I wasn’t a huge Pizza Hut fan, but my friend said she was craving it so i thought, “why not?” Best experience I’ve had and it will be my new pizza place for Dearborn. John(I’m assuming he was the manager) was buzzing around the entire time. He was so friendly and made sure that everyone in the restaurant was taken care of. To the point, there was a disgruntled customer who was beyond rude to him because the call center was rude to her and john not only calmed her down and serviced her, but checked in after the fact while still dealing with the dining room and our order. John is the superstar there and I certainly hope he is being compensated for every ounce of kindness and hard work he showed us tonight.

First and foremost, the customer service is top tier. Nicholas took my order John served my food. The food was delicious, this location provides dine in and it's definitely a hidden gem. I'm definitely coming back, my son's and I really enjoyed ourselves.

A great slice of nostalgia. This is one of few Pizza Huts around that still offers dine-in service. Getting the pizza served to you hot & fresh from the oven and right out of the pan at your table makes it taste so much better. Fresh hot breadsticks too. To sum it up, it tastes like the 1990s! So if you're craving that classic Pizza Hut taste, dine in here and enjoy.

One of the last dine in PH restaurants in Detroit. Came from out of town, couldn't resist going. Just about all of the done in restaurants are gone in Iowa. Just a massive blast from the past, the cups, the interior, games and amazing pizza.

I don’t usually do reviews but, I had to tonight! I ordered a large pan pizza and 2 orders of cheese bread sticks 25 mins before closing so naturally I was a bit nervous that I might be disappointed with my food, but not the case whatsoever! I have not had such a delicious, buttery and crunchy pizza like this in so so long! My pizza was AMAZING! The cheese bread sticks were also perfect 👌🏼 My family and I frequent this location often since we have moved over here and this location is by far the best one believe me! Every time it’s good but tonight it was just awesome, thank you!

Forget takeout—this location is a genuine hidden gem for those seeking a relaxed dine-in experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was top tier, setting a welcoming atmosphere for our family. The team operates seamlessly: Nicholas took our order efficiently, and John ensured our meal was delivered promptly. The level of personalized attention elevates the entire visit. Crucially, the food was delicious. Combined with the rare benefit of having comfortable dine-in seating available, this spot provides exceptional value and quality. My sons and I thoroughly enjoyed our time and will certainly be returning frequently. Highly recommended for a satisfying family meal!

Stopped in seeing that they are still done in on a whim and was one of the best pizza hut experiences we have had in a long time.

Outsourced deliveries mean it's time for us to grow up and let go of delusions of expecting the niceties of a delivery driver knocking on your door, ringing a door bell or God-forbid a phone call to let you know the clock started ticking on your soon to be frozen pizza. Doordash delivers for pizzahut. If you have a problem suddenly you have two companies you have to deal with. I bet the pizza is great thawed. The location and everyone in it are no doubt awesome but they've been hamstrung by corporate synergy. If you order delivery in the winter you better wait on your porch the whole time.

Happy National Pi Day 2023, yea I chose da Pizza Pi at Pizza Hut. Been 2 decades since last visit to a full dining room style Pizza Hut. No more Pizza Bar, Salad or Beer just good Pizza Wings and things. Got a large all Meat Pan Pizza good price 17 bucks. A lunch special Spicy Garlic Boneless Chicken n Fries spot on Wonderful for 8 bucks. Fast friendly service only a few others customers lunch hour. Love this place. Great staff. And the most important thing the food is great. The lady serving in the restaurant is a very hard worker.

They suck placed an order waiting or and hour and 30 minutes so I called and I was told that my order was canceled ummm was anyone going to inform me smh terrible customer service I will never order from them nor will I recommend them

Pizza was excellent....Bread sticks were hot and fresh! And our server Bonnie was very friendly.

