Pizza Hut

Meat lovers pan and meat lovers thin crust. Awesome this spot usually gets you.extremly good pizza. Only thing is that pizza hut is expensive 2 pies 1 thin 1 pan 1 soda(2lt) and cookie was like 62.50 .. but it was worth it!!! So that was my post from the past when they had 5 starts . Came in on july 15 last 2 pics no personal order took longer than time anticipated and it was hot outside yes the line was all the way out the location

Choosing anything other than classic marinera, you will get dry pizza. The boneless wings were not tossed & also lacked in sauce every time

Ordered food for the 26th. After the order said ready, they had me waiting for 30 more minutes. just to tell me they gave it to someone else they asked me if i wanted to wait for them to make my food again. The most incompetent crew and terrible managerial skills. No food, no money and no credit. Very dissapointed on my experience and also robbed by the store since i was ignored about getting at the very least a credit back.

Bad service ,rasist mexicans,cold food/pizza Unprofessional staff Everything was cold they had me waiting for 40 minutes to give me cold food .profiling people is not the way to go. I won’t come back to this place any more people don’t care about customers ! I placed an order 40 min waiting , they told me that it supposed to be ready in 20 min , Not only that People on the Kitchen DON’T WEAR GLOVES ! To prepare the pizzas and also they are picking it up the phone

The manager was really mean. She did not want to make my pizza 1/3 of Hawaii pizza. The wings came all smashed

There was an older large lady who was giving me attitude at the register, the place also had an odd smell. Food was alright but the service just sucked.

No stars for this location. I ordered a stuff crust pizza. I kid you not it was super thin. Here are the picture to prove that I'm not lying. I called back asking for a manager, and instead of helping me out he started arguing with me telling me that next time bring the pizza back. I'm not going back. At this moment I'm hungry and just want to eat. Obviously, if you see the pizza that thin you wouldn't send it out to your customers like that. I should of just ordered a thin pizza, if that was the case. Btw- my pics are loaded up there Please view not lying.

Pizza was delivered looking like it fell on its way here had to wait on them to redeliver horrible service they told me they also needed the pizza back just hurry up with my damn pizza and don't drop it again

I have a place an order and the delivery driver say the him or her call me and I never get a call from this person. I call to this location and the employees were really disappointed they don't help and they just cut my calls for people like these "persons" restaurants look really bad for me and personal opinion do not order any more in this location

Our pizza was delivered in bad condition unacceptable. Called back manager sent us another one.

The reason why I gave a bad review was because I have ordered twice from this store and both times I have had a bad experience. The first time they canceled my order and they did not notify me. This second time they brought my order but forgot my order of wings, so I had to wait 30 minutes for the pizza delivery guy to bring the wings. He said he took long because they made the wings "fresh" but they were all cold. So I had to eat my pizza and wings cold and they did not offer an apology. I understand things happen, but I would've expected more amiability.

Food was great and delivery was fast. The Pizza Hut delivery girl was very courteous to my family. I was in the backyard but knowing how friendly she was I would have given her a 50% tip. Just got a pizza here a couple of days ago and all I have to say is... The employees are awesome! Not only did they make my pizza in adequate time. But the one girl that helped me I think her name was Jenna had a great attitude and awesome customer service. I'm definitely coming back here! FYI the pizza was delicious!!!

Worst Pizza Hut location to come to, first time the pizza was stale and the boneless wings were super dry and hard. Decided to try this location again and was still disappointed with the quality of the food. Never again.

Daisy and Evelyn are the two BEST employees at this location. They both made my night after having been let down by the other HP location (on Florence). I can't tell you how awesome their customer service was to correct what the other Pizza Hut did wrong. It shouldn't fall on their shoulders but they were so quick and gracious in handling the situation. No need to elaborate - just know this place actually puts its costumers first. And for that, this will always be my go-to location in HP.

This is a amazing Pizza Hut! Although many of the reviews are seemingly bad, the people must understand the workers are sometimes overwhelmed by the amount of orders coming in at once. However, being past that. The pizza is amazing! I would definitely come here again! I offered two medium pizzas and they were made to perfection and don't get me started on the cinnamon buns! they are a must. The customer service is so amazing, they treated me as though I was part of their own family. I would 100% recommend coming to this Pizza Hut.

Ordered a carry out at 1:21, went to pick up at 1:45 was told that my order was never placed. Had to make an order again. When asked who had answered phone around time of call, she blamed on manager or a driver. Bad service

1 hour and a half later after ordering online, still no pizza ETA was 30 min. I called them and told them my pizza was not delivered yet. Their response was " we confirm our new customers we called you and left a voicemail. So we cancelled your order" I never received a call from them. And I have never gone through this "confirmation" thing that they are talking about. So think twice if your planning to order from here.

