Placed an online order for a medium pizza, cheese sticks and extra sauce. Order was delivered by DoorDash. Upon delivery found pizza to have no marinara sauce on it, it was half baked, not cut into slices and pizza appeared to have been dropped as it was a hot mess. Cheese sticks were not cut either and the was no marinara sauce to go with them. Paid extra for additional sauces as well that I did not receive. Called the restaurant 20 times and they would not answer the phone. Customer service call center kept answering the call and telling me I had to call back and speak with someone at the restaurant. How the hell am I supposed to do that if they won’t answer the damn phone. I would have been happy with a redelivery but customer service said they could place a redelivery order but couldn’t guarantee I would get it. What’s the point then?!? This is insane! At this point I just want my money back! Update: Got in my car and drove 15 minutes to the store. Assistant Manager refused to either remake the order or issue a refund. Said GM would not be available for 3 days. Called customer service back and still was unable to get any resolution to my issue. They kept me on hold for 20 plus minutes just to transfer me to the store which I had been trying to call for over a hour and couldn’t get an answer and had to get in my car and drive to in order to speak to a person. They were just as rude as they were at the store. This store is filthy where the customers can see, I can only imagine what it looks like in back where the food being is prepared. I am a general manager for a large dealership and if any of my employees ever treated their customers with this level of disrespect I would fire them on the spot. This location needs shut down if you can’t treat your customers any better.

This Crispy Chicken Pizza from Pizza Hut was honestly one of the most disappointing meals I’ve ever tasted. The flavor was off, the texture was unpleasant, and it simply didn’t live up to Pizza Hut’s usual standards. The melted cheese was tolerable, but the overall pizza was subpar and not worth the price. I usually enjoy Pizza Hut, but this particular item completely missed the mark.

If I could give 0 stars then I would.... I placed an order for delivery and paid as well just before 8am for a 10:45am delivery time for my son's birthday celebration at school. I didn't receive a notification of the order being on the way so I called the location in which I ordered from (around 1050an) only to be hung up on several times and also lied to about it being a corporate number from Dreka. The supervisor was Kim and at least 1 more young lady was on the phone at some point (probably was all false names too). I was told the system was down to assign a driver and that's understandable. I asked why wasn't I called so I could've tried to figure something out and I was told by Kim that they don't have time to call no customers when they're trying to fix their screens. She also hung up on me as well. I don't understand how you don't have time to contact your customers to let them know you can't deliver their order. It doesn't make any sense to make delivery orders if you can't even deliver them. I've gotten no help with this issue at all. But it won't be stopping here that's for sure. Y'all really ruined my son's birthday celebration for him and his entire class. Communication can go a long way if used properly. Next time you can't deliver call and let your customer know instead of them just waiting. That's like you not having the toppings they want, are you going to call and let them know or put what ever you want on the pizza and give it to them. Make it make sense!!!

My friend ordered a pizza for pickup, he lives less than 10 minutes away and left promptly in anticipation for the pizza… when he got home i was disgusted and disappointed. Pizza was dry, cold, and tasted old i bit one piece and was repulsed I couldn’t even swallow it, so i spit it out and thre the remains of the slice in the trash! Marcos is way better price and taste wise. DO NOT GO HERE! You have been warned!

Worst experience and its been this way since I lived over here. The customer service is extremely horrible, their rude and not informative if something is wrong with my pizza. I had to come again due to my church agreeing on pizza hut and this was the closets. The manager is uninterested and too buddy buddy with the employees. This has to stop in our community. At least treat customers with respect and as a manager hire people and train them if they cant cut it let them go. They cuss and you can hear they whole convo from the front.

If I could give a zero star to this place I would. I was waiting there for 40 minutes for them just to tell me they cancel my order. No apologies no nothing. But I did hear everyone laughing talking back in the kitchen though. I’ll never come to this place again

Worst location and customer service I've ever received in the metro area. My wings were left out of my order by their team and instead of offering a refund of my money he cried about how its too close to close (12:11) and I have a recording of the "manager" Sunny berating me to "lower my tone" after continuously cutting me off. I am pretty sure I heard him call me the N word after refusing to refund the item in my order because "apple pay supposedly will not allow him to refund and I can come get my cash if I really want it or dispute my bank he doesn't really care" to have a manager to tell me to commit fraud against his work place is crazy. He continuously hung up in my face and told me "good luck" so now Im not getting a refund for what I did not receive. The conversations were recorded and I will be reaching out to corporate.

