I know this is going to sound absolutely crazy, but I drove 9 hours to eat here. As someone who is GF I thought I had found the best GF pizza (one of the things I miss the most) here when I visited the state before. So I made the trip for it after thinking about it for many many months. Unfortunately it was overcooked and the cheese was chewy and some other parts very crispy. Very sad day for sure.

WOW!! We are from the south so I was hesitant to order. I'm glad I did. Customer service was absolutely amazing. They kept us updated on our order. The pizza was delicious and exceeded all expectations (we even have a picky eater and they LOVED it). Def generous with the toppings! The pizza was hot and fresh. This is REAL pizza. The driver brought us plates and napkins (never in my life has this happened lol). This pizza is SOOOO good. We ordered a classic cheese and then an XL "Minnesota Twins". Just wow!! I'm not even done eating and had to stop to right this. Y'all are serving pizza the right way!! Well done!

I was stranded in Minneapolis and had to stay at a hotel. One of the waitresses suggested I order from Pizza Luce - "It's quality Food" she said and she was absolutely correct. I ordered the Spinach sandwich and Bruschetta take out/delivery. It was all delicious and they delivered quickly and with a smile, quality paper pates, plastic cutlery and my soda! Great Job, recommend!

Food is always great! I love that they have so many options on the menu to accommodate GF DF and vegan. They also have a separate menu for other allergies and have always been accommodating. The vegan cheeses are so good! A real treat for those that can’t find pizzas easily with no gluten dairy or egg

This is a very nice restaurant to go w friends or family. Absolutely love the atmosphere, such great open concept. My absolute favorite part was the awesome screen window that allows you to have the breeze, but bug free! That’s right no flies, bees, etc, just nice open breeze. We started off w vegan style bruschetta and it was delicious! Tried the Mock Tai cocktail- next time I’ll try without the grapefruit juice. The food was a bit different but so good. I wasn’t sure a baked potato pizza would be good but omg I was wrong! If you like broccoli, cheese and bacon you’ll absolutely love this pizza! My fiancé got the elote pizza and it looked and smelled delicious and he said it was one of the best pizzas he’s had. I would have tried it but it had jalapeño and spicy sauce on it. The other parties had a vegan type pizza, Italian sausage pizza and some Mac n cheese w bacon and Gouda cheese w tomato. All in all we all came home full but not feeling heavy because the best part is their crust is gluten free!! There’s also desserts that are to die for! So many different types of options for vegan, and gluten free.

Came here to catch up with a family friend and was not expecting to be blown away by the food. As a vegan, I was slightly concerned about the vegan options but was overjoyed to see most of the menu items could be made vegetarian and vegan. I shared a large fire breathing dragon pizza which was amazing, probably the best vegan pizza I've had. The vibe of this place is also eclectic and the service is great!

If Google let you give half ranks, this gets a 4.5. The food is exactly what you'd expect, quality ingredients and great prep. You won't be disappointed, but you also won't ever day dream about it. The vibe however is great. It's a local watering hole, with the patrons getting to know the staff in a way rarely seem. Great for solo drinks and a slice after work!

I stopped in to their lovely patio on a summer afternoon for happy hour. $5 tap beers on Tuesday and $2 off appetizers. I was seated promptly at a nice table outdoors as requested. The service was nice and attentive, and the $5 happy hour beers came out quickly. I ordered a summer seasonal offering called the sopressata flatbread. It was absolutely incredible bursting with flavor and nicely crispy. I hope to come back soon!

Service wasn't very friendly on this trip. Maybe he was too busy but there weren't that many customers. The pizza was good, as it always is. It came out very fast too. The Taco Supreme pizza is seasonal and tasty. And the spaghetti is one of my husband's favorites. We tried the S'Mores Cheesecake - pass on this one. It didn't have the promised marshmallow flavor and was dull. PLEASE bring back the Korean Flank Steak pizza. that one is king.

