Pizza Hut

Please avoid this location at all cost. They have no manners and etiquette. Tried to fight and argue with me because of the burnt pizza. What is worse is I had to sit there while the pizza is being remade and had to hear them talking crap about me. I felt soo uncomfortable and the manager served me another burned pizza and said leave if you don’t like it. You need to be fired and replace with someone who knows customer service.

I have now ordered for this location twice now, and both times, the pizza was very over cooked. Never ordering from here again! I really used to love pizza hut too. 🥲

Ordered today it did arrive but soggy not even able to pick it up it would just fall apart. We ordered hand tossed not paper thin.

Been waiting almost 2 hours for 1 pizza just got off the phone with someone there said my pizza should be here soon and it’s been and hour since then

Never again try to make some changes to my order Guy with heavy accent make me wait forever on the phone and never answer back, call three times and he did same thing over and over.

I'm sorry but for all the people giving this place bad reviews we have to remember that they are only human. If an order didn't have a wing or missing a topping, don't ruin their bussiness by giving them one star D: -I've been coming to this specific Pizza Hut every 3 or so months for the past 2.5 years and everytime, they always deliver! AMAZING! IT'S ONE STOP CLOSER TO FLAVOR-TOWN! :D - -I'll add more pictures with time! Woot woot! this place deserves all the stars!

I had ordered several times the same type of pizza. This last time didn't even come close. Dough was definitely different, cheaper quality for sure. Crust was not the same. Just a few pepperonis and sausages, I had to search for the pineapple. Well, I guess it is time to switch for a better pizzeria.

This was our delivery, Manager Eric the liar said to figure out who his boss was ..well .. Even better for a bad review.. If corporate peeps want to know the whole story contact me .. Bad reviews going on yelp, google & twitter Whatever happened to customer services these days ?

I think a lot of of these poor reviews could be solved if they just ordered online. I ordered online and got my pizza in 15 minutes. Service was quick and friendly. I came here on a Tuesday night around 7 o'clock. Pizza was good for a fast food joint. Two large pizzas -- 1 stuffed crust supreme and 1 pan crusted pepperoni/extra cheese and 3 garlic butter dips came to $42. Great enough for us!

When you call Pizza Hut they can't locate or find your address. I tried to call so many times. No Pizza Hut can deliver to my address.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered 3 pizzas and all 3 were disgusting. Honestly I would have been the first to say even bad pizza is still good. However this one was terrible. Each one's sauce tasted off. Not rotten but something just didn't taste right. The crust was HARD, and I'm not talking crunchy, I'm talking stale bread where you bite into it and can hardly rip off your bite. Pizza was lukewarm. Which I don't even know how that's possible if I picked it up.

I ordered the triple treat box it was delivered very quickly I was honestly surprised the food was hot upon arrival and everything was seriously good they made the pizzas perfect exactly how I wanted thank you Pizza Hut

Who tf charges $5.99 for delivery? This cheap a$$ place. Highway robbery for lousy a$$ food. Tell me why tf it's so expensive for delivery you clown a$$ Jews. I hope your business goes under with your sh!tty reviews. EADBAH

No one answers, good thing they keep advertasing jobs. Sorry no time to answer ur phones no time for me to waste trying to order. Complains are not follow through so I will not be ordering from them ever again. They can't even answer their phone calls I have been on hold for 45 minutes and nothing.

Do not order from this Pizza Hut under any circumstances. I placed an order at 5 o'clock to be delivered to my house at 5:45 PM. Then, I waited about 20 minutes after the promised delivery time and checked my phone and it still said that my order was getting made. I tried to call the number they provided me, but it just put me in a call center. I then drove to the pizza store because I couldn't contact anyone and this nice young girl at the counter gave me the pizza, which was in the holder for carryout orders, and told me that they only had two drivers and, the system messed up my order. I got a full refund for the pizza, but the fact I had to go get my own pizza for delivery is pretty ridiculous. Also, they said "calling corporate is a waste of time because they're not very helpful."

Food is good. Every time I come in here though this older lady is always nonchalantly on her phone, no one says hi. She even walked up to the counter once reading something on her phone, didn't look up once, didn't say hi. She then said "sorry I had a message on my phone" ... the lack of customer service this place has had every time I've come in is why I'm now shopping elsewhere. Good luck getting the staff's attention.

