Pizza Hut

It sucks that I wanted a big dinner box and got a bid disaster box! I don’t want to tear them down bc of this experience I’m just disappointed bc usually Pizza Hut is all good! Nevertheless thankful that the order was made correctly it just wasn’t made good! Looks like someone sampled some things and my box was massaged down on my cheese bread so opening the box just was awful! They’re my local spot so I won’t abandon them completely hoping this was just one bad time.

The afternoon/dinner manager sucks. I order from this location probably once a month and tonight was the worst service and food I have ever had from Pizza Hut. I usually get a Ultimate Bundle because you can choose up to 11 toppings on a pizza. My pizza looked to have had 11 toppings total mostly cheese. When I called to voice my concern the manager told me he made them personally, I told him I always order the same thing and my pizzas have never looked this horrible. He told me that if I received more toppings than he put on there I shouldn't have. I told him I wanted them remade but didn't want him to make them and he refused. I will not be eating here anymore. Thanks alot for ruining my love for Pizza Hut. The experience was horrible.

Greetings, I hadn’t had Pizza Hut in a while and wanted to support again. I paid for extra sauce and extra cheese and while I did get the extra cheese, I didn’t get the extra sauce. However, I did get a blonde streak of hair inside my first slice. :( I am an extremely upset customer

I use to get them a lot... but they have been nasty and horrible. Yesterday I got an almost raw/soggy dough pizza.

So did the pull up for lunch at Pizza hut for their 6.99 personal pan pizza deal. I was actually surprised how good the personal pan pizza was at Pizza Hut. I got pepperoni and sausage, and it was delicious. I also tried the honey BBQ boneless wings, but they were just okay. I probably wouldn't order the wings again, but I would definitely order the personal pan pizza again.

Pizza was delivered hard as a brick, dry, and cold. Everything including the wings were cold as ice. It's hit or miss with this place.

Haven’t had Pizza Hut in 15 years. Neighbor wanted to treat us to pizza. She favors Pizza Hut. Decent food. Quick service. Not my first choice but I definitely ate it. Thanks guys :)

I rarely eat junk food. Especially pizza, but when I do, LC is my go to. However, after ordering for game night, I found a new favorite. First timer of trying pizza hut but it was so tasty I had four squares in one go. 💀

Pizza Hut's are hot commodities to even find. We have a carryout location right here in Southfield. They are located just north of Dunkin' Donuts. As a solo diner, I had my heart set on picking up a Personal Pan pizza especially after eating cookout food for the last few days. I was told that "they are out of their Personal Pan pizzas."I'm not certain what that means. Are they out of the personal pan boxes? Are they out of the personal pan dough? A gentleman came in after me and he was told the same thing. So, I opted for the next best thing - a medium Meat Lovers pizza. It was yummy! Now I will be eating pizza for the next few days. This location is carryout only. It has three chairs for seating while you wait for your order. Some pizza lovers opted to wait in their cars. Tip of the day: If ordering online, upon arrival you must provide the physical credit card you used to place your order AND your ID. The names on both must match. Thank you Andreya for your service.

I wanted a pizza, decided to try something different than the same ole choices. I have my favorites of course but chose Pizza Hut on a last minute driving by decision. I ordered the Big New Yorker with extra pepperonis. What can I say the choice did the job. It satisfied an urge that I had. Ordered online, picked up within 15 mins steaming hot and ready to go. Walked in to pick up pizza only waited about 5 mins. Lobby was clean, everything looked well put together no complaints.

Please sync you app and what food offerings you actually have in your location. Last 2 times we placed an order online got a call that they didn't have the pizza we wanted. ‍ Too many other pizza places in the area that do better. No wonee de r pizza hut is disappearing.

Ordered a Big New Yorker Double Pepperoni tonight. Grub hub was the only delivery option. Once it was dropped off we got it off porch immediately, but still, not piping hot. Foldable...meh. seasoned nicely though. Would I choose this again, never. Best thing I can say was it was sealed and on time.

Ok PizzaHut your pizza game is on point, easy online ordering, fast pick up. Each pizza had the right amount of topping, the crust was perfect. I am so pleased with my order. The only thing that needs improvement would be the taste/quality of cheese. Needless to say I will be back. Alert Update I just got the worst dry cheese-less pizza ever. It was like one of those cheap cardboard freezer pizzas . Get a clue PizzaHut if someone orders a cheese-less pizza it your time to shine. REDEEMED ‍ I don't know what master chef made me cheeseless pizza yesterday but they are a true professional. Thank you for the deliciousness

Though they're always busy, everything always comes out on time and correct; I've been several times. Their wings are the best of all the chain pizza joints, by far, and their crust had that unique buttery Pizza Hut flavor. Fatty goodness.

Pizza Hut use to have a unique taste that set them apart from all other competition. I'm afraid that is now gone.

Worst Pizza Hut location I've been to. I am a huge pizza hut fan. I always order my pizzas online and it is fast and easy. However this location is horrible. My pizza was not fully cooked. The green peppers and mushrooms were still raw. The whole pizza just tasted bad. Dont waste your money.

It's good for a Pizza Hut. I usually call my order in before I leave work on lunch and it's ready when I get there. They've never screwed up an order. Once I got stale bread sticks, so now I just request I get fresh ones. The workers here are very friendly and efficient. It's the only chain restaurant by my work that doesn't blow. It's carry-out and delivery only.

