I’m happy that this Pizza Hut also has salad. Pizza selections are decent, with marinara sauce for the crust. Also has pasta and cinnamon sticks as add-on. Buffet is about $12 per person and drink is extra. Can’t complain with the price and will visit again.

Parking lot needs improvement, too many cars were constantly arriving and leaving almost saw an accident happen. Inside was busy, this is probably the most busiest Pizza Hut I have ever been to. It was sort of not clean, but understandable due to the foot traffic. Food was great quality, by far one of the best pizza I have had in a while.

I have been here for carry out many times. In my experience the personal pan pizzas at this location are fantastic while their normal sized pizzas are just okay. Store is clean. Order is always ready on time.

I’m writing this review because I’m very upset with how the manager at this Pizza Hut treated me. I called to ask him to add ranch to my order, when I got my order there was no ranch. I was a bit upset because of this so I called back to complain. When I called the manager was extremely rude and kept hanging the phone up on me. When I asked for his name he refused to give it and then he continued to curse me out and use offensive words. I’m very upset because of how impatient and rude he was over a simple request to my order. This manager is extremely unprofessional and I will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.02/14/2025 order time was around 9:30 pm .. I hope the corporation check this out so they know who works for them . And this is not the first time this guy is rude not only to me i witnessed it when I being at that store .

Employees struggle to read orders to the point that we seem to get more wrong orders then right, and even when it takes in extra 30 minutes, there's not even an apology. This pizza hut location defines why the company cant get a grip on the market and will probably go under.

Do not eat here. We ordered two large pizzas, and we asked them to use a clean cutter as we don’t eat pork. While eating the pizzas, we found a chip of pepperoni in our pizza. They could not do a simple request we asked for.

Just wanted to make a little note. If you need to make any special requests while ordering online- don't. They're too busy and understaffed so they don't read the special requests that are on orders. Also Raj (the GM) doesn't give a shit about customer service if he thinks he's going to get a bad review and is also totally fine throwing his employees under the bus to save face. Pizza was good though.

The front older lady was low key rude. Everytime I'd thank or smile at her, she would roll her eyes and she served my friend and I as if it were the hardest in the world. And then the funniest was when we were leaving, mind you, I had paid in cash. She straight up said loud enough for us to hear, "Wow, no tip?" So I don't exactly recommend this place because I also got food poisoning afterwards.

Excellent hot, fresh pizza . Chicken wings were hot and delish. Clean restaurant. The server was very sweet and polite. Salad bar was fresh and clean. We'll definately be back.

Caveats to one star: 1: I love Pizza Hut pizza. I love their breadsticks. 2: pickup is different as you can check your order before you leave. Do NOT order delivery as they have yet to deliver my entire order in one go. This last time I didn't even get my 2 liter or extra sauces, despite calling back to complain. In short, I'll order again but you can be sure I'll be picking up and triple checking my order before I leave.

hostile worker, said i should just cancel my order when i told him i placed a curbside pickup, when i arrived he was threw a receipt that someone, when they accidentally dropped on the floor and started yelling at them.

I have been here a couple times now for the lunch buffet, the experience was great. The building was clean. The staff was nice and got us what we asked for when needed. The pizza was great and they kept them coming with a decent variety. The salad bar was also good with fresh veggies.

Ordered a supreme pizza for pickup. Got hit up for a tip at the counter, for a pizza I'm picking up, there was no extra service provided. Pizza quality was the ABSOLUTE WORST ever! We never experienced a pizza of such poor quality. It was if they already had a pizza made that was not picked up and they threw on some of the supreme toppings and ran it back through the oven. The crust was like cardboard and over cooked. The supreme pizza is supposed to have more toppings but thus hardly had any, however it did have an over abundance of onions, way more than what there should have been but all the other toppings were lacking, like hardly any. No exaggeration, this was the absolute worst pizza we have ever had. We each tried a piece, did not finish and tossed the full pizza in the trash. Then to make matters worse, we wrote Pizza Hut and they provide a coupon for two free pizzas and the coupon code would not work. We followed the instructions on how to use the coupon exactly but it would not work. If you are seton having Pizza Hut pizza, I would try another location, not the one in Herndon, VA or skip,Pizza Hut all together, there are plenty of other pizza choices to choose from.

