Horrible experience never will I ever go to this location. My food was cold, wrong and they gave toppings i was allergic to. When I called back they hung up on me and didnt answer when I called back. I asked for a grilled chicken pizza with onions and peppers they put mushrooms on it. I asked for 2 orders of bone in wings they gave me 2 orders of boneless wings. I asked several times was my order ready and kept being told no. Only to 45 minutes later see them grab my pizza from a pile of already made pizzas. I started picking the mushrooms off and ended having to order something else because it was melted in the cheese. Update: Received an email a month later apologizing for my complaint. No compensation for the wasted food. No outreach to discuss the cross contamination violation for someone with food allergies. Thanks I guess!

I ordered a PAN pizza.Did not get that got a regular pizza and it was burnt..... With taxes twenty two dollars never coming back here again even if offered a free pizza.

One of the worst pizza huts ever I don’t remember Pizza Hut being this bad. I had ordered two oven baked Alfredo’s and fries I only received one pasta and my breadsticks didn’t even have seasonings.

The worst pizza hut ever! Gave my pizza to the wrong person. 2nd pizza was lost somehow. 3rd pizza was not what I ordered and it was cold and hard and overcooked by the time I got it. Stay far away from this location. Even when I called to question the orders the girl seemed hostile already.

By far the worst pizza hut experience EVER! I placed my order online at 608p and didnt receive my food until after 730p. I ordered a large chicken pizza with onions and peppers. For some reason they put mushrooms on it which im allergic to. I ordered 2 orders of bone in wings one hot and one sweet chili. The were both boneless wings with a bunch of sauce on the bottom. The store was super packed and they kept messing up all the orders. Carry out and doordash. I waited for over 45 minutes just for my food to cold, wrong and late for work. They were rude and making the same pizzas over and over. They kept saying my order was not done yet. But after 45 minutes they gave me my pizza off the counter and the wrong wings out of the heat rack. NEVER will I come to this location again. I called to let them know they gave me the wrong pizza and wings and they hung up on me without even letting me say anything. When I called back and let it ring no one answered the phone. Managers and staff were rude only one not rude was the lady doing delivery. There was NO organization in this kitchen at all!!!!! They were cursing and standing around discussing the orders instead of calling out the names of orders that were already done.

If you’re a delivery driver, prepare for waiting 20+ minutes for something as simple as an order of cheese sticks. I can’t even begin to imagine what waiting for several items looks like. I get that things are busy but if I’d known it was gonna be this long, I would not have waited. I’m making $3 from this delivery. Massive waste of my time.

I placed an order online I gets to the store and they tell me they didn’t have any pastas ready yet offer me to get something else I declined!!! I wanted a refund they stated they couldn’t do it in the store I would have to go online since I place my order through the app. Spoke with someone online they said they submitted my request to the store I was still charged for food I didn’t receive this is Theft!! Working with my bank to dispute the charges.. I never purchased anything from Pizza Hut again.

They tried. The pizza was dry and didn't have any sauce on it. The cheesy bread came out burnt and it had to remade. Maybe the storing of the pizza while we waited for new cheese sticks dried the pizza out? Hmmm?? Either way, this was a bad time for me. I don't think I'll be returning to this location anytime soon. Oh, wait! The chicken bite things were actually good, just not hot temperature wise.

Ordered a Supreme with hand-tossed crust thru GrubHub $33.00. The topping and amount of sauce was okay. But the crust was nasty: gummy with a strong taste of its own that additional baking here at home couldn't minimize. When I called to advise they didn't seem interested. Never again.

Poorly managed. Ordered online to avoid waiting forever and still waited forever. They have about 60 people working here and still couldn't manage to process orders efficiently. I hope they improve.

Bad service and unprofessional staff .. when you try to order they do not give a damn fk

Horrible service. Unprofessional staff. They got my order wrong. I asked if they would make the entire meal over. Just so one pizza wouldn't be less hot than the other. Plusssss. I already waited over 45 minutes. They said ok. Then gave me the old pizza. I would give a negative star if possible.

I went to this Pizza Hut for lunch right before work. I originally went for a personal pizza in which I was told it would take a hour(1:50pm) Not sure why they're sold out that early.(Cool). I decided for a medium stuffed crust cheese pizza in which I was rudely told stuffed crust only comes in Large, No problem. I'll take a large with a 16 piece boneless wings which btw you now have to pay .81cent for dipping sauce even if you order wings. Paid for my over priced food and the cashier then slammed the window. I waited for 20 mins and finally asked what we are waiting for and in a rude response I got "it takes 15 minutes I told you that it's only been 9"(Never mentioned a time frame)and then was asked rudely "would you like a refund" in which I responded "No, I Would like the food but it's taking a while" 30 seconds later he brings my food out. (thought it took 15mins) Anyway I get the food get to work only to find out the pizza is SUPER dry like NO SAUCE and the hot sauce was just thrown to the bottom of the container for the boneless wings. Needless to say $40 was waisted because the food was horrible , the attitude I was gave was even worst And 30 minutes Of my day was wasted. I would seriously recommend staying away from this Pizza Hut, stick to the one on City Ave.
