**Pizza Hut Review: A Mostly Satisfying Experience** I frequently order from Pizza Hut, and I have to say, they are one of the few places that consistently get my orders correct—something I truly appreciate, especially when placing large or custom orders. Recently, I ordered through their app and tried the Big New Yorker pizza. While it was decent, I was a bit disappointed with the sogginess. I had requested for it to be well done in the notes, but unfortunately, they didn’t follow through. A crispier crust would have really elevated the experience. The wings, on the other hand, were great as always—deliciously cooked and flavorful. The French fries were just okay. Unfortunately, they arrived cold and soggy, which was a letdown compared to everything else that arrived warm. The delivery service was another highlight. My driver was both friendly and fast, which added to the overall positive experience. While the pizza and fries could use some improvements, I give Pizza Hut two thumbs up for consistently accurate orders, a user-friendly app, and solid customer service.

So I wasn't going to say anything but I couldn't eat my pizza mostly it wasn't cooked all the way the crust was flat and doughy. It's was the most terrible pizza I ever had. And also when get a supreme pizza its usually loaded with topping here looks like I could count the amount of toppings. Never had I had a pizza from here like this. After one slice I threw the rest away. A waste of almost $40 hard earned money. SMH.

I’ve now had two issues with them back to back and now I won’t order here again. My first issue was back in April. I put my order in and went to pick it up. When I got there, I was told my order would be out soon. About ten minutes later, the same employee confirmed my name and told me they’d be done soon. A second employee then came out and told me they didn’t even have the pizza crust I’d asked for. I was like ???. I wondered why the other woman had told me my order was coming out soon. I ended up leaving. Flash forward to a few days ago, when I decided to give it another try. I ordered delivery. The pizza showed up the way it is pictured here. The only way I can describe the pizza is it looked like someone deliberately smooshed it. Also, I ordered lemonade and got Brisk Iced Tea. Tried to make a complaint online and their system was down.

I had 2 medium pizzas original crust and breadsticks which were not made the way I wanted them the food wasn't hot at all a big disappointment for me and my family. It was so much sauce on the pizza it was ridiculous. I'm pretty sure I stated light sauce and they took that as light cheese and heavy sauce.

I like this Pizza Hut location for several reasons. The first being that the Pizza dough seems to be a little more fluffy and it translates well to the final products. The location is also very pleasant and as a Dine In feature with a more formal seating structure. #pizzanight #pizzahut #stuffedcrust

Idk what these reviews are about… seems a lot like delivery is the issue, not the store itself? But that’s my personal opinion. I spent a lot of time searching which store to order from bc reviews were horrendous, EVERYWHERE. I picked up my order bc I wasn’t taking chances w/ delivery & im so happy I did. I love my stuffed crust, ultimate favorite!

I ordered from this location tonight, and they completely messed up my order. I️ called the establishment and spoke to someone for a brief 20 seconds and then was placed on hold for over 10 mins. I️ called the location from a different phone and they answered immediately… so why was I️ still waiting on hold on the previous line? I️ told the other person who answered the phone the situation, and they volunteered since I️ was allergic to the toppings that was on the previous pizza. They arrived to my house within 25 mins with this. (See picture below) very disappointed. Honestly would you eat a pizza like this?

Always quick service. I usually go inside to pick up my pizza rather than doing contactless curbside pickup. At least for me, ensures I get the freshest pizza. They’ve been doing amazing recently with their Detroit style pizza and now spicy lovers. Take a look at that heat!