I love this Pizza Hut, but whoever is on staff tonight literally just hung up on me. I'm not too big on judging workers because things happen BUT I was literally still talking and highly doubt whomever this was didn't notice. LET THE CUSTOMER HANG UP FIRST. Foods always good though so I'll give 3 stars.

The Customer Service Representatives are, always, cordial and professionals towards their customers. Also, their delivery service offers the same excellent behaviors!

They do not deliver more than 3 miles radius, which is kinda ridiculous in my opinion. Would get more business if they widened their driving radius at least slightly.

DO NOT order your pizza here! Our pizza order was not completely cooked. Dough was complete raw in parts of crust -- disgusting. Had them substitute spinach for the green pepper on the super supreme due to a food sensitivity issue with pepper. Pizza still had slices of pepper on it in places despite making them aware of this. Also the spinach was most likely contaminated as everyone who ate the super supreme pizza ended up with food poisoning (serious) within 8 hours of eating the pizza. Probably won't ever eat Pizza Hut again and can't recommend that anyone order from this location due to serious concerns about contamination and food safety.

Does not honor their corporate website deals of 50% any online order pizza.

My order was correct except the bread was uncut(just on big chunk). The worst, though, was the spinach. I ordered spinach along with other toppings on a pizza. What I received was a perfectly good pizza with RAW (uncooked) spinaches whole leaves just thrown on top. It was a joke. It was like someone forgot the spinach and put some on after.

Pizza was horrible .looks like the pizza fell . Cheese was on top of the box . It was disgusting . The only reason i didn't call is because it was late but do not buy pizza here..the employees were so rude . It's ridiculous. I would never order from here again .

I have experienced friendly and speedy service from this Pizza Hut. We went as a group and ordered online. Each of our 4 separate orders said 15 minutes to be picked up. We showed up after 10 minutes on the dot and all 4 orders were ready and nice and warm. When I carry out and a restaurant is ready with the food on time/early, that is a win in my book. Will probably try this location again on a later date. This is a carry out and delivery only location. I have only gotten carry-out and while in there saw that they were hiring new delivery drivers so maybe the delivery concern someone else mentioned will be different now.

Slightly below par Pizza Hut location in regards to the service and atmosphere of the place. It has quite the strange location setup inside because once you order, you sit down and wait for your pizza but are staring directly at the lower half of the counter. It makes you feel like your are incredibly short. Then comes the service, which struggles. The pizza takes quite some time to have it prepared, so you need to plan accordingly. I would suggest to call it in so you can arrive and only have to wait a minimal amount of time.

Great service and pizza was great. We ordered the super supreme. Our order came out fast

I was absolutely disgusted at the fact that they automatically put garlic butter on the crust of their hand tossed pizza without asking me. Who decided at Pizza Hut HQ that everyone should be subjected to this without their knowledge or consent? I couldn't be more disappointed in one of my favorite pizza chains for this mistake. At least hungry Howie's asks you up front what flavor crust you'd like. Pizza hut, be more like Hungry Howie's.

Staff was rude. They were "out of stock" of all but one item I tried ordering. Won't bother going there ever again.

As a Pizza Lover and Consumer I'd always recommend Pizza Hut they have the best lower priced Pizza in MI. I have been to multiple locations and ordered a variety of Pizzas on "Pizza Night Fridays". The last Pizza I ordered from this location will be just that MY LAST. The service was TERRIBLE. I ordered my Pizza online which is something I always do, when attempting to use the online promotion it was rejected for this location. I said fine I'll pay regular price no worries, upon arriving there were about 6 other customers waiting (normal Friday night atmosphere), the major negative was the TERRIBLE cashier. I stood in line for about 5 minutes watching and listening to her aggressively and rudely respond to an older patron who had questions regarding their promotions and denial of online offers. When I finally made it to the counter to pick up my order, she rudely snatched my debit card for purchase and threw my order on the counter (Pizza, Pasta & Bread sticks). I gave her a pass considering it was a busy Friday and she clearly lacked the maturity to handle her emotions. I then opened my order to verify (something I often do when experiencing bad service) and the Spinach on my pizza was thrown on clearly last minute and not fully cooked and from her throwing the Pizza the cheese had slid off. I then asked for a new Pizza with cooked spinach and one that wasn't thrown around. She laughed sarcastically and slammed my receipt on the counter and said "if you want a new pizza you'll have to wait an hour cause we ain't taking new orders and that one is fine". I signed the receipt took my order and refuse to go back again. Log story short I finished cooking the Pizza and ate it along with the rest of my order, but I will never go to this location again, it sucks the one on Southfield Rd closed.

This Pizza Hut is garbage they put so much butter and garlic on the crust it's just its all over my pizza and leaking out of box all over my seat

Food was cold by time I received it spoken to Managers Melissa she said give her two hour and she will send one out again smh

Terrible service and can't deliver unless you're next door. I really like Pizza Hut in general but this location is the worst. Soggy limp undercooked food served late with a side of attitude.

I ordered a large pizza and cheese bread on 10/14/15 around 6pm, online for carry out. The pizza tasted OK, but was not sliced, just a big round pizza pie that I had to slice myself. As well, the cheese bread was also unsliced. This has never happened before. I'm perplexed.

Generally one expects a certain level of mediocrity when ordering through a pizza-delivery company, but truly, this is by far the lowest quality of food I have ever received. It may be due to the fact that this specific location splits its operations with Mr. Pita, but none-the-less, there is no excuse for the cardboard they are selling as Italian'esq eats.
