Pizza Hut

Terrible. I placed my order at 428 pm. It said 11-16 minutes and should be ready. Arrived at 13 minutes and was told another 15 minutes. Went back again and told her another 3-5 minutes. 35 mins for pizza. Then say that when order is placed so I can plan dinner for my family according to the actual time frame. Ridiculous.

We ordered online. After paying, it said the order would be ready for carry out in 15 minutes. We drive over and wait in the parking lot for 5 minutes, go in to get the order and we're told "it just went in the oven" ok. No big deal. We go back to the car for 10 minutes and go back in. The same girl says " it's gonna be a minute" we sit and wait. And wait. After 30 minutes I go ask what the problem is because it's been almost an hour now. The girl says " oh. I'll go check." Then as she goes around the corner says to a co worker " God I hate people that don't tip" she brings our food out and just flops it on the counter and walks away. When we got home the pizza was cold so it obviously had just been sitting there while we waited. One of the pizzas was messed up, like someone took a bite. I called the store and was told "there ain't no manager at this store" I'm so done with rude punks. Never again pizza hut. There are way better places with better service.

I went there because Door Dash said that they would send them 2 pizza insulated carry containers a month and I could probably get one free. I asked the manager and she said yes, do you have a pick up? I said no, It was my first day and I was trying to get pizza orders as well. She said well, hold on- she came back with my first insulated pizza carrier at no cost and then I told her I've done delivery and she said apply and they should need drivers in 2 weeks. Next day my very first pizza delivery was from her restaurant, how ironic I thought 🤔 I don't think she recognized me but I was sure thankful and cancelled my $14 order from Amazon when I got home.

Called in order at 800pm.. got there at 820 to pick up.. front door was locked and was told to use the drive thru. Was in drive thru for nearly 25mins! worker was horrible when I shared how long we had been waiting. We will not be going back here! I shared I just wanted a refund after this poor customer service, which was denied! I was told to call manager in the morning and that another complaint against her is nothing new!

The pizza was pretty good, and service was great. Nice to sit down and eat a fresh out of the oven pizza.

Ordered online driver said they came but my fiancé was in the living room waiting for a knock and never heard one and we had to go pick up our order even though we ordered delivery( yes we paid the delivery fee cause I didn’t even want to deal with the workers no more) and never got it delivered or even a knock. Won’t be ordering from this location or any again.

I ordered a big dinner box, it came in adequate time. While my family and I ate it, we came across a disgusting discovery. There was a clump of hair baked into the cheese of our pepperoni and mushroom pizza. We called the store to rectify the problem but we were told that it was a door dash problem and we had to call door dash to solve the problem. We filed a food safety complaint, so we did but I don't see how it was door dash when the hair was baked into the cheese of the pizza. 🤮🤮🤮

Every time I go to Pizza Hut on 20th, they always find a way to mess up my order....then when I complain, they don't want to do what is right and fix it. Just argue with me about the issue. Gets old. I'm going to quit going there.

I'm honestly surprised to see such low reviews. We are in town visiting some friends in Farmington & were talking about all the restaurants from "back in the day". When our friends told us there was a Pizza Hut here, we decided on a whim to stop here for dinner after a walk around Berg Park. Everything was great! From the service (extremely friendly & attentive) to the food (very fresh & delicious), we had a great meal. I got the original veggie lovers pizza sans olives & it came absolutely loaded with mushrooms, green peppers, tomatoes, & onions. It was like eating a salad on a pizza! It tasted very fresh & wasn't at all greasy. If I had to nitpick I'd say it took a while for the food to come out after we ordered, but likely due to low staff given it was a Monday. Our visit greatly met/exceeded our reminiscent expectations.

Pizza is good. What I hate is when you order online and you don't tip, they have you sign a receipt. But if you tip, they don't ask for a signature. Almost like they're making sure you didn't forget the tip. Not tipping for a drive through pick up. Delivery will get a tip, but not if I pick it up. Also, found some burnt wood in my pizza today. Not the first time I have found unusual things in my pizza from here. Maybe it's time to visit another Pizza Hut.