Needs an overhaul of cleaning and slight makeover from the years it has been open. Younger staff with not the best courtesy in coming to front to assist others behind you while not greeting those at the counter. Nice young man came right in from his break ready to assist

Ordered online for delivery. They cancelled it without explanation. Called in to order for pick up, get there at 10:30 and this girl tells us she was about to throw our pizzas out in 3 mins...yet they close at 11pm. Then the pizzas were on thin crust instead of regular, was cold and dry. To make matters worse, 1 or 2 of the employees were out in the parking lot smoking weed. At what point do you get new management and staff so that these reviews improve??

Unfortunately, the guy at the register gave me the wrong pizza and I didn't look at it until I got home. Super disappointed! It was also very unclean inside. I may give them another chance if they make it cleaner but other than that I will probably never go back . SW ATL needs a real top level pizza spot. They would put this pizza hut out of business quick. Remember to check your order before you leave the store. I hope they do better in the future.

I don't know if this is a corporate or franchise location. Either way, it has to be the worst in Atlanta in terms of service and accuracy of order. I like the Pizza Hut product when it's done right. The staff at this store never get it right. NEVER! They are constantly out of ingredients and don't inform you until you arrive. Also, the time provided on the website for the completion of the order is always wrong. 15 minutes. As if. More like 45 minutes to an hour, if you're lucky. The store is not clean. It has to be a franchise location, because a corporate store would never be allowed to operate under these conditions and with such low standards. The irony is, the staff look at you like you're an imposition, like, "Okay, what do you want me to do about it?" It isn't fair that giving a zero isn't an option.

This one star is for the company, who has this place understaffed and online pickup has to wait in the same line as orders, nullifying any pickup advantage. Only one person up front, no separate pickup process, makes it very slow. But the workers are nice and friendly! They are trying thier best with what little they are giving. Lastly, no Covid precautions here - your on your own.

Todayi placed an order, and I was thoroughly disappointed. The order was two hours late. The quality of the food was poor at best. We ordered the new pizza hut melts, veggie pasta, and boneless chicken wings. The only salvageable item was the chicken. Nowhere on God's green earth, was this worth $55.25. They have lost a customer!!!

Let me start by saying that I have not had a Pizza Hut pizza in a long time. My mom had a craving on Saturday, I tried to persuade her to get something else but she insisted. We went to Pizza Hut on Cascade in Atlanta. One word, HORRIBLE, do not ever plan to come back. Shakiyla should reconsider her career choice to something that does not deal with the public. Shakiyla had an attitude and she she was nasty, unprofessional just the worst. The staff was in the back and I stood out front for 10 minutes, finally had to bam on the glass to get assistance. Enters Miss Shakiyla who was annoyed at me because I wanted my Pizza. The Pizza was a salty and cold. I will never return. If you want a good Pizza don't come here please.

What's the point of ordering online if the food is not going to be ready ??? I placed my order at 9:52pm, it's 10:42pm and the food is still not ready. This is horrible. The cashiers/workers act like we are the problem . Our order is wrong , the food is burnt and now i have to wait another 15-20 mins. I love papa johns my boyfriend love Pizza Hut . I ordered a Pizza and wings at 7:03pm. I only live 10mins away but Im babysitting 3 year olds so it's kinda hard to take that trip. It's 9:27pm and we still have no pizza or wings. I've called the store multiple times and I get no answer. I don't know who's running this joint but I will definitely be reporting this to corporate. This is absolutely ridiculous. And I guarantee the pizza is going to be cold. UPDATE: it's now 10:18pm and still no pizza or phone answer. I've ordered from Grubhub and put the kids to sleep now. Worst service ever. SHUT IT DOWN

