the manager there was amazing. i called them because it said they were delivering it at 9 when i scheduled it for 1030 and i was so upset/pissed. i talked to him on the phone and he reassured me that he wasn’t letting my order leave the store until 10 minutes before the delivery time! i was so mad at first but once he explained to me the situation i was good! we started joking around and i just wanted to make sure it is known that he means business!

We tried the new Detroit style pizza this weekend. Let's just day the oven was a little hot this weekend. I mean cheese sticks and pizza was baked very "well done" and that was not my request. Also the sauce on the Detroit Style Pizza was super spicy. I was not expecting that at all! Been a while since I ordered from the Hut and not really inclined to order again any time soon. Staff was nice though.

The lady on the phone always got a attitude.. n acts like she doesn’t know how to do her job.. I tried placing an order for delivery gave her my address.. she said that wasn’t in her system then asked me for my cross roads. Just say you didn’t hear me the first time or ask for my address again. Don’t get an attitude because you’re not doing your job right. I make deliveries all the time to my house. So I had to to place on online order. Whoever it is is unprofessional.

Unfortunately you have to talk to a Call Center to order your pizza here. And it’s ALWAYS wrong. I wait a long time and then try it again. Well I’m done. The people don’t even understand you either. It’s like talking to a child. This time my name was wrong so when I went in they said I had never placed an order at all. So frustrating The employees at the actual place are good but the pizza is just fair.

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza. I received a cheese pizza. I called to get them to fix the order and got put on hold 2 times and got disconnected. The 3rd time the blamed it on Uber eats and said the couldn't do anything. It was obvious they where not going to take the pizza back so I was going to try to eat a piece. The piece in the picture has a 3 inch human hair in it. Terrible service, cold pizza with a freaking hair in it. Never again.

Great experience. The staff was super polite and friendly. The store was clean. The arcade game in the corner reminded me of the old local Pizza Hut with games and the salad buffet. All around no issues and better than expected interaction with better than expected pizza! One of the better simple pepperoni pizzas in a chain available!

I’ve been here twice in the past couple weeks & this location is excellent! The lady who has helped us is super nice & very welcoming! The pizza is fantastic as well!!

By far the worst Pizza I had, the pizza was way overcooked that the crust was too flaky. How it passed the quality inspection is beyond me. I usually go to dominos and wanted to try pizza hut once, guess I'm never doing that again.

There are so many options for pizzas where I live now that going to a Pizza Hut seems nonsensical. But anyone who grew up eating Pizza Hut when they still had dine-in locations and a salad bar knows that it was a nice treat once in awhile. I still believe to this day their dough is some of the best around and it's just so buttery and soft I could eat anything on that bread. This location (like almost all of them now) is simply for pick up or delivery. The staff is very courteous here and they do a decent job with the pizzas. But at the end of the day their pizzas are just not up to the same standards as their competitors, so for me coming here is a trip down memory lane.

My son was SO PROUD of earning his Book It! coupon for reading. I hadn't been to Pizza Hut for a couple years. We ordered $48 worth of pizza, wings, and pasta for the rest of the family, and the personal pizza for my son. We ordered it 45 minutes ahead of time and asked for carry-out. We drive out in the super-icy evening and my son is excited to present his coupon. We arrive at the store to pick up our order. The store says they don't have our order. The manager, who refused to open the doors, said there was a power outage and they "lost" our order. The call center that was supposed to have taken our order was no help. My son started crying, upset because this was supposed to be a special treat for him. Now we've driven in an ice storm to pick up a pizza that the restaurant says they never received... even though I explained the Book It! coupon and placed a large order. It is now 715pm on a winter storm evening, and we don't even have a plan for dinner. Don't think I will be back to this location.

Dear Manager and everyone who worked there last night on 2/22/23 around dinner time, I hope you all slept well after making my 7 year old ugly cry at the store after you lost our order while he was trying to present his Book-It gift cert that he worked so hard to earn to redeem his pizza. He came home and ugly cried some more and my heart broke for him. This is where you stop cutting corners and spend the money to get a generator so the ovens stay on and orders don't get lost. You may even consider going old school by writing it down on a notepad as a backup, so that if power does go out and you're too cheap to use a generator or it's about to die, you can at least call the people whose orders you're not going to fill. Seeing that power outages are more common than once every 50 years, I promise you a generator is worth it. You owe him a pizza for all that heartache, and bigger than a stupid personal pan size considering how horrible you made him feel. If you want to make it right by him and us, someone please contact me so you can get my address and deliver him the pizza he worked hard to earn along with a heartfelt apology. He's never going to forget this, and neither will I. Mama Bear is piiiiiiiiisssssssssssed!

