Pizza Hut

Place an order for a take out and my have gotten the wrong order. I ordered the my hot box with peperoni and Italian sausage with Buffalo wings. What I got instead was Italian sausage pizza no peperoni and chicken bits with heavy Buffalo sauce sadly I had no choice to eat it because my lunch is only 30min.

I ordered 6 pizzas on app 9/30/2024. Was supposed to reach me in 30 mins. I called to update because my app wasn't updating me even when I asked for updates. 35 mins went by, I called PH, & they couldn't confirm my order and wanted to input my order again. I was so upset, I didn't want to order again. So I canceled order to order with another pizza company. Pizza Hut called me an hour layer telling me they had my order and will deliver to me.. I told them don't come to my house. The order wasn't confirmed!! Super irritating!! If PH would've told me they were running behind to deliver, I would've been okay with that.. but they told me didn't have my order.. DON'T CALL ME TO TELL ME ORDER IS COMING HELL NO!!!

How do you burn pizza in a automated oven and then not open the box to show you when you pick it up. Which is my fault for trusting what you will get with out opening box my self when I picked the pizza up.

I enjoy Pizza Hut from time to time. I've been ordering through the app for carry out deals. The last couple of times I picked up my order, there was hardly any cheese or tomato sauce on top. For the most part, they're a good location, and I do hope they stay open.

Online ordering is always a breeze. I was able to order and get an estimated time of delivery. We ordered Pizza for Pi Day 😂 It was nice to receive a call from our driver (Mona?) when she was leaving the store. It was rainy so it was nice to know when she would be arriving. The pizza we ordered was delicious and we throughly enjoyed our order! Mahalo!

Love the user friendly app to order.... love the display of minutes before order is ready.... love the curbside pickup. Pizza girl (unfortunately I did not get her name) came out to verify who we were and advised me that 3 minutes remained... with a smile and friendliness.. Exact time, she was out with our pizzas and drinks.

I usually love pizza hut, which is why I have the app on my phone but my last order was horrible! I ordered the big dinner box, some boneless wings, and a few 2liters. Spent almost $100. On the whole order, I'm on crutches unable to walk so I sent my friend to pick it up for me from Eha st. (The Wailuku pizza hut). My big box had 3 pizzas, the cheese pizza was supposed to be 1/2 cheese 1/2 jalapeño, the supper supreme was not only doughy & way under cooked but was also missing the extra jalapeños that I was definitely charged for! Not sure what the Buffalo pizza was like, they didn't put one on my plate & I couldn't walk. The chicken was like meatless fried chicken skin. I was so disappointed in my order & the app has nowhere to make a complaint or no way of speaking to someone about your order. On top of all that, I called & called, no one would even pick up the phone at the Wailuku location.

Kids go to dinner , they love the chicken Alfredo pasta, and I'm so glad they have the 2 for $20 deal, and sometimes when we want a treat we get the pizza too, they have a lot of good deals Service here is a miss or a hit , but the past few orders had been great. The place is pretty small so you can't dine in, it's either a carry out or delivery, if you do live closer pick it up fees are expensive and of course you have to tip the drivers too.

We usually get Domino's. I did have Pizza Hut from this location and it was good. I wouldn't shy away from it. I do prefer Domino's there aren't a lot of good pizza places in Wailuku where I live. I'm not too far from the store but if you like Pizza Hut Pizza it's fine. I wish that location has more room inside for dining and maybe a buffet

Today I called Pizza Hut at their 643-1111 number. We were going to another one but was told that they don't open until 4:00pm, wait it's like 1pm no way. Okay, so where can I go on Maui to a pizza Hut. And I was told that this one was the nearest one. We were in Kahului and noticed that the one in Kahului is closed so the nearest one is about 10-15 min away in Wailuku. So yes let's go there. This location is by the old sack and save. Ordered 2 personal pan pizzas! Which is perfect for us. When I got there I told then my name and was told it workday be just a few minutes. No problem, I knew I was a little early. The service was fine the lady that helped me was very kind and friendly! So happy I had their pizza it was delicious. Ooo how I miss pizza hut. The pizza was cooked to my perfection!