This Pizza Hut deserves zero or negative stars. This store has the worst employees ever. They don't care how they treat customers or what they say to customers. Their attitudes towards customers is as if the customers are a bother. Specifically, the lack of service I received while picking up my online order was in fathomable. I ordered 2 medium Pan crust with 1 topping (Pepperoni) from the Value line up. My total was $17.22 with taxes. at the store I sent my daughter in to pick up the pizzas and she returned with only one large pizza box. I told my daughter to go ask lady where is my other pizza because I'd ordered two. My daughter returned and stated that the woman said "they ran out of medium pizzas so they gave us one large." Hmmm, NO!!! I proceeded to go into the store myself and asked to speak with the manager. The same young lady stated she is the manager and with a very nasty attitude said that she upgraded my order to one large pepperoni because they ran out of mediums. (No one called to let me know this prior to pickup at the restaurant.) This "manager" went on to say that a large pizza is $24.98 which is more than 2 medium pizzas. so she was giving me more than what I had paid for. However, What I was trying to get her to understand is that two medium pizzas can feed my four youngins where as 1 large pizza will only feed two. With her eyes rolling, neck moving, and lips smacking She TOLD me the only thing she gone do is a refund and I must give her back the large pizza. So that's what I did minus 2 slices. because according to OSHA "Prepared food that has been taken from the restaurant cannot be brought back into the restaurant's food prep area as this "manager" did. After this manager realized I had taken two slices of the pizza she then exited the restaurant and approached my car. This manager is now calling me profane names and threatening to call police all while my car window is rolled up and I am not engaging. Hopefully the store cameras captured this ordeal just as I have with my phone. This is absolutely the most abhorrent service I have ever received. I will no longer patronize this business. I'll rather the Inconvenience of a longer drive out of my community so as not to receive that type of service again. The sad unfortunate part of it.....this is the NORM for this store. Customers expect this lack of service at this location. I am contacting GPS Hospitality about this ordeal. I sent them an email as soon I as got home.

This was overall a worst experience from start to finish I had my gf order over the phone to get a call back that you can't deliver while trying to resolve the issue your staff member Lexi hung up on me I then had to hop in my semi truck to go down to the store I was greeted with rudeness by Lexi while on the phone with Night mrg tashunna I then was hung up on by tashunna so I asked to speak with her Lexi told me she was busy and stepped out So I replied I'll wait Lexi then told me if I'm not gone by the time they close I will be escorted away by the police of course I'm not afraid of the police when I'm not doing anything wrong and then head to Call out for the mrg she eventually came with Mr. Muhammad I guess for security but after hearing my situation you could tell that Mr. Muhammad saw that I was just trying to resolve an issue the night mrg eventually rewrong up my order improperly and overcharged me for what I was given throughout the one about our that I spent in the store after then I spoke with several guest who informed me this is the norm for this store one even said she got the same experience of being hung up on before she had to come her self I on multiple occasions try to communicate with Lexi and yet was given the silent treatment I asked every staff member at the store for Mr. Muhammad's name so when I made this report I could give him a kudos everyone told me they weren't allowed I guess his name is some type of secret he eventually came to the front and I gave him a pound would have been a handshake if it wasn't for Covid for excellent service the mrg told me the price and I could tell something was wrong because it was about a dollar less then if it was delivered she insured me that it was all correct so I paid and got both receipts for proof after telling Lexi if she doesn't like her job she should quit I left the store the next morning I called and spoke with ms. Keke who seemed rushed she did help me see that they changed me for to meat lovers and gave me 1 meat and 1 cheese pizza and told me all she could do was talk to Lexi seeing I wasn't the only one calling on her and put a credit on the number like she know I'm going to give Pizza Hut my business again and I guess because she is giving me this credit I have no reason to contact corporate because she made it clear I either get the credit or try to contact corporate which corporate is nonexistent I found out for Pizza Hut they're all franchise and if you call the number it will tell you to take it up with the store i'm officially giving Papa John's and Little Caesars my business

The rating of 1 1/2 for this Pizza Hut location is well deserved and honestly higher than it should be. The customer service or LACK of customer service at this location is awful. This is not a new problem so I honestly don't understand why the corporate office can't take action and improve the standards. It's Saturday afternoon 3:20 PM and the two young ladies working, a manager and supposedly general manager have the personality of a gnat and lack any type of leadership skills and abilities. Is this the best that Pizza Hut can hire? Definitely in desperate need of a training program.