Customer service was top notch with Justin. I appreciate his willingness to answer my questions about some of their newer products. I did order and just because of my experience with him I would both recommend this location and be back to order more myself!!!

I really wanted to like these new pizza melts, but even though the flavor was on point, crispy and buttery, the inside was ridiculously thin on meat and toppings. The Alfredo was just blah although you did get quite a bit of it and the cheese on the top with crispy and brown as an oven bake should be. I will try them again another couple weeks and update my review if things change. I love you Pizza Hut. Step your game up!

Holy hell! Why did I try them again!? The pizza was definitely pre-made hours or days ago. Look at the photo. We ordered 3 large pizzas and wings; all were terrible. The 3" wide crust was flavorless. The sauce was pasty and sour. The cheese was congealed (even though we live one mile away and got there 5 minutes after ordering on the website). The (1-topping) pizzas are certainly pre-made, maybe assembled by a machine off-site. A frozen bag of microwave chicken nuggets would seriously be better. Nasty, just nasty. We threw away so much food. Do NOT let me order from here ever again.

If I could rate this restaurant with a negative star I would. The Big New Yorker pizza in particular was dismal. It does not look as enticing as shown in the commercial, it is pretty much the size of their regular hand tossed pizza, don't believe the hype. This particular restaurant in Canton sucks, the staff are rude and act like you owe them to do their jobs. The product they produce is not the quality that you would expect Pizza Hut pizza should be. Just take a look at the picture.

Got this ordered in December ( a tad behind in the reviews) I Was so excited to see when they had a beyond pizza!! Ordered that and cheese sticks. Pizza Hut will 80% of the time send your burnt cheese sticks. How is it possible when they had all of the sit locations nothing came out looking like that. Ordered an all meat pizza melt the crust is made like a thin crust pizza very thin and crunchy. not enough cheese in the pizza melt to hold the ingredients in. there's no sauce inside of it. They give you a little container for the dipping sauce but because there's so little cheese inside when you go to dip it all the ingredients fall into the little cup of sauce, instead of staying inside the pizza melt. So it needs more cheese, and I believe the dough should be a little softer and thicker.

Food- SOGGY. No matter what. Service- ANGRY TO BE THERE. And ANGRY AT YOU! No ambience. It's like a different EVERYTHING, and in a nightmare way. SKIP. The old days are gone.

I walked into the location at 7:35PM on Valentine's Day and was asking for a quote on a medium pizza and I just turned around and walked out the door. The guys shirt was so nasty it had dog fur all over. If this was a pet store I would be all for it, but this a restaurant. My stomach instantly turned I could only imagine seeing that in someones food. The second person was a short heavy set women's and she had animal fur also I was like "what the heck" is there a dog or cat in the back. How can you cook peoples food with fur on you that is just disturbing. I can see having flour or pizza dough but fur there should not be an animal or fur no where near this place.

Our family has been coming here to eat now about 20 yrs now. It's our favorite pizza place where we always order the Tuscani Meaty Marinara Pasta snd cheese bread sticks. Great prices as well as the customet service. The waitress has been here as long as we have bern coming. We always eat inside and always have leftovers to take home. I'm sure they do a lot of pick up orders as we watch customers come in and out. Thank you for serving us!

Place is a hit or a miss but overall still good pizza chain. Usually order through their app as you get the best deals they're offering and is ready as promised.

I ordered a pizza from here today for curbside. After waiting 20 minutes I called to check to see how much longer. Whomever answered, hung up on me. The second time I called they my order right out. When I got home, the pizza was lukewarm and overcooked, the crust was tough. I should have taken it back but didn't. $25 wasted.

When you order a pizza Make sure you mention you want the toppings on the pizza and not on the box. I ordered 2 pizzas and some sides. Both the pizza boxes looked like as if they were crushed from the top. All the toppings stuff to the top and fries tasted horrible with oil and bunch stuck to one another. We were starving to call, complain and get a replacement. We just ate the dough. Going back to jets and papa johns . Won't order Pizza Hut again. Thanks

I ordered two pizzas online, when we received the pizzas and open the box we could notice something was clearly not right with the pizza. I've ordered pizza from many places including Pizza Hut for years, never have I seen pizza like this. I wasn't really upset, but more so confused. I really wanted an explanation. Was my pizza dropped?? I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. He provided me no answers, but gave us a credit back. I appreciate it, but I really wanted an answer. Why would the person making the pizza send that pizza out?

orded the detroit style pizza from there. What a joke. The pizza was raw, the toppings were so skimpy and the price of 15.00 + is why i took it back.It was like a piece of thick bread with sauce on it. Never again for me.