I should have read the reviews. This place is poorly managed. The cashier was opening each pizza at least 10 times to see what kind it was as I waited 25 min for my pick up order. A simple marker or sticker to indicate what kind of pizza it is would help them immensely. The same person at the cashier should not be handling every fricken pizza each time to see what kind it is. Isn't Pizza Hut a corporation? Do companies provide any training anymore? I give it to the guys in the back. The pizzas were made and still taste alright despite being cold by the time I got it (via pickup).

This is about the Pizza Hut we ate at last night (2/25/2023). Location: Elden St. Herndon, VA The place was very clean, the staff (waitress) was very nice, took our order and it came quickly! Our pizza was delicious! We plan to go back again during the week when they have the lunch buffet. My only complaint....it was FREEZING COLD in the place! I'm talking, my hands felt numb by the time we finished. We kept our coats on too! The waitress informed us that the heater has been broken for months! She was dressed in layers to stay warm. What is it with the owners of places, that they don't care! I'm planning to call the corporate office tomorrow to find out who owns this Pizza Hut and why doesn't it have HEAT! The need HVAC service ASAP!

Given their 5 minute hold time on a weekday around lunch time, I'd advise eating a DiGiorno.

Zero stars is a more accurate rating. Sunday March 8 2022 6:59 pm Ticket # 0146 After ordering I was told that would be a 25 minutes delivery time. 48 minutes later Pizza arrives cold. This is the LAST TIME I WILL ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! While my pizza was being reheated in my oven, I called, and waited 7 minutes on hold while they looked up my order ticket. I never got to talk to the manager because they HUNG UP!!! Congratulations Pizza Hut you have lost another customer forever. There's no point in being in business if you can deliver Goods to the customer on time.

I got a coupon in the mail for a big dinner box. I thought it might be a good idea to go to Pizza Hut and relive my childhood of stuffed crust pizza which I adored from Pizza Hut. The pizza was subpar to say the least. You are better off buying a frozen pizza from giant than buying from Pizza Hut. I do not recommend. Sauce and cheese terrible quality. We usually go to paisanos, we should have just gone there instead.

Chinese women didn't allow us to eat inside because we had to tip extra so they can clean the tables, made no sense

Never ever order delivery from this location. Ever. You are better off waiting for food to fall out of the sky. I placed an online order at 3:00 requesting delivery at 5:15. Here it is now 5:45 and no delivery. I called the store and the person answering the phone alternated between clueless, abusive, and dismissive. First I got a bunch of excuses, then denial, then just a "well I'm just the person taking the orders" dismissal. Well friend, I am just the customer - you know, the guy who -just- gives a tip and -just- pays for the food with some service attached? So 6:00 comes around and the driver FINALLY shows up. I tell him "you were supposed to be here 45 minutes ago." No apology. No explanation. No nothing. Well, except a jerk-like demeanor. So no tip. Zero. Zilch. Simply put, there is no way in HE** I will ever order from this place again. I will never go there in person. Forget it. The economy is too good, and there are too many choices out there to put up with I Don't Give A Crap treatment. Stay away from here. Update: I received an email from Pizza Hut apologizing for the delay and offering me a free pizza. No thanks - fact remains that I'd still need to order from this location, and that should tell you, the reader, just what disdain I have for this location...namely that I won't eat from here EVEN IF IT IS FREE. I always order pizza from this location for carry out, We ordered a large pizza , but we decided we wanted to eat there instead. The manager and another employee told us we couldn't eat there because there was no server. We didn't need a server , all we wanted was to eat our pizza there, we would have leave a tip with service or no sever. All the dining room was empty, so I'm guessing they were lazy, and didn't want to clean up? I just don't get it , how can you tell your guest that you can't eat there while the restaurant is open!?? Now, I don't think I want to order from this location anymore..

