Pizza Hut

My family and I got dinner here for my son's 8th birthday. Unfortunately, the employee we dealth with during the pickup was very rude and unprofessional. One of the items on our order was cheesy alfredo, which comes with breadsticks. The breadsticks don't come with marinara sauce, which we're fully aware of. My wife asked if she could buy a sauce for the breadsticks, and the woman waiting on her was rude and said that she would have to pay for it. We get it, you have to pay for things. This wasn't a surprise and we didn't act like it was a problem. Anyway, she paid $1.29 for a sauce, which was smaller than a sauce that you would get for nuggets at McDonald's. It was surprising, and my wife said, "Oh wow, that's it?!" with a pleasant and playful tone. The girl said, "I don't make the prices" very rudely. At that point, my wife said, "I don't know why you have an attitude, because I haven't given you any." Then the employee very obviously rolled her eyes, and walked away. So if you decide to eat at this restaurant, cross your fingers that you don't get a waitress with blonde hair and a nose ring.

This Pizza Hut is the best open till 10:00pm. All other sit down restaurants in the town Closed at 9:00pm. Our order was taken as soon as we sat down when we were ready. Salad bar was still fresh. Pizza was hot and delicious. Service was quick and came back often to check in on our table. The dinning room was clean no dirty tables left till closed. Restrooms was clean. The whole experience was satisfying. 5 stars out of 5 we will be back.

It's like a trip back to 1985. Red table tops, tiffany lights and pan pizza. Every thing we had was very good.

Got an 8 piece chicken that was a piece short and looked like popcorn chicken. The pizza was supposed to be stuffed crust and was not only half cooked but looked horrible. Called and was very cordial about the situation, was offered a replacement order without asking for anything. Went back to pick up my order and the manager "Lou" immediately approach me hostile, and shoved my order towards me with serious attitude and told me I'm done. I felt as if her next step was to call the cops had I pressed the issue further. Well she's right I'll just keep going to Hungry Howie's from now on.

We were hungry and began to eat our pizza, then realized we did not have the toppings that we ordered. Duh! By the time the waitress checked on us, we told her and she replied, did you take it off? Why would we do that? That was rude. I won't be back

My husband and I dined at the Caro location on March 11, 2019. Given that we'd had a poor experience at the Saginaw location a while back, we were hesitant. So glad we decided to go on in! We were seated right away; our server gave us the option of booth or table and was very patient as we tried to see where hubs would be most comfortable. We ordered pan pizza, bread sticks and a pasta dish. Everything was amazing; really far and beyond expectations. Our server timed the meal like a pro, drink refills (and To-Go cups!) were furnished efficiently at just the right times, as well as the other set-ups and "courses." When she brought out the sticks and such she informed us the rest of the order would be along shortly as the cook preferred to send us out freshly-prepared pasta. We had no problem with this as we had PLENTY of food (see pic) to keep us occupied. Our thanks to the conscientious cook, as well! 🤗 To Management: I feel the perfect fool for not writing down our server's name, but our total was $29.22, at about 4:45/5pm. Maybe you can reference her by those numbers, and let her know we thought she was awesome! And the cook, too! Both are worthy of commendation for representing Pizza Hut so well. We will be back!

Extremely expensive (I usually get the other guys $7 pie). This was $36 for 1 large an 1 regular bread stick. Pizza was very tasty, though.

I am only basing this on other Pizza Huts. This is truly one of the worst pizza huts to go to. In times past it was the best of the Pizzas Huts. Standards have slipped and it tastes like old gas station left over pizza. Bread sticks are still good.

The Pizza at Pizza Hut is very good. It's pretty thin but handmade like hungry Howie's.. The stuff crust is delicious but my favorite is indeed the pasta!! I highly highly recommend the pasta above all else. I always get takeout so I'm not sure what the service is like except at the counter. And I do recommend that The ambiance is always nice there but it's not off and I see the place filled like it used to be.

I hate when I order X cheese and there isn't enough cheese to cover the pizza! How much extra do I need to pay for Xtra cheese on the whole pizza.....not just 1-2 pieces of pizza

The weight staff is great. The food is always good and hot when the manager is there you always seem to get shorted double cheese, a single cheese and she's always talking about keeping down to get a bigger bonus.

