I will not be returning pizza was no good this is not the first time. The pizza sauce was strange it was spicy. 🥵 One was too cheesy one was not cheesy at all. Dry and just nasty again this is not the first time. Trash

COME ON! I hate when my BBQ chicken is lackin! Especially on a Friday night!!! Why you gotta hit me with a mid pizza on a Friday night man...and you were out of the ultimate ranch cup 😭 $31.06 for a medium BBQ chicken and some boneless wings.

I have been a client of this location for several years, always a very good experience. Today, lunch time, i was in a rush and they accommodated me to get my order in no time. I appreciate you all. I ordered a large cheese Pizza; simple but delicious, and crispy. My son loved it. Thank you!

Pizza wasn't fully cooked and spent almost $37 on the box when I called they didn't care and said they can't check every pizza and for me to reheat it. The crust wasn't cooked and not all of the cheese was melted and the dough under the cheese was raw. What a waste of money and customer service. Never again

When I say this is the worst pizza I have ever had...it is THE WORST pizza I've ever had. Not only did I pay extra for cheese, it was supposed to be square cut and extra sauce. I got the triple threat box and was so disappointed. The bread sticks were rocks so never even got to attempt at losing a tooth eating that. I mean of the whole two pizzas, only like a couple of slices were really salvageable. Also, how is this such a huge difference in slices. Not to mention it made it impossible for the party because they were not square cut. Just so disappointed because we were looking forward to this so much!

Walked into place an order and was told to move to the side are door dasher get served first. That right there made me walk out and will never return

pizza came stale, cold and horrible. I called to complain and even their manager was stale cold and horrible. her name was “Jay”. I recommend everyone stay away from this branch or establishment. Their quality and customer service is atrocious. Jay said she made my pizza which makes complete sense because this pizza was the worst thing i’ve ever had. please fire her. and put someone on the customer service side who actually listens instead of deflects legitimate complaints. Look at these pizzas. they look worse then the pre made pizzas at smiths or kroger.

First off, the staff here is amazing. We were staying at a nearby hotel and the food came out great. The checkout area was clean and organized. They also explained all the deals to help us out.

Omggg sometimes I forget how much I like Pizza Hut. Even the crust and I never eat the crust at other pizza places but when I have Pizza Hut I always do! The pizza is just so fluffy and cheesy. I can legit eat a whole box of cheese pizza. I like the pepperoni as well but my go to is the cheese pizza. The wings were so good as well the sauce wasn't over bearing. It was just right. I did get the bbq sauce next time ima try a different sauce see if I have the same thoughts.

I had 1 start review from recent experience. But, I decided to give to is place another chance. Came back to this business, because it's like 5 mins from my house. I Order take out. A gentleman was very kind and polite. Asked him for some cheese and peepers packets to go. In my head, I know they gonna said we're out. Just like little Caesar pizza next door. But I was so wrong. He came back not just the paper bags peppers and cheese. But, He gave me the small container of peepers and cheese. This blew my mind, they never done give out these before. This will be my Togo pizza from now on. The pizza was top notch. It perfect

I usually order delivery but decided to pick up tonight. Absolutely great service from Jordan. Glad I picked up my pizza and wings! Thank you!

Went to pick up my pizza said it would be ready at 5:08 got to the store at 5:15 and they said it was just going into the oven. Manager came out gave me the run around about how he's the only one who can take an order while the other two employees just stood in the back. Looks lukewarm they need some help on training people

The only complaint I have is that they took away the flavored crust pizza!!! But Pizza Hut is hands down the best pizza on earth! Pan crust all the way

The website defaults to carry out. When you switch it your order is deleted. After putting my order in twice it then can't find my address. I am right across the street. So I download the app. It also defaulted to carry out and I ended up doing it twice. Then the minimum order is $10.99 for deliver. With my food, huge delivery fee and tax I was at $20. But no it wouldn't allow it. So I went on Door dash and ordered everything I wanted from Pizza Hut. It was $3.00 less because the delivery fee wasn't $5.75. So I got my food for less money from a third party site. Do better Pizza Hut!!