I order two large stuff crust ...1 just cheese ok 2nd pepperoni n bacon not ok half was cheese the other was pepperoni .. so I go back and take it back but my kids where hungry so they open a box2 ... so I say hand me a slice while I was driving I se that it wasn't what I Oder n pay for so I call n head back not even leaving the property.. so I call n go back .. I get their they offer me $5. Back wtf... NO !!!! . I want my order that I pay for so they told me they'll call the cops I said go for it I just saw u put my pizzas back in your oven where u re sale then that's nasty she said leave or I'll call the cops I waited the store supervisor comes back with my money I said I don't want it I want my pizzas she said know .. I said y . She said kus u are 2 slices I said ok u no y we ate 2 slices ??? We hungry she said we'll take the $5

First time coming here and its a bust they told me that my pizza for pick up was going to take 15 min took like 30. When i went to pay and gave her my card she rolled her eyes and said "ugg do u have an id" its like she was upset to even be working obviously she is incompetent for even that simple job... plus a lady walked in asked for her pizza and michelle said the order was never placed but obviously with an attitude the lady showed her that she called there and the girl was like well the order was not placed so the lady just left...wow pizza hut good job on hiring people that made you lose customers

If I could give zero stars I would. Honestly just stay away from this location. You will get food an hour later. I ordered online and my food was taking forever so I called 30 min past my estimated delivery time and they told me it was a "busy night". Then, I was told to wait 8 min. therefore I waited. 30 min later no pizza. These guys will tell you any excuse as to why the delivery was late. Just stay away from this location. My family had to eat cold pizza. This is the worst customer service I have ever got. Do yourself a favor and go to another place.

This Pizza place is just trash i ordered a stuff crust and wings about an hour and a half ago and bearly came a lil while ago . i called the pizza place and they said "our driver got pulled over " your telling me a pizza and wings are 34 dollars never buying pizza from here again ... and to top it all of the pizza was hard, cold and super thin 0 STARS

Very horrible, I called for carry out, I had ordered 3 pizzas one of them was a pepperoni w/ sausage extra sauce. I got home and seen the pizza and it had no sauce, I called and told them they fucked up my order and they said that they'll make me a new pizza and i go get the pizza kind you I love 10min away from this pizza place and they still fucked up my shit! They didn't add sausage on my pizza. Never coming to this place again. I wish I can give no stars .

Really bad service thRough my phone delivery. I called after an hour and theybtold me the delivery guys car got stolen. I wanted to speak to the manager n it sounded like the same guy . N made me wait another 40mins. On top of it I had to pay out of my pocket. This is terrible service. food was cold. It took my appetite away. I probably won't consider this location or company at all. Poor customer service.

Ordered a pizza for delivery at around 1:40 pm. ETA was at most 30 minutes but after an hour and a half of waiting I called to ask why my order was taking so long. Their response? They canceled the order and said they messaged me saying they had the pizza and said I had messaged saying I was busy so they cancelled it. I hadn't messaged anything, so it ended up being a total lie due to incompetent customer service . If they are gonna be working with that kind of mediocre attitude then don't work at all. Very crappy pizza place.

Second time ordering from them, both times arrived 35/40+ minutes passed their ETA with no courtesy call or anything. Not fun when your family is hungry! Made it worse that the driver said sorry I caught the train, while the guy I called straight up said they made me wait for another customer so they didn't have to come back to my area...

Ordered The Big Dinner box (It comes with two rectangular pizzas, bread sticks and a side) online. It said the food would be ready in 15 minutes... got there and the guy and some girl were fooling around in the back... I stood by the register so that the guy can charge my card and according to him, it didn't go through. I didn't see how that was possible because I knew there was money on my account so I told him to run it again. When the guy finally charged me he said my pizza "is coming out in 5 minutes"..... 3 mins later comes back and says "Oh ma'am we forgot put in one of your pizza ' s but we just put it in right now, do you mind waiting 5 minutes?" I know if you put in the pizza it is not going to take 5 minutes... it's going to take 15 minutes.... he sees me standing waiting for 5 minutes... and then comes out and says "ma'am, here just take this pizza I don't want you to wait for the other one"....... when I got home I realized the pizza was not the way I ordered it. It was round, not rectangular and it seemed to have extra cheese..... I don't care if they want to play around at work. I care about them not getting my order done correctly on time because they're playing around! Now someone else might have to wait another 15 minutes because they gave me his/her pizza. This isn't the first time I go to that pizza Hut so I think it's only right to write a review to call them out on their customer service. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!
