This location is hit or miss. The food service industry is not an easy one to work in with a high turnover rate; I understand things happen. But I think a lot of their issues are mostly preventable. Tip 1: open the pizza box and show me the pizza before I walk out of the store to make sure the pizza is correct. I've gotten the wrong pizza twice because of this very preventable issue. Tip 2: if you're out of something and it's a delivery order, call and let the customer know; if you can't get in touch with them for whatever reason, bring a freebie upon delivery to compensate (even if it's just a 2 liter Pepsi) in addition to removing the charge for the order item the store is out of. This is courtesy, it shows consideration for your customer no matter what the issue, and it's how you keep your clients even when you screw up. I ordered a specific pizza with wings for delivery on their website. Got it almost 2 hours after I placed the order. The pizza was wrong and the delivery person informed me at my door they were out of wings. They said they tried to call to tell me, but I never received any calls from them. I understood about the wings; even though I really wanted them, stuff happens. But when I shut the door, get inside, and get ready to open my pizza box thinking "no wings, no big deal- I really wanted those but let's just enjoy the good pizza, at least there's that" and it's wrong? Yes, I'm human. I was pretty angry about it. My advice for customers of this location? Don't get delivery. It's not reliable. Do carry out, make them show you the pizza/food before you leave, and if it is around holiday season or game day season, call the location to ensure they have what you want in stock. I like Pizza Hut Trinity, I really do. A lot of times the carry out experiences have been fine. I'm just a hungry American like everyone else, and I expect to get what I pay for, whether it's carry out or delivery. Try to do better guys.