I am glad we didn't give this location any money. We called to order a personal pan for our child with their Book It coupon with intent to pick it up. We were told 20 minutes and gave additional time. When we go there, they had no record of our order and told us that the call was routed to a call center even though the voice on the phone was identical to the girl at the counter. We had to place a new order and wait an additional 20 minutes. That means an hour at this point for a personal pan pizza. But wait, it gets better... I sent a complaint to corporate about this and was told by corporate that they do not use call centers and they would have the manager of the store contact me. They did! And the manager was clearly on drugs or drunk. The supposed manager didn't even know who she was calling and freely gave me somebody else's name and address because she couldn't keep the complaints straight! So my hat is off to A.P. that lives on New York street! Sorry that the manager gave me, and likely several others, your information. I was told by the manager that they do use a call center and that there was nothing she could or would do about anything. She was rude, and clueless! I will never give a dime to this location. Either they need to hire competent staff or close up shop. The manager needs to be fired and never placed in such a position ever again. You can't just give out people's info because you can't handle your job. Even for something as simple as a Book It coupon, I will go to a further location to find a better store.

My whole meal was burnt. My pizza (New Yorker Pizza) had burnt cheese, pepperoni and no sauce. The crust was so hard I thought I'd break my teeth. My breadsticks were so burnt they smelled like ashes... Worst part is they tried to give me a tiny little container of dipping sauce for a full order of break sticks. Highly recommend finding another location

RACIST location smh. So, it's my moms 60th birthday and all she wanted was to dine in at Pizza Hut bc she hasn't been in over a decade. I call around and found this location still offers dine in. The woman on the phone told me they will offer dine in until 7pm. So me and my family head on out for this 45 minute drive. We walk in right behind a white couple, the woman seats them, take their drink order and come back to us. She asked if we were picking up or placing a order? I said we actually want to dine in, she said oh no, I'm not offering dine in at this time bc I have to leave by 3. We take a look at the couple that was JUST SEATED and she says, you can order and go but you can't eat in. I said I JUSY called a hour ago and someone (I'm almost certain it was her) said that we would be able to dine in as long as we got there before 7pm. She said , oh well I'm sorry, we're short staffed now. Wow. I called corporate, and all they offered was a "I'm sorry, we don't condone that type of discrimination" (she said it before I even brought it up!) Thankfully, the Belleville location, which was an additional 20 mins away, was able to seat us and the staff there was GREAT. NOT at the Dearborn location. They need a whole new staff bc this is crazy

This PIzza Hut is at the end of my street, so it's close. I won't come here to dine in again because they constantly employ only one waitress for the entire room, making service extremely slow. But! They have online ordering, which is extremely easy and convenient. I have to admit, they can make a decent pizza for takeout. And they recently lowered the price of their pizzas, so it'll do when I get pizza hunger pangs.

Decided to give Pizza Hut Another shot after I saw their buffet sign out front. They didn't open their doors unlocked 5 minutes after open. When I got in with a buddy, there wasn't even pizza in the buffet. When I asked, they said it would be another 10 minutes until the pizza. I only have so much time for lunch, so we got in the car and went somewhere else instead. What a disappointment.

Service is mediocre, food is okay. Kind of what I expect from Pizza Hut these days. What I don't expect, though, is having to be subjected to nausea inducing Fox News bullshit while I eat. Get a clue. Know your audience. This isn't Alabama.

They have THE BEST app ever to order your pizza! This location usually takes about a half hour to deliver, which is fine because the website/app shows that anyway. I think the longest they've taken is like 35-40 minutes. Every person who's delivered has always been super nice and quick! I've picked up an order from here before and they were pretty quick too, so all in all, they're great! Now the food....YUM. Their pizza is incredible and it's cooked perfect every single time. Love this location! Literally scared to order from another location because I'm scared another one wouldn't be as good as these guys!