Every single time I come to this Pizza Hut it's always Horrible customer service I weighed it an hour for a large pizza wings and Alfredo he told me to come back in 20 minutes I come back my order was never even cashed out I asked to speak to a manager and the manager said she didn't have time to come out and speak to me because she was cutting pizza multiple peoples orders were ahead of mine and they came after me I'm pretty sure Pizza Hut does not treat their customers like this like I have continuously try to give this Pizza Hut my money and every time it's an issue. The manager needs to address this immediately like I've reached out to managers to let them know and continuously it's still the same issue corporate needs to come in and watch video tapes of how they treat their customers this is just disappointing. I don't want any more credits I want good customer service when I'm trying to feed my family you guys food.

When I asked for a status 45 minutes in there was not one, I asked for pizza or refund. Well refund with no thought. There were 10 orders processed passed my order number. Still no explanation. So this Pizza Hut I will not visit. Never in life.

If I could give a less than 1 star I would. I placed an order online to the store. I was notified via the app that I would receive my food within 25 minutes. I placed an order consisting of three medium pizzas, and a pasta, and two desserts. After an hour of not receiving my order, I contacted the store directly, for which I was forwarded to the customer service line a maximum of 17 times within the next hour. Each one continues to keep trying to transfer me to the store, however the store telephone number was not working. Upon the last call which was number 18, I decided to drive to the store directly. The customer service agent that I was dealing with told me that he could not advise me to go to the store or not, because it was against company policy, and I needed to do whatever I felt that I needed to do. I drove to the store, as the order was $96.44, and I did not wanna waste that, and I had a growing family that was extraordinarily hungry by this point. After getting to the store which is only a mile from my house, we noticed that the lights in the store turn off and the door was locked. I knocked on the door repetitively, for 10 minutes, and proceeded to watch the employees look at me from the back door and giggle and laugh, and ignore my knocks, as my knock grew a little heavier and irritated worker came from the back and screamed through the window we are closed, I proceeded to show her my app that stated that my food was still in the oven and in the process of being made. She continue to yell at me through the glass for the next five minutes we are closed, we're closed, we're closed come in a matter what I said and explain to her that customer service suggested that I talk with the store directly. They said hold on, and another worker came out from the back and also told me they were closed yet again through a glass window. I showed him that I had paid $96.44 and was needing my money back if they were not going to give me my order, she proceeded to go to the cash register and print out a receipt that specified that the order was canceled immediately along time ago. I asked why I had never been notified, and she said that was not her problem , to her coworker, and the other coworker brought the receipt that said the order had been canceled. Next they told me that their store does not even do delivery, they only do carry out. However as a customer, when the app states that you do indeed do you carry out, and take out, how am I to know that your store does not specifically do delivery, as that's what it states online, and then proceeds to tell you that they are in the process of making your food and delivery will be within 20 minutes. At this point I was so absolutely frustrated, I just took the receipt and left. This is absolutely unacceptable I am a CEO for one corporation and an owner for another, so I understand good customer service and clientele, and maintaining status quo, especially at closing. This is completely unacceptable and I believe you have lost us as a long-term customer. At this point I just would like to get my money back.

I wish there was a way to give lower than 1star. The customer service is awful, they never have delivery drivers, normally it takes them over 2 hours to deliver your food if they do find a delivery driver. If your order is correct, it is cold. I have complained multiple times about this restaurant and all they do is send free coupons. My advice to corporate is to just shut this store down. Save your sanity and just do not give this store your business.

