This pizza 🍕 hut 🛖 restaurant location always has great customer service every time I pick up delivery orders. Also, they can be short handed sometimes depending on the day and you would have to be patient and wait for the order for quite some time. I never had a bad experience coming to this pizza 🍕 hut 🛖 restaurant at all. Nonetheless, the employees have great customer service, speed of service is usually fantastic and the order is always correct ✅ every time I pick up delivery orders. 😀

First of all when you go in, there’s nowhere even to sit down to wait for the time it takes for them to finish your order. the manager walked around in circles, while my pizza sat in the warmers as she acted like that she was confused as to where my order went. I called the order in at 901. They said it would take 10 minutes I got there at 9:30 and didn’t leave until 10 o’clock. Ridiculous

My food was hard and burnt I passed out amongst my kids and they got in trouble for throwing away food but I clearly seen why and didn’t blame them after seeing this this is ridiculous and the third time pizza hurt keep sending out distasteful food! Do not eat here

I Order 2 of the $7.00 Meals. Chicken Alfredo and Italian Sausage Corner Pizza. I didn't Eat either one. WHY ? The Alfredo Didn't have a lid on Top of my "Food" and They Laid the Plastic Folk on "TOP" Of my Meal....Did a Roach 🪳 Crawl into the Box the Plastic Utensils When they were PKG in Mexico or Texas....The Pizza Was Just Put in the Carton....No Foil or Liner to Protect the integrity of my Food? Where was the Box Made? Stored? Did Spiders,,,,Roaches... Flys...Or any Insect 🐝 Crawl into the Box when it was Produced....6 months ago in Juarez Mexico or in Belize or in El Salvador... Nothing about this Meal and $14.84 I Paid was Worth my Time and $$$....PIZZA HUT CAN AND SHOULD DO BETTER... I WON'T BE BACK.....😖🪳😵‍💫🐝😖🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳

I am an Extremely Dissatisfied angry customer because of the manager here, he’s very disrespectful, lazy and not friendly at all. He’s totally empathetic and insensitive about any of the customers concerns or issues that I walked out and will not return, I’ve continually experienced poor customer every single time I’ve visited from the manager at this location. Everyone is okay especially Eric, if it wasn’t for him I would definitely be leaving an 0. Eric should be the manager because he smiles and shows that he cares about giving great customer service. I’m completely appalled at this particular manager that I will never return to spend my money again as well as I will make sure everyone I know doesn’t patronize this location either because of the horrible experience. Old but memorable experience: We came here after having a bad experience at the newer Pizza Hut closer by Target. Our experience was phenomenal! James, Christina, and Eric were extremely pleasant! They greeted us upon entering and made sure our experience was good after hearing that we left a different Pizza Hut to come to this one. They wore washed their hands, wore gloves, and hair nets! Our food was hot and very tasty! I should’ve recorded the cheese pull!

Ordered a hut box started off with the pizza it was ok when I got to the wings I had a string of hair in my honey barbecue chicken so i couldn’t even finish eating any of it. The brownie was good just disappointed in the hair ruining everything. They must not wear hairnets not sure

Tried to place an order off the app with my debit card, it told me there was an error. I tried with another card and it said error again, so I tried one more and it said error like you’d expect AGAIN. I tried to then place an order through the website with my card and I’m sure you can guess where this is going, it told me that it was INVALID!! Surprised I know I was too because the crazy part is none of the information was invalid. I then chose the option to pay in cash seeing that I’ve got no other choice than to drive up there to pay with my card instead of getting my delivery order as I expect. Once I choose to pay in cash it texts me a link to pay through doordash if I’m unable to pay in cash!!!! WHATTT!! paying through DoorDash automatically tacks on at least 1-3$ on to each food item not even including all tax and delivery fees. No wonder your parking lot was so empty last time I drove up there, because you’re forcing a surge charge upon everyone who wishes to pay with a card

Hello, I went there last night. I ordered food only half of my food had barbecue on it. No one had a proper uniform on, the lady was nice the old man was a little rude he was lazy. And went and sat in his car, overall nothing went right. And I come here a-lot. It is also my younger son's favorite place to eat when we want pizza. I am Just is very surprised.

I haven't had Pizza Hut in over 15 years, so I figured I'd give it another shot for dinner tonight. Big mistake. Whatever happened to the delicious pizza they used to make? This tasted like it came straight out of the freezer and got rushed through an oven--like at Chuck E. Cheese, except Chuck E. Cheese pizza is actually better. The pizza was burnt and somehow still cold. I ordered deep dish, but got something with a crust thinner than a cracker. The only decent thing were the breadsticks, and the online ordering was easy enough. But that's where the compliments end. I won't be coming back.

