. Then set out plates and napkins. I began to open up the box with the cheese pizza, my mouth was watering, and my plate was waiting for a slice. As soon as i opened the box, my heart sank. My cheese pizza didn't hardly have any cheese ( see picture). I called back and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. When I told the person who picked up the phone what happened. He told me that they check the pizza before they send them out and that they are only able to put so much cheese on a pizza. Mind you the pepperoni pizza was just find. I told him again that the pizza was not a good pizza. He then demanded that I TEXT him a picture of the pizza. I did not know that was pizza huts policy. I did as he asked and texted the picture him ( i still have the number, which is not a pizza hut number) then he stated he would send another one, which had just the right amount of cheese (even those there's a ration of cheese at pizza hut that is measured by a tiny scale and then approved my management, well at least that's what he made it seem). The person who asked me to TEXT him, was very rude and acted as if I was not telling the truth. Im super disappointed with Pizza Hut and this location. I can't believe they are allowing this type of service at one of their locations.

Ordered (order# 3211204192659001431037798) around 8:26pm on 12/4/21. Was notified my order was out for delivery at 8:41pm. Delivery was estimated at about 30-40 minutes. Around 9:53pm the order tracker status still said out for delivery. I called to inquire on the status of delivery being that l literally live less than 5 minutes away from the Pizza Hut according to navigation. Not sure what the young lady I spoke to "checked" but according to her they were backed up, there was traffic, and my delivery would be there "soon". My husband went and checked with our concierge just in case. Luckily he did, our pizza had been delivered and been sitting for almost 30 minutes yet there was no change to the online order tracker and the young lady I spoke to wasn't able to let me know my pizza had arrived. Of course the pizza was cold from having sat 30 minutes without us knowing it was there. We were also missing a marinara despite ordering and paying for an extra in addition to the one that was supposed to come with our cheese sticks and the one we got was less than half filled.

Cold pizza, no cheese, forget asking for any extras or toppings, you won't get it. They lie about when delivery will be there when on phone ( expect an extra hour ) In general just save yourself frustration.

I placed an order at 10 pm just to receive a phone call at 10:48 pm to be informed that my food can't be delivered. Mind you, I live less than a 1/2 a mile from the location. The excuse was that there were too many orders ahead of mine. If that was the case, I would have been informed right after the order was placed so I can be given the option to pick up or not. But of course, this location is obviously run by unprofessional individuals who don't want to work. I say this because this isn't the first time this has happened. It's fucking PIZZA HUT! Get your shit together!

I ordered my pizza online. The pizza says it's ready. The manager cashes my pizza our before paying. While leaving my pizza hostage he has to call some 800 number to get it fixed. If u are hungry or have time constraints, this is not the place to go.

An hour later I called the number listed online as the store phone number to fin out status, I was told, "the driver left 10mins ago, call us back when they arrive & we will discount your order." Approx. 5 mins later, I received a call from the store, they asked if I'd like to change my delivery order to a pick-up order- I said, "I thought the driver left 10mins ago???" The lady on the phone said no! I asked for my order to be cancelled, no apologies, nothing!

Called back and spoke to supposedly the manager who offered me 50 percent off my order. Really? Absolutely not! I finally called and cancelled even if it was going to be free. I will never order from them again. Oh btw the weather is clear and there's no traffic. I guess I'll go on the road and try to find something to eat this late or just not eat at all thanks to Pizza Hut! I am very upset with the service I've received from Pizza Hut. On Dec 15 I ordered delivery, my order was incorrect, it was cold and they were 35 minutes pass the delivery time. I had to speak with customer service 4 times before they could get it together to give me my coupons. Now today, 12/29...I decided to give them a second chance and my order still hasn't arrived. It was to be delivered at 9:15 pm EST and it hasn't been. Someone needs to get this store in order. It's putting a bad reputation to the Pizza Hut brand. Michelle argued with me and was against me thinking I was lying, she spoke to me like I was a child in a demanding voice (I won't stoop down to your high school behavior). Something needs to be done.. I am not a satisfied customer anymore. This location needs to be put out of business. Update: my order arrived at 9:51 pm, I had to go down 4 flights of steps to get it and when I got to the driver, he wouldn't give me my order because I didn't have my I.D. for a free pizza.

Fascinating how every other review for this place has been one star. IT SUCKS. I made the horrible mistake of wanting specifically Pizza Hut after my grandma died, because every Saturday night I'd spend at my grandparents' house would involve pizza, either Pizza Hut or a local place....in a Chicago suburb. Obviously that wasn't happening. I decided to get it delivered because I did not understand where the hell this place was - it's in the same tiny strip mall as the White House diner. I ordered my pizza around 8:50pm on a Tuesday night. It said it would arrive before 9:30. 9:45 rolls around and nothing. I call the store, who tells me it's on its way. 10:15 I call again BECAUSE I STILL DON'T HAVE A PIZZA, I finally ask to speak to a manager who tells me I can get $10 credit in the future. Oh wow that'll really make up for it. The pizza finally came, and it was of course lukewarm.. The driver was at least cool about it and told me I should have been really mad but you know given everything else I was not in the mood. I sent their customer service an email and all I got back was "your comments were forwarded to the store they should talk to you in 3 business days." It's now been three weeks. I made the masochistic mistake to order my $10 worth of free pizza from them. I was first on hold for about five minutes. When I went in to get it, they had fucked up someone else's order and every single person here looked like they were completely lost. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE if you couldn't see that from every other review. This place sucks and it's a good way to remind yourself not to order chain pizza. And now I'll be off to email corporate again and maybe get my initial money back from these clowns.