What the heck happened to Pizza Hut. I haven't been there in a while, but it all changed for the worst! We got a normal pizza that essentially tasted and smelled like the box it came in. The service was terrible too. Maybe it was a bad day. The iconic brand and taste from my youth is gone. I hope they make a comeback.

Great food, fast service, warm greetings, big smile, those are what I get every time using the curbside pickups. Loving this restaurant!

As long as Angie is the store manager, this place will be horrible. She would not accept a current coupon, then started making up the lie that I threatened her, because she would NOT tell me their area manager's phone number to complain about her...and on top of it all, the pizza was horrible and made both my girlfriend and I nauseous. When I came to pick up the pizza, angie had sent an elderly woman out to the register, instead of doing it herself. This woman has no integrity. I put a complaint in to the Better Business Bureau. Angie is in violation of the Truth-in Advertising Act.

Ordered online, when they first opened and my food was over cooked. The cashier was sneezing and had tissue up her nose while touching my food. Disgusting and a waste of money!

The lady at the front counter was so kind and professional!!! Best service I've ever had at a pizza place! She deserves a raise or to run the place. She was very warm and friendly which is rare nowadays. I forgot to ask her name but she has red hair! Thanks for being so wonderful and great job with your customer service! Also, the wings were made perfectly and were delicious!! Thank you!!!!!!

I had an awesome guy that helped me get my pizza. He told me the best deal that I could get and only made me pay seven dollars. Then he came out and gave us an extra free pizza because it was the end of the night.

I love this Pizza Hut! I've been coming here for awhile now with some friends for the lunch buffet. It's cheap and we always end up eating too much, but we come back about every other month. It's really great because you can request pizzas for the buffet, and I've never had them say no or not bring out the pizza I requested. I only wish they were not moving because they will only be delivering once that happens. Either way, I will continue ordering from this Pizza Hut because they're so delicious, especially the breadsticks! One last thing I will mention is that almost every time I come in for the lunch buffet, we have a waitress named Sharon. She is the best, and is always so helpful and sweet. She truly makes the experience better than most other waitresses would! I didn't get to see her last time I was there, but I hope she will be there the next time I go!

This is the closest Pizza Hut to my house and they refuse to deliver, and want me to call another Pizza Hut in another town that is further from my house!!! I hate to leave a bad review because I have had fantastic service in the past, but this is ridiculous.

I use to go to Pizza Hut a lot best pizza ever. Loved the meat lovers. Loved it. Hadn't had one for a while so I told the wife to order a pizza, worst pizza I ever had. Looks like they counted the hamburger and pepperoni. It use to be loaded. I never order another one.

Oh, Pizza Hut. How I used to love you so. Has your product quality gone down over the years as your corporate owner looks for every penny to cut, or have my tastes just changed that much? And why are your chicken wings so sticky? That can't be right! I'll still get a delivery from you because it is so easy to order online, but gone are the days when I would look forward to ordering from you.

I am surprised with all of the yucky reviews. My hubby and i like to use this location as a comfort food pacifier or lazy night in. Tonight i just cannot be bothered with cooking. Ordered online. Large 2 topping pizza $7.99 and breadsticks $6. Hoping for another prompt pick up and delicious carb filled dinner!

The Pizza Hut in Canton on Ford road is easily the best Pizza Hut around. I sometimes order carry out, but I find myself indulging in the buffet they have going on Monday through Friday more then anything else. They always have a great selection of pizza out, the salad bar is fresh and you can't beat unlimited breadsticks! They also allow you to request any pizza for the buffet that you want which is probably the best part of it all. I also would like to add that I visit this place every two weeks right after payday and I always get to see my favorite waitress, Sharon. Now, I don't know how long Sharon has been working here but she's definitely been here a minute. Even though we only ever go in while the buffet is going on, Sharon is always there each and every time and she is the sweetest lady around and if she wasn't there it wouldn't be worth it! She's the best they have! Anyway, this Pizza Hut is wonderful and the buffet is cheap at $6.99 a person, so it's a great place to take children for sure!

I have ordered delivery from this Pizza Hut several times in the past few months. The pizza has always been great, and the delivery is always pretty quick. One time they forgot the 2-liter, but the guy left and came back within 10 min with it. Is Pizza Hut pizza the best in the world? No. Its average. But this is a pretty good Pizza Hut location.