Came here for a birthday party on a Thursday night at 5pm. We had a reservation for a large group (I think around 15 adults & 2 kids). We were sat in the side room and had it all to ourselves which was super nice! We had the BEST waitress named Ruby! Can't speak highly enough of her. She was attentive, friendly, and was extremely quick with bringing things out to us. She made our experience a 10/10! We started with wings, bruschetta, cheese bread, and salad as appetizers. We had pitchers of water, lemonade, and Diet Coke. We could order other beverages also, I got a glass of wine for $5 since it was still happy hour and it was a great size pour! (See pic) We had sausage, pepperoni, and some type of taco pizza come out for the group to share. They came out super hot which I appreciate so much when it comes to restaurant food! The pizza itself was good, my only complaint is it's very light on sauce, it's mostly just cheese and toppings so it can be kind of dry. Is it the best pizza in the Twin Cities? No. But it's not bad. I would come back for the good vibes, nice staff, and happy hour deals.

It's so hard to find people to go to Pizza Lucé with as many of my friends and fam aren't fans of the pizza here (any location). I eat plain cheese which I do have my personal list of go-to fave spots but I do enjoy Pizza Lucé from time to time. I crave the artichoke dip from here a lot which is the main thing that brings me back. It's so flavorful compared to other restaurants dip and they give you a good portion with warm bread. So good. Also get that!! We adventured outside of regular cheese pizza and got the elote pizza (subbed the bacon for vegan bacon). The pizza was overall just okay. Better than just plain cheese pizza? Yes. The best pizza I've ever had? No. I felt like with all the toppings and sauce the pizza was still a bit lackluster flavor wise. It wasn't horrible but probably wouldn't order it again. Our waiter was very busy but she was nice and attentive enough but service was overall a bit slow. They were a bit busy as it was a Saturday night. After we asked for the check we waited for about 15 min before just leaving cash to cover the bill & tip on the table as we were passing to exit we seen all lot of the staff in the back chatting/hanging out.

This is such a fun restaurant to go to with a group large or small. I meet a group of friends here every couple of months, and we always have a great time. The service is always wonderful. It's truly one of the most welcoming and friendly places around. In addition to a standard menu that is filled with options for everyone (truly truly--vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, meaty as heck... super customizable!), there are creative seasonal options. This visit, there was a Thanksgiving option and a butternut squash pizza. Fall pizza? Count us in. I recommend Pizza Luce for a fun night out with friends or a group of people who all have different dietary preferences. You won't be disappointed. I had the Hulapeno with veggie pepperoni, and it was amazing. I meant so save some for lunch the next day, but that didn't happen. The hot honey? So good!

The patio (and pizza obviously, haha) is the spotlight at this location. Parking can be limited at times due to its popularity. What I appreciate about Luce is how they've generally kept prices reasonable despite the turbulence of recent years. They might be one of the few/last places to NOT impose a surcharge for credit cards, which is greatly appreciated. They also haven't imposed a wellness or employee fee that many other restaurants have. I also enjoy seeing their menu change consistently so each visit usually results in a new surprise pizza offering. Given how expensive dining out has become, it's really nice to have a dependable place like Luce where you can still enjoy good food and good service without sacrificing budget.

This is more of a 3.5 star review but leaning towards 4 for great delivery and customer service. The food was bizarrely nothing like the Pizza Lucé in uptown. Pizza was bland and almost flavorless, the artichoke dip was just peppery and spicy and the marinara for bread was super tangy. Everything was off in expectation but I'll say that could be preference and different location. The food arrived accurately, hot, and driver was super kind. Presentation was great and packaging really pretty.

Love there homemade meatballs and of course there pizza Service was very good they had our table all ready before we got there so that was awesome

If you like a pizza with no sauce then this is for you. We got the sausage, onion, garlic pizza. It had good flavor but I'm just not a fan. Artichoke dip was bland but bread was very good. I ordered garlic butter under "sauces" cause I like to dip my pizza in it sometimes, and it literally was whipped butter. Now, my husband didn't mind this pizza but wouldn't get again.