No stars if I could. Ordered the pizza at 1:53pm it arrived at 3:35pm. Wouldn't be that disappointed but the estimated time was 40 minutes. The driver finally showed after multiple calls to the store to find out when our pizza would get here. Was told that the pizza would be free because the manager couldn't even get in touch with him and we were told not to tip the driver. He must've gotten word of our dissatisfaction (after his detour to get some wacky tabacky, Just an assumption) because when he finally arrived he dropped half of our order on the door mat! Instead of a receipt, we were handed the print out of directions which he shamefully came back for after 5 minutes. I have a feeling he won't be delivering for this Pizza Hut much longer so maybe your experience will be better than mine! Next time I need pizza for my hangover, I'll be walking to Gino's.

One of the worst ordering experiences I have ever had. I called this Pizza Hut location at 9 pm and did not get my order until 11 pm. I called one hour after we placed the order to inquire its whereabouts and we were told to call back once it arrived. I obliged and called the location, but they did nothing except waste more of my time. The pizza was fine, but do not count on this location to fulfill their delivery time...ever.

Worst experience ever. Waited 2 hours and 7 minutes for the pizza to be delivered, once it was delivered it was missing items that we had ordered, the food was very cold and tasted stale. I called the Pizza Hut office back and they placed me on hold for 29 minutes when i just hang up and called back. this time I just spoke to the manager Carson which was extremely rude about a refund just for the fries. I'm always shocked when I see national brands with this low of a score but this place earned it. I walked in to no one at the help desk. I'm a patient guy so I wait a good bit. Stomach grumbling I shout out "any body home?" No answer. Wait some more. Shout again, but still no answer. I even open the door to trigger it's welcome come. Nothing. I try a third time, and hark! a muffled response...coming from the bathroom clearly labeled in big block letters no less "FOR CUSTOMER USE ONLY" So I've been here for a solid ten minutes and their sole employee has been just dropping a duece this whole time. Walked out immediately.

But as he did he was extremely rude. I asked him whats going on with my food? He's saying its leaving now do you still want the food or no? I said excuse me? He's saying I can give you a credit or take the food I asked him about the credit he didn't hear me or just ignored me & hung up. I called about 10xs he wouldn't answer. My boyfriend calls he answers for him but because he has caller ID he chose to ignore my calls. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE EVERRRRRRR

I see all the one star reviews but luckily I didn't have THAT bad of an experience. I ordered a veggie pizza, and they got the order right. They came within an hour. BUT the pizza lacked cheese and was luckwarm. Overall, pizza needed to be warmer and more cheese.

I just had the worst experience trying to order pizza at Pizza Hut pizza, I was on the phone for 17minutes trying to place my order two medium pizzas one with extra onions and pineapple the other medium no Bellpepper, no Black olives ,no tomato add pineapple after I asked to speak to the manager to find out if I could get some type of adjustment due to the length of the ordering process I was told they don't give discounts for that. I was told that I had so many modifications on my order this is the reason why it'Took so long. No problem I will never order pizza from this location ever again(3160 Peachtree Rd. NE., Atlanta, GA)

It 's Pizza Hut. However, I ordered carryout and the food was ready on time, my order was prepared exactly the way I ordered it, and the staff was polite and friendly. Although they could probably use some more employees as the same employee was bouncing between the register and getting pizzas out of the oven. You may also want to renew your business license as the one posted expired last year

They have really bad delivery service. I submitted an order before two months in the weekend at 11:05 pm, and they sent to me an e-mail the delivery time estimate at 12:05 am. Unfortunately, 12:15 nobody call me, and when I call the restaurant it was closed. Finally, 12:45 when I was in The bed, the driver called and ask me if i still want my order! I canceled the order and they refund my amount after 5 days. then, I sent an e-mail to costumer service to leave feedback. then they resend e-mail for apologize only, and they tell me the stuff will contact with you. then, i'm waiting a month nobody contact with me.

60 mins - no pizza and could tell based on discussion while listening on phone they forgot to process the order. Guy came back on phone saying it was enroute - I told him I heard them placing it while I was on hold so never mind. Ordered from another service which came on time yet another 45 minutes later pizza hut tried to deliver my initial order. I refused it yet they tried to charge my amex the $52. Amex declined them

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. They have screwed up my order 4 times in a row! Or not delivered at all. I like Pizza Hut's product but it is time to move on from them. This place must be full of morons. They can't do anything right! Don't waste your time with them!

My pizza order was late by 40 minutes and they didn't include the wings. I called the store to ask about the wings and the manager yelled at me. He said he put the wings in the box, but I told him it wasn't in there. My friends could hear him yelling at me. Before he hung up on me, he told me "F*** off" and hung up. The worst experience ever and I complained to corporate regarding my experience. I will keep pressing this issue until the issue is resolved (full refund and an apology from the belligerent manager). Unacceptable customer service and cold pizza... I WILL NEVER order from Pizza Hut ever again.
