Pizza Hut

Disappointed to give Pizza Hut negative as my favourite pizza chain, but the customer service really lacked communication, very slow and a little bit short. But the thing that really brought my rating down was the very small measure of fries as my side! £3.99 for a small pizza and fries is good and the pizza was enjoyable as always, but the lack fries was still insulting!

My friend and I had trouble ordering pizza online, so we went in and received excellent customer service. Nasik was even able to help us get a better deal than the one we were trying to get online. The food is excellent as well!

Got takeaway, and was very tasty and hot. The prices are cheaper than most others pizza places, and is still just as nice if not nicer. Just wish the place had some more seating so you could sit in and enjoy your meal.

Great place for pizza. The staff is also really nice and helpful. Nasik was the one who took our order. He was nice and polite.

Nasik was the best, I've had an issue with the delivery as it was passed to deliveroo, he didn't hesitate and helped me by making my pizza again with the only condition I've had to pick it up. Honestly excellent customer service

I sent my kids to collect the lunch time deal we ordered online. Nisak was so very kind making them laugh and giving them a drink. The food was amazing. 2 small pizzas with 2 pieces of garlic bread and a cornetto wafer. £8. Bargain. Pizzas tasted so fresh and full of flavour. Thank you Nisak. Top service and top guy.

I requested for the pizza to have less cheese and more tomato sauce, but my pizza still arrived dry and almost cold. My cookie “dough” was dry and over cooked, extremely crispy and had zero “dough” to it. Extremely disappointed with the service. I hadn’t ordered from here in over 3 years because of poor food quality and taste, but thought I would give it a chance since it’s been years, but clearly nothing has changed.

We ordered food at 23:00 and it only arrived at 00:41 despite saying it was delivered at 23:30. We called at midnight and asked when the order they said it would take 15 minutes. It only ended up coming at 00:41 and the driver was joking around saying that they aren’t delivering pizza hut.The professional thing would have been to call and ask whether to still proceed with the order. Took much longer and it arrived cold. Very unhappy.
