Pizza Hut

Hands down the dirtiest place I've ever been inside to eat at😵‍💫🤮 Salad bar was a joke with salt and pepper packets as a topping. No onion no bacon no crackers. The cook was making pizzas going out back door and making food all while wearing the same gloves. I guess her hands were clean but her gloves were not since never changed during all this. I boxed up my order to go paid and left then tossed in trash at truck stop. Didn't feel like getting more aggravated before getting back on the highway 😒 but I would never stop there again. There was more food options in my booth than on the salad bar. Breadsticks flat boneless wings very little sauce...

Food was good. Salad bar could have been fresher. They needed fresh lettuce ( more of it also) & new cucumbers. Service took a little while.I think they had a lot of online orders last night. They were making alot of pizzas. Atmosphere was alright. Dining room could have been brighter. Bathroom could have been updated .

I had hoped after my last post and the owner had responded with hopes that Id give them another chance that today, I would find the pizza back to the quality that it was for years. However, it was just as bad as the last 2 times - tasteless and with a ridiculous amount of few toppings. I got 2 large supreme pizzas and the 2 had less than 1 did that I got at Wilburton earlier in the week. Truly a waste of my time and money! After driving to Checotah to get my pizzas for years, it's really frustrating that the management and/or cooks have allowed it to get so bad!

Ownership needs to put money into the store. Period. You have no ice machine. Half beverages gone. Paper cups. Barely a salad bar. Coming from a previous manager of a pizza hut, shame on owner! Staff did their best with the absolute bare minimum they had. Also whenever you are broken down u don't charge 14 lunch buffet... have no plans of returning

Waited on hold for 12 minutes before I started driving. I arrived at the restaurant with a total hold time of about 25 minutes. I told the lady I had been on hold for 25 minutes before she said it’s not been that long. I showed her my phone. When I arrived they were all busy working but definitely weren’t paying attention to the callers. I placed my order for done in at 425 and asked that it be ready no earlier than 5 as we had people coming at 5. The first of 5 pizzas were delivered at 5:10. Close enough. Food quality was good. The staff was friendly.

We are from Texas and do not have these gems. I miss the dine in at Pizza Huts! The staff was friendly and polite. The food was really good as well.

Not the best service. Food of course is always good. They messed up on my pizza and didn't give me what I ordered. The guy at the register says "we didnt have pan i gave you hand toss its the samething and just walked away. I paid extra for pan but the guy just walked away didnt say anything or try to make it better in anyway. He just said its the same and left. Of course taste is always good. Service not so much.

Very nice Staff The 3 ladies The ONLY three ladies went above and beyond taking care of each body walking in and out that door and during the big lunch buffet rush they ran it better than 6 workers could have . Thank u girls we will be back :)

I've loved Pizza Hut since childhood, aside from when they don't have specials, they rarely disappoint me, especially in flavor. I wanted to especially make a review for the location in my hometown of Checotah because I went in the other day without having called or used an app and saw they were slammed. The manager apologized and explained that several employees had called off. Since I run a retail store, I could totally relate. It was just her, one cook and one driver and her spirits were still high. Sure it took about a half hour to get my pizzas but they were delicious. Kudos to the manager, sadly I don't have her name but her service was superb.

There is never anything the salad bar! The server is walking around with his pants falling down. Nice white underwear!!!! Cold marinara for my hot cheese sticks. This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to! Pasta is so watery. You call this food? Won't be back!! Shut this PH down and get someone who can run it proper!

Ordered chicken wings waited 30 minutes the waitress never placed our order we got up and left. Not going back, worst service ever.

Stopped here for dinner because the lunch buffet was always so good when I worked in Checotah. The food was decent, not as good as it is/was during lunch, but the service we received from the server (red hair/glasses) was abysmal. She was not happy to see us enter the restaurant & it was only after we sat down that she even acknowledged our presence. Her attitude screamed she would rather be ANYWHERE but here & any request put her out. I asked for crackers for my baby & she snapped they didn't have any. Her attitude towards customer call ins was the same deadpan voice she used w/us. She was putting the salad bar away when we arrived (6:30 p.m.) but the customers who came in after us asked for it to be put back out. She was NOT happy abt that!! The cook who brought out our pizza was nice enough & I doubt she realized the server's attitude was so terrible. The cook ended up waiting on the table that came in after us. It was also dead quiet in the restaurant except for the quiet conversation of the other table.

My family and I had an amazing time when we stopped in to watch the game. The staff was very friendly and Patrick went out of his way to take care of us.

Open the dining room! Costing jobs for a small city! No place to sit and eat after driving! Booo

The staff was absolutely the best! We stopped in on our way home from Missouri. Came in at about 8pm with a crazy wild child who had been in the car all day. Everyone greeted him and began making sure he had everything he needed, from colors to nilla wafers. Made our long day so much better! Pizza was great came out very quick. Great job guys! If we're ever back this way, we'd definitely stop back by.

Best Pizza Hut around with friendly staff! If you go in close to closing for dine in they will give you paper plates and such because they've already done all the dishes.

Probably the best Pizza Hut lunch buffet I've ever had. Very clean restaurant, the salad bar had slot of items most buffets don't offer. Pizza offerings were fresh & maintained. I will definitely stop here again.

I asked for extra mushrooms on a pizza that was supposed to be anyway you want it and they charged me for extra mushrooms but their was less mushrooms than my other 2 ingredients that were green olives and jalapeño. Go figure. My waitress was kind and good with service.

Well there's some good people working there some bad people working there two Services half-ass decent I normally get my pizza to go because I know it's going to be crap by the time I get home but that's what you get from Pizza Hut price is good I will say that