Great vegan options on the menu! Custom pizza with vegan cheese and pepperoni, absolutely loved it! The vegan cheese bread was also amazing. Plentiful of parking at this location. We were seated with zero wait time for a Saturday night. Our server was kind and helpful. It was cozy and felt lively.

So glad I am trying pizza Lucé again. Had a mediocre meal a couple weeks ago, but the Richfield location redeemed their reputation! Quiet night here but speedy service and very friendly wait staff. I ordered the artichoke dip to start and that was fresh, hot and delicious. Loved the chunks of park baked into the top. I went for a non-traditional pizza for my main. It was the Elote pizza. I toned down the heat factor and ordered it without the fresh jalapeños. This pizza is so amazing. It came out right out of the oven and the flavors of the tajin sweet corn, the bacon, airy crust and the cilantro cream on top all make for a delish meal! Def recommend!!

YUM! I ordered through the website and picked up at the restaurant with curbside delivery. I had the Gouda Mac & cheese and dessert of cookies & cream cheesecake. The Mac & cheese was a huge portion - especially for the money. Tons of bacon on the top! The cookies & cream cheesecake was really rich and the slice was big - perfect for sharing. Loved the curbside pickup right in front of the front doors. Otherwise, the parking lot was packed at 7pm on a random Thursday night.

Came here for a grilled chicken caesar salad and a few cocktails. The salad sucked. The lettuce was wilted, the chicken was like tyson chicken and I had asked for light dressing yet it was drowning in it. Maybe this is just not a salad spot. I had a few grey goose club soda lemon limes and one of them came to me as a vodka tonic and I did have to send it back.. tonic is not the same as club soda. My friend got a pizza and it looked pretty good! Just not a good place for a salad apparently. Wait staff was friendly and accommodating, no issues there! Would go back for a pizza and if the salad wasn't so bad!

Pizza Luce is an old favorite and stand-by. Meeting friends for dinner on Friday night, we found the place was busy! A really great bar, and atmosphere, the food is reliably good -- great for out of town guests or a casual business lunch. I especially appreciate the vegan and vegetarian options and the super friendly staff. If you go, the main dining room is more fun (to me) than the off-to-the-side room that is behind the host desk. The patio is not lush, but it's far enough from the street to be peaceful. The Greek Salad was fresh and cold and crispy, and my friends jerk salmon bowl was generous!

Visiting for a few days, my friend took me here. He said the pizza is good so why not. We had the pizza with all the meats (The Bear). It came in sizzling and packed with flavor! Too bad the only photo I took of it went as Instagram story :/.

I ordered delivery as I was staying close to the airport. The website was easy to navigate and complete my order. The system was outstanding for estimated and actual delivery time. The pizza flavor and temperature were excellent. The delivery person was very friendly and thanked me twice for tipping him for delivery. Great experience at every interaction

If you're gluten free you need to try Pizza Luce for your next brunch! Not only do they have gluten free breakfast pizza's but they have gluten free waffles! All of their waffles are gluten free so you don't have to worry about them being cross contaminated in a waffle iron. The down side is the waffle doesn't come with any sides so I added on hashbrowns and eggs. Our server was great and refilled our drinks as needed. This location has a large parking lot so you don't have to worry about finding a spot.

I have visited this place a few times. I have ordered take out, dined outside and dined inside. Every time I have been here the food and service meet my expectations. The environment is nice and clean and the food is delicious. I have tried everything from pizza to appetizers and even their cold pasta salad. I love how the patio is dog friendly. I highly suggest pizza luce.

Ordered Pizza Lucé while we were staying in a nearby hotel. We ordered the Hulapeno and the Lucé and enjoyed both. The dipping sauce for the Hulapeno was my favorite. It arrived quicker than expected. Would order again!

I am giving a big shout out to Shawn our bartender and Sam our server !! We are new residence of the Edina / Richfield area . We sold our home of 38 years to move into simpler living because my husband has terminal cancer . I stopped into Luce last week to check it out . Shawn was at the bar , made me feel welcome ! Today I met a friend there to try brunch ! Was instantly glad to see Shawn and he even remembered my name !! He sent Sam to our table and he was so welcoming !! Great food ! Great staff ! Great vibe ! This may become our new spot to meet !! Thank you !!!

