Pizza Hut

Well what can I say about a Pizza Hut? As they pretty much are all the same, aren't they? I gave the service only two stars because when I called initially they didn't answer my call for about an hour to an hour and a half. And once they finally did answer my call the young lady on the line did not seem as though she wanted to have conversation with me or anyone else for that matter. I went to take advantage of the $2 personal pan pizza deal on Tuesdays. Once I picked up my pizzas, they were much smaller than I expected. Not at all the same size as the personal pan pizzas that I used to buy at Target. But neither here nor there, as a $2 special it was a deal. It tasted good. And the gentleman that handed me my pizzas was very accommodating and offered much better customer service then the young lady did earlier. After considering his contribution to that piece of the experience I went ahead and gave them four stars.

The worst service and pizza. This is my second time ordering from them and my order is wrong!!!! The second time I ordered a medium pizza with chicken, pepperoni and pesto. THE PESTO WAS MISSING & the PIZZA WAS UNDONE! I also ordered BONELESS honey bbq wings and they gave me Hot, bone-in wings & I literally can’t eat spicy food. 😂😂😂😂 I called immediately and no response. NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE! I then spoke to someone online through a chat and they tried to offer me two free pizzas…. GOD NO!!!! I want a refund. None of it was edible! So now I have to wait for a manager to get back to me within 1-3 business days… It’s insane!

Young lady with glasses working up front tonight did an excellent job. She had a lobby full of customers, greeted me and told me she’d be right with me within minutes she emptied out the lobby with a smile and I paid for my order and left. She would let me eave her a tip so I’m writing this review so her manager may see it and recognize her management capabilities.

This was literally the worst Pizza I have had since I was probably 12! I paid $40 for a medium meat lovers Pizza and eight boneless wings. I truly wish I could have found someone on the street that needed $40. I would have given it to them instead of paying for this garbage. The pizza was the same type of pizza that you get at the grocery store that cost $1.50. The kind you got as a kid in the 70's for your school lunch. Actually, if my memory serves me correctly, those pizzas were kind of tasty. This is not. STR8 GARBAGE! I WANT MY DAMN $ BACK!

The food was disgusting. I am very disappointed. I placed an online order today for two medium pizzas and a 8 piece boneless wing. The pizza had no sauce and were undercooked. The wings were gooey and had no buffalo sauce on them. I am very disappointed. My daughter couldn’t even eat it. Had to throw it away.

Worst experience in all time history from ever ordering from a Pizza Hut.02/01/25 place an order for pickup around 11:30pm the guy instantly ask me was I GrubHub I answered no told him my order check out an got home to an old stale recooked pizza and some warm up boneless wings I’ve never been so upset with an order in my life. I called to explain the problem with my order I was transferred to the store where someone answered the phone and hung up. I return to the store to a girl name Alexis who seemed to be frustrated claiming to be the manager. I open the box to explain to her there was no way she could be the manager if she would let an order walk out the door that was trash. Very unacceptable and a waste of time and gas I explained to her gas prices are too expensive to be making double trips because the workers didn’t care to send quality food out. I went on to ask her what could she offer me for the inconvenience she rolled her eyes and carelessly told me nothing I’m processing your refund quickly. What a sad excuse for a manager so unprofessional no experience what so ever in presentation or quality food. No experience in customer service or customer satisfaction. She actually made the situation even worse. I guess they thought I was GrubHub instead of he actual customer so they jus assume it was ok to send anything out the door. But they had the wrong person this week.

Pizza and wings were perfect. This location is always on point since being the only one in the area now. Never an issue. 😋

The supervisor gave me such a hard time when I placed my order for a personal pan using a bookit coupon. He stated the child MUST be present. I rearranged my afternoon to adhere to their policies only to arrive a witness another parent using a bookit coupon without a child being present. I addressed my concerns and it is stated on coupon that child MUST be present. I called branch manager and left a detailed message addressing my concerns to simply be consistent. I never received a call back. Very unprofessional. Today, we utilized another coupon without my daughter coming in.

Yeah listen to everyone else and go to literally anywhere else cause this place can't cook a basic pizza to save its life.... All they do is burn the top and then leave everything under the surface uncooked. A sketchy gas station can cook a better pizza then this place

Just go to Little Ceasars...No seriously here's the address 1000 E 162nd Street South Holland, IL You will get the EXACT same quality for a third of the price. Im so disappointed.