How do you get made-to-order pizza look and taste like leftovers? I don't know how, but they accomplished it here. It did not seem fresh and was inedibly gross. It wasn't even cut well so I guess they need to sharpen their pizza slicers. The two-liter of Pepsi was flat. How do you even mess up a two-liter? Only this Pizza Hut knows the secret. Pizza Hut can be good in some places, but this is bad Pizza Hut.

Got my oder delivered my cheese sticks were way over cooked and the pizza was cold tasted stale . Once again pizza hut dissapointed customer. There is no customer service even if you do make a complaint.

REALLY GREAT PIZZA! I am so happy to have gotten pizza from Pizza Hut last night as they definitely hit the spot with a classic taste that hasn't changed for years! Takes me back when I was a kid. The pizzas were made fast! I love the contactless pickup options as well!

My wife and I ordered through the app @ 630pm. Great order is in and of course the app informed us that it will be delivered between 707pm - 717pm. I called at 736 pm in regards of our order as it was late. Come to find out it was made and that they have only 1 driver. Timing and customer service was not there at all. Why have a app that informs time of delivery if it will not be followed. This location didn't even start make the pizza at all and the rep was telling me that it will take an additional 30 to 45 min to have it delivered. POOR customer service

I usually don't patronize this location as it's out of the way for me, but there's always a first time! ATMOSPHERE: Located in the decrepit Wailuku Towne Center, they're strictly takeout only with zero seats in or out. Parking is plentiful and very close to the store. FOOD: Pan Pizza The Original Pan Crust is my favorite and costs an additional $1 over the other types of crusts. I got my usual suspect-toppings of mushrooms, olives and pepperoni. No complaints as it was cooked and tasted the same to my favorite location in Maui Mall. SERVICE: I honestly thought I stepped foot into a nice restaurant by how I was greeted, interacted with and thanked. I didn't get her name but she rocked! OVERALL: I miss the days of dine-in Pizza Huts with their salad bars, the smell of hot pies coming off the line and the red drink cups.

Paid extra for cheese sticks, looks like cheese powder was just thrown on top... disappointing

Worst operation set up there is! And the automated phone operator is the biggest joke in food industry. You This PizzaHut has forgotten items in my order and left my order on my neighbors door step several times and I never really had a chance to report this behavior because it wasn't a big deal at the time but this is the last straw for me. There was an item missing from our order (not the first time) and when I tried to call the 643-1111 number I was on hold for almost half an hour trying to get ahold of the store and when I finally got an operator on the line, they hung up on me. Then I tried to call a second time they put me on hold again! There was no way to call the store directly because they don't have any direct numbers posted online. Ridiculous!!! This is the last time I'm ordering from Pizza Hut. I'm telling everyone to go to Dominos because at-least they value their customers!

Happened to be one of those days that I was in no mood to bust out dishes and clean up and Pizza Hut was right there. I immediately noticed their Big New Yorker deal one topping pizza for $9.99. I've been around three times now (plain cheese, pepperoni, spinach) and each pizza I've had from here is great. Their slices are large and that's my preference. I think if you ask for smaller slices it could be possible. No issues whatsoever on my end as a customer. Service was fast. Takes around 15 minutes to have your pizza made. I usually just walk around and you can always phone order too if you're in a rush. Tip to remember is that they do not provide plates at this location. This is a pick up and carry out spot. No tables for eating and dining in. If you're looking for that experience head towards Maui Mall in Kahului for the Pizza Hut there.

My coworkers and I wanted pizza for lunch yesterday and we decided to try the Pizza Hut by Sack N Save. We ordered carry out because I had to do some business on my lunch break in that area anyway. We ordered their 2 topping carry out special for $9.99 with half chicken & mushroom and half chicken & spinach on their white sauce which is creamy garlic parmesan sauce. Our pizza was hot and delicious. Ordering online was easy and painless. Customer service was great. I didn't catch the cashier's name but she was really nice.