Where to begin. Well if you like rude waitresses, poor customer service, self entitled, immature, ranting and carrying on like a 5 year old well this is the place. Oh and the food. Well order pizza and breadsticks. Dont get the breadsticks until you are almost done with the pizza and when they are thrown onto the table, Yes thrown onto the table, they will land on your pizza as the girl walks by and says here are your breadsticks. We weren't sure what that stuff was but it did not look like breadsticks. It had a gooey slime on top of what was suppose to be breadsticks. We asked her to take them back as they were cold. She grabs them and gives a big sigh and grumbles as she is leaving the table, they are not old. I corrected her on what i said. I signaled to what I thought was the managed. Not sure as she was wearing a tank top and her bra was showing and looked like she did not realize she was suppose to be working. I told her what was going on. She said she would get someone else as he can handle her. Umm OK. So some other guy comes over after hiding behind a wall waiting for her to leave the immediate area. He said they were not able to take the breadsticks off the ticket as they were already made and sent out the the table. It is company policy. I have never heard of such a thing. But he then goes on to explain that she has had a couple of stressful days and they are helping her through them. I told him I did not care and that she either needs to grow up or go home. I told him to please give me another item to replace the breadsticks and that I would never be back to this place. Evidently this is sadly not a rare occurance after sharing my story with a friend she told me that she was sworn at while sitting at the table with a 7 year old. So if you want to be abused, watch a tempertantrum by a supposedly grown adult this is the place for you.

I placed my order online at 1:59 PM on a Friday afternoon. Set the pickup time for 5:15 PM that same evening. I pulled up to the drive-thru window at 5:29 to pick up my food. I was told the pasta portion of my order was never prepared. Submitting my order +3 hours in advance; even showing up 15 minutes after the pick-up time that I specified, and the order was STILL not complete. I understand it's a Friday and evening time as well. Given the busy time of day, I was still asked to come back in 10 minutes. So, my already prepared food was put back in the oven to warm-over while the unfinished portion had to cook. They staff did try to make up for their mistake and credited me $10 on my next order (within 30 days). I don't agree with their lacking performance and hope that they work together as a team and improve their time management skills.

The pizza is greasy and to be honest bad.The employees are rude.We went in and half the tables we not clean

I Agee with the other reviews Topping r short all the time I ordered a large pizza last night On thin crust supreme added x sausage X sauce x pepperoni to make up for this Was charged for it which is ok but no x Of anything on it payed 26.00 dollars Other pizza places other than Pizza Hut Does much better job on making what The consumer wants and pays for

This Pizza Hut is always busy no matter what. I've yet to have my order messed up. I read all the complaints and the bad service of this restaurant. And c' mon we're all human. As a customer would it be prompt to ask questions. I've read the complaint on toppings, you can only put so much on a pizza. Too much toppings on a pizza and it would cook through. It'll be doughy in the middle. As for orders that divers forget they're just so busy that they get side tracked cuz they don't just deliver they have other jobs that they have to finish before they leave. I agree they forget stuff but they always go back a get what they for got and take what's forgotten back or maybe they next time you order you have a store credit. I am just saying there is always bad commits with other restaurants too that I read and there much worse than Pizza Hut. If you have a problem. Stop at the store with your receipt and just talk to the manager on duty. They're more than happy to make it right.

FYI, this is the only place in town with a pickup window . As a former employee from a location in another city I can vouch for the fact that the dine in service here is marginal but the foor is up to pace with what I ecpect from the Hut.

My wife decided to pick up some pizza hut today. I am not a fan of this pizza hut on W. Main. I have not ate from this restaurant since my last review. Today's pizza was not bad. Minimal toppings and it did not look like it was just thrown together. Need to provide more toppings. Other pizza places in Farmington are kicking your butt when it comes to toppings. Still not at all what I expect from a pizza hut. Looks like they are improving, still not there yet. If your looking for good pizza try somewhere else.

The delivery drivers always forget stuff. Breadsticks, ranch, marinara. All stuff that you pay for. The manager seems to think it's the drivers fault. I feel it's a management problem. She does not like hearing that. I'd give zero stars if I could.
