Came here during bridge the gap night (filipino night) and tried all the pop up menu! The sisig pizza and kare kare pizza were bomb, but our fave was the sisig loaded fried!!!! Clean plate overall! We then tried the desserts they have like the pandan cookie, and the calamansi cake with black sesame! Sooo sooo good, it would've went well with coffee or matcha but we were so full we couldn't try any of the cafe bevvies. We also loved the vendors! Got a napkin holder from casa makulay and there was a vendor there for that pop up night that had miniature food magnets! Thank you for hosting Pizza Kaiju! It's a great way to support local artist and the community. Keep it up!

Asian inspired pizza? Enough said! My wife found this place on Yelp and I definitely wanted to try it out, since I could eat pizza every day. This place is located in Bario Logan, next to the 5 freeway, close to a Mexican supermarket, and next to a barber shop. They just moved here from another location, so it still looks like some parts of the restaurant are still being renovated. They have beer, pizza by the slice, and pizza made to order. Their pizza comes in deep dish style or hand tossed. They take your order at the counter and then give you a number to take to your table. The decor is that of a chill living room and bar with a few sofas and small tables. The staff were very friendly. We asked for some garlic ranch sauce and that was a game changer! I highly recommend this. They have a lot of unique flavors as well as traditional ones. I love the pepperoni pan slice. It was crispy, savory, cheesy, and chewy. The sisig and mentaiko were excellent as well. Tons of flavor in each slice. At about $27 for a whole pizza, I'd definitely recommend this place, especially if you want something different from all the other pizza places in San Diego.

Hosted a going away function at Kaiju Pizza and it was unforgettable. Rob and Mike were so welcoming and wonderful. This place is a vibe you just have to experience. The retro decor made my heart smile, and the pizza was honestly the best I’ve ever had. Thank you so much for the amazing memories! *No filters used on photos,*

Pizza Kaiju brings the flavor! I finally visited this spot for a friends' birthday party. I tried several different pizzas and they were all delicous! My favorite hands down was the Bulgogi Supreme pizza(whole pie pictured). WOW. The beef belly along with the veggies was a symphony to experience. I almost ate the whole thing, if it were not for my curiosity for the donuts. I ordered the cheescake donuts and it delivered as well. It was pillowy and had cheese cake filling on the inside. The perfect donut. The customer service at this place is AMAZING as well. I can't wait to come back and eat some more gret pizza. If you are anywhere near Logan or downtown please try this spot. Eat up!!!

Pizza was great. Old school pepperoni, crunchy crust..... music was a mixture of 70's funk, 80's hip hop & R&B.. throughly enjoyed the music and atmosphere. 1st time here BUT WONT BE OUR LAST.... can't wait to come back already...

What a great spot to spend with friends, family or a casual date. You can even bring homies to drink beer and watch live sports with! This place is huge enough for a business meeting/lunch. The guy at the counter recommended their Banh Mi pizza and boy did it deliver! I’ve never seen a Banh Mi version of a pizza before and it tasted just like a legit Vietnamese Banh Mi. To top it all off, I bought a chicken karaage (with rice) and it was delicious!🤤

Sharing a space with a donut shop, fantastic Asian-influenced pizza shop with expansive beer selection. Pizza dough was all of the best soft, chewy, and crispy. Wings were fantastic. Hella hella cheese fries hit the spot

I love this place!! One of the food stalls in the Market on 8th food hall in National City. I love the play on different asian fusion pizza flavors and honestly haven't seen them go wrong with any of their flavors! They have both thin slice and "square" style thicker cut pizzas. I even tried the "sweet" pizza, Ube Cheese and it was phenomenal! My personal favorites out of the ones I've tried are the sisig & japanese bbq slices. They also have pastas that look delicious in which I will definitely come back to try.

We stopped by to see what has opened in the marketplace. I've been here before, but the vendor I went to is no longer there. But I did want to try Kaiju because that same time I was here, there was a line. I ordered two slices of pepperoni which is always my go to. The thin crust was nice and crispy! It does have a different texture than other pizzas I've had. Good pepperoni! The staff is friendly and I would definitely stop by if in the area! This is a great spot to come to! Love the outdoor seating! Cako Approves!