Usually never have an issue with this location. 10+ times. Tonight I made an online order for delivery but after I checked out it said carryout. So I call the location just to make sure and follow the prompts and get put on hold. At the 5 minute mark I hung up and called again. Follow different prompts and get a store associate. I explain the situation and he says he'll transfer me to his manager to look into it. At the time of this review, im currently still on hold. It's been 21 minutes plus the other 5 making it 26 minutes and counting. I can't leave to pick up the order as I have kids with me. Some of which I'm babysitting. *Update* Ended up ordering elsewhere from Uber eats and it has already arrived. I called twice to speak with a manager. Both times I get sent to the same line where im on hold ‍‍. 2nd guy named Julio was rude.I just want my money back!!

In Mountain's Edge we have limited options for pizza, but it's nice to know there is a Pizza Hut right around the corner. Pleasant staff and easy ordering makes this location perfect to hit up when you need a slice or those amazing bread sticks with marinara. Uber easy to order online and then pop in to pick up. You can order for delivery for a small fee but usually takes awhile in the evening (that's why i prefer to pick up). For dessert, give the cinnamon stix a try and dip them in the warm icing.

The idiots at this store have yet to get an extremely simple order correct, ever. My wife was on hold for 20+ minutes to verify that they understood our order, and they never picked up. When she got there, the peon standing there confirmed that they did get the order wrong, and apathetically apologized for putting her on hold for so long and once again screwing up the order. You could order a glass of water here and they'd give you a fish stick. They're that stupid. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE.

I hate having negative things to say but this was some BS I am 9 months pregnant on bed rest, I had to order for delivery. I ordered pasta and some brownies. I live five minutes away from this place! They told me 40 minutes I said ok fine. After an hour I tried to call them to check on my order and no one answered. And now they are closed and still no sign of my food it's been over 2 hours I'm pissed and now I have to wait to call in the morning for a refund. If I could do zero stars I would

I nerver put any negative reviews to anywhere but this time is already enough. First , this is my all time locatation and I always ordering from here at least 2 times in a week. I also door dash driver and this guys are seeing me at least 2 times in a day, but they always rude with anyone, this time I want to pickup my pizza and the guy with bony hair just like for no reason start arguing with me I just simply refuse any argument because I see them every day. Enogh man just be nice with customers and with your colleagues

We ordered a pizza for delivery and set the time for 7:30. 7:50 and it said it was out for delivery, we live 5 minutes away. I called and they said it was out 15 minutes ago but the delivery time could be 70-80 minutes. SMH don't know what to say. I asked for a refund and reorders from their another place.

Waited over a hour. Never received my food and called 4 times didn't answer I watched it go from in the oven to on the way!

Crazy how they take my order at 10:00pm and had me and my family waiting over a hour just for them to not bring it! Very unprofessional! Don't order from this location! Based on this location reviews seem like nothing being ran right at this location!

I've done in person pickup at this location 4 times, and delivery about 10, so I'm obviously happy with the food and the service. The delivery people are always friendly and pretty quick, I can almost set my watch by them, the food is going to be at the door 23 minutes after I hit go. I try to mix it up here and order one staple pizza, usually pepperoni, cheese, and black olives, and then I get exotic with the rest of the order. Most combos I come up with taste fine, but in spite of the topic selection none of my combos are ever as good as a basic pepperoni and cheese. I also want to note, this is a review of the location, not the Pizza Hut corporation. Their pizza is budget and you get a lot of food for your dollar, but nobody will call it premium. For what it is, this location makes a good pizza and I will keep coming back.

I'm so sick of getting shitty service and food from this location. I ordered a side of fries and either the delivery guy ate them or they just didn't bother giving us enough to bother with. Soggy and cold. This is my last time ordering from this Pizza Hut

9/2 gave them a second chance......reheated for sure,not fresh. Dried out and cold. kiss Pizza Hut goodbye for good !

I was so excited and couldn't wait for my stuffed crust pizzas to be delivered to only be disappointed when I started to eat them. It was dry, thin and not moist at all. The crust was hard and the pizza itself was not great. It was like I ordered a thin crust pizza with no sauce. I've ordered the same pizza before from another Pizza Hut and it was great. I'll remember not to order from the Blue Diamond location again.