This Pizza Hut is very slow it's always a 15 minute wait time can't even come here to pick up my door dash orders they don't prioritize door dash orders at all

hopefully this rating goes to the Pizza Hut at 14 and Gratiot. I ordered the dinner box, medium pizza, cinnamon sticks and cheese sticks. I did a delivery on the 23rd. I had to order more to meet their minimum delivery order. all in all with their fees meal was $13.99 apple pie $4.99 rest was tax, fee and tip. it arrived 25 minutes after order, cold, look like it had been cooked yesterday. maybe a order not picked up. we heated it up, still didn't taste good. horrible meal. we spent $27.00 and kids had to make cereal to get full. I will never order From here again. save yourself money.

The pizza was old. There was no cheese. And it wasn't even hot when we got it. Then we asked for fettuccine Alfredo and we got meatball marinara pasta instead. And the bread sticks were super hard.

Amazing!!! This is hands down the best Pizza Hut on the Gratiot strip. Did an online order for pick (so easy!) the food was ready quickly and done when I picked it up. The food was SO fresh and delicious! I got the $20 Box which came with 2 medium pizzas, Tuscani Chicken Alfredo Pasta and Bread Sticks (I upgraded for $1 to get Cheese Bread). I like to change it up so one of my pizzas was a BBQ Chicken Pizza and the other was a pepperoni pizza. I got extra sauce on both as well. All of my items were fresh, tasty and exactly how I ordered it. It was not overly greasy or burnt like some pizza places tend to do with their food items. The photos I attached show just how fantastic the pizzas came out. I will definitely be ordering from this location again. I highly recommend this location

Terrible management. Horrific food. Lost baggage claim has better service. Food was cold, dry and not as I ordered.

Horrible pizza! I ordered a medium Detroit-Style PizzaSpecialty Pizza: Detroit Double PepperoniWhole Ingredients: Premium Tomato Sauce, Pepperoni, Crispy Cupped Pepperoni Seriously, I got maybe 16 pepperonis, it was barely cooked. Definitely, not a Detroit-Style Pizza. The Garlic Parmesan - Breaded Boneless Wings were very good but I only got 14 instead of 16. I don't even want to call and complain because I definitely don't want another pizza.

In the age of online reviews and social media, you would think businesses would do better but not this PH. Staff not acknowledging people, don't have multiple items available arriving for pickup and a staff member not working in the kitchen yelling loudly about her personal business. Let's add my regular degular pepperoni pizza dry as heck and not cut . Do better smh.

How nasty the floors in this place probably haven't been mopped in years. Hope my pizza will be better. They even charge my card twice.

Worst place every I said no olives they gave me extra olives they said 1 hour it's been 2 hours

Ordered two pizzas....one hand tossed and one stuffed crust. The crust on both pizzas were UNDERCOOKED to the point of being raw. You could actually see the ring of raw dough around the cheese on the stuffed crust pizza. The order wasn't ready when I got there, but I would have gladly waited for it to finish cooking. We had to finish cooking it in the oven at home. Very disappointing. Amazingly, there is no phone number, address or store number on the receipt. (I placed my order on line). The food quality of this location has been going down lately. I'm done with this Pizza Hut.

How I walk in and see bugs runnin off the counter top. SMH don't even make sense y'all aren't busy ever but yet no one can come to the front to take orders and no one can clean

Placed an online delivery ordered tonight. It said by order would be ready by 542pm but didn't arrive until 610pm. Not a big deal and we weren't mad, but we wanted to make sure they didn't forget about our order. We called and they verified that it was out for delivery. The pizza and breadsticks were good, not the best pizza in the world but still hot and fresh. Delivery guy was nice, our order was correct.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!!! I ordered 2 orders of breadsticks and it took over an hour to get to my house, completely cold. Also I tried to call 3 times and every time someone new answered the phone an put me on hold for 10 minutes. This place is literal garbage

Not a bad pizzahut, just small and no dinning in sadly. They are pretty fast with getting the pizza out. They need an updated on the inside though. Oh plus they have a drive through pick up. :)

Worst service I have ever experienced. Does not even deserve a star. Dirty, took over a half hour just to get drinks. Waitress had to be told to take our order, never came back after that, and gave our food to the wrong table. Never going back.

Ordered from here twice and they messed up my order twice. I ordered wings with bones but instead I got boneless wings on both occasions

I was in there three days ago and got a pizza and it was not done. I had a throw it out

I went to the Pizza Hut in Roseville Michigan. I ordered a (Deep Dish) BBQ Chicken pizza. I told the man that I didn't want onions. He repeated the order and I said yes but I. had already told him that I didn't want onions so I thought that he understood that I didn't want onions so I didn't think that he was unable to understand that. I. called the store and they told me if I bring the pizza back that he would replace it. He felt that was reasonable but it may have for him? Not me I am the consumer I felt he could have offered a new one at another time or offer to comeback it up? None of that He insisted that I come back in the cold and rain cause of his mistake. He continued to argue with means insisted that was a reasonable offer. I disagree, I had already taken off my clothes (and taken off my prosthetic leg) I definitely didn't want to go out and get a new one for his blunder. Don't know what is going in but I feel that the customer service in the case was pretty bad. I don't think Pizza Hut is in business to lose money but they did in this case. He spent his and the companies time arguing with me and lost a customer. Vance is an idiot