Good pizza here with NY-style slice and pies with friendly service! I've ordered slices several times before and they are quick and efficient. They do warm up your slices for you and prices are around $5 per slice. They are located in Market on 8th, a great food hall and they have the available slices to choose from on a display counter that you can see through the front window. Recently, I stopped by during lunch and got the double pepperoni and sisig slices. Both were delicious and I enjoyed both and with the standout being the sisig slice with a great combination of pork belly, calamansi, serrano peppers, and green onion. The crust had great texture and on both slices, they weren't burnt or overcooked.

2.5/5 First impression-- I know everything is expensive nowadays, but four slices of pizza for $23 is way too much, when you can almost get a whole pizza for that price at most places. If the pizza was really good, that would be one thing. But the pizzas here were mediocre. Even after heated up, the pizzas were served just slightly warmer than room temperature. While I appreciated the little dollops of potato, it was not very flavorful even though the gravy pushed it toward the salty side. The sisig pizza was better. I liked the peppers and pork on it and it was a unique option. I prefer pizzas with sauce on it, but neither of these pizzas had any. They were both very dry, hard pizzas. I normally like the crust on pizzas, but the crust on this pizza was so tough, chewy, and hard that my jaws hurt. The originality of the flavors don't make up for the lack of explosive flavor and tough, chewy crust. There are probably better options at Market on 8th.

This place is tucked away at Market on 8th in National City, and houses unique takes on pizza. The slices are huge, and it's fun to stop in and pick up several slices, making your own crazy pizza creation. We purchased traditional pepperoni, aporkalypse, mashed potatoe, and a slice of spinach and mushroom. If you love pizza, I'm sure you'll love Pizza Kaiju!

Breading is similar to a pan Del Sal then a regular pizza crust. Pricey, but delicious. Street parking, not worth the hassle. Happy to have tried it once.

There are a lot of great qualities to this pizza. Ingredients, cook, options, but unfortunately the crust falls short in flavor. Nonetheless, a delicious pizza, I would eat here again.

I wanted to love this place as it was my first time trying it and all the pizza options sounded amazing. I had the Sison pizza by the slice. They reheat it in the oven and add like peppers. The pizza was bland, even the pork. It was saucy or creamy. Too bland abs dry for my taste.

Delicious decent pies in NC area. I tried by the slice and they warm it up for you. Comes with a calamansi garlic dipping sauce. The slice is really big. Great for a quick lunch

Pizza was thin and crust was crispy. Plenty of ready made pies either sold by the slice or you can order a while pie inside. We tried the pepperoni, sisig, and mushroom spinach. My favorite of the three was the mushroom spinach. The pepperoni tasted pretty average, maybe a step up from Costco pepperoni because of the thin crust but that's what it tasted like. The sisig NEEDED that butter sauce they gave us. It was kind of bland, I wished the jalapeños/peppers were more pickled or spicy or something to balance the flavors. I would come back and try other flavors. The aporkalypse looked good and I'd be down to try the potato pizza because it looks different.

This was one of the shops I really wanted to try here at Market on 8th, but my hunger pangs this visit were answered by several of the other shops here. Why? The posted hours say they open at 11am. What that really means is they OPEN at that time to begin making pizzas. So anyone hovering (and drooling) around the shop, like me, must wait for pies to be assembled and baked. This in-person wait is compounded by the fact that any online orders, conveniently made in the Yelp app via GrubHub, have priority which I do understand. Keep in mind this is a very small pizza shop, with what appears to be a single oven.... By the time there were any slices available for purchase it was almost 1pm on a Sunday and I had already filled my belly with other readily-available bites from other shops in this foodie market. The sisig pizza is the one I'm most interested in. The aporkalyspe also is a head turner (peep my pics). But with over an hour wait for a whole sisig pie, I had to fall back. Since I had other plans that afternoon I wasn't able to snag any slices to-go but I was happy to see a steady flow of customers which should ensure this pizza boutique keeps going strong until my next visit. I'll be sure to order ahead online to save myself some waiting hassle. Best you do the same. Better yet, order a pie ahead of your visit, then swing by to sample the different foods available in this market. Your pizza should be ready during your feeding frenzy. That's going to be plan of attack my next visit. Peace and pizza!