Arguably the look of things much more than the choice pineapple green peppers and pepperoni under extra cheese. The second a thin crust sausage pretty much the best.

This pizza hut is the worst. I have received pizza that tasted like a piece of cardboard with dry cheese. I have got pizza with no sauce and asked for extra sauce. No thanks, I will never go back to this location for anything. This place deserves no stars..

This Pizza Hut is horrible... I got my cold pizza 2hours later and the driver didn't have my soda... I kindly asked could he bring it back which he agreed... I even asked for a courtesy call if he can't... guess what!! No call or soda!! He kept my receipt saying he needed it to remember the address and would ask for a free dessert... I couldn't remember why I didn't eat them no more and now I do!!! THIS PLACE HAS NEEDED NEW MANAGEMENT FOR A LONG TIME!! Yes I tipped him on the website... I want my pop and my tip back!!!

This Pizza Hut is horrible the girl in the front breathe smells really bad she had a attitude and my pizza was cold. I will never visit this Pizza Hut ever again. Stop just hiring anybody this is ridiculous

Come in after 2 years and one of the delivery guys walked in smelling like weed and the need of a shower. I'm sure he wasn't out smoking while on duty (clearing my throat), but damn, have your employees wash their arse and clothing...

Is zero stars an option? Ordered pizza and a two liter at 8:12 pm. My husband called at 9:30 pm to make sure the pizza was still coming today. The guy on the phone said "today is a definite maybe." Delivery guy finally showed up at 9:50 with our pizza and a box of wings. I looked at my husband and told him that we didn't order wings and he didn't give us a two liter. The guy said he had to go back to the store to get a two liter and he took the wings back. I wish we could've just not paid for the two liter, but he said he couldn't do that and that he had to go back to get it. The pizza was barely cooked and the delivery guy still isn't back with our two liter and it's been over a half an hour since he left... hopefully he comes back before midnight because I'd like to go to sleep soon.. Do yourself a favor and don't ever order from here.

Me and my family were hungry. We called and ordered a Big Dinner Box. My brother said he hated the Pizza Hut in South Holland because of bad service and bad food before. I said "Lets five em a chance. They've got a good deal goon on right now." we ordered the food and my brother left after 30minutes. He was gone for a good hour and a half. We watched a whole movie while he was gon. As he arrived back to the house, he informed us that they messed up the order and they said it would be another hour to get it right. He said he wanted a refund. They gave him the refund and the food!!! Even though it was wrong. He came back. Its about a 7 minute drive away. He came back and the food box opened .......it looked like dry leftovers. The taste was super sub par. And........................................there was a hair on the pizza. Like a BIG ONE!!!!!!! My family All votes....WORST PIZZA EVER! south Holland used to have standards but now....there is no pride in the business. They don't care and they make Pizza Hut's brand worse one customer at a time.

placed my order on the phone ahead of time; very poor grammar to begin with plus a bad connection. personal pan with green olives, do you have green olives?? ok thats a ppp with green olives; no i'm asking if you have green olives!?!?! yes we do. ok, and a small order of breadsticks. pick up the order, drive back to work, open it. bread"sticks" are one big blob of bread, not "sticks" and the sauce is ice cold, not to mention the ppp has yucky black olives on it and it looks dried up like my gramma ordered it 10 years ago! brought it back, mr big bad manager says we don't have green olives, the sauce is supposed to be cold (after he stuck his finger in it) and the bread sticks are exactly how they're supposed to be. no apology dude? no offer to make it over dude? nope, he mumbled "i'm just gonna refund you". alrighty then; crossing the hut in south holland off my list!

I'm dogsitting, and never ordered from this location before. It's just under 2 miles away. I'm currently sitting at 45 minutes since I got a message saying my pizza was out for delivery- I've got half a mind to reorder from a different store. We'll have to wait and see how the food is, if I ever get it. I tried to call in and see where my food is - I've been on hold for 10 minutes now.

I can't believe they actually served this hollow, no filling P'zone. Will never eat there again. Best thing about my meal was the Pepsi

This is my third time ordering pizza from here. It was nasty. Didn't taste fresh. Will never go back. No matter how hungry I get. 3 strikes your out!

