Pizza Hut

Absolutely terrible experience. I was hung on while placing my order twice. They undercooked my pizza and made it taste very doughy. My chicken was stringy after asking them to cook in oven twice to make sure it was well done. No one wants to taste undercooked chicken. They gave me a different price for the exact same meal. When I asked about the price change he cancelled my order and hung up on me . Customer service sucks here and I am very disappointed about the food and the service!!! I would give this place 0 stars if I could

This is the Best Pizza Hut in my opinion. I will travel out of my way just to go to this location. The staff is super friendly, helpful and willing to answer questions about anything on the menu. I also love the veggie options if that's your thing. Food is always hot and fresh when you go to pick it up. I met one of the managers last week she was very friendly and just awesome.

App said carry out will be ready in 15 minutes. Ordered it to find out it’s going to be 45 min. Waited the 45 then got into the carry out drive through where I was trapped for 40 minutes! By the time I got my pizza it was nasty. Horrible experience. Won’t be back.

The cashier which was an older lady was very nice. Whoever the young lady was working there today on 12-17-23 @ 4:36pm needs to learn some customer service. She could probably learn a lot from the older cashier who was very pleasant. This young lady yelled towards me three times asking my name for my order when the cashier lady told her the ticket number several times. I don't understand why she kept looking and yelling at me and then she grabbed my pizza out of the holder and tossed it aggressively across the counter. She took my order over the phone too and was rushing me with my order but when I got there, they were not even busy. Please replace her. 🙏🏽 (I was just in a heated argument so she is very, VERY lucky I held my composure) Other than that, the pizza (meat lovers) was ok. Could've cooked it a lil longer. I air fried it for 5 min.

The lady that took my order was very nice. Delivery Guy was a Nice Guy. Haven't had Pizza Hut in like 10 yes because my wife doesn't like it. So she's out shopping. So I ordered "The Edge" Carnivore. Thin Crust. For not being a Pizza Hut Deep Dish, It was really good. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Don’t use door dash as delivery. It said it was delivered 15 minutes before it was. My food smelled like weed. And my sauce was spilled all over the place. Very disappointing. Won’t order from this restaurant again.

Here we are 2 years later and pozza hut still playing games. Why do i have to only have two slices of pepperoni on each slice of pizza. This is ridiculous. Had i have known, I would not have ordered this. Ordered a special. 2 med pizzas, bread and 2L pop. Not impressed. I won't go to this pizza hut again. I'm a lover of pizza hut, but I discovered that all pizza huts are not created equal. It tasted nothing like the place that I love more than any other pizza restaurant. So disappointed!

I walked in placed my order. Before I could play my credits on Ms PacMan my food was done. As well as being done right! Thank you.

Call before pickin up an order. I'm pretty sure they are short staffed with only one person running back and forth from front to back. Lady is super sweet.

doesn't respect workers. witnessed them scream at female working because she couldnt move fast enough with a broke arm and haven't seen the same girl since makes me believe they fired her unfairly out of convenience. food is horrible and takes too long to be done on time. If done on time food is not cooked correctly mostly uncooked.

Love the new Pizza Hut. They moved to a newer location a block away and the place looks amazing. We ordered our usual and the customer service was great as well. I wish they would of kept the dining room area like the old one. Other than that food is amazing.

This pizza hut is complete trash. They messed up my barbecue chicken pizza & blamed it on me because I ordered through the website. They put marinara sauce on it instead of bbq sauce, what's the point of a bbq chicken pizza with no bbq sauce?! He proceeded to tell me he would make me a new pizza for $10 after I just spent $40 there! The guy I talked to was very rude & doesn't seem to know anything about customer service. Will NOT be back & would give them zero stars if I could.