Customer service was cool I ordered the sisig pizza cause I enjoy that and how can that not be fire. Well it wasn't fire it was alright the pork was dry the cheese was light and the sauce I couldn't really taste. The Serrano's they threw on at the end helped. And the real MVP was the miso ranch game changer wish it had a thicker consistency but it was bomb. Try this place out of your ever atound just wasn't really my cup of tea.

Pizza Kaiju is located at an indoor public market in Downtown National City. They have a couple of interesting and unique pizzas available, along with classics like pepperoni! And there is an open seating space in the public market. I got the sisig pizza and it did not disappoint! You can actually taste the calamansi and the toppings are generous, but just enough. I also really liked their pizza dough and crust -- it's light yet thin. I would probably visit again to try the other flavors!

Haven't had the pizza here before but recently they just added ube cheese bread to their menu and as a big time lover of ube, trying this was a must. I loved the cheesiness of it and the balance of sweetness of the ube with the mozzarella and honey drizzled on top.

Super tasty! Had my eye on a slice when visiting the Market on 8th food hall. It was super lively this weekend, even in the late afternoon. Loved seeing the community. The shop is small but the slices are impossible to miss when passing by. The dim lighting is cool. The cashier was nice. Friendly and hard working. I originally had my eye on a slice of their famous sigsig. However, I opted for a slice of their white pie per the cashier's recommendation. My arteries and cholesterol level thanked me. It featured sesame seeds and freshly grated cheese. A super nice touch. The garlic and onions added great flavor. One slice ran $5.50 pre tax and tip. Would be keen to try more of their pies!

I love this local market, I was so excited to see that they had a pizza spot. I love the different flavors, definitely not your traditional pizza flavors, which I like! Service was ok, they could be a little more friendlier, they don't even greet you with a smile. This market place is a baby version of the Point Loma one, it's pretty cool in there. They have live music for entertainment throughout the week. It's fun to come in and just enjoy company. Great spot, plenty of seating. Pizza spot, Ok for what it is. Didn't wow me. But good enough to try, will try other flavors my next visit. Affordable.

By far one of my favorite pizza spots of all time. All their pizza flavors are amazing and fun to try, and I highly recommend trying the spicy sausage! I always seek this location out when visiting SD and it's located in a food hall with plenty of seating.

Got a drink at Novo and decided to pair it up with a slice of pizza. The pizza here is great, you can see through the window what slices are available and the portion is perfect. I like your typical pepperoni slice but I got it without the cheese shavings on top. The staff is friendly and the service was great . The ambiance is a good court so you have many options but this one you need to check out!

Pizza is good if it's fresh, albeit overpriced but I'm sure rent is high. Miso ranch is their signature dipping sauce but they ran out supposedly on slow Thursday evening. Customer service is nonexistent.

Located in the Market on 8th food hall, this place has a casual and cozy ambiance. I went here a while ago and remembered this place having one of the more interesting pizzas I have had. I think I got some sort of meat lovers pizza and a pepperoni pizza. Overall, the pizzas tasted really good but what intrigued me the most was the crust. The pizza crust is probably the most airy for a thin crust pizza I have ever had. This made them probably the lightest pizzas I have had in SD, but in a good way. If you're looking for something not too heavy yet satisfying, this is your spot.

I was in the area and decided to stop by and try something that caught my eye last time I was at this food hall; their sisig pizza with calamansi cream. It was honestly delicious and great take on pizza. The flavors worked really well and the sauce was crazy good! The only downside was that it was a bit hard to chew towards the end (I love crust) but I think that's also because I ordered a ready slice. I'll definitely try getting a whole fresh pizza in the future to get the full fresh experience.

