Nah bc my pizza came doin the worm. Can’t get behind such malicious activity. (🪱 pizza is gas tho)

I ordered a pizza to be delivered to my house. The pizza was an hour and a half late. I called pizza hut and they told me it had been delivered to someone else but they didn't know who. They never made an attempt to contact me about my missing order. A pizza was provided for me after I called but it took another hour to make it and deliver it. I was informed that I would be given store credit for the late delivery covering the cost of the pizza. I decided to use the credit for an order a week later. I picked up the pizza in the store. While I was picking up the pizza I discovered that I was not credited the full amount but only half the amount I spent on my previous order. The amount credited did not cover the full cost of the new pizza. Despite that I paid the difference and left. When I got to the car I realized that my order was taken incorrectly, so I took the pizza back in and got my money back. There was no offer from the employee to make the order right or do anything to fix it. I do not know if I received my store credit back for the order. I am thoroughly unimpressed with the service.

EDIT!: oh man. Hire drivers!!! Ordered pizza tonight and it was almost a hour late getting delivered. Called they said they are short staffed and busy. That is 100% a lie. Then they said oh they have to use door dash to deliver it because of staffing issues. The door dash driver is a known druggy for this area and says it's all pizza huts fault. Well good news for you the other pizza places on this area have delivery drivers and get it to you hot. College has been on summer break for 2 weeks. So if you want cold pizza delivered by a creepy person feel free to order your cold pizza otherwise I'd say maybe dine in or pick it up from them. Don't call they don't answer the phone. Fast service. Great with their crafting . Got to remember we are a college town so sometimes they are busy busy and phone goes un answered, give em a break on that tho. They work hard to feed us

Every time I go into the Pizza Hut mainly for lunch, the salad bar is always fresh and tasty just love it! I really have always liked the thin crust veggie pizza with extra sauce! Fresh food and service with a smile!

I really don't like leaving poor reviews... but this is the second time we received undercooked pizza with raw dough, and the first time we requested a refund because of it. To get a refund we had to physically go to the restaurant (pizza was delivered to our home) which defeats the convenience of having pizza delivered. They offered to deliver new pizzas in lieu of a refund but we didn't want to risk another undercooked order. Will not be ordering from here again. We did receive a refund, minus the delivery driver's tip (the driver did their job so they deserved the tip) but just something to be aware of if you find yourself in a similar situation. Staff was very nice and professional.

I ordered online and used points and they were held but part of the order using points never went through. Then once that was figured out they told me they were ready and one of my two pizzas I ordered was miraculously gone. There was also another lady just before me this happened to as well. It's like watching a bunch of chickens run around back there with their heads cut off!! It is there mess up but they just say sorry and thats it. Used to be if they messed up they comped you at least a drink.

Brown disgusting lettuce at the salad bar. Only a few toppings available and the dressings looked separated . I can’t believe you would offer a salad bar if everything you had was rotten. I’d love to share pictures if you’d like?

Yesterday, we ate there and we were served by an absolutely great employee called Olivia. Even though it was her second day at work she handled it like a pro. Very professional behavior and her positive attitude made our day better. And the food was great as well. ☺️

They can improve a lot. I am so f***** mad right now. I make my order last week and the forget the 2 liter bottle and I have to wait 40 minutes to get it . Fast forward to today and I make an order have to wait 50 minutes for it and it's not all there... I make the call to Pizza Hut and I have been waiting for an answer for over an hour 1hr and 42 minutes to be exact. I'm so angry the will never get our money again nor will they ever get a positive review from me. Not to mention what I did get was cold af!

food was delivered a crumpled mess:( a bit disappointed about this and probably will not order delivery from here again.

This was terrible. I got food poisoning. I do not recommend this. Order was estimated to take 20 mins but oh took almost a hour.

We walked in and there was garbage and food under every table. There was no customers in the dining area but us. Due to the amount of garbage on the floor we decided to go to another restaurant. Not impressed.

Amazing pepperoni pizza. Not too hard to chew like some establishments. I have a nose for good pizza

By far the worst Pizza Hut I've ever seen they are never on time if anything they are 20-30 min late EVERY DELIVERY. they are rude and dont know how to conduct business. Pizza Hut you to be awesome but I just dont understand I live with in 1/4 of a mile from the Pizza Hut and they are always late. And when they show up they don't care.

Pizza Hut - 3 stars This is a decent place to go to buy pizza in Moscow.They have nice thin crunchy crust with your standard Pizza hot toppings. They also have good breadsticks and wings to choose from. This pizza Hut is surprisingly decent to eat at. The employees are nice - maybe not the most professional, but they do try. They are generally prompt especially with delivery.

So far not so good.. they have no ice. Really no ice The machine is broken...go get a bag of ice from Safeway it's only a 1000 feet away in the same shopping center!! Borrow some from Taco Bell!! Do something!! They have a salad bar but WAIT FOR IT they have no lettuce. Not impressed I hope the pizza taste good.

Ordered delivery last night. Arrived 8 minutes after I got the "out for delivery" text message. Food was nice and hot. We got the $5 deal. 2 pizzas and buffalo mild boneless wings. Food was good and what I was craving. Only thing I would change was to have more sauce on wings.

I've always liked Pizza Hut but this one terrible with delivery if you want your pizza late called and slammed against get it delivered if you want an edible pizza pick it up yourself. Six months later and I'm still waiting on my free Pizza coupon from the last time I ordered deliver from them never again

Now I remember why I usually order Domino's... The pizza was delivered cold and hard and the Hersheys cookie was burnt. They told me 30 minutes for delivery but it ended up taking 50. If you want to order pizza in the area, I'd go to Domino's, even if I have to go pick it up.