If I could give half a star I would. This establishment is an utter joke. You would be better off ordering pizza from Italy. Woman over the phone literally asked how old I was and then hung up. HA, I thought it was a pandemic? I thought businesses wanted money? Guess not. I literally ordered breadsticks and they were all burnt. This all occurred at 10pm at night mind you, not busy at all. Lol maybe I'll start a different franchise in this restaurants spot when they go out of business. But I DO NOT recommend this Pizza Hut by any means. No wonder this company went bankrupt. WHAT A JOKE HAHAHAHA

Don't visit this place. The Server's are rude, place is very dirty. The whole place inside is empty and they didn't let me seat cos I ordered to go. This is very insulting.

Ummmm what in the world...I've been here before but the staff is completely different.... I decided to get pizza for the kids after school....they were definitely disappointed .. SMH the stuff crust pizza was unrolling and half of the pizza was crust was thin....

As other reviewers have said, service here is unsatisfactory and the pizza is nothing special, but their Bacon Stuffed Crust with BBQ Drizzle is one of the best pizzas I've ever had. I've ordered online from this Pizza Hut a number of times. The estimated delivery time was around 30 minutes, but each time it would take over an hour to come. I thought I would starve to death waiting for my pizza, only to be disappointed when my pizza finally arrived cold. Staff here is generally rude and unfriendly, and the restaurant frequently runs out of ingredients and stuffed crust. I usually order a large pizza with a pepperoni and sausage, breadsticks, and hot wings. The pizza is standard delivery pizza - overly greasy and a bit stale-tasting. The crust is too dry and the cheese does not taste fresh. The breadsticks are also too dry, but nothing a little marinara sauce can't fix. The wings are always overwhelmingly drenched in sauce, probably to cover the fact that the chicken itself is tasteless. I gave this Pizza Hut 3 stars only because my last order was absolutely outstanding. After seeing an ad online, I ordered one of their Specialty Pizzas - a Large Bacon Stuffed Crust with BBQ Drizzle & Fiery Red Pepper with Honey BBQ Sauce, topped with Bacon, Pineapple, & Italian Sausage. Given that it's Pizza Hut, I didn't have high expectations, but I was blown away when the pizza came. It looked like a work of art, even better than in ads, and I daresay it was the best pizza I have ever had. This pizza came piping hot and tasted so fresh and flavorful that I could not believe it was from Pizza Hut.The Bacon Stuffed Crust was so fatty and delicious, the honey BBQ sauce was sinfully sweet and went perfectly with the pineapples and sausage, and the Fiery Red Pepper added the perfect kick of spice - it proved you can never have too much bacon or too much BBQ sauce. I still dream of this pizza, and it is definitely the saving grace for this Pizza Hut.

This review isn't in regards to the pizza itself but to the area and condition of the building. This place looks so run down its as if it's a jail cell and you can easily get robbed here. The area and the restaurant need a serious renovation. Employees are great though.

I noticed the low ratings for this location but I just ordered pizza that came quickly and was hot and delicious.

If I could give no stars I would. Upon carry-out, the attendant openly coughed multiple times on my pizza - in the heat of the COVID-19 pandemic! It seemed as though she did it on purpose, she seemed disgruntled, as she also made some cross comments about how I must be lounging in my summer ware working from home. I am an ESSENTIAL EMPLOYEE AND NOW HAVE TO GET A COVID TEST. All I wanted was a pizza from my once favorite pizza chain after a long day of work. Unfortunately this is not the first bad experience I've had from this particular shop, but definitely the most serious. I will no longer be a patron of Pizza Hut. I've now switched my loyalty to Domino's and let me tell you, they were friendly, professional, wearing masks, and most importantly DID NOT COUGH INTO MY PIZZA IN THE MIDDLE OF A FATAL GLOBAL PANDEMIC.