I've been seeing alot about this sisig pizza so I finally went to fry it for myself. The crust and texture was good but flavor wise, I wish it was more strong . The sauce it came with didn't really help. I was hoping for more of that tangy strong taste when you're eating sisig. It was $5.50 a slice. Small little shop. They had a few other unique variety that sounds good but that's for another day.

If you're on a diet, stay away! The slices are thin but the toppings are quite indulgent, not to mention the delicious black garlic ranch sauce on the side. I preordered a few slices online before driving over so I wouldn't have to wait. I tried the pepperoni and Buffalo chicken, preferring the pepperoni of the two. You just can't beat those tiny cups of pepperoni filled with grease, you know? I think $5 a slice is reasonable. I felt satiated after one slice but I think many people would need/want two. Next time I want to try the sisig pizza and one of the cookies! There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating here. Parking can be a little tough around this market but never impossible.

Umm, hell to the yes to this pizza place! I am a simple pepperoni pizza type of gal and damn this establishment is fire! I love me a thin crust pizza with good ingredients! My friend wanted the baked potato and I wanted pepperoni, so we did a half and half. I asked the kind sir at the register for extra pepperoni and he said.. "I gotchu".. and DAMN the son of a bishhh came through! So much pepperoni and it was even under the cheese! My hero! Haha Definitely recommend this place for any of pizza lover!

Pizza Kaiju is the last of the vendors to open for business at the new Market on 8th food hall in National City. They offered 16" round pies or 9" x 13" square pies. A whole pie can cost anywhere from $21 to $27. Individual slices were priced between $4.50 and $5.50. Two token salads were also available on the menu. Of the nine different pizza types (one was vegan), a few of them had a very unique combination of ingredients (e.g. Wonton Don, The Aporkalypse, Sisig, Loaded Baked Potato). I didn't want an entire pie so I settled for a piece of Sisig and a piece of Spicy Sausage. The Sisig was made up of roasted pork belly, calamansi cream, garlic, red onion, pickled serrano peppers, and mozzarella. The Spicy Sausage had Italian sausage, stracciatella, calabrian peppers, hot honey, mozzarella, and tomato sauce. At $5.50 each, it was very pricey for an average size piece of thin slice pizza. The cream along with the fat content in the Sisig made it an unctuous calorie bomb. I rated that choice with four stars. The spiciness factor was not high in the Spicy Sausage. Despite the ingredients, it didn't have much pizazz so three stars was my mark which was also my overall rating for Pizza Kaiju.

My coworker raves about Pizza Kaiju and I couldn't wait for this location to open here at MOE (Market on 8th). Realized they opened as soon as I walked inside the public market and this is where I beelined to. Snagged me up 4 slices-- each slice different to appease my taste buds. The spicy Italian sausage (my slice at least( had more sauce than cheese...but, I think it's more about the mozzarella slice than shreds of cheese for this pie. LOVED that Loaded Baked potato. Had no idea what to expect because this was my first loaded potato pizza slice ever. All I can say is- eat it fresh from the oven. Enjoy the buttery spuds... and the thin sliced dough just makes everything worth it. The Sisig was fantastic. The Sisig chunks were fatter and melt in your mouth when you bite into them!

Awesome new pizza addition at the Market on 8th - still fits the overall Asian-style vibe of the market. Just think pizza but with heavy Asian inspired toppings/flacons. Pork belly, Wonton, and Sisig pizza?? These are what caught my eye the quickest! You can order a full pie or just slices like your standard pizza joint. My favorite was the sisig pizza hands down. They nailed the flavor of sisig perfectly from the minced pork to the onions, they even had some chili peppers for the signature mild kick. If I closed my eyes it's like I was eating sisig itself. I was also surprised that the wonton pizza was a thicker square cut piece instead of the traditional triangular slice. The sweet and sour glaze over this cream cheese filled pizza pastry was delicious. Cherry on top was the wonton crunchies. There are a few other flavors that also in this unique square cut! This was my first time at the market in general. Pizza Kaiju is what made me finally check it out lol. But I'll absolutely be back to try more pizza and other spots!