I love the mocktails and gluten free appetizers. The GF brownie sundae is amazing. The patio is huge

Talk about creative copy for food and keeping things seasonal, love this! The manager is amazing, he donates pizza to the local schools because his mom was a teacher. I always get some version of pizza and a salad and I'm never disappointed. Stop in!

P Beyond Belief I was there with a friend on the patio and witnessed an assistant Manager give a card to a patron, I could tell it bothered him because when the waitress came back to the table, he was bothered by the card and it seemed to affect the mood of this person, because I noticed he was asking three different people what was going on, and finally he ate and left. I asked if everything was OK with that person, but they did not even know, they said it may have been about a comment or overheard chatter in the restaurant. So apparently they like to intimidate patrons. Seems to me they are letting politics of their political beliefs and staff intimidate their patrons.

Pizza Luce doesn't miss! Ordered curbside pizza, pasta and salads. All were ready by the time I arrived and all were delicious. It was my first time trying the flaming dragon pizza. I was worried it would be too spicy, but it was a nice sweet chili flavor. The Maximus pizza is everything you could want in a "garbage"/"supreme" pizza. I don't think I've ordered a pizza I didn't like. Since we ordered curbside we didn't go into the restaurant, but we were able to get a curbside spot no problem. Dining in will have to be added to the "to do" list.

I love that Pizza Luce has expanded to have so many locations that are all unique. In high school we always had to make the trip from the suburbs into Minneapolis for a slice in the tiny pizzeria. Or a trip to Duluth for pizza and live music. It is still my favorite pizza joint but I don't have to travel as far, or go anywhere at all with their delivery. Not only do they have awesome pizza but brunch, pasta, and even hoagies. Not to mention the numerous vegetarian and even vegan options. I'm not a vegetarian but two of my favorite menu item are vegetarian - The Rustler Pizza and the Mock Muffuletta hoagie.

When you get here ask for Tess, she is the best!!! We ordered whole lot of things but my watermelon salad was the most delicious . We chose for patio seating as I had my dog with me, which is nice !

Stopped in for trivia and had a great time. Ordered garlic cheese bread and a mocktail. We also shared a dessert. It wasn't too busy so I was sat right away. Once it filled up service was a little slow but that's expected. Trivia was fun and food was good!

Come right in and sit right down was my experience when visiting Pizza Lucé. Though I did have trouble finding a parking space. I think I went out and in a couple of time before actually finding a space. But I made. My server was super pleasant. I found myself bobbing to tuned overhead. I started with the classic pizza wok high is absolutely amazing dipped with ranch dressing (don't knock it until you try it). My drink of choice was the spicy pineapple margarita. It was little spicier than I would have liked but maybe it would be yum to you. I ended my evening with a Cesar salad I just felt I needed more greens lol. This family friendly atmosphere is my new go to.

This was my first time visiting this location and I enjoyed it. Customer Service: We sat around the bar and the bartender was friendly and pleasant. Food: I had whatever the slice special was for the night... and that night it was salami or something for the meat slice. From what I gather, they have meat slices and veggie slices, and the meat slice changes from day to day. Ambiance: It wasn't packed, but it was a random weekday and there aren't many places open after I get off work, which is 10/1030pm. There were people picking up orders, deliveries going out and what appeared to be regulars hanging out at the bar. I always enjoy the food at any of their locations, this one has now been added to my roster. My only disappointment was: they did not sell White Claws. #wompwomp

We had a lovely afternoon at Pizza Luce! The smoked salmon everything bagel pizza was delicious! I hear the Little Ralphy was good (I'm a spice wimp so I opted out). Excellent service, attentive but not hovering. Louder atmosphere with trivia happening but it was still enjoyable. Large parking lot attached, though it's a popular place so parking can be hard to come by. Excited to come back again for a Saturday trivia and pizza afternoon!