This location still has the pizza buffet but no longer includes the salad bar...pizza, pasta, bread sticks and cinnisticks. I wonder if the one on weihle has salad?

Paid for pan crust got hand toss. This is the second time coming to this location and the second time the food quality has been awful on top of the rude workers. Pizza Hut should have stayed closed after they filed bankruptcy because they have been crap ever since

I ordered 60.oo + worth of food from here, and tipped the driver automatically, but I wish I would not have. the driver was beyond rude. I was going out of my way to be polite by thanking him for the pizza, and he just stared at me giving me angry looks. He didnt smile. He didnt say a word. With as many 1 star reviews as this place has, you would think they would get some new training or management. I will never order from this place again. Can you imagine that? A delivery driver, looking at you like you owe him something or like he's degrading you in his mind. Terrible. Fail. Fail. Fail.

Horrible service. The delivery guys are horrible. I ordered a pizza today and since I live in an apartment complex I gave them the code so that I could open the door for them. The delivery guy called but not from the door, he called from his cell. I asked him if he had gotten the code and explained he needed to use it at the entrance. The guy did not really understand english and kept telling me to come downstairs. I called pizza hut to get help and the lady put me on hold. Aparently the delivery guy refused to deliver the pizza to my door. There is a reason why Iam paying extra for delivery. My car is parked 5 steps away from my apt. It is easier for me to go to my car than to the main entrance. I told the manager Karen that my car was closer and I would just go to a drive thru and she said:ok. Funny thing is i had $10 ready for tip. U guess this delivery guy does not get the concept of customer service and tips. 2/4/16 another light went out!!!!

Pizza looked a little undercooked but actually tasted pretty good. If they are busy they might not be too responsive if you have a problem. But If you press them they will give you credit on your next purchase.

The food is fine but one of the workers was kinda rude .I don't remember her name but she was asian and on the older side ,Their were stickers ok the ground so we knew where to stand so we kinda had to yell but when she wouldn't hear she would make very rude hand gestures.I don't mind standing from a safe distance ,but she could've been a lot more understanding.:(

Poor service. Rather than apologizing for allowing me to wait unnecessarily while my order sat in the warmer, the lady made excuses. Her excuse was that the lady who greeted me when I arrived was a waitress and didn't know about pickup orders. I also overheard their unhappy gossip about a missing coworker. That kind of talk doesn't need to be audible to customers. The food was fine.

Wow, tonight was the first and last time I have ordered from here. To keep it short I ordered 2 pizzas, Pizza rolls, and wings for carryout. The order was wrong, by the time they fixed it it was 50 minutes later and the other two pizzas were cold. Then one of the pizzas were wrong when we got home. When I called them they wanted to argue with me about it and wouldn't deliver another pizza for another hour. Terrible customer service, cold pizza that wasn't ready when it was supposed to be (50 minutes late), and couldn't get an order right. Terrible!!!!

All You Can Eat PIZZA Can you really go wrong with those words? No, not really. We came here for the lunch buffet. The place wasn't too crowed when we walked in. There was always fresh pizza out. They had a good mix of thin crush and hand tossed pizza out. Also out this time were the pizza rolls. The salad bar looked a little sad. There weren't too many choice of toppings to add. Last time I was at a Pizza Hut buffet, I recall lots more choices. The service was good. Our server was always coming by to clear our places and fill our drinks. I'm not a super fan of Pizza Hut Pizza, I tend to think they are a little on the greasy side. The food here was good, and I really can't complain too much. You still can't go wrong for a lunch under $10 in this area.

