1/24/26 11:30 PM - We had to call because their online portal said that the "store couldn't be reached." When we called, the order came out to almost $10 more than what we had online. When the extremely rude man on the phone asked if the higher charge was okay, I said "no," and before I had a chance to explain further (what deals we had, etc.), the man said "okay," and hung up on us immediately.
One of the least pleasant interactions I've ever had with a service industry "professional." Baffling lack of professionalism or helpfulness. We were unable to complete our order as a result, and I'll be finding a different venue next time.