Very very very disappointed. My family always orders from here. We are all already having a wonderful time being stuck at home (sarcasm) all I asked for was a pizza not road kill what's worse is they made us drive the pizza back and no refund. NEVER NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE BEFORE... you be the judge.

Very disappointed with what we got, it looks like old pizza reheated! I ordered stuffed crust and it was very thin and overbaked! It's not worth the $50+ i paid!!!

The only Pizza Hut that has gotten my order wrong 3 times . You can't call to complain about it cause they don't answer the phone . Also you have to pay for crushed red pepper flakes and Parmesan. What other pizza place does this ? It's crazy! It only took me 3 wrong orders to decide I'll never order from again

This location to me is better than the southern highlands location. Food and wings are good and they always have my order ready when it's supposed to be ready. Only reason for one less star is they are always low on pan crust. But so far so good.. Very busy location so keep that in mind when ordering

I ordered 4 pizzas today and 3 of the 4 was the right order. No big deal I called them to tell them that one of the pizza is not what I ordered and they said they'll make me the pizza and rush the pizza out asap. 2 and half hour later still no pizza and when I tried calling no one is picking up.

Pizza from here delivered is always fine. About the same as most the places near bye. Delivery is usually fresh.

Worst pizza hut location. Curbside pickup is a joke. There's no designated area to park, the app tells you to click on "I'm Here" once you arrive, but then a message pops up telling you to call the store. Then they don't answer! I'm waiting 15mins for someone to answer, just to tell them I'm outside. What's the point of the "I'm Here" option in the app?? So irritating! Even tho I chose curbside contactless pickup, I was forced to go inside to get my food. It's happened more than once. Boneless wings have no crunch and they put very little sauce. Perhaps it's because of how long they're sitting in that sweatbox container. I regret my meal every time I order from here.

Pretty awful customer service but it's Pizza Hut so idfk. The ambiance makes me wanna shit my pants and the food is Pizza Hut shit.

I have never been so close to throwing up from finding something in my food. From a dead fly in a salad, to plastic in pasta... the long hair baked into our pizza tonight might ruin pizza for me forever. I have called four times and the phone just rings.

I've visited a few times since December to make sure my experiences were the same and equally five star. I can confirm that my last two visits with help from Josh, the cashier and pizza boxer, is great. The walk in area has always been clean. The temperature is nice when waiting too. All of my pizzas since December have been exactly what I have ordered and they offer cheese each time. Dominos never offers cheese, not matter where I go in Nevada or California. Awesome people make the experience high value, because as a customer, we have many choices of where to get a pizza. Josh and the other folks at this location are why you should buy a pizza here.

Worst location ever. I love Pizza Hut. This place and specifically the manager of this location, I believe his name is Jonathan, complete garbage. I am still owed a refund. Thank you Pizza Hut customer service for absolutely nothing. I've never met a customer service team more dedicated to delivering mediocre customer service.

It has been over 2 weeks since my horrible experience with Pizza Hut. I have called and talked to the corporate team 4 times. One out of those 4 times my call was disconnected like someone hung up on. No one has ever called me back despite my several attempts to speak with someone. I have even emailed the wecare@lvph.net with my name and phone number and yet again no one has reached out to me. Legal action at this point is necessary to take place.

DO NOT get food from this place! We received food that nothing short of trash. We returned the food and gave them information (Address) that had nothing to do with the debit card purchase? They said it was because they mail the refund. ok, except they never sent us a refund! The staff is belligerent, rude and unprofessional - We will never eat a Pizza Hut product again after going to the Blue Diamond location!

I placed on order on the app to have pizza delivered at 7:30 pm. When it got to 8 pm I called the store to ask where my pizza was. He told me that even though I placed the order and had it scheduled to be delivered at 7:30 he told me the pizza was out for delivery at 7:16 and it could be 70-80 minutes to be delivered. I cancelled the order because it's ridiculous to have it scheduled for a certain time but it can be delivered almost an hour and a half after leaving the store. About 20 minutes after cancelling the order the delivery driver came to my house and I told him I cancelled the order and told him how ridiculous it is to have pizza out that long, and asked him wouldn't it be cold by the time it got to my house. Which he replied "probably" I'll stick to carry out or go somewhere else, they didn't even seem to care

This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Joshua "apparently the general manager" was very rude and when we tried to call back about our order, they wouldn't answer the phone and after trying to call for almost 30 minutes they answered and put me on hold for ever where I had to give up holding and hang up the phone! We were in the middle of our move and very tired!!