Have passed by this Pizza joint inside the Market on 8th about a handful of times as a "we'll come back" and then end up getting a craving at another establishment. Unfortunately, they had a huge rush and wiped them clean, without time to make additional pizzas (was about a 15-20 minute wait). In any event the staff was super friendly and accommodating, as well ended up with the wonton pizza, pork belly and the other piece slipped my mind. The pork belly was a bit on the spicy side with all the jalapenos but the wonton pizza was definitely a favorite. Will definitely be back with the different selection that they offer. You can also order a whole pizza as the menu is much different than your average pizza parlor. Come get a slice for lunch or dinner - you will not be disappointed.

Pizza Kaiju had a lot of hype on IG so we definitely had to try it. We ordered the double pepperoni slice and a wonton slice. Wonton?? I mean, if the place has something weird and unique, you gotta at least try it once. The double pepperoni pizza was sooo good. I loved it! But I didn't quite understand how this was double pepperoni, I was expecting even more pepperoni but perhaps this was truly double. If I only had the pepperoni slice, this would have been 5 stars. The wonton pizza. Wonton strips, cream cheese, sweet chili sauce, onions, etc. Think of a cream cheese wonton basically and that's kinda what it was. It was weird to eat on a pizza and I wouldn't order this again. It wasn't bad but it's just not something that goes great as a pizza. Definitely come for the pepperoni!

Went to Pizza Kaiju pretty late and expected a long-ish wait, but our food was ready in just under 5 minutes. Not usually a fan of square pizza, but got two pieces of the double pepperoni and loved it. It would be cool if there more types of pizza to choose from, but other than that this place is great. Would totally come again!

The aporkalypse is my favorite! I wish it was a little crispier but that is just my preference. The pepperoni pizza is great too! And my son said the cheese pizza is the best (lol)

When I first saw that there was such a thing as sisig pizza, I dropped my phone and fainted face first onto my desk. My all time favorite Filipino food and my all time favorite anything food were combined to make the best duo I could imagine. Thankfully, I worked super close to Pizza Kaiju so I went right when they opened their doors and had two slices and a Mexican coke...always get a Mexican coke! Anywho, the sisig slices were flavorful especially with the sauce but needed just a bit more umph. If you compared it to cars, it was more like a Corvette when I was expecting a Bugatti. Nevertheless, I'd order that shit again cuz I liked it a lot.

Pizza Kaiju is pretty amazing, I highly recommend it. I tried their Wonton Pizza, it has cream cheese, Thai sweet chili, tomato sauce and wonton chips on the top. I love it very much. It is probably one of the best pizzas in my memory. It is very unique, different but delicious! Their square shapes remind me of Detroit pizza. Their crust bottom is crunchy too. It is a great one.

Carbs on carbs! Can't go wrong with their flavors! I loved the Loaded Potato pizza and would go back for that again. I love potatoes so having it on pizza was a great idea! The Sisig pizza was good too but it tasted even better once I drizzled it with lime. I need that citrus in my sisig and was expecting more of the traditional sisig taste. Pepperoni is a classic pizza flavor but their Double Pepperoni was just as delicious. So if you're not feeling adventurous, you can always go for that one! Will definitely need to try their other flavors!

Damn. If I could describe this pizza establishment in one word it would be simply that. You can always get pizza anywhere really. But if you're someone who is willing to try various flavors and types of toppings on a pizza slice under $10, then you need to head over to Market on 8th in National City to go get that pizza slice that will make you just go, "Damn." I found this place with my boyfriend last December because we heard that a new food hall had opened up down the street. The venue of the food hall is actually filled with other awesome to eat places, but for someone who can eat anything and everything, you take a look at the menu at Pizza Kaiju and you just have to try. The two flavors that definitely stopped me in my tracks were Aporkalypse and Sisig. Being a Filipina girl, I crave 2 things that can be described from the following words: Juicy. Meaty. And staring at that menu I found them right there. We ordered the slices of pizza and took a couple laps around the establishment until our buzzer told us they were ready. You are given a very delectable sauce to dip your slices in, and it just adds on to the taste. It was so freaking good and the size of the slice makes you feel like you're eating an entire personal pan pizza. I have yet to go and order a full pizza from Pizza Kaiju, but one of these days I might as well. Because damn.