Horrible service, I waited 2 an half hours for 2 pizzas cause the manager sent delivery man to matteson for sauce. I tried not to allow that one incident affect this review but I just order again around 8:30pm for 1 pizza and wings should have been here at 9:10pm its 9:48pm and still nothing. I called back 3 times to see where is my food and a young unprofessional female left me on hold then hung up for me to call back and speak with Lesile a male manager who told me that my food will be here shortly and that it is extremely busy and that was at 9:15pm I will NOT patronize this Pizza HUT Never again. oh yea he did give me a $3.00 credit whooo hooo! I am NOT tipping the driver! get it together.

It took 3 hours to get my pizza. I called after the first hour for an update and the woman on the phone said it was "walking out the door right now". 2 hours later, my ONE pizza arrived even though it only takes 10 minutes to get to my location. This is the worst establishment I've ever ordered food from and this has happened before (I assumed it was a fluke). Mind you, there was significant snowfall today, but before, it was a warm day with no precipitation. Now, I know that they just have terrible service and don't care.

This is the absolute worse Pizza Hut I have EVER experienced in my life. Customer service is horrible. Quality of food is terrible. I don't understand how they're still in business. Shut this place down!!!

Every time I order from here the food is always "meh" at best. Their pizza is always great, but the wings and pasta always just seem reheated so to speak. Earlier today I ordered online 2 orders of 8 piece wings and one pasta, at 7:40pm and it didn't arrive till 9pm. This is the 3rd or 4th time they are really slow at food preparation and delivery. Another time I went to order and and they said estimated delivery time was 3 hours! I thought it had to be wrong so I called and they said no, that was the real estimate. They said they had only one driver that day. With the newer Papa Johns now in South Holland, I'm finding I call them much more often then this Pizza Hut.

The crust was super thin and it just wasn't very good. I'll go to a different location even though this one is down the street from me. It wasn't worth it.

Took down 30 minutes to deliver after I got the email pizza was cold and the driver wouldn't even get out of his car I had to go outside to get the pizza

I ordered a small personal pizza. It looked like a blind person prepared the pizza then fell down 3 flights of stairs with the pizza then gave it to me. This pizza hut is under bad management and the workers are shit

The most horrible customer service experience ever. They are not polite. They don't know how to take orders. They not familiar with their menu items. When I expressed that the food they gave wasn't what I had ordered and I had missing items. And food was dry and cold. I asked for a refund and they wouldn't give it to me. No satisfaction at all. I spent about $35 I was pissed. I called the police and it was nothing they could do. The manager wasn't on site was the first excuse for not giving me s refund then I was told to come back the next day for a refund. I didn't expect that, so I insisted to contact the manager I was told he doesn't answer calls after leaving work for the day I still insisted, but I was told that I can't make him answer his phone. After speaking to the manger, over the phone, I was told they don't give any refunds period. When I couldn't do anything else, the officer asked then for my money and he tells the police I can come back tomorrow and get it.

Undercooked pizza. I ordered a medium pizza online from here on Saturday evening, it said it would be ready in 10-20 mins. I remember thinking "wow, that's quick". Well, I go to pick up my pizza about 15mins after, and it is ready, I get home and it doesn't taste right, even my 3 year old didn't like it. I take off the topping and there's dough underneath, the crust isn't cooked/baked. I call the store, am put on hold for about 10 mins before the manager comes in. He says " All our pizzas go in the oven for the same amount of time and we haven't had any complaints today" Me:well I'm staring at uncooked dough here. Him: I can't do anything unless you bring the pizza back to the store I take the pizza do the store (with my 3 year old and 2 month old). I show him the dough. Manager: That's how pizza should be. Me: I've had pizza before, and this is not how it should be. Manager: Well, you're not supposed to look under the toppings. Me: your pizza didn't taste right is why I took it off in the first place. Him: Where's your receipt, I can make you another pizza. Me: No, I just want my money back Him: I can't do that. It's company policy, no refunds. I can only make you another pizza. Or I can give you the number for our coperate office. Me: So you'll give me another undercooked pizza, since you say all your pizzas are like this? No thank you. You can toss this if you want. Terrible pizza, awful customer service. (Besides, what on earth?! I think I can eat my pizza anyhow I want to, even if that means separating the crust from the toppings.)