Ordered a pizza at 12:00 an hour before they close. Called for an update and they hung up twice. Charged my card and never got the pizza!! Will never eat here again. Very unprofessional and rude

Let me first say I've been here lots of times seen new managers here. The new managers here and the new workers have been awesome from the ones in the past .. Service . The staff here are super friendly very polite not to mention seems like the food and service has been a lot better since the new management .. order here a few nights ago when I picked up my food the pizza looked amazing toppings spaces evenly order was still hot and the store is well kept . All the other reviews I know not every visit will be perfect but if your food isn't right you can always ask them to remake the food it happen to me a few times and let me tell you they will remake it it no questions asked . Some times there is a bit of a wait but please understand that they get busy and are probly understaffed like a lot of other restaurants.. but I do recommend this location . I will be back

Much better location than the others in the surrounding area - especially the one near Green Valley and the 215. The employees here and very friendly and incredibly efficient - especially Isiah. This isn't even the closest Pizza Hut from where I live, but I'd come here in a heartbeat for some great chicken wings and their veggie pizza.

Service is exactly what the reviews say. Understaffed and never delivers. 2 hours later I call to get a status on my order and get put on hold 3 times. Asked to cancel and refund. Doubtful it's going to be refunded. Poor management.

I ordered just now, 1 Large Original Stuffed Crust and when it was delivered on my door! It was not sealed, and looks saggy and looks like someone bitten 2 of the slices. I immediately call and message the person who delivered it and advise me to call the store and report and she said they only seal door-dash orders and she work for Pizza Hut, and the look would be due to whoever was working cut table!!! THIS IS A FOOD, its should be handover to customer perfectly! The store gave me credit but this is insane!!! If I get sick or poison, this is the only reason!!!

Great Pizza Hut. Never gotten a bad pizza from them. They always make it the way I ask. Pan, extra sauce, light cheese, well done.

I'm only giving them one star because I can't give them zero. They're terrible there. The manager doesn't know what he's doing. We were charged for things we didn't get they wouldn't answer the phone, they kept putting us on hold and then hanging up on us. They never gave us a chance to get our missing items or a refund so I went in personally to address this personally. However the manager was shaking, and he didn't seem to know what he was doing. He refunded the items I didn't get but that's all. No apology no real answer as to the phone situation, nothing. Also the receipt was "cut off" where you can enter a survey telling them about their service. I googled it and let them know how bad it was. I haven't heard back from them about anything yet so If you order from them order at your own risk it's a 50-50 chance you'll get a correct order, have a bad experience as well, and not get ripped off.

Tonight was my first night coming to this Pizza Hut. So I ordered online for pick up at store. The pizza is fresh and I mean Pizza Hut to me all locations are the same. Once I walked in a worker immediately helped me. I gave him my name for the pick up and he grabbed it from their warmer. The inside is nice, clean and well kept. My only gripe and the reason I gave four stars is for type of payment. So I opted to pay cash when I arrive. Keep in mind people they DO NOT ACCEPT $100 BILLS. I was kind of upset but didn't show it. I mean its not the cashiers fault that this business doesn't take $100 bills. I was lucky I had my husband with me so I had to use his debit card since I only had cash on me. But all in all I mean its Pizza Hut so its not anything fancy.

Pizza was pathetic didn't have very many toppings and didn't taste good. It's sad because most pizza huts rock.

So ive been getting pizza from here for a few months now consistently and its been really good! Unfortunately last night was a bad experience :-( My pizza was made incorrect. I asked for little sauce and well done, it had extra sauce as if they just made the pizza how ever they wanted and didnt care what i requested! There was barely cheese and it was very upsetting that my dinner was ruined for my family! I always order easy sauce and it always comes how i like it but not this time :-( I really hope the manager sees this and lets night shift cook know there mistake otherwise it will continue to happen.