Just came home with my carry out pizza, took a bite and found a piece of plastic. Called and complained and the worker is stating that there isn't any plastic around the work area. Well I guess i happen to produce pieces of plastic wrap from my damn mouth. Thanks, you just lost a customer not because of your food but the attitude of your workers.

Their ordering manager is incompetent. They're always out of toppings. The service is polite and offers supplemental things like a bottle of Pepsi in exchange for parmesan crust

I was so disappointed with the service and food of this location. I was super sick and just wanted "comfort food" to make me feel better. Pizza had sauce up against the crust and nothing in the middle. I had to ask the delivery guy for all of my order and there was one thing missing. He said, "I'll be right back." It was almost an hour later that the missing food was delivered. I was already back in bed but had to go downstairs and get it off my porch. I called today (2 days later) and was told since I didn't call that day, nothing could be done. Food was awful, customer service (from a manager) is less than pathetic. Go Dominos, Papa John's, food truck pizza, whatever your fancy, just not Pizza Hut.

I wanted some pizza one day, and I stop by Pizza Hut at blue diamond. I order pizza with garlic chicken wings, when I took it home, the pizza was just ok. And the chicken wings was not chicken wings. It was some kind of chicken balls without a garlic test, tested terrible. So before you buy anything there, be sure to check out what you buy. Do not recommend this place.

Googlin', Yellow Paging, and even Pizzahut.com'in........Where the hell is your phone number. I know this PizzaHut hasn't gone out of business because I live 2 blocks away from it and yet surprisingly the phone number isn't listed anywhere. This is the one on Buffalo and Blue Diamond Rd. I just decided to go drive there instead of making a phone order and asked why they aren't listed on the internet and they said its not the first they've been asked about this. They have no answer to why but it didn't matter and I just wasted my time because they don't even deliver, haha. With that aside, the lady that was serving me was very friendly and gave me a fridge magnet with the phone number on it. I don't usually go to pizzahut to buy pizza but decided to add it on with my orders of 44 piece wings since a large with 3 toppings was only $10 and the wings were $25 for 44 piece. Very good deal. Maybe it's just me but I regret ordering the hottest flavor for the wings because I freaking couldn't handle it. Wings were good though but just too hot for my taste so my lil' 15yr old bratty brother showed me up by eating all of it. I'd def come here for the wings but as far as pizzas goes, damn it tasted like a $10 large pizza. I ordered the hawaiin toppings which was pineapple, sausage, with pepperoni. The taste was very bland and nothing, even a tad bit to tickle my taste bud. But thats what I get for being cheap that day instead of going to my fav local joint, Familia Pizzeria. Pizzas at PizzaHut, lesson learned.

Pizza was okay. Delivery over an hour wait. Do they know what marinara sauce is? Driest damn pizza ever. I don't even think they tried to put sauce on the pizza. I know this is the desert but a little more sauce on it without request for some sauce would be nice. Looking for alternatives.

I ordered pizza and wings with a side of ranch to be delivered. Once the delivery driver David got to my house I had to remind him about my ranch, which he forgot. He told me next time I go there I can get another ranch. So 2 days pass, I order wings for carry out this time. As soon as I picked up my food and asked for another ranch (free of charge since I paid for it online) he said no. I told Josh (manager) about my situation. He told me I should've called back that day and spoke with him, and I advised him his OWN employee David told me that I can come back and get another one since he forgot to get it. I even said to josh why couldn't I get another ranch even though I paid for it, and can show you the receipt. Josh kept insisting that I should've called him that day and would not give me a ranch. I normally wouldn't make such a big deal especially over ranch, but josh definitely did not like his job and was the biggest douchebag. I even called the district manager just me make a complaint, but hey they gave me $1 credit for ranch . Sorry if you have to encounter this douchebag
