You had one job… 😂 No but really we live around the corner and order Pizza Hut like 2-3x a month from you guys. It’s always hit or miss :/ lately it’s been : pizza is not even cooked all the way/ is squishy ish. And when we get the cinnamon sticks they barely ever have cin/ sugar on them so we have to add more of our own. This time, yall got lazy with cutting 😂 it’s fine just stop rushing things, it’ll be aiight. Prices are too high these days for crappy quality food we pay for . We know you can make a good pizza, you have before!

This is the best Pizza Hut ever, and this is coming from an 80’s kid when Pizza Hut was huge! In Jacksonville, we have lots of small business pizza joints that are stellar. I don’t generally enjoy chain pizza restaurants, with the exception of this San Marco Pizza Hut. Always amazing, from the staff to the food!

It just baffles me how your job is to make pizza every day over and over again and still can’t get it right. This was my first and last time at this location. The pizza was dry, overcooked, barely any sauce or cheese. It was a personal pan pizza it doesn’t take that much cheese yet whoever made it still managed to put the smallest amount they could. I guess you have to pay for extra cheese to get the bare minimum. The boneless wings are just the frozen ones heated up. Never again

With the world in a constant state of uncertainty and anxiety, we as a society have to ask ourselves why? Why continue to struggle against a system that perpetuates the illness that is at the heart of our people. That illness being the most primal and sickening feeling that everyone has; a feeling that I don’t even need to explain, for it is one that you know all too well. Why should we continue: this is a question I have asked myself since I had the ability to ask questions. For most of my life this question has remained unanswered, until very recently when I had discovered the Pizza Hut on San Marco. When I first walked into the restaurant I was greeted with an almost angelic feeling, a feeling of euphoria that I hadn’t felt since I was first born into this world; I take that back, even the creation of any human being doesn’t compare to the feeling I had back then. Walking up to the front counter there was no thoughts in my mind, only a feeling of anticipation and excitement for what is to come. I was greeted by not just an employee, but a curator of food whom had an extensive knowledge of the foods that they serve there. After consulting with the cashier, who might I add was kinder than a saint and was more skillful than a craftsman who has trained for decades, I order my food. At this point in time I was eagerly awaiting my meal, expecting it to take many fortnights, but no. The meal I had ordered had taken only but a small moment of time to have made ready for my consumption. You would think that I had no surprises left for me that night, and if you had asked the me of the past he would probably agree, but I was wrong yet again. When I was getting ready to pay for my meal and leave this heavenly realm, I had believed it would take an entire bag of gold coins to pay for this repast, but when I was getting my bag out I was amazed to find out that this food that would rival only what the gods could create was also very affordable. I went home that night with a pizza in my hand, a pizza that was truly magnificent. Writing this review has made me look back at this one of a kind moment in my life that has forever changed it, but I still cannot describe in human words how amazing that pizza was. The taste of that pizza was of a different caliber, one that I have never seen before or be matched by anything there after. I am writing this review to inform you, you the people, that there is hope in this broken world, and that hope is Pizza Hut. Please, I beg of you all to go to this Pizza Hut. This is more than a building that serves food, it is a temple that has shown me the hope in a better tomorrow that I had never once dreamt of and never knew I needed. It is my desire that you all go here and experience what could not be described in a thousand words.

Cold over cooked burnt pizza at 11am today right when they open. I would not have gave it to my dogs. Would have thought that time of day on a Saturday it would have been so fresh $22 bucks wasn’t even worth a dollar Shame!

I just want to say It’s Sunday you know and so I deserve a pizza lol well my finance and I had a great experience and would like to mention Dylan was by himself just executing his job to the max. Great to see workers making the best service possible with such hard work!

I always get take out on my lunch from here! Even on promotion days the food is quick, hot, and fresh. I appreciate the main guy always makes sure I get the extra sauce I pay for…iykyk other places always forget the sauce on carryouts 😂

The $7 food deal was delivered quickly, as ordered. It was hot and delicious, and it saved me as much money, as it did time.

The way the staff treat customers is immaculate. I was fully informed the whole time by Dylan S. about my order and when my order was accidentally ruined, Dylan was honest and upfront about it. After explaining what happened he apologized and remade my pizza in record time. Even brought it out to my car without being asked to. i highly recommend this location, especially when Dylan is there. Thanks again for the amazing customer service!

Hello. My wife and I ordered a "meat lovers" Pizza for close top thirty dollars and were del;livered a 10$ greasy cheese pizza. These incompetent and uncaring fools will cheat you and then hang up on you when you call to inform them of their incompetence. Save your money. We will avoid this dump and suggest everyone do likewise.

We are vacationing from a different area of Florida and we've never really liked Pizza Hut before, but we came to this one and they were very sweet and very charming. And overall just an amazing environment to come into. The service was super quick. We came to pick it up and it was done quicker than the time stated. If I lived in the area, I would be coming every single week to get pizza from Pizza Hut.

