**Terrible Experience - 1 Star**
My recent visit to this Pizza Hut was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. I stood at the front for a whopping 10 minutes, with not a single staff member in sight to assist me. It was as if I had entered an empty ghost town rather than a bustling restaurant.
Frustration mounting, I contemplated ringing up my own order, considering it seemed like the only feasible way to actually get some attention. At this point, I questioned whether I should have saved myself the ordeal and walked out, leaving my own pizza to cook in my own oven at home.
The lack of care and utter disregard for customer needs was astounding. It was as if my presence went unnoticed, and the staff seemed uninterested in assisting or acknowledging me in any way. Dreadful is an understatement when describing the customer service experience I endured. I can only hope that the pizza itself manages to salvage this otherwise abysmal encounter.
