I ordered in person and they told me it would take me twenty minutes and they finished it even quicker! There was a wait-list screen where you can see your place and when your order is ready. The workers here are nice and the pizza was delish with great crust! Only thing is that it's takeout only. They do have benches where you can sit to wait for your order! And while I waited I just went into the Lucky to do some grocery shopping. Not a bad place to wait!

The very overpriced "wings" were very disappointing. There was so little garlic parmesan sauce in that container, that I thought maybe it was intended to be a dry rub. But no, there was just almost no sauce for an order of 16. When I did get a piece with enough sauce to taste it, there was almost no flavor anyway, just an oily effect, which is wild as that sauce should be easy to have strong flavor. The pieces that were naked somehow weren't even crispy despite being breaded. The BBQ order had more sauce, but still not enough to cover even half the pieces, but at least the sauce tasted acceptable. Amazing how lazy they had to be to not toss the wings in sauce, and therefore not notice how incorrectly they were prepared and given to me. I lost count on the amount of pieces, but I wouldn't be surprised if there was less than 32.

This store has started doing that thing a lot of Bay Area pizza stores are doing where they punish you for using a coupon or special by leaving off one of the main ingredients. I ordered one of their specials and got no sauce on my pizza. Not just too little sauce. Literally none.

Hello, it is the worst restaurant I ever seen in my life. There was a one woman in the check and she was really un respectful person and she want me to go out from the restaurant without any reason as they didn’t give my order even though I ordered it actually, I’m really unsatisfied about this restaurant before coming here. Please think many Think many times Servis is really bad to people who work here are really really bad and the restaurant is not the clean

Seems like each time I order there's less and less of an attempt to toss the wings in any sauce.

Order is always on time and correct. Staff are friendly. I've been putting "extra extra sauce if possible" in the special instructions for years and I've never been let down!

Our granddaughter anxiously awaited for this 'delious' pizza. Crispy crust. Absolutely clean crust bottom! Picked it up the Expected Time hot. Orders were stacked 9 high on this pre-July 4th Sunday.

We ordered two meat lovers and one supreme but all three were meat lovers.

Not sure why this place has such a low rating. Honestly, it's not like there are many pizza hut to choose from where I live. Pizza Hut is the pizza stable in Asia, so naturally I order pizza from them whenever I had the craving. I still remember a few years ago I ordered a build your own with marinara sauce, meatball and spinach and it was so divine. I ordered 2 medium pizzas this time, trying different crusts. The tavern one, although much lower in calories, is much thinner and dryer, making me feel like eating cracker. I still prefer the original crust despite that it's 4 times the amount of calories. For many times of order, they are always on time and no fuzz during pick up. I'll continue to come here.

That's it, I'm doing it. I'm giving this fast food chain location five freakin stars! I've ordered from them twice for carryout and both times it was absolutely fantastic. One time was a pan pizza with a couple toppings and the other time was a mini combo deal with a personal pan cheese pizza and fries. As far as I know, fries at Pizza Hut is a new thing, and the fries here were simply spectacular: the beer battered ones you may have had in the Midwest or elsewhere. Anyway, I didn't pay for extra cheese on either occasion, but they filled up the pan pizza with cheese right to the edge as you might hope for. Each time, It was piping hot and fresh when I picked it up and it was ready on time. On both occasions, the staff were super friendly when I came in to pick up my order. I have no idea why everyone else thinks this place is such a dud... Maybe there are problems with delivery or something. When I did my orders, I did them both online through the Pizza Hut website and picked out items based on available coupons. Give them a try - I love it that we have the hut in Sunnyvale.

im forsure biased because i grew up eating pizza hut. BUT I THINK THE QUALITY IS STILL SO YUMMY. The breading for the original is thick and the sauce still gets through. The cheese and the ingredients do not taste like other places and the deals you get are pretty good. I enjoy the breadsticks with marinara sauce and the breadsticks have a meat option to it, It is so tasty. The boneless buffalo wings are kind if whack but i remembered really liking the pasta growing up. This place is still solid and is my choice for fast food pizza