OK look... if I could give this place NEGATIVE STARS I would. It all started out that they incorrectly billed me for our delivered pizza order. I called trying to get it straightened out - spent 20 minutes on the phone - only to check my credit card transaction online and they screwed it up again. I called back and spoke to probably the rudest woman I have ever had the misfortune to deal with!! I wasn't allowed to fully explain the situation and several times was told that I needed to "stop yelling" at her (I wasn't) and to "just calm down". I was perfectly calm, but was just trying to get a word in because she wouldn't listen to a word I was saying. Needless to say this place has lost my business FOREVER.

I can't really say how their pizza is because we left as soon as we walked in. The place was not very clean, almost every table was dirty, and it makes you wonder what in the world the kitchen looks like.

My husband and I eat here once a week and I give them the oddest pizza order (Veggie Delight, minus cheese, light sauce, thin crust, no black olives, and extra of the rest of the veggies.), and they never flinch and always have flawless customer service. The pizza is great, they people are great.

I hate to write a bad review but honestly this restaurant deserves it. The waitress screwed up right away, my friend ordered a Diet Pepsi without ice, I ordered a Dr. Pepper no ice and she gave me the diet, then we ordered the stuffed garlic knots and some boneless wings, the boneless wings came, no stuffed garlic knots, then our pizza came and it was supposed to be stuffed crust but the cheese that was supposed to be in the crust was on the outside, the waitress never gave us forks for the salad bar or chicken wings, we had to go ask for them. Then after we were finished eating the pizza out stuffed garlic knots came after reminding the waitress about them then she acted surprised we asked for them to go! They were supposed to be an appetizer that usually means it's supposed to be served before the meal. I definitely won't be going here again! Horrible service, bad vibes all the way around not to mention expensive!

I haven't had pizza from Pizza Hut in a while, but recently I was looking online to find a pizza place close to home and decided on this Pizza Hut because their website made it easy to see their specials and easy to order. We have ordered from them twice in the last month and both times the pizza was fantastic! Not the usual quick pizza, but really good, quality ingredients. One of the specials they were offering let me pick as many toppings as I wanted, ordered: meatballs, sausage, diced Roma tomatoes, mushrooms, and spinach. It was so good! My husband was surprised that a large pizza with that many toppings was only $10.00 ! The last special we got was even better, I hope they kept offering these great deals ! Staff have also been really nice when I've been there.

Terrible freaking service. Told me 20 mins and don't have m pizza ready in 50 mins. Lazy staff.

My mother in law is very particular about her pizza so when we order here it's always pan, super supreme, and cooked longer so that it's crispy. The staff here never get it wrong and our pizza hasn't been soggy yet!

I am a regular customer and it used to arrive hot and very tasty. Now it is terrible cold and the cheese is cold too. I will find another place.

Ordered and my bread sticks were not cut. My sauce was 1/4th full. My toddler can put together a better pizza then the one we got. Disappointed!

I placed a order for delivery it took them two hours to deliver .. Mind you not on a game day...nothing going not even a special night. When they finally show up they give us the wrong order... So I call the management telling them of their mistake the offered a five dollar credit if we kept the cheaper order... I think not.. She finally fixes my order and gets it to me 45 min later so in invested 30 dollars and 2 hrs 45 min to finally get my order... She said she put in the computer that my next order was free... I was satisfied.... I called back to claim my free dinner they said that they have no record and they state that if they issue a credit it only is good for 30 days.... These guys are scam artist and not worth their word at all... So much for customer service huh

I just tried to order $30 worth of hungry yummy Howie Pizza but I had to pay with $100 bill and I informed them of that the gentleman on the phone asked his manager and his manager said no I have never been refused by a pizza place that's insane over 65 $ in change REALLY!!!

All I wanted was a stuffed crust pizza from pizza hut, but couldn't get it because I didn't have a car, nor did I have any bill smaller than a 50. I know most delivery drivers only carry a small amount on them so i even requested they bring enough change, which would've only been 2 dollars past their limit once I tipped the driver, and they said they can't. Great customer service guys! Not only did you turn down business, you insulted your customer in the process and i will never go to this particular location again.

This is my go to pizza for delivery. I've ordered from here quite a few times and have never had a bad pie or service.