Delivered to the nextdoor neighbor both times I ordered from them. I'll never order from pizza hut again in this town.

It's fast every time I go the people working there are nice the pizza isn't great but it's better than dominoes

Ok I read the reviews. So they are exactly like every where else can get low cost labor. I picked up a pizza they are around the corner from where I am staying. It was exactly 13 minutes a Poof. I tasty pizza. Great if you can swing by.

The one who calls himself the owner of the restaurant yelled at me because we couldn't smoke inside, but you know what? At first I felt guilty but it wasn't even marijuana or drugs it was a health vape, and he did have his reasons but not to yell at us like he did, it was horrible, nobody deserves to be mistreated like that, he could have told us that if we wanted we could smoke outside, he even threatened to call the police twice because we went out and came back in without the cigarette to pick up our orders, he just went crazy and yelled at us when we didn't even mistreat him, he's a racist because I'm sure he wouldn't do that to anyone else, he even made fun of the fact that my husband didn't speak Spanish, he behaved like a lunatic, so what? This is not normal because we would have understood perfectly but for him there was no opportunity, he just jumped at the first without caring if we were going to react well or not, it was the worst night of my life, I couldn't even speak and after that I had a panic attack, not because of the police but because their manner was horrible, my husband wanted to wait for the police to arrive, but seriously I didn't feel like dealing with that kind of situation, when they prefer to talk to the American first, if I heard him screaming again I was just going to faint and I honestly don't want to wait hours for the police for him to talk and blame us when he was rude and disrespectful, who treated us like dogs

"Matt, why in the good lord's name are you reviewing a Pizza Hut?" I know, I know. Chains aren't typically my go-to. However, I'll be damned, this pizza saved my drunken hunger in a super timely fashion. Employees are locals too, right? Everyone earns the right to some Yelp love! Pizza Hut was one of my childhood obsessions. I used to read books in elementary school just so I could receive a "free personal pan pizza" coupon. My grandma would take me on Friday's after school. These moments still hold a place in my heart. This was the only pizza place in close proximity open late Saturday night. I placed an order for a large pizza. They told me 15 minutes. We arrived in 10 minutes. I walked in exactly 15 minutes after I hung up the phone and lo and behold, the girl behind the counter exclaimed, "Matt?" Punctuality is important and they nailed it! I don't care what you say, this pizza did the trick! Lots of cheese, lots of sauce, and a doughy crust made for the ideal nightcap. I had leftovers the following morning (who doesn't love cold pizza), and they were scrumptious. The good / bad about the location is that it's pick up only. If you're looking to dine in, go somewhere else. It does have great visibility on San Marco Blvd. especially when not many other places are open late. I'm considering giving more stars, but when I think of my favorite pizza places, I simply can't due to the quality and freshness of the product. Three stars is still positive, and I stand by my opinion that this Pizza Hut delivers!

On 111/24 at 9:03 p.m. Nikki helped me with the order I messed up online. She was quick to prepare it and it was delicious and exact. Plus her customer service skills are excellent. Thank you thank you thank you Nikki for your excellent service!!!

On sept 30 I ordered a pizza from Pizza hutt it was about 8-30 on a Sunday. I was text notified my pizza was gonna be delivered by doordash. Expecting it about 9:23 I had my phone ready. Nobody knocked or called me. I checked the order status to find out Latasha C snapped a pic of the street around 935, it was 945 I saw this. No attempt to contact me, as I didn't order threw door dash I called the store. I was told to contact door dash. I didn't pay doordash 30$. I paid pizza hutt. The manager said she's call and find out. Called back about 1015. What's going on ? Manager promised me a new pizza and a pizza hutt driver would deliver it. 11:45 called again. Was put on hold until the store closed ! Left a feedback with corporate. Never contacted by anyone. Called the store later in the week to get my Money refunds. It's October 18th. Never Got a refund either. Never Got any satisfactory customer service. I would Never order from this place if I was you. It's just a total mess. I'll Be dealing With my bank and papa John's I guess.

I ordered a pizza on the Pizza Hut app from This location. My order was never made or delivered. I drove to the location and was only given excuses. No pizza no apologies no answers. Would've given no stars if it was an option. I know it's pizza hut but you have to do better than that.

On more than one occasion they say they have nothing to sell. Why is this location even open if they don't ever have product?? Hard to imagine how this location exists when they literally never have pans or ingredients to make pizzas lol

I see a lot of mixed reviews about this place, I just want to say I live right around the corner and if I want to pick something up, it's always ready when they promise me, and if I want to have something delivered, I've never had an issue with it coming to me at the exact time they quoted me, I've never had an issue with the employees at this place, my food has never been wrong, I have nothing but positive to say about this place. I'm glad they are right here in my San Marco neighborhood.