Do not order from this restaurant unless you like to wait at least one hour for barely warm, poorly topped pizza. Been going downhill for the last year. They don't deserve the one star I'm forced by yelp to leave. Edit: There was also a small (approximately 1/8th of an inch across) bit of plastic in one of the slices.

Decent pizza especially if you're on the go are in a hurry prices are low delivery is great especially during the winter season

This is not an honest business. They charge for delivery , and it is NOT for the driver, and don't tell you, so that two mediocre pizzas turn into a $30 dinner somehow. And the web site is crap. What a ripoff.

Pizza was respectable. Nothing special, wouldn't dare eat at the sad, sad salad bar on a November night.

They didnt pick up my calls! When they finally picked up the man said "Big Nut." And hung up.... Im very angry please get better employees... I just wanted to feed my starving children.

I never post on these but I've gotten delivery from them numerous times and every time I purchase sauce they forget it. I wouldn't mind it if I wasn't paying for the sauce. They offer to bring me some but by the time they get back the food is cold. Sick of it. Just because this is a chain doesn't mean you can be shitty.

Came in to this restaurant because my family & I had such a bad experience at La Madrid which is located I the same center. This restaurant was just what we needed after such a bad taste was left in our mouths. We honestly appreciated the fast, efficient, and kind service. The food was great and beer was nice and cold. Thank you!!!!

this place has tottally gone down hill. they have changed and somehow lost the quality during the process. although prices are gtreat, foods are not. this used to be my favorite pizza place , But now , after 4 ti.es I'm convinced that the change is here to stay, and I am not impressed.

So...we've been sitting here for an hour waiting on our food AFTER calling well ahead of time and being told that they would ensure that they were staffed to accommodate our party of 16. There have also been three other parties that had to either wait an extended period of time or have left due to the lack of service. There are only three other parties in the restaurant so I am not sure what the hold up is but this is freaking RIDICULOUS!!!

Great affordable pizza!! Great options for pizza and also a decent salad bar. They often have specials which makes the pizza really affordable. Four choices for crust, but my favorite is hand-tossed.

Pizza is amazing price could be better but it's delivered at a reasonable time. Paying for delivering is not a to big of a deal.

We ordered pizza for delivery and it took at least an hour and fifteen minutes to be delivered. Once we opened the pizza, there was a huge chunk of black hair on it. We drove over to pizza hut and asked for another one, and they made one, but by that time it was extremely late, and we were all exhausted. Movie night: ruined.

I kind of wish I could give 0 stars. For starters, the place is dark and dreary inside. The seats in the booths look like they are originally from the 70's by the wear in them. The place was really dirty when we came in. They said they had been really busy and had closed early the night before because of a power outage. But we arrived an hour after opening and there were only two other tables being used, but every table in the place was dirty. I got a salad bar with our pizza order. The salad bar was GROSS! All the lettuce was old and brown, I tried to pick through the bowl to find enough to fill my tiny plate (the plate was the size of a teacup saucer for $4, or more if you don't order a pizza). On the positive side they had real bacon bits and blue cheese dressing, but not much else for topping the salad. There was a row and a half of tinned slimy fruits and odd colored chocolate pudding that reminded me of elementary school cafeteria fare. Although the waitress was nice, the service was very slow, and she never told us about any specials, which would have been helpful, and maybe it wouldn't have cost $40 for just me and my 16 year old daughter. The Mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce was the best part of the meal. The meat lovers pizza was bland. Again, I know they are a chain and have all of their supplies ordered in by bulk from the corporate office, but the sausage was all dried out and freezer burned, the manager should take not of that kind of thing. I could only stand to eat one piece of pizza, my daughter was starving and ate two, and we only took the leftovers home to give to the family pets. It really tasted like a frozen pizza, that's pretty much all I can say about the quality. I like other pizza huts but I will never go here again, and will tell all my family in Moscow and the surrounding areas about this very unpleasant experience.

Maybe the worst pizza I've ever had. Dry, very little flavor and it's high calorie for nothing. We had the skinny slice with salami, mushrooms and olives. Never again.

So I understand that it is a chain pizza place, but you can't expect us as customers to completely lower our standards. We ordered on a Sunday evening and were quoted 90 minutes for delivery. 90 minutes passed and we received cold food, a rude delivery driver, and an insincere manager who took my complaint.

The food was Pizza hut quality, however the service is very poor. We have ordered twice from them it would have been three, but one of the times they simply took the phone off the hook because they didnt want anymore orders (i found this out because i drove down there). the other two times took forever to get the food. The one time we had a delivery it took over an hour, and the next time i thought that it would be faster if i just drove there to get the food. The online order entry said it would take 15-20 min for the food to be ready. I arrived at the store at the 25 min mark and watched the food sit on the end of the oven till it reached the 45 min mark, needless to say i wasn't pleased.

I ordered online a small pizza and 8 wings and waited an hour then called them (which I did not want to do (that's why I ordered online)) they said it would be 10 more minutes then 30 minutes later and I still don't have my order they said they called me (and I didn't get no calls) and they said they knocked (no they didn't) and told me to WAIT ANOTHER THIRTY MINUTES to re-do my order, so yea I don't think I will order from them again.

This place had so many problems! Atmosphere: freezing temperature, no music. Cleanliness: mediocre. The tray the bill was on surely has been touched by hundreds of greasy hands and never washed! Service: ok, not great. Pizza: the little sausage and chicken pieces looked overcooked, dry, and inedible. Not worth the price of $16 for a large! We could have gone to Maialina and paid the same for an infinitely more pleasant experience and pizza.