Service severely sucks here...I will never order here again. I waited 3 hours for delivery of cold pizza and cold pasta. If service was a factor to close it down it would be closed for sure!!!!

I ordered my food today at 9pm after a hour I never got it so I called the young man said the food is coming now 10:58pm no food called back and manager had a attitude because I didn't want the food then said we are closed and hung up on me after I waited for two hours and they never showed up they are horrible stay away from them Oh I forgot to mention one time before the guy was late again and when he showed up he gave me somebody else order so I had to wait another hour for my right order they should be closed worse Pizza Hut ever

I would not even give one star. This location is awful. I asked for a side of banana peppers and at first they wouldn't give them to me ... then it took an hour to deliver my pizza which wasn't cooked all the way... I was charged 18 dollars when it was supposed to be 7... calling corporate tommorrow. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Decent pasta but service is horrible. Ordered a pasta at 4:00, told it would be ready at 4:25. Came in slightly before that time. Stood here until 4:50 for. Measly pasta. Never again.

This is always my pizza hut of choice. They're usually fast and the food is better than other pizza huts I've visited, where its usually thrown together.

Everything time I pick up my order the cashier never looks at the order and always forgets my bread sticks or the dipping sauce. The marinera sauce is always cold even though the it's suppose to be hot. The cashier looks like she's out of it and lost. If you ever order make sure to remind them exactly what you ordered so they won't forget anything. This is the last time I come here. I recently placed a delivery order on my Pizza Hut app. I received an email with a confirmation of my order and was able to track it. After waiting for 2 hours I decided to call and check on it. I spoke to an employee and was told my credit card was decline and my order never went through and I knew that was a lie because I have the email that indicates it went through. So I drove to the store and asked for a manager. The manger came out and started giving attitude and couldn't explain why my order wasn't ready. He first started saying your card was declined and went I showed him all the emails he then changed his story to your ordered was cancelled and that was also a lie. So I asked if they call customers when this happens and he gave me a stupid dumb look and said no I don't have time to call everybody so either place the order or have a nice day. I will never ever come back and deal with this young high school kids who have no clue what a manager should do in this situations.

If a fraction of a star were an option, I'd use it. Order placed at 11:21 am today for delivery, employee did not say anything about driver availability. Our workplace, less than a mile away, thought we'd get our 3 pizzas in 45 minutes to an hour. We did not get our order until 1:40 pm. It would have taken less time to walk there and back. Oh, and we were not offered any compensation for the delay either. They acted like a 2 hour timeframe was to be expected.

They told me they could not ring the doorbell on a delivery. How do you deliver pizza if people don't know your there

this is the worst Pizza Hut ive ever been to!! they are very slow. and one time my mom took me out to dinner after a long day of shopping and the place was filthy, we asked why and they said because there was just a big party before we walked in... it was so dirty just to give you a visual about how bad it was there was a tooth brush, chapstick, and deodorant stick on the floor plus tons of pizza crusts on the floor. what kind of party was this, a pretty interesting one. but we waited about an hour for our pizza, and there were tons of workers available to clean up the mess but they just let it sit there, it was still there once we left. the waiter seemed like he tried his best to be uplifting but he couldn't because none of the other workers were trying to help out at all. I mean for how long it took for our pizza to come to our table I guess I expected it to be so much better tasting. my sister and her friends (mind they are young) called Pizza Hut and a male answered the phone and they asked how his day was going and he responded "pretty shitty". usually you call this Pizza Hut and they never answer the phone, but they'll answer that call. if I could give them no stars I would. I will never be going here again!! and ill also make sure my friends and family don't go either.

This pizza hut has definitely improved over the last few months, which is great and has prompted me to give them a review. The customer service is now really good. When calling to order, the people I speak with are always friendly and professional. They give you an estimated wait time for your pizza and when you get there, it's actually ready ( I remember in feb i ordered a pizza there and they told me 20 min. It ended up being about an hr which I actually sat and waited for since i was pregnant and seriously craving pizza hut lol). The new staff they have are great and I've not had any issues with my food being made wrong or tasting bad. If this was 5 months ago they would have gotten a 1 star but with their changes, I have to give them their props