This review is on the efficiency of the business, not on the food. I placed an online order for a pizza and the estimated time was 30 to 40 minutes. After an hour I called Pizza Hut and was told that it was next to go as soon as a driver returned. I called again 20 minutes later and was told that it "Fell out of the system." After a short pause the employee, or another employee, told me that it will be 56 minutes before I received my order. I cancelled the order. This is the 2nd time that this happened within 2 months. At least, the 1st time I was notified within 5 minutes that they did not have any drivers. I know that there is a problem for businesses to get help, but they should suspend delivery or at least informed customers of delays. The pizza "Falling out of the system" is incompetence, not a staffing problem.

I've ordered there 3x and 3x I've had terrible customer service on very basic restaurant services. I'm done. Hopefully the Lakewood location will be at least satisfactory.

When I ordered online Pizza Hut said 30-40 minutes. The pizza took an hour and a half to be delivered. The driver arrived and said she was the only driver working. If you have one driver you should know that nothing is getting delivered in 30-40. Super annoying. Pizza was fine.

Got carry out, took a long time after the app said it was supposed to be ready , the boneless wings were soggy and didn't taste good, gave me no utensils with my pasta, breadsticks were bland, pizza was gross. Straight trash.

I ordered my pizza incorrectly and I wouldn't have been able to eat it due to dietary restrictions. I called the manager to make sure I was in the wrong and he was so friendly and verified that I did in fact order it incorrectly, but that he would provide a remake for me due to an honest error. I brought up my concern for the tip and he essentially gave money out of his own pocket since I can't charge a tip alone to my card and I don't carry cash. He expressed his concern for his employees making money through tips and I just really appreciated how much he cared so I wanted to make sure everyone knew!

Rude and disrespectful! 1.Ordered food from here got the wrong order! 2. The so called manager named Spencer I believe his name was, cursed me out over the phone! 3. The pizza they gave me was over cooked.

Worst Pizza Hut ever. Ordered my daughter a personal pan pizza and chocolate chip cookie at 11:52 am. Now it's 1:52 pm and still no pizza. Didn't bother to call and let me know anything. I called and was put on hold and then told my pizza would be free; there had been a big order and mine got mixed it with it. Should be delivered in 10 to 15 minutes . 30 minutes later I called back. Said delivery driver left 10 to 15 minutes ago and should be here soon. Still nothing. Never ever ordering from them again. We've been ordering from them for over 25 years and the last two deliveries have been like this. Absolutely ridiculous. Pizza Hut should take away their franchise. Very disappointed and annoyed.

Since this location is convenient, I usually spring for the $9 pizza and pick it up on the way home. Pizza Hut always has coupons. I'm not a fan of pizza but it's a kid favorite. I find Pizza Hut to be reliable and good in a pinch when I know I'm not gonna be home in the evening long enough to cook dinner. I order online and specify when I'm going to pick it up. We splurged today and the hubs bought them that new bacon explosion pizza with bacon and cheese in the crust etc etc etc. I could hear arteries hardening as my dear children tore into it. Not a crumb left. Apparently they loved it but let's see if they're gonna like the kale smoothies that await them for the next three days to counteract the damage. It's all about balance folks.

I just made online order and I payed for it on the cared so my wife pick it up and they charge her again this scam place they even charge her 30$ on 16 $ order , and I called them about they were so route and I was so nice and I was telling them I do want to put the girl who Deliver the pizza in trouble so she was like no sir I never get in trouble here if u want talk to the manger he's busy call later..and over charge for the wings the pizza with wings on deal for 16.99 they charge me 24.95

Pizza is good but took 3x longer than online eta and girl at the front was weird af and came back only to throw the pizza on the counter. I'm done.

it tastes good but shit they've never heard of customer service... i'm waiting and waiting for someone to serve me and the screen says my pizza is ready and they're just looking at me like wtf. nothing wrong with pizza, but since every pizza hut has the same pizza i have to focus on what's individualistic and their management is as trash as the shit all over their kitchen floor it's really not cute.

Horrible food, horrible service, lying staff. Ordered delivery and after 2 hours I was told the driver got in a wreck, this is the same reason for being late they gave me the previous time I ordered. They GM told me the next day that he never had to fill out an accident report so it is obviously a lie. Even with a credit I will never eat here again. Eat local eat happy.

Ordered online at 10:52. I get a phone call at 11:02 telling me they are closed and the driver has made their last delivery. I understand people want to go home. But, if delivery is not offered until closing time that should be specified on the website. Spoke with a young man, who then passed the phone to a young lady, giving me the excuse of how the driver has to go so far away to make this delivery so there was no way to do this one. Offered to have me pick it up. I told them that I could just complain to the owner in the morning, then she got a bit rude, said you can pick it up or I can deliver it within an hour and a half. I said I was ok with that, she continued to hang up. Being a business owner myself, I don't believe that this person should be fired, as employees are only as good as the management and the training received. Some solid customer service training, or perhaps knowing that if you deliver pizza and you close at 11, it's quite likely that you will have to work past 11 on most nights is normal, instead of inconveniencing a patron that all he wants to do is spend his money with you and get the service he is paying for.