I pre-ordered pizza for an event for today and I paid for it a week in advance. I was going to be late since some things got pushed back so I called them to tell them that I'm going to push it back to 8:30pm but I ended up coming around 10pm. Why the fuck did they tell me I never paid for it and was going to charge me AGAIN? I showed my credit card charge of the exact amount and my past orders and they said they can't give me a free pizza. FREE?? I paid in advance and have the credit charge receipt for it. To add, the person that was helping said that what he can do is just refund me and I'll see the charge back in 24 hours. Read that again but slowly. How the fuck are you doing to refund me if I supposedly never paid. I left without my pizza that I preordered (:

Saw an add for Pizza Hut on TikTok. My mouth started watering. Pizza Hut is a well known name. Called the one in Sunnyvale on N. Mathilda Ave. ordered a Veggie Pizza with added chicken and creamy garlic sauce. I am so happy I did. Haven't had a pizza this good in a long time. Highly recommend.

You know what you're getting with Pizza Hut and this Sunnyvale location consistently serves good, hot pizza. Carryout only, no dining area. The employees here are friendly. Whenever I'm craving Pizza Hut, this is the location I order from. I'll continue to order from this Pizza Hut

I was charged $47 and didn't receive anything. Talked to Jessica and " no order was made there." Customer service is a joke. Suppose to get back to me, never did and they processed the charge.

03/15 Friday night, I ordered pizza from here after a while ,, $85 a bit expensive but I get it things are expensive everywhere so no complaints, the pizza was mediocre wasn't hot, I got there on time and the guy at the place giving out the pizzas ignored me for a long time after I told I was picking up a pizza I gave him the name then after a while I checked again and he as like I thought you were a DoorDash pick up,, then I asked him for plates or napkins then he was mad I asked, it was a bad choice,, there are other pizzas places with better service, can't believe they don't mind losing the business because of their attitude.

In short, the only nice thing about the pizza was that you could taste the tangy tomato sauce... I was so looking forward to trying a more reasonably priced Detroit Pizza. Unfortunately, it looks like we paid too much for this one based on the texture, flavors, amount of toppings, lack of a frico, you name it. Someone previously described it correctly by saying it was a rectangular shaped pan pizza. Slice of Homage in SJ, you have nothing to worry about!

As I said before, pizza hut always holds me down. Never a problem with the food and it's always made in like 15 minutes. This is my go to location and it's always delicious. Came to try the new Melts seasonal item and it was decent, nothing amazing but the wings are always fire. Staff is always super friendly so that's a plus. I'll be pulling up again whenever I need to get my fix.

Wanted to take a break from cooking my family decided on pizza they all eat different things so I always have to get at least 2-3 pizzas. I went to app to order so my son can pickup and there were deals for two Large pizzas but once I tried to checkout it was showing up as Medium? I called to order and I was told I could not get points for ordering over the phone, also a Medium pizza and Large pizza are both 8 slices yet the Large cost more money $ ? Once again disappointed in service ripping off people who are trying to feed their children. Pizza taste fine but this makes me not want spend my money with Pizza Hut again - I only like them and Strawberry Hut

Tonight on random, I was craving that 90s crust and ordered a large pepperoni lovers plus extra pepperoni. I had the best service. The cashier was sweet and the manager was super attentive. I was super annoying in a polite way where I wanted a specific amount of pep for extra charge and extra garlic topping on the bread sticks and the manager always so attentive and so kind and so helpful. Great service! Not sure why so many bad reviews I feel like if you took the time to ask them about what is troubling you about your pizza the manager would fix it immediately. Manager was so nice even though they were super busy.

Ordered online. 10-20 min pickup. NP First I couldn't find the curbside signs bc they were on red traffic cones about waist high. All 2 of them were hidden behind the two cars waiting for curbside. After my twenty mins had expired an opening appeared at the curbside position. Waiting yielded nothing. Upon going in I noticed my name on the board indicating ready. After asking about the curbside delivery as paid for and expected, I was told they got busy. No text. No call. No nothing. Just got busy. So my cold thin crust pizza with mushrooms, olives and jalapeños was equal to the service provided. I guess I forgot to select cheese. And forgive me for not selecting sauce as I got neither to speak of on my pizza. Poor service, unfulfilled promises and worst yet, a badly prepared product. Steer clear if you want good pizza!