We got a regular pepperoni and a meat with the HotHoney it was bomb AF the ranch threw me off being like a light brown instead of white but it was good for sure. The guy behind the counter was pretty chill. And you can't go wrong with the seating in market on 8th great spot

Another wonderful addition to National City! This too is inside the Public Market on 8th. They are located in between Moe's and the mango spot. You can't miss it, there is a window full of pizza! They have all kinds of great concoctions that you don't see everywhere. I went with the 4 cheese because it had such beautiful dollops of ricotta, and who doesn't love some ricotta. It came with a side of this delicious specialty ranch that was so flavorful you didn't need much (unless of course you wanted to drink it out of the cup :)) My friend ordered the Spicy Sausage slice, which she said was also very good. I feel like the prices are pretty fair. The slices are good size and I was good with just one- in fact I didn't finish a whole slice. Try them out!

Pros: My bf ABSOLUTELY LOVED the Sisig Pizza. They didn't have any slices available, so he ordered a whole pizza and had leftovers for days. (He used to live in the Philippines.) We both separately, stopped back in to compliment and thank them. The guy near the register (not who took our order) was SO nice and appreciative!! As was the cook, I told him that I really liked the crust, it has an unexplainable flavor. He said it's probably their ovens. Cons: Parking. Ugh. We drove around and around and ... we didn't want to give up, because my bf wanted that pizza! I wasn't a fan of the sauce on the Double Pepperoni, but that's just me. Guy who took our order was not helpful at all. Probably tired and didn't want to be there. Told us it would be 'awhile' for a whole pizza. Awhile is relative. We were more than willing to wait and glad that we did!

I went to the Market on 8th with full intent to visit Pizza Kaiju today, but I still took my full orbit around the Market to see what was happening and just in case I got the feel for some other cuisine. Didn't happen as I stuck my original plan, and was glad I did. Asked my usual questions when I came in. The pizzas seemed to be other than the usual for what I've had in the past and I soon learned I was correct. Alex was a terrific employee who knew the product well and took good care of me even after making a mistake on my original order. Pizza Kaiju has an Asian twist and has some creative offerings among its thicker pan-styled squared and thin crust round pizzas. One of the square pizzas looked odd to me and I discovered it was the wonton pizza. It appeared to be loaded with marinara and cheese. There is no meat in it, so I told Alex I needed balance, so I ordered a meat lovers slice too! I was glad that one of the items on the meat lovers was pork belly as I have never tried it on my meals in the past in spite of its popularity. Well, when my order was ready it was handed to me and I was impressed with the size of both slices. They didn't scrimp, so I head over to one of the seating areas and took some photos of my pizzas. I was impressed with the appearance of the wonton square, as it was stacked pretty well with toppings you don't see in the window. But as I was getting ready, Alex found me beginning to eat and brought another pizza to me because they accidentally gave me the baked potato pizza instead of the meat lovers I ordered. Well then I knew I had dinner covered this evening too! To make my assessment of Pizza Kaiju pizza offerings: I was glad in the end I got to eat three different menu items. They were all winners and made Pizza Kaiju and new go-place for pizza for me. On the wonton, the marinara is clearly the star of the show. Best marinara on a pizza I've had in years! It's not hard to see why this particular pizza is so popular. When I got started with the baked potato pizza, I never realized it wasn't what I had ordered. I will say make sure you put the sauces that come with the baked potato and meat lovers on these two. They are delicious even as stand alone, however, they are still greatly enhanced with the sauces. After eating, I took my pizza box, went over to see my new friends at MNGO and picked up my now fave smoothie - the mango/coconut crème smoothie!! Yes! It was a supremely happy day! I was truly impressed with the creative approach that the team at Pizza Kaiju took to present something different to customers. Could that be a risk? Maybe. But it helps give them uniqueness to attract people to visit their shop over others because they are the only ones who make pizzas this way (Lefty's in North Park is a good example of this too). The shop is small, but there are tables right outside the shop or in other areas where people can eat their meals. I appreciated the courtesy of the staff at Pizza Kaiju. It's definitely a shop I'll be visiting again! Recommend: HIGH