I didn't order delivery because I had only a 50 on me and when you order delivery it does state that they can not accept any bills higher than a 20. So I opted for carry out. Made the order and waited about 20 min to head to the store because it suggested it would be ready in 20 min. I got to the store a few mins early to pay with the 50. To my surprise the cashier had told me that she could not accept the 50. It did not state that on website for carry out so I thought it'd be fine. It also doesn't state it on the email they send for confirmation. Other than delivery the only other places that don't accept higher than a 20 I know of is drive tru and gas stations. But the cashier had said they can't keep larger bills in the register either. So I didn't take the food I built up an appetite for and left. P.S ordered carry out from another pizza company with no issues.

The food is great the delivery driver was absolutely fucking awful, beating on my door and ringing my doorbell more than 8 times in less than a minute. He was beating so loud I thought he was trying to break into my house. It's nothing less than fucking ridiculous, he should be terminated on the spot. It's insane that they have a worker like that coming to peoples houses.

I picked up a pizza I called in for, when I got home and tried it, it looked like it was made yesterday and only warmed up for appearance it tasted just like it looked awful, I will never go to pizza hut again.

I've been ordering meat lover w/extra pineapple ,this is my 4 times ordering at Silverado online,so The last 3 times I've been getting my pizza it's been great, today not so great ,there not consistent putting their topping ,I call to make complain about my pizzas Because I paid for extra pineapple and it seems just a regular topping,anyway I talk to Manager it's a girl,I told her about my order And she said no sir I made the pizza and I put double pineapple topping I made it myself ,I just trying to let her know about my order that's all ,she's not nice ,she said I am the manager at the store ok ,that's what I get Very rude customer service,and I always tips Theme every time I order, this manager need to be training how to handle customer service really bad, she make's the Pizza Hut Company badly,anyway she's the late manager 9/7/22 Is this look like got more pineapple to you And I hardly have any sausage on it ..

This establishment as a whole has gone down hill big time ! Shame on them ! They are taking people for there money ! They charge you an extra $1 for pan crust now and it is thinner than hand tossed ! They started putting less topping than a $5 hot n ready on there pizzas. When I went to the store to confront them they said ow that is how are crust is now and that is the right amount of toppings aloud for that pizza size! Shame on them! Do not fall for their no one can out pizza us gimmick !

Ordered on the app. (Do not recommend) Ordered two family feast boxes. Once delivered I only received one box. Decided to pay cash. Online it said my total was 27.89. Once driver got to the hotel he said it was 32.87 and only showed up with one box..... gave driver $30 for one box and called restaurant once we got upstairs to the hotel room. Lady on the phone was so rude!!! Using phrases "Like I SAID!" Turns out the box is 19.99 and I'd you add an extra topping to the pizza they charge you an extra 10.00!! Sounds like a rip off. Family feast comes with a pasta so we ordered chicken alfredo. Got some hard pieces in the pasta. Thought I was going to chip a tooth. Such a bad experience. MA'AM if you don't like you're job...LEAVE IT.

How disappointing this is exactly how this pizza showed up. Well there's another year I won't go back. I though I was going to get I pizza not pizza bites, someone just cut the hell out of this poor pizza.

10/9/21 12:20 shift. Whoever the girl at the front taking orders is, is very rude & unprofessional, and should not be working for any company that deals with customers, until she knows how to talk the customers without attitude.

I placed an order for my family that totaled over 70 dollars. The manager called and said we would need to place the order on a credit card because it was a large order. Why the hell would I put 70 bucks for pizza on my credit card? The manager is aware that we are in a LUXURY RESORT here in vegas. If we were broke bitches that couldn't afford 70 dollars worth of pizza, we wouldn't have them deliver it to a luxury resort. The managers name was Robert and I will never again order from this location. If I could give zero stars, I would. But yelp requires at least one.