Pizza was ready for pick up! Two large stuffed crust pizzas with a variety of toppings popping hot with no issues. Toppings were evenly distributed over the pizza and no complaints from the SO. Ordering online was easy enough and I will order from here again.

Hadn't had Pizza Hut in a very long time. I ordered take out on a specialty pizza. Pie was about 27 bucks. 1. Pizza was room temperature upon pickup. I arrived 18 minutes from placing the order. 2. Taste - like slightly above cafeteria pizza quality. 3. Additional fees- I don't recall ever being charged for Parmesan and Pepper. Staff stated I needed to pay an extra $1.30. I don't see the point of a $27 pie that's equal to or less that a budget pizza place like little Cesars. I will not be back.

Do not order pizza from this location. Trust me! Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

I really got bad service, I made a call to place my order and when I got to the store I was waiting for more than 15 minutes for them to give me the food when they already had it ready and the worker there was just ignoring me using the phone in work areas. which is very dirty and hygienic because they are touching food and using the phone at the same time

Not sure why the rating is so low for Pizza Hut. We ordered a medium cheese pizza a few weeks ago and it was hot, cheesy and delicious. Tasted almost as good as it did back in the day when you could find Pizza Hut and KFC together! Would definitely come back to this location again. Especially because the employees were friendly too.

10/23/2020 contactless ordering was great. I ordered and paid online. I parked in front of the shop and they deliver the pizza to my vehicle. Pizza is standard Pizza Hut pizza. I personally enjoy the Meat Lover's Pan Pizza. I added mushrooms and olives. My dining companion enjoyed the Meat Lover's Pan Pizza but with creamy garlic sauce. The price is reasonable for what you get.

A very sad vibe Pizza Hut, especially the senior citizen in the Saturn living in her car. Makes me think about the economic destruction caused by "the party, overlords"; policies - laws - regulation etc First time I've pulled into a pizza place and seen some printed menus with no prices. Very sketchy and not open with their menu or pricing. Called into order and got someone I assume from another country due to their accent, sounded like a tropical island in the south pacific. * Pizza Hut hotline. It was awkward trying to order and having to ask them to repeat themselves as well as repeating myself multiple times just to order a simple pizza. If you can ignore the depressing vibes, the sketch no price listed menus, and the pick up only design of their store get a pizza YMMV for everything else your experience will not leave a good impression and feeling. Pricing is 3-500% higher than their competition bracket of fast pizza. So keep that in mind. For the same cost you could go to an actual Pizzeria. Post-Pizza taste test. The pizza. Let's just say I'd rather buy a pizza at Chuckie cheese or 7/11. That was as cardboard, factory churned meh as I've had in a while. It looked okay good enough for instagram :/, but it's quality was terrible. One of those chew and regret gambling on the fallen pizza hut. Over the years they've sacrificed quality in pursuit of what? Marketing and advertising? I'm now ranking them below Dominos. If your going to spend this much money on pizza hut change your mind and go support a actual Pizzeria with non cardboard pizza. I regretted the last time 2020 when I gave this chain a try, trying to remember when pizza hut wasn't this bad. And 2021 will be my last regret. We ain't giving anymore chances.

If I could give zero star I would. My family went to this establishment to get pizza. I was working and hadn't eaten since 2 pm. It's 10:50 pm when I finally get it. I'm already starving and so excited for Pizza Hut. Only for them to put pineapple on it. My sibling asked for it to be bbq sauce with chicken. They gave bbq with sausage and onions. And pineapple. When I bit into it, so excited, all I tasted was onion. I hate onion. They said they asked for it to be changed twice because the people messed it up. And still both of our pizzas are messed up. Don't go here for pizza, they don't even try.

Do not order by phone. I called this pizza hut location and ordered a NY Stuff Crust pizza from this one lady and she said, "we do not offer stuff crust pizza although it says in the ad and in the commercial. This lady has poor customer service and should be written up.