This experience was by far the worst I've ever had at any restaurant/fast food establishment. I ordered my food online but my order was wrong. I was missing toppings and my 12 wing order only came with 8. I trusted Pizza Hut because I am a faithful customer. I don't know if this was because of the area but your manager on duty called the police on me after she told us to come back to get a refund. All I wanted was my money back and to never come back to this store again. I hope nobody never has to experience this type of situation again at any Pizza Hut. The manager at this location is completely unprofessional. I honestly wouldn't recommend this Pizza Hut to a starving man who has no other options. They will lock the door if something wrong with YOUR order. A police officer even showed up and he acted like the area he worked in, he was very Casacadey he acted like the area he worked in. This is the worst Pizza Hut in the city.

Ordered pizza online at 3:41 pm. estimated time of delivery was 4:40 however; it did not arrive until 5:15. They delivered a lukewarm pizza. Two slices in, I realized that something was not right. They left off a topping. I called back to let them know. They agreed to deliver the correct pizza if I returned the pizza they screwed up. No problem, I will wait another hour and a half to eat...what's another hour and a half anyway? However, they couldn't find my order in the system. I asked to speak with a manager and the call drops. I call the number back and because you are redirected to a call center, I have to wait for them to connect me to the store. They connect me and I have been on hold for 13 minutes waiting for someone to pick up..... I hang up and dial the call center back but they drop the call. I have now lost track and don't know how many times I have called...on hold now...12 minutes. It is not worth the hassle next time I will get a Tombstone!

Tonight I had the WORST experience at Pizza Hut!!! I walked in and placed my order of 1 large meat lovers thin crust pizza and 1 large double pepperoni stuffed crust pizza. The cashier Kierra told me my wait would be 25 minutes. I returned to pick up my order when I recognized that my stuffed crust pizza was made incorrectly. The manager said that he would have them remake the pizza. I left and came back. I was told by Keira that my pizza could not be made because there was not any more stuffed crust dough made. She asked me if I wanted the pizzas that were originally made for me. I requested the manager 3 times and Kierra told me that they were short staffed and he would come to speak with me when he could. I waited 17 minutes for the manager to come and address my concerns. He told me thare was ABSOLUTELY nothing he could do about my order. He apologized for my hour wait and offered to refund my money. This Pizza Hut did not have stuffed crust dough or personal pan dough. Many customers were upset due to the wait and the poor customer service. NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES INCLUDING THE MANAGER KNEW THE STORE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS!! After an hour and fifteen minutes, I left without dinner for the night!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Feb 9, 2015 I ordered pizza on line from this location & I received confirmation in my email stating that my pizza would be here at 10:35 ( estimate time ). I was cleaning and realized that it was 11:00 ( location closes at 11:00 ) I called and called only for them to pick up and hang up in my fast REPEATEDLY......I not once received an call stating that they would not be able to fulfill my order or even to explain what was going on with my order. I'm very disappointed and not to mention my last order from here was cold. I decided to give it another try because things happen but I now know this is something normal for this location...NO STARS AWARDED what so ever !!!!!!

12/23/15 6:30pm This is the worst pizza hut I have ever gone to! Do not waste ur time, unless u have time to waste. I ordered online and we arrived 15min. AFTER the pizza was supposed to be ready. We sat in that hot, muggy, extremely small "restaurant" (and I use that term loosely) for over 45min. Waiting on our order. On top of all that, there were at least 10 other customers waiting also! Ridiculous! The employees didn't even pay attention to the line order and they started randomly calling ppl smh. We had to ask several times when will our order be ready and they just kept walking to the back. One employee had just started her shift, so of course her response was "I don't know" for everything. It is very unfair that some customers received their order before us, even though we ordered online first and got in the building first! On top of that i overheard the "manager" or whomever he was, giving ppl $20 credits, but didnt offer us anything! The employee gave us the pizza and walked away, without getting payment smh. Luckily for them, we wanted to be honest and still pay, even though we could have easily walked out without paying. Well i wanted to walk out but my mom didnt want to lose her blessing. Some ppl walked out and they lost business. This location definitely needs more training and because of this horrible experience I will never come back. Pizza hut needs to get it together.