Can't go with zero stars, or I would. We came here for hot dog crust pizza. I'm no racist, though in today's PC world anyone can call me anything since I'm an old white guy with alleged white privilege. However, the Asian lady who tried waiting on us was terrible at her job. Not because she was Asian; I'm just using that as a description in case you come here. She seemed to have communication issues as she told us to find a seat wherever. At least that's how it seemed to us. On her first visit, she asked about drinks, although she was hardly listening to us, glancing over at another table much of the time. While she was there, we asked about the hot dog pizza, because it wasn't on the menu, nor was it on any window stickers. She said: "yeah, we still have that hot dog crust." Eventually, our drinks arrived. Side comment- how can a restaurant only offer Bud and Bud light for beers. Nothing else. When she asked about our order, we told her we were here for the new hot dog crust pizza! We wanted to go with a large, and the garlic sauce, with pepperoni on top. Then, she asked what kind of crust we wanted. Thinking we had a choice of the thickness of the center of the pizza, I said thin crust, commenting to my wife that thin would be good with the hot dogs and not provide too much dough for our meal. Fast forward to the delivery - one large thin crust pizza with NO HOT DOG crust! Arrrggggh! We asked what happened to the hot dog crust ( that we told her AGAIN we came here for.) She says we ordered thin crust. The disappointment we felt made our hearts very sad. The management of this establishment should note the extremely low ratings (to date, 1.5 stars from 25 reviews) and make appropriate improvements. Perhaps an electronic ordering system with no human interaction would be better! Hey. At least the pizza we were given was decent. That helped ease our hot dog disappointment.

Ordered from these guys twice... They messed up my order twice. The first time I asked for a pepperoni pizza.... I got a cheese pizza The second time I ordered I asked for a pasta with breadsticks and a Pepsi. I ended up with no breadsticks and a diet Pepsi. On top of that the manager was pretty rude.

This Pizza Hut tonight 9/13 has the worst service I have ever experienced. They could not get our order correct after calling them at least five times. Now we have requested to have our money back. The last call to this Pizza Hut they answered the phone and then they hung up on us when we wanted our money back. Corporate Pizza Hut needs to replace every manger at this Pizza Hut. I wish there were negative stars. Don't know why I ordered from this location a second time but it was horrible. They delivered cold and uncooked pizza in about an hour. Do yourself a favor, don't order from this location.

Poor service, rude delivery person and sub standard food. The only pizza place I know that charges extra for the regular serving of dipping sauce with wings that everyone else offers as complimentary. Worse still, they completely omit the same even after paying the extra amount for it. The food was insipid and I really hope that the food and service is representative of just this one location and not of the overall Pizza Hut food experience everywhere. To put things into perspective, I would rather chew the mattress off my dog's bed than order from or eat here again.

Service was pretty bad but pizza was good and fresh. Worth the 6.00. Will return. pizza breadsticks pasta and cinnamon sticks. Drink is extra and no to go. Buffet is good quality.

I rarely do reviews for places such as Pizza Hut, but I believe I have to after my experience following eating some this past Friday night. A few friends of mine decide to order some for pick up from this location since we were having a house party and figured it would be the cheapest route to feed people. We order three large pizzas, one cheese, one pepperoni, and one Hawaiian style with ham and pineapple. I haven't actually had your standard fare of pizza for a long time. About a year or so, pizza hut probably three or four years. But all of us were starving since we went shooting a few hours prior and decided to wait and eat later. We were planning on drinking a lot anyway after and figured Pizza Hut would do the trick. We didn't even drink as much as we planned to. The following morning was definitely not a hangover. I stuck to my bourbon since I only drink whiskey, scotch, or bourbon. But I just felt physically ill. I still eat my junk food from time to time, but how about feeling like a really bad migraine, not wanting to get out of bed, being sore, and not wanting to really do anything. Granted, I try to keep my diet healthy with all organic and natural. But still, I still eat really greasy food such as cheese steaks and burgers. I did drink a bit but feeling physically ill? I've been hungover many times in my life but this was very different. I'm not sure what Pizza Hut uses in their food but I won't be eating their pizza ever again. Lesson learned.

