Pizza Hut

I haven't had fresh PizzaHut in years. Though, they ran out of pan pizza, it was still delicious. Very friendly and prompt service.

Pizza was great meat lovers pan 12.99 and priced great also had boneless wings.75 cents each

I’ve ordered so many times from Hut and Jan 1 was same order. No marinara sauce on pizza today. They must have not cared. Drat. We all noticed. Usually LOVE the pizza but not today. Delivery was fantastic and fast, by door dash!

They messed my whole order up on my son's 18th birthday and when I called to tell them I spent almost an hour on the phone for them to not answer anything and just kept hanging up also when you call they go over seas to answer your call but when I managed to make it to the actual store to talk to a manager they put me on hold for a half an hour and then hung up instead of making it right. I ordered a pepperoni stuff crust and a supreme stuff crust and got a pepperoni and cheese pizza no stuffed crust and paid 40 dollars for a 20 dollar order beware of this place people!

Did not receive all my order that was prepaid. Couldn’t get them to answer the phone. They kept hanging up! I called the company 4 times and they tried to get me through. No luck. Had to go all the way back to town when I could have had them to refund me! Big expense for me! This is the Pizza Hut in Murphy, NC.

they are fa bomb diggedy!! i have been blessed by this pizza hut in more than one way, just happenstance and fate. if you're in murphy, stop by and see where all the magic happens!!

Placed order and paid through Uber Eats. Watched and waited as my order was being prepared for over an hour. Right at 10pm received a notification stating my order was canceled and no way to call store because now they are closed. Very poor customer service and I'll never order from there again. I'm starving and now have to wait until morning.

1. Pizza was cold it tasted like it came out of a trash can 2. The sash e was very hot I had to drink a bunch of water to get it out 3. The breadsticks had some poisoning in them and I had to spit it out 4. I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGIAN

If you plan on dining in I will warn you it is freezing cold inside- the AC is on full blast. We were literally shaking while waiting for our pizza to bake. The salad bar was good. Fresh, crisp lettuce, pears, cottage cheese and cucumbers, onions and broccoli. The pizza was good but could have used more cheese.

Worst drive thru service I've ever experienced. Instead of asking the customer to pull over and park until their order was ready to pickup, they just have them site in line until it's ready. I waited 20 mins for the car in front of me to get their order. There is a high hole in the pavement in front of the window. Thought my axle was going to break!

It's ok. If you order anything to pick up, they do have a drive-thru, which is a nice option. You can also dine in. It does tend to take a while to receive your order, even when you call ahead. I mean, it's not the worst pizza place I've visited, but it certainly isn't the best either.

I ordered over the internet a pizza delivery 45 min before they closed, with no notifications or myself getting through on the phone to them I never received the delivery. Very bad customer service, communication, and service. Will never order from them again

My wife an I walked in seen that it was mildly busy with 5 or 6 open tables i was holding my daughter who is 3 months old sitting in her car seat, the hostess walked over an said it will be a 20 minute wait they had open booths an expected me to hold my daughter standing up for twenty minutes.

We stopped here while on vacation and it was very noisy with very loud over head music and the screaming kids! There was only one waitress and a full house but she knew how to do her job and she was great. The service was also fast. That is why I gave it three stars.

Pizza was ordered online. When I picked it up it was barely warm as it had been sitting out on the counter instead of in the warmer. Had to heat it up at home. Disappointing.

They never put enough cheese and they go so skimpy on the toppings. When I order extra cheese and I'm paying for it I want it!

I'm not one to visit a pizza hut, much less review it. However, after a long day outdoors, we needed something filling that wouldn't judge us for being a little sweaty and under dressed. I was blown away and the staff here. Our server, Beth, was just a joy. I watched waiting for our pizzas to come and was so impressed by how personable, efficient, and just happy the entire staff all was. They were holding down a crowd of people all while keeping up with those pesky reoccurring tasks like filling the salad bar and condiments on tables. If I am ever back in the area, I would come back just because of how impressed I was with the wait staff.

Thought the services was horrible. Went to the window to pick up my food, Sydney who gave us are food I had to help telling her where is the rest of my order she looked at me like I was crazy... food was cold and didn't get all my sauces for my bread sticks or hot wings

Pizza took over an hour despite being less than half a mile away but it was Saturday night so ok. But it showed up stone cold and looked like it had been sitting out on the counter for hours. It was late and I was in hotel so I didn't have other options. luckily the hotel room had a microwave.

Just stopped in to pick up a sandwich to go tonight. Less than 15 people sitting down to eat in the restaurant. There were 3 people in line to pick up to go orders. One of them commented that the people working were too busy to mess with me........ and he was right. I stood at the counter for 10 mins. while several employees seemed to be going around in circles. One was on the restaurant phone obviously with a personal call. She wasn't happy about how long she was having to work for some reason and was very loud about her feelings. One girl was working the drive thru, but I am not sure what all of the others were doing. I tried to get someone's attention so they could get my order, but no one would even make eye contact with me. After 10 mins, I turned to the man who had said they couldn't mess with me. I agreed with him and took my business elsewhere. It was sad, because the food is generally above average for a chain restaurant........

Eaten here many times. The food is ok. However my last visit I noticed a sign that said no concealed hanguns on the door. It's their right to post this as is it's my right to carry as a licensed ccl holder. Will never spend another dollar there knowing I cannot defend myself if needed.
