Pizza Hut Nottingham City Centre

I went to order a pizza at the Huntingdon Street on 15/12/2025 around 21:15. Praveen the server has overcharged me for the 9.99£ pizza, a dip and a coke. He’s charged me 16.17£. When asked why the extra price when it’s nowhere mentioned- he says that’s how it is, it’s not mentioned anywhere but this is the price. Clearly looting me. When I confronted him and was about to leave- he started being rude. The pizza was not well made either, definitely not worth 16£ for the shit he said and made. I had a fantastic experience at Pizza Hut Nottingham! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was welcoming. Special thanks to Nasik, who went above and beyond to help me out during my visit. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. His excellent service truly made my day. Highly recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for great pizza and outstanding customer service!

Disappointed to give Pizza Hut negative as my favourite pizza chain, but the customer service really lacked communication, very slow and a little bit short. But the thing that really brought my rating down was the very small measure of fries as my side! £3.99 for a small pizza and fries is good and the pizza was enjoyable as always, but the lack fries was still insulting!

Absolutely just a waste of money, ordered 2 pizzas one didn’t turn up would of been fine but the one that didn’t come was gluten free due to someone having celiac disease, when I phoned I was told that there’s nothing they can do ask they don’t have any gluten free dough left and have still taken the £29 odd that said pizza had cost

Great place for pizza. The staff is also really nice and helpful. Nasik was the one who took our order. He was nice and polite.

Ordered from here 3 times. All 3 orders arrived cold despite delivering within a 1 mile radius. All 3 orders were wrong. Don't order from here unless you want random food turning up or random missing items.

Nasik was very receptive and lovely. I enjoyed his service. Will always come back because a friendly vendor leaves a mark.😊

Ordered from here at around 10pm, over an hour and a half later and 6 phone calls later the pizza still hasn't arrived. Keep getting told the driver "is in the area" but are still waiting. Unfortunately this isn't the first time this has happened. Last correspondence was that the food got stolen by the delivery driver. Will not order from here again, I urge everyone else to avoid at all costs