I've been eating Pizza Hut since they had The Bigfoot. Like prior reviews, this place does not deserve such a low rating. I literally just ordered the Detroit Style and it was on point. The pizza man was courteous and it came when they said it would. So yes I'm all about service, so 4 stars for me. If you want gourmet pizza or. $50 one from Pizza My Heart, go ahead. I'm fine with The Hut

It's been years since I purchased Pizza Hut. I ordered from here because of their new Detroit style. There was zero cheese perimeter that would have made it characteristic of Detroit. It had no resemblance to photos from other people online. It was basically a square pan pizza...we also ordered one and they were both very similar. Regardless, I still enjoyed both pies. The Detroit had a more intense tomato sauce on top which I liked.

Place is good. Small and Sufficient. Didn't look at other reviews because I have very limited choice of items and preferences. As long as that is good, I am ok. What I look for Pizza is Crust - should be well done, less Oil, perfectly blended with cheese. Toppings- generously and evenly topped. I got both. Perfectly Made. If I am in that area again and need Pizza quickly and well made, I will go to this place.

We are amazed on how terrible/dry/small the pizza is. chicken wings were decent. Pizza was thin but very bland, dry, plastic like toughness to it. Not enough sauce. At one point we said, wow this is really sad that it is this bad. Needs a ALOT more moisture to it in general. Little Caesars recently must better. Anyways we only ordered from Pizza Hut this time because we had that 25%-off coupon expiring 9/30/20. "Large" size pizza is what other restaurants would call a Medium. Food quality was great and usually always great. To get the good deals you do have to order online which I don't like because I'm a phone kinda guy but that's okay. I can learn new tricks I ordered ahead of time and sat down because I didn't want to be a nuisance. I waited for 15 mins and was never greeted. One Hispanic lady went in front of me and placed her order...... The lady at the front continues do the pizza online system in the front counter I presume???? It was not until the delivery driver came back who took care of me till I got my pizza.... wow.... that is pretty awful but I appreciated him helping me out which my pizzas were sitting in a box waiting all this time..... The quality of the food is amazing. The quality of the service I'm not too sure... their food isn't too cheap either.....maybe I should go on a diet after this... a Devine sign???? The delivery guy gave me such good service he went the extra mile....

I agree pretty awful pizza ordering experience. No small pizza and 22$ for my medium pie. The kicker was when I was told there was a service fee! I ask what that was for. He shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't know. I walked in to a order take out establishment and I am charged a service fee??? The place is clean :-). The pizza was great. Pie was ready quick

Clocked outta work hungry called to place a order. A female associate answered and asked if i could be placed on hold i said sure. Was on hold long enough to drive here and see this Pizza Hut empty with two other associates standing around, so i observed and seen everyone walking around BS-ing. this whole time i drove 2 miles to pizza hut from work and 18 min later they hung up. F this Pizza Hut you just lost a customer. Thank you for the quality service...... Went across the street to Wendy's instead... "Thanx Dave".....

I've been an almost weekly takeout customer at this Pizza Hut for years. The 'Hut gets a lot of disrespect for being a big chain, but the thing is their pizza is GOOD when it's hot and fresh and well-made. And that's why I like this shop-- the pizza's always hot and fresh and well-made here. Plus, they're FAST. My order's usually ready 10 minutes after clicking "submit".

We ordered at store and the hand tossed half pep half cheese was done quickly and was decent for chain pizza. Is this pizza comparable to any of my favorite pies no but for me it's way better than most large chains. I have not been to a hut in over a decade so glad it was decent and my little one was happy to have pizza! I wouldn't review normally except the staff was really friendly and though they had a lot of business it was smooth ordering and made quickly!

As far as I can tell its the ingredients. The cheese in the stuffed crust tastes like it was mozzarella cut with water. The toppings tasted bland. The large cookie was good though .

I placed an order on-line. The confirmation told me it would be ready in about 15 minutes. Showed up at the time it said my order would be ready. Pizza's were ready and hot. Order was correct, no mistakes. Cost exactly what the web-site said it would. Fantastic!!!

