Pizza Hut

I walked inside this location and the guy named Arthur( also known as DJ)who was running the front was so nice and professional. It’s very refreshing to walk inside of anywhere and someone makes you feel welcomed. They have great specials that he made sure I was aware of . Quick lunch for under 10$ with a drink .I will definitely be back!

Pizza Hut was alright. The service was good, the store was pretty cool, and my food was ready quickly. The problem is that the pizza and breadsticks I got were very... meh. They weren't terrible, but I could've gone to Little Caesar's and gotten a better combo for a lower price. Pizza Hut is considerably worse than comparable chains such as Domino's, Papa John's, and Marco's.

Personal pan pizza! Cashier said it would be done in 15 minutes and it was in deed. Very hot and good. 5/5 and was only $10 for two.

Placed order with the app. App said 20 minutes. I show up 25 minutes later and am told they are starting on it now so will be about 10 minutes. 35 minutes later they call my order. This seems to happen everytime I order here and I will be late going back to work and still haven't gotten to eat. If you have an option for pickup the order should not be started after someone shows up. Must be a shortage of managers or just not paying enough for the workers to care anymore. Pizza was sloppy with topping not even and chicken wings were cold after waiting all that time! Never will I be back to this place!!!!!!

The food is good, but the service needs a lot of help. We got in, gave our name on the order and paid for it, got a receipt and were told to sit down. Thirty minutes later a different gentleman comes out and asks if we're waiting to get our order taken, we said no, we're waiting on a mobile order. They asked for our name, left, came back, and then the first gentleman came back and then pulled our food out of the warmer. Where it had been for the entire time we were there. Waiting on us. Also, we ordered extra pepperoni on our pizza as well as two different kinds of pepperoni and this sure ain't it. If you want your food in anything resembling a timely fashion I don't recommend this location.

They really had the nerve to tell me that this is a pan pizza … I told her no it’s not I eat Pizza Hut to much not to know the difference especially when we are paying a dollar more for pan pizza, they also wanted me to come back to get a new pizza and bring this one back. Couldn’t do that due to the fact my kids ate a slice from the other box already. I wasn’t even offer a credit towards my next order.

Bought a $15 pizza with one pepperoni per slice. Didn't see the 2nd topping bacon at all. Next I asked well done. Well I had to cook it in the oven when when I got home. Still have it so I can post the pictures.

This was my 1st time at this new location. The staff was very friendly and my wait time was not long. My pizza was hot and fresh. Something I discovered when visiting, this location has a drive through for express pickup when you order ahead. Very convenient option not usually seen at Pizza Hut. My family and I will definitely be back.

Worst experience ever! Placed order online waited to go pick up. Was intentionally ignored at the drive thru by Marie. Actually Marie could not perform any tasks correctly except being rude and aggressive for inability to perform her job correctly. Waited an additional hour on my order and ended up leaving without the entire order. There were 5 employees on the clock but not sure more than 2 were actually working. Marie kept giving out random pieces of everyone's orders to complete an order so there was never a full order complete. At one time there were 10 of us waiting and no one getting their food. Do not go. This business did better customer service as the Asian restaurant that never opened as they do now as Pizza Hut. Just don't do it. Stay away from this location completely

Forest Drive, Columbia, SC. This location needs to do better. I placed an order online for delivery, i waited almost 2 hours for the pizza. I called the store, and they said they messed up my order and had to remake. it would be ready in a few minutes. Then it took another 25 minutes. When i finally got the pizza, it had no sauce on and burnt. I called the store again and they are sending a new one out to me. Let's hope that this one is correct and edible. No pizza in pizza hut takes 2 hours to make or cook. Try telling that to someone who hasn't worked for Pizza Hut before. Extremely upset and mad.

3 different orders of medium pepperoni lovers- at the Forest Drive location in Columbia Sc- pizza arrived with 1-2 pepperoni on each slice- India- Pizza Hut manager stated there was a pepperoni shortage!!!!!! Pizza Hut......... DO BETTER!!!!!!

When this franchise opened this past year they were diligent in their service However this past month in May 2024 the weekly order I made for 1 large pizza with 1 topping and 1 medium size cheese pizza 1 topping, I got it home after waiting for 45 min. Both me and my guest had a few slices Which caused both me and my guest became sick. Besides over charging me for Approximately $33.00. I have put a hold off of any future Pizza Hut business. I would suggest this owner to hire a real supervisor and it's time to clean house. DEHEC Would not pass your business under current conditions

New location, so be mindful that they are not as fast or prepared as other locations. Longer than expected wait times and confusion. Even if you order ahead, you might still have a 40 minute wait on a personal pan.