Food service was okay, food wasn't that bad. Food came fast. Wasn't happy that they didn't honor the sign and rock for free personal pizza after my child found it.

best pizza in the universe the crust was good the breadsticks were good The cherry picker infusion was the best drink there a salad bars, good everything there is good. You have no reason to go to Taco Bell instead of Pizza Hut.

Have not been to a Pizza Hut in years. I needed to bring home some pizza one night and my usual place was packed. I saw the sign of a" special" for a three item pizza for $9.99 so I decided to try it. I remember the pizza being very good at other restaurants, years ago. I ordered the pizza and got over charged. I asked the counter girl that I thought the three item pizza was $9.99? I was told that I had to request the special price to receive it. I did then request the special price and they then changed the rate. I had asked for extra sauce and the pizza still came very dry. The cheese was not stringy like I had remembered it from the other restaurants. It was a very dry, not very tasty, pizza that was even less enjoyable than a grocery store frozen pizza. Very disappointing pizza! I will not visit this restaurant again.

First I must say that are waiter did a very good job and was very nice. But that was the only good thing about the experience. They screwed up our order twice and then when we had a question about the bill the manager was extremely rude.

Horrible! Waitress told us to seat ourselves. Only one other table there. Say there for about 15 mins. She never came back. No menus, drinks, or silverware. The other table was still waiting for drinks too. Stopped at the register to let them know we where leaving because we never got served and they lady started to argue with me about there being one server. I was a server for years. Thank goodness they only have one table now!

So my wife started at Pizza Hut and she had her phone in her back pocket well did you know that makes her a skank according to Louise and my wife had her pants rolled up a little bit past her ankles and she went on to say that she had to roll them down because it was a safety hazard but Louise proceeds to wear skirts and everything else in my book she's a hypocrite and there's another girl that works there her name is "tip" she's useless she was suppose to help my wife while Louise left to go on a delivery and tip proceeded to go to 4 different tables and answered a phone call and did a order and didn't even show her how to do any of it my wife is new at all this they knew that and to not help her and to call her a skank for having your phone in your back pocket is a bit disrespectful if you ask me you Louise are trashy yourself!!

I was dining with my family and it was going well. I had the best service from a friendly guy named billey. He was excellent, however the store manager was very rude and yelled at her staff in front of customers. Very unprofessional if you ask me. Then when I got my large pizza there was a bug that resembled a cockroach melted in the cheese. I was completely disgusted and the manager told me I must have brought the bug in with me. She would not give me a refund because we ate the whole pizza. We didn't see the bug till the pizza was almost gone. I will never step foot in this place again I really hope billey looks for a better place to work.

Horrible. There was an employee that dropped a bunch of plates on the floor and another coworker told him not to worry about it it's the five second rule. So he just picked them up and put them back on the shelf.

Horrible service. Took them ten minutes just to get me my drink and there where only about 10 people in the entire establishment. Would not recommend.

Waiter was really nice and great. But we got a pan pizza. That was good. The stuffed crust though. I wont get again, the rest of the pizza is so thin, you might as well just be eating the toppings. No breading holdong it. Its worse than even a thin crust pizza. I get your using more dough to stuff the crust. But maybe use a different size dough so thw rest of the pizza isn't compromised.

My kids like Pizza Hut and the price is right but this location is quite dirty. When you walk in the door there is a dirty smell, not pizza smell. Young kids who seem to run it - they have a lot to learn. My suggestion is to go somewhere else.

It's Pizza Hut alright. Nothing really that sets it apart from the rest. But nothing really to complain about either.

The pizza was good, but the service was horrible. Our waitress Kati offered refills, but she never brought them. We were finished eating, and the bill never came. We had to ask twice for the bill and boxes for leftovers.

Absolutely terrible service. This is the second time in four months that I've had the WRONG pizza delivered to me. Upon calling the store to get the RIGHT pizza as a replacement (20 mins after ordering initially) the extremely rude and full of attitude manager acted like I was in the wrong for requesting the item that I paid for. Very condescending and patronizing. I'm currently waiting for my replacement pizza to be delivered, which I'll be checking over very thoroughly to ensure there are no "additions". Avoid delivery from this location at all costs, I know I now will be.

ordered a large combination with a stuffed crust. The only thing good was the stuffed crust there was minimal toppings I had only once piece of pepperoni on each slice I was very dissapointed

Go to this Pizza Hut often and am always happy with the Service, the Food however is by far the Best Pizza Hut around.