PK is located inside the Market on 8th, a food hall in National City. Its clean Japanese-style exterior setup makes them stand out & is the perfect background for your foodie photo ops! A display window lets you see what pizzas they have available & you can window shop their merch which includes graphic tees & SnapBack hats. This time around we opted for the Baked Potato & Double Pepperoni slices && PK delivered the as usual. I rarely see potato used on pizza & they absolutely perfected it! Every slice comes with their special house sauce for your dipping pleasure. Parking can get tough during peak hours due to parking spaces being limited (mostly street parking). But if you find yourself around National City the guys at Pizza Kaiju will definitely hook it up with some amazing pizza and vibes.

Came for their unique sisig pizza which I've never heard of before! Price point is a little more than average for a slice of pizza but the slice is big and toppings are scattered everywhere. The Sisig Pizza and Spicy Sausage were both $5.50. I liked both with the garlic sauce! It was my first time trying sisig so I can't judge off much except the pork didn't have much flavor to it as I was told sisig is usually tangy. I like how unique their pizzas are while keeping the classic flavors. The shop's style and aesthetic was simple and the design looks very sleek which made me want to try this place once you enter the Market!

This place and their pizza selection is always making me drool. So far the quality of the pizza is amazing and I love their unique selection!

I had no idea that this was inside of a public market which I like a lot more than Liberty Station market (better feng shui and food options here). Came with friends and we got to try so many pizzas, like half the menu. Pro tip: - Square pizzas are actually deep dish pizza. Wished we had known/the menu stated this because it was a lot more food than we were expecting and we felt that certain flavors would've been better on a thin crust cause of ratio - If you plan on eating whole pizzas here with friends, the wait is like 40min-1hr so maybe call ahead or enjoy other food in this market As for the pizza itself, it tasted good, I like the creativity and fusion concept. But personally, it's not my go to if I'm craving a pizza. Like when I crave pizza, I crave that distinct pizza taste of marinara sauce, cheese, and oregano yaknow? For me, the pizzas here are pretty oily and heavy which there's nothing wrong with that. I will say that the Sisig pizza intrigued me the most but it was kinda underwhelming? Like, it tasted more like plain pork belly than sisig and there wasn't much sisig compared to cheese and dough.

Definitely dig this place. Did a Uber Eats order. The sisig pizza was very creative with the pork belly, calamansi, and even the jalapeños. I'm usually not a jalapeños guy but it gave the slice a distinct flavor. The four cheese although is a common slice was still prepared well and tasted good. All in all I am ready for another slice of that sisig pizza.

First time visiting this food hall and knew that I had to order from Pizza Kaiju to try the Sisig Pizza. Went ahead and ordered that but felt like indulging in a second slice that I would let the cashier decide for me. My daughter played it safe with the double pepperoni and she enjoyed it. I enjoyed my Sisig pizza slice but the recommended Wonton Don surprised the heck out of me. The flavors weren't 'normal'...which is probably why I loved it so much!!! I'll never forget that slice and you better believe I will be back for it again!!!

Had the opportunity to get a bite of Pizza Kaiju back when had a mobile stand at clubs/events. Super happy to get to try the sisig pizza while at Sunday Brunch and was really happy with the flavor. I think for the price it is reasonable for what you get

I came here to eat at the national city food hall called market on 8th. I stopped at this pizza place. If your vegan there is a vegan pizza. It was alright. I also got the pork belly pizza and the four cheese pizza. Pizza was interesting. The pork belly pizza was interesting and had lots of flavor. Definitely had a kick with the little chilis and green onions. Kind of had a citrus flavor. The triple cheese pizza was good and cheesy. Crush was like medium not too thick and not thin. Wanted to try some of the other flavor but I don't eat cream cheese but it looked very interesting.