Placed order online, pizzas to be ready in 15 min. Drove to store and there was a customer in front of me just ordering his pizza and he was told would take 10 min. When I got to the counter and told the cashier I was there to pick up my order, she asked me if I wanted to cancel my order because they were busy and that it would take 30 min. to make my pizzas. ??? Why would it take 10 min. for the guy who just ordered and take another 30 min. when I placed my order 20 min. prior? I'm wondering if they gave my order to someone else. So I drove down there just to cancel my order, nice!

I rarely leave a review (this is my 2nd) but this is NEEDED. I don't know what is going on with their management but the only word I have for this place is HORRIBLE, absolute worst experience I've ever had. 2hrs waiting and you guys tried to send me a delivery that's been sitting for OVER AN HOUR!! What in any businesses right mind would send out such a crap product! Have pride in what you do and serve if not don't do it at all, especially when messing with food that is being fed to others let alone children.

I ordered EXTRA CHEESE, paid for it, and when I got home and opened the box... Regular Cheese! Pizza was also undercooked. Next time, going to dominoes.

The screen said that my order was ready. But I didn't get it for another 20 minutes. Paid for extra sauce then the drawer was short so cashier took a while to figure out how to undo his mistake & get me my change. Finally got my order & it was wrong. Cashier was apologetic but seriously, training opportunities galore.

I ordered take out today at 12:14pm and was told the specials over the phone and the woman told me that i could purchase a large two topping pizza for $12.99. I automatically said okay and was asked what toppings so I said chicken and Alfredo sauce on a hand tossed crust. I was informed that it would cost a $1 more for the hand tossed crust and told her that was fine. I also ordered 2 individual Tuscan marinara pasta bowls that came out to $12.98 for the two and I was charged $22.00 for the large pizza instead of the $12.99 + $1.00 that I was told. My bill was basically almost $40.00!

This place is a joke! I used to get New Yorker pizzas all the time that filled up the large box, weighed what they should and actually measured 16". Not anymore! Look pizza hut, if you advertise your pizza is 16" for a large NY, you can't get away with making them 14". That's false advertising. So very thin with hardly any cheese too. You now have to order extra cheese just to get an average amount of cheese on one of their pizzas. The NY pizza I got the other night was so small that I measured it and it was only 14" so I called back and complained and they sent me another one that was the exact same size. Needless to say I insisted the driver paid me back my money and I gave him back his two worthless untouched pizzas. My kid never got to eat before my wife picked him up. Needless to say, she was rather mad that I never fed our son. I got corporate on the phone to complain and they told me that they shrink when they are cooked. Total lie, I have been ordering these for years and they were never this tiny or light. It's like selling a foot long sandwich that's only 9 inches long. Then they asked me if I want to sign up so I can get special offers. Give me a break. All I got was an attitude from them as they insisted that the pizza was fine. I emailed them the pictures and a note asking if that small pizza was how it was supposed to look and they never replied. I highly recommend not ordering g the NY pizza you won't get what you pay for. Now I take my business elsewhere on maui for pizza.

WORST DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Ordered online and eta was 25-35 min. Also left directions for them to call while the order was on its way. After about 40 min the delivery tracker said it was out for delivery. After about 60 min then the driver calls to ask where I was because he was already at the address (p-lot) given.

Fantastic service! Eric was great and showed me the pizza to make sure I was happy with it before I left. It was hot and fresh. Delicious! Will return!

Worst pizza ever!! Gal was on phone so she didn't give me peppers napkin not even a receipt. I didn't know a crust could get that thin, and it's been a long time, but a large now comes in a med box. Dry warm. So when they ask what I want on my pizza, is cheese now considered a topping? Because I didn't see cheese. I'm being forced to star rate this. wish I could go -star

every single time i try to order online though the pizza hut hawaii website it always tells me that they have closed already.. just tried again today and they have 4 hours before closing and it still tells me they are closed and to place my order within their operating business hours... get your stuff together pizza hut.. you are going to lose plenty money with this faulty site you are running