This is the worst pizza I have had made in a very long time. Pizza was soggy wasn't even cut. I will not be recommending this place or ordering from then again and when you call and try to get the specials, you talk to people that doesn't even know what your specials are kind of ridiculous I wish I had the option to give zero stars but I don't

This Pizza Hut is the worst!! A few months back we ordered cinnamon rolls. They came plain like regular bread with some cinnamon. No biggie, called they said they'd give me a credit for next time. Great no worries. Call next time and they say I have no credit.. annoying af, not the end of the world. Next time we got wings they came plain no sauce wtf!? No biggie, had some bbq sauce in the pantry. Next time ordered a couple meaty Marinara pastas. They sent us Alfredos! Although the manager on duty on the phone was rude and unapologetic and said (so.. what do you want us to do?) I said "bring me the right ones now cause I don't want these" and they did. And since they did that I gave them another try tonight. Where do I start? They forgot the marinara with the bread sticks which is annoying. The breadsticks weren't seasons. There must be a bbq sauce drought because there wasn't enough sauce to cover half the wings and the wings were cold. The pizza was burnt and tasted like cardboard and it was also cold. I'll never order from these guys again. Do yourselves a favor, save $40 and go to Little Caesars which is absolutely terrible and I'd prefer them now.

pizza is like a frozen pizza crust and never cheese covered the pizza always looks over cooked and it's just not good sorry pizza hut but i ordered 4 times and no one ate the pizza because it was just like old and reheated so we got little ceasers and it was hot and fresh . wasted 40 bucks

Super nice respectful kids over there very respectful good customer service! They are a very polite staff no complaints enjoyed my experience.

I ordered pizza and they dont put any sauce even i specifically choose what sauce i want they dont put utensils and not even put in a bag or cover the wings i ordered. Then they left in front of my door with itself. The doordash also not thinking and the one who prepared the food to keep the food clean atleast put a plastic bag since they know its delivery. They do not care about the customer.

I hate their policy that they have to open the box and show you the food. I dont want my food exposed to other customers standing around. Plus it makes the food colder. They wont ring you up if you dont look at it. Never again.

Worst Pizza Hut I have ever tried to order from! I made an order online from the and I put the wrong address and didn't realize until after I paid. I spent 20 minutes calling their location and they would just hang up in me and I understand they have other clients but the moment I got a hold of them the guy on the phone with a mean attitude didn't. Infirm with me if my order was cancelled if I could give them a 0 in stars I would but I can't. Unprofessional and very disrespectful!

I'm not sure how people write a bad review because I have never had that experience here...it's a go to place for a personal size pizza I usually get deep dish and I love this place. They have my pizza always ready when they say ...nice and friendly.

I have ordered twice now and both times was very disappointing. The pizza crust was soft like it was sitting and sauce was so thick I paid 2.00 for extra cheese that I didn't get. When I moved over here I was so happy to see Pizza Hut. But now I won't turn my head that direction.

Ordered pickup and forgot my mask. Time was around midnight when they were closing. Knowing I inadvertently forgot my mask at home I called and tried to come up with a solution and asked if they can take my credit card over the phone and just drop off to my car like they would for normal curbside deliveries, but the man in glasses suggested I wait for the last customer to leave and then I can come in. I rebuttal against his advice and told him I'd just like to do it like curbside, he suggested otherwise, instead of arguing further i waited for the last customer and uncomfortably went inside as he advised. He took my payment in the back for some reason. I wanted a ranch so I tried to yell back there but he couldn't hear me, when he got up front I asked if I could have two ranches and he said it's a dollar, so I give him my card back for the charge, instead of charging my card, he just says "here you can take the ranch but remember to bring a dollar next time and bring your mask or we will kick you out" . Bro... I never wanted to be there in the first place and tried to resolve my no mask issue prior to walking in and I was not about to have y'all cook a pizza just for me to go back home, come back and then the shop is closed, he was well aware of this too which is why he suggested what he suggested. I wanted to verbally hand it to this man, but I didn't and just walked away because he must feel the need to talk down to other or not use any sense whatsoever. It was unnecessary for him to address any customer like this and probably won't go back here just because of that. I wanted to write this review though because y'all can do better. I have the employees name but won't post it here because Pizza Hut management probably doesn't care.