I remember eating their mini pizzas on campus where i went to school. I dont remember ever had PH since. I used to work at a company where the CFO called it Pizza Slut or just the Slut for another locale. Cut to present day and im helping a relative with some computer problems. Next thing i know it's nearing 11pm. Shit everything is closing. Online order to save the day. Stuffed crust pepperoni will have to do. Actually it seems this style is way less greasy and filling than the pan pizza style i remember as a youth. It was pretty decent! Not sure if it was cause we were crazy hungry but utility foods sometimes have their place

This pizza joint when way beyond the call of duty. My friends b day is today and it wasn't the best day for her . All she wanted was pizza and couldn't get anyone to pick it up. I did but it was 30 min after it was ready and it was cold. The manager guy offered to re make it for me. God bless him we need more people on this earth like him. Compassion and great customer service. Kudos to u pizza hut give that guy a raise!!! Lisa Reed

The guy Chris was very friendly and very helpful. Place is clean & the pizza came out pretty quick. Staff was very patient with all the kids we had brought over. Thanks to Chris who helped us out with everything. And a huge thank you for helping us with the big dinner box.

Stuffed crust!!! This Pizza Hut is pretty good in my book. I did an online order and when I got there, the pizza was ready. Everything was correct with my order, the pizza tasted like Pizza Hut pizzas should and had stuffed crust. Nomz. The store itself could definitely use a remodel - it has a pretty ugly interior and the register area/space to talk to people is a bit unclear especially when the space is crowded. You may have to speak up to get their attention, but as soon as I got someone's attention, I was in and out fairly quickly.

Pizza Hut makes OK pizza. The ease of ordering online versus over the phone is fantastic. This location has not messed up an order is a years. Pizza deliveries have their own hiccups so nothing is every perfect with any delivered pizza. I personally like the anchovy topping option at Pizza Hut. Most pizza chains do not have anchovies on the menu but Pizza Hut does. On piece of advice: ALWAYS CHECK ONLINE for coupons and deals. Coupons are always updated so check it out before you order, in person, over the phone or online.

Came here for a lunch today and I can say that they fully deserve the 2 stars they have. They have 2 stars interior, two stars pizza , two stars prices, two stars stuff and one star waiting time. Unfortunately I can't give to this place more then two stars. Sorry that it's not Michelin stars.

21 bucks for a medium pizza with 3 topping. Online coupons don't apply when calling in. Most coupons don't work at this location. I won't be ordering here again.

I did a walk in for take out, no one else in the place and I was ignored for five minutes before he would even acknowledge me. When I ordered I was told there was a $5 "service fee". When I asked what that was he straight out lied and said it was a new law in California. Needles to say I walked out.

I hadn't have Pizza Hut pizza in a long time. They had plenty of deals, which made it much more appealing than other pizza companies who wanted $30 for a large specialty pizza. I got two 2-topping pizzas, bread sticks, and the cookie dessert. It was all so tasty.

Incredibly poorly run Pizza Hut. Scheduled my pick-up at 6. Arrived promptly at 6 and the lady behind the counter looked at my phone to confirm the online order and said it wasn't ready yet. Waited 15 min in the lobby and she brought my pizza out and I was for someone else. Then the gentleman behind the counter told me that they were out of the Detroit pizza, which was confirmed online. He said he tried to call me, but he didn't as I confirmed my phone number in the online order. Was starving by then ordered another 15 minutes. Nobody cared!

So i was very disappointed with pizza hut, so i bought a regular pizza at regular prize and i dont get hot pepper or cheese with my pizza because i have to pay extra! With all this pizza competitors pizza hut will no longer be my choice.

I ordered pizza and other sides for our dinner tonight. I placed the order online and used my debit card. Received a receipt on my email. Then the delivery guy showed up and was asking for cash. I said the order was paid in debit card and the delivery guy tells me "you have no money in your bank". 1. He belittled me. 2. They didn't process my card properly. 3. These guys want to give us salmonella with delivering not fully cooked wings. I gave the driver my card and processed it and it went through.

Worst pizza I ever had. One piece of pepperoni on each slice. Sauce was terrible. It was so dry the box it came in would have had more flavor. You obviously don't get the same quality pizza in every franchise.

This outlet has been the most difficult one to deal with. Super shitty customer experience and the staff is super arrogant. At times they just hang up on you. I would not recommend this outlet at all.

We ordered veggie pizza and the veggies were not fresh. The onion , capsicum , tomatoes were definitely not fresh at all !