Rude behavior. Asked for disposable plates and they replied dont you have plates at home. You could have said we don't give one in a simple way. Have some courtesy to speak with people. Even delivered the pizza 1 1/2 hour after the order. Never order your pizzas from here.

Not what it used to be. Light on the cheese, heavy on the dough, and under-cooked. 4.00 delivery charge 25.00 for a pie that is similar in quality to a Frozen grocery store pizza.

Totally my bad for not reading other reviews before I ordered online but Pizza Hut's bad for taking 1.5 hours to deliver their COLD $10 deal (COLD square pizza, COLD breadsticks and COLD cinnamon sticks....blah). When I called after about 1.25 hours was told that the delivery driver will be arriving "now" and if they don't, to call back in 3-5 mintues. Guess what? Are you on the edge of your seat yet ;) They didn't arrive after 5 minutes so I called back. After asking to speak with the manager, was given the excuse that they only have TWO delivery drivers and that it's cold out. Was also told that online orders can be unreliable (huh?). I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT AGAIN, EVEN IF I'M IN ANOTHER STATE. Save yourself the annoyance/frustration and order from Domino's or Papa Johns, or really any other local pizza place.

This Pizza Hut consistently fails to read directions on orders. 3+ times I have requested crust seasoning and have included comment in special instruction area. They never do it. The same manager is there and doesn't even apologize. Guess its Dominos in Herndon from now on. I have filed complaint through Pizza Hut survey with no change.

My team went to the pizza hut buffet in Herndon today since its been a couple of years. We had good service and they kept up with different pizzas pretty frequently. They used to have a salad bar with the pizza, but now you have to ask for a salad which is included not sure if everyone knows this or not. Very yummy have been going to this pizza hut since I was a kid.

The food is great. But when I received my order for delivery, I was missing an item. I called and spoke to someone and they asked if I had told the delivery driver, I didn't because I hadn't noticed until I brought the things into my kitchen. She said she will send someone out to deliver it...it's been more than an hour and still no one has came.

Worst pizza ever n service. Ordered on line the $7.00 large 2 topping pizza ( extra bacon, extra mushroom pan pizza). Was charged for the cream toppings which was totally ok n understandable. Pizza gets here has not enough regular amount of toppings n was to b a pan. Driver didn't give me my receipt ( paid cc online). Made notes in line instruction to please call once arrived. Not to ring door bell or knock. Of course what did he do ring the bell. Anyhow Called store spoke with manager n said he will send another one. Called back again n someone else answered n said they were the manager again asked for my receipt. Driver gets here after 49 min again, this time actually called. He gave the new pizza and wanted the old pizza. I had ate 2 slices of it and picked of the topping off of the other slices to make pizza a little more tasty. He said he wanted to take a pic of it n I asked if he was the manager n the same driver as the first time was apparently the manager too! Horrible food. Horrible service . So I'll post pic of original pizza the one I stem picked at n the new one.

Terrible. Food was cold by time it was delivered. We live 1.5 miles away and it took over an hour. Obviously management is not organizing delivery runs to help drivers get tipped well. Ate food anyways after reheating. Today, wife and I have food poisoning. Will never eat at a Pizza Hut again.

RUDE!! I went to this place with my 3 friends. We took a seat there and tried to settle down. All of a sudden a lady at reception started cribing then we asked her whats the matter then she said you guys can't eat here coz its past 9 30 pm in a very rude way(they were open till 12 am). We agreed to take away our order even though we travelled from sterling to herdon just to try out this place. After all this our pizza arrived and we asked for some more peppers but her bad attitude continued. We felt like we were getting the pizza for free, it was the worst service from the lady at counter. We all kind of very upset after this ignorant behaviour and ll never go to that place ever.
