Pizza Hut

It’s 7:39 right now, we still don’t have food we ordered to be delivered at 7:13. When I called, I was dismissed entirely. I was told they “got busy” and “only have one driver.” I understand the constraints and that people are doing their best… maybe we can improve the system to have accurate delivery times or pay delivery drivers more so they aren’t understaffed. Regardless, not a great customer experience and likely won’t be returning.

Turned away for all you can eat Monday night at 7pm; despite the opening hours being from 11am - 10pm. It must be a slow night, despite two customers being ahead of us - we normally receive outstanding service here - but there was different staff on to other times.

Have ordered from this location before and it was quite good. Tonight it was AWFUL! What a waste of money. Had the ultimate meal deal paid extra for large pan and it was almost the worst pizza I've ever had from pizza hut if not the worst pizza ever! Can't see how pizza hut survives in such a competitive market. Shame on you.

I'm so done with Pizza Hut. I hadn't ordered from them in awhile so decided to give them another chance cause I really wanted a melt. NEVER AGAIN!! The crust was rock hard, a sprinkle of Parmesan , and let's not start with the toppings...where are they?? I basically paid for a big cracker (bread). Tried calling the store...no answer... I ended up throwing it away, what a waste of money and time.

I placed my order at 6:00pm, and it is now 8:10pm, yet it remains unprepared. Additionally, I received a message indicating that the order was ready at 6:21pm. Girl, that answer the phone call is very unprofessional. She hanged up on me 3 times

I ordered delivery. The food i received was hot and fresh. Great job! This will definitely keep me coming back.

Ordered delivery on Wednesday night for some family size cheese sticks at the Lewis location and my delivery driver was amazing but my cheese sticks were just burnt pieces of bread. There wasn’t anything cheesy about my cheese sticks whatsoever. My cheese was black and some of the pieces were hard. I will never again order. They sprinkled cheese over it to make it seem like it’s fresh and baked well but it wasn’t.

Placed an online order over an hour ago and show up at the pick up time to be told it’s not done and they don’t know when it will be. They stated they had 30 orders to work on. Wasted the whole hour waiting for our dinner. Update: was able to get our food but the person working the front was very rude and insisted my order did not exist and someone from the kitchen had to come up and show her it did.

Seriously, One of the worst pizzas ever and the response from the owner and pizza hut when I complained was a joke. Pizza lovers beware this location couldn't give a crap if you had good pizza or not. My 2 large pan pizzas were comparable to Tony's frozen. Sorry to insult Tony's.

One the worst pizzas I have ever had i live 20 minutes away and I want them to refund my money or remake on a different day they refused they put way to much sauce on my pizzas kids wouldn't even eat it like I said I'm 20 minutes away so I didn't want to drive all the way there been working all day tired trying to rest and refuse to make a different day or refund my money this the worst I have had to deal with and paid $36 for something we threw away will never get our money again the pizza hut needs new manager that will work with a loyal customer but not any more have a blessed day but won't ever see my money again wouldn't gave a star at all but made me

Tagged as delivered 15 before delivery time. When they pick-up the phone they just set it down. Don't say anything 70 min after ordered they answer and apologise, terrible service. Other better options!! Don't waste your time!

SOMEONE NEEDS TO AUDIT THIS PLACE ! I walk in waiting for my food and I'm watching them prepare the pizza guy is grabbing all the meats and veggies with NO GLOVES !! so disgusting. Can't believe they have cameras up in that place and can't see their employees beingso unsanitary

Placed an order at 7:30 , it's 9:54 and I have yet to receive my pizzas. Once I said my order name they put me on home for over 15 minutes and eventually hung up. I called repeatedly and even the manager didn't care enough to let me know what was going on with my order. 0/10 I do not recommend!!!