I usually always order from this Pizza Hut but for some reason tonight's pizza was not good & the resolution of it wasn't even better I ordered a pizza at 840 it saiD I wouldn't be here until 9:21 that was okay with me . But then my pizza didn't arrive until 9:43 & they were cold I called immediately after receiving my pizzas, & they told me well it was the fight tonight and pretty much told me it was nothing they can do about it smh m

Ordered the pizza box today and one of the pizzas arrived with mostly little to no toppings (the (4) corner pieces to be specific). They pretty much were crust only. I called and addressed the issue with an associate named Patrick but he was more defensive and argumentative than helpful. You would think he would want to resolve the problem professionally and courteously but all that was provided tonight was really poor customer service. The associate pretty much insinuated that I was lying and said if I couldn't provide pictures for him to show for training proposes then there was nothing he could do for me. OK Patrick! Good to know! I guess buyers beware, if your order gets screwed up then there's nothing they will do to fix it. Unless, you actually go out your way to take pictures of your messed up food to "teach" the Pizza Hut employees a thing or two of how they should NOT be making their pizzas, only then will they fix their mistake. Unfortunately for me, the pieces were already thrown out. But this is something I will address with corporate so they can maybe teach some good customer service skills in their training sessions as well.

This Pizza Hut has seemed to forget items that I ordered on more than one occasion so I decided to write a review. The thing that bothers me is I live extremely close and pay a 3$ delivery fee because I have small children and it's convenient to have it delivered. This time I called and asked if I could get a couple of ranch sauces for the inconvenience of having to wait longer because they had to go back for an item. The girl says yes no problem but yet no ranch sauce ‍

The people are friendly but when it comes to collecting your food, it is always missing something and have to either wait to have it cooked while rest is getting cold or you have to drive back to the place to have them re cook the items. Sometimes it is sauce that you paid for and they say it's in a box of pizza and it really isn't there. Another thing is when they pack food in the black containers like fries or wings, that container is always crushed and the food spills in the plastic bags they crowd the items in because it seems they are cheap when it comes to plastic bagging your items. Most of the time that this happens on slow days when there aren't any people there. Not sure how it can be so disorganized. So as I said the people are friendly but the service with the food, sad to say... it sucks. And it's really sad because the place is a new Pizza Hut location. Never really experienced this type of service from other Pizza Hut locations. I hope to expect them to get better at the service at this location. Until then two stars and that's being grateful because of how nice most of the people there are to their consumers. I will update my review if they change for the better. By the way, I never wanted to do a yelp review but this Pizza Hut did not have one. So I figured I would do one to let people know what their in for in hopes for Pizza Hut to realize the current quality of that store location and hope they get better.

I have ordered from here several times and they haven't screwed it up yet. It's a dependable Pizza Hut. (I used to have to order from the Pizza Hut on Eastern and I stopped because it was terrible.) I only order the pizza, because I think everything else at Pizza Hut in general is not very good. Would be nice if the chicken and pasta were better. The cheese sticks are not even worth it if you get a free code. However, the Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Lover is probably the best pizza in "fast food." On their other types of crust I usually need to order extra cheese.

Just received GREAT customer service from Rachel at this location. She was very professional and friendly, even though it was my fault my order was incorrect! She made everything right and I appreciate her being so pleasant!

Just received great if not the best customer service from Derian. He had a really bright personality it was almost blinding. Service was also really quick even though they were a little short handed it seemed. Food was delicious and made with happiness. As long as Derian is there I'll be coming for late night pizza every time.