BAIT AND SWITCH!!! Sent a coupon offering 1 large and 1 medium for $15, but "this coupon is no longer valid" the day they sent it!!! Tried to offer me another deal.

My personal pan pizza was good but I ordered an 8 piece wing meal as well with parmesan garlic sauce. I only received 7 wings (yes, I counted!) and the parmesan garlic sauce was disgusting. The butter separated from the rest of the sauce, so I received a container with wings floating in butter with some white chunky parmesan reside at the bottom. The wings were not tossed in the dressing either, as the tops of the wings were completely dry. I couldn't even finish them.

I haven't tried my luck yet with this location! Plenty if pizza parlor and lots of good offer from different pizza place; Wonder I never got coupon from Pizza Huta yet?!

I order from this place all the time, it's my #1 pizza place. Normally I get delivery since they're decently close and they've never taken more than an hour, even then most of the time it's right on time or a little early. They always get my pizza order right, even if it's complicated with half this way and half that. While it's not the fanciest place on the inside, I order delivery 9/10 times so I don't really mind. All the delivery drivers have also been pleasant and I've never had any sort of problem. Also, you can't go wrong with one of the only place that lets you get meatballs on your pizza.

We order from this Pizza Hut location often. Angie the manager is awesome, she's friendly, professional, and I always know my order will be accurate on days she's working! Truthfully, even when Angie has a day off, the other employees are great to, we just favor Angie and sometimes we make a trip here more than once a day for a hot fresh Pizza when Angie is working!

Order the Pizza Sliders as a carryout. Pretty cool idea to let you customize them individually. Taste was good, quality good. What's not to like!

The staff at an establishment can make or break it. At the Canton Pizza Hut, the gentleman Lee absolutely makes it. I don't typically dine-in at pizza joints, but about a month ago we came because my daughter received a coupon from school for a free personal pan pizza, and I thought going here would be a fun little excursion for me and the kids while my husband was at work. Lee immediately greeted us and was super pleasant to all. He offered to sit us close to the TV in case the kids wanted to watch cartoons, and although that's not our style so we declined, I'm sure there are many customers who may appreciate that. Our order was made correctly, cooked well and delicious. Lee kept checking in to make sure we had enough to drink, bringing extra napkins, etc... Overall, very pleasant experience. A few weeks ago, after a long bout of sledding at McClumpha, the whole family piled in to get some lunch. Again, Lee was there to seat us promptly and he was super pleasant. My 6YO daughter said to him, "I remember you from last time." Hmmm...he even made an impression on her. So, for the second time we had a relaxing lunch with good piping hot pizza and service. I can't speak to any of the other menu items because we've only stuck to the pizza. I've considered getting the salad bar, but after perusing the selection I decided not to do so. The items looked pretty meh.

August 31, 2014 / ticket 00114 No extra sauce as ordered, crust over cooked Don't like them opening and showing me the pizza, let's all the heat out and pizza is cold by the time it gets home. Buddy's does this, so I stopped going there Crappy pizza boxes as well, don't hold in the heat The only pizza that I have ever had that was more disappointing was from Canton Papa Johns. Ordered extra everything, could not see the toppings, really skimpy, Never go there again.

Went there today with my wife w/o our kids and wasn't really impressed with the service or food. We wanted our bread sticks before the pizza and they came out at the same time. The server missed the "light sauce" request by my wife twice. She got a second table and got flustered, probably the reason why our bread sticks were late. Our large pizza was undercooked, crust barely crispy and cheese not entirely melted. Lastly, they didn't have to-go cups, so make sure you drink your $2.29 worth of Mountain Dew and get your 5 refills at the restaurant.

Stopped by today, because my 8 year old was given the choice for today's lunch and insisted we go here. I started with the salad bar just to make sure I get some vegetables in my day. The Pizza Hut salad bar has changed little, if at all in the last decade. I appreciate the fresh broccoli, sliced cucumbers, garbanzo beans, and cottage cheese, but miss blue cheese dressing, green pepper, spinach, olives, and carrots that can be found even on the Chuck E Cheese salad bar. I also had a personal pizza, with pepperoni, mushroom, and onion. It's nothing really special, but a good value at $4. The service today was exceptional, our server was on top of things the entire time and was extremely friendly.

This to me is just your typical Pizza Hut. You know what to expect. The pizza is going to be average, you'll pay a little more than you should, and you ll have to wait an hour to get your pizza. Nothing special.