I had a great time here recently. I don't know how to describe this place. It's modern but not super trendy, family friendly and busy without being obnoxiously loud. Our server/bartender was Mick. He was what I think customer service should be knowledgeable and engaging but also gave us space to enjoy our meal. He even was able to give an estimated time frame when we told him we were famished. I think that's really cool. Especially for doing two jobs at once. We ordered a medium pizza and cheese bread which was perfect for two to split. Delicious as always. I have heard really good things about their pizzas that are a little different but I've never been brave enough to try. I love their classics so much. My family has been ordering pizza here almost weekly since they opened. Don't miss out.

My favorite place ever. I love light sauce on my pizza (hate when it's heavy like dominos or Pizza Hut) and they put a lot of toppings in it. My favorite place ever, will always get the HUALAPEÑO and their delivery is also fast

Delicious delivery pizza. Had two 12" pizzas that was the perfect amount for my wife and three young kids. Cheese bread wasn't the best but would order again. Would not be able to get better delivery from a local place. Definitely recommend.

This was our first time at this location. Friendly staff! Both sandwich and pizza were cooked a little longer than they should have been, but otherwise delicious!

We got a postcard in the mail for a free meatballs or mostaccioli with specialty pizza order. Service was great. It was nice that the host told us that there's a 45 minutes wait on food. They also gave us a tip of ordering slices for the kids so that it comes out dinner for the kiddos. Food was good. I especially liked the Peking wings with the peanut sauce. It was sweet and spicy at the same time. The boss pizza was a little too salty with the pepperoni, pickled veggies and salami for my liking but it was still very tasty. The mostaccioli was good but we couldn't finish it and saved it for leftovers. Overall, a pleasant experience exec with the busyness. Our server was very friendly and the kids enjoyed her service.

Solid pizza spot. Its not NY or east coast style pizza however its well made and the meatball appetizer was great. Would def come back.

Great food. The experience of buying it sucks. Two orders for pickup. Two orders missing the pizza. That is batting .000 in correctness. It is one of the few places I can eat food from, but I absolutely dread having to deal with getting it. The manager says "I can't control everyone's actions." That is literally your job.

Ordered the Elote pizza. Whoever decided to put that on a pizza needs a raise! That was delicious! Sat outside on the patio with a group of friends after a walk at the park nearby. Service was fast, and server was great!

Ordered pizza by the slice. Manager came up and was super rude and annoyed that we sat down at the restaurant. He said that we need to get a table if we want to eat in the restaurant. (If the case for next time- there will not be a next time I visit.)

We arrived pretty late to get some food after getting home from the airport, which is not that far away. I think around 10 PM? They were crowded, and Walle seating us. Let us know that it might take a little bit to get our food. However, that wasn't the case! Our waiter was attentive and checked on us a few times, and I feel like we got our food pretty quickly. They have a great menu with lots of options, and it was late night happy hour so the appetizers, except for the wings were discounted. The margaritas were also only $5! We decided against an appetizer and too small pizzas. They are a little pricey at like $16-$19 for a small pizza, but so delicious. We got the loaded baked potato pizza, and I feel like mashed potatoes on pizza is something I need to eat more often. I loved all the toppings like bacon and broccoli. The second pizza we got was something like a spicy dragon breath or something? I can't fully remember, but you should be able to find out on the menu. I would say it actually wasn't that spicy! So, if you like spice, but are worried about if it's too much, don't fret. We ordered a side of ranch, and that is not free. I believe it's a house ranch! This chain will always be my go to pizza spot in the cities.

It was good but a little forgettable. Everything tasted kinda the same. The pizza is expensive. We will probably be back to try something else!

I have had the pleasure of trying two of their monthly special pizzas and boy were they a delight. The first was a summer special the elote pizza . This had everything you love elote for. Fresh roasted corn, crema and lots of spice . The Gobbler is available until 11/23 in my opinion you must go get one, if you love everything Thanksgiving dinner offers . This has creamy mashed potatoes , mushrooms , turkey , stuffing and cranberry sauce for dipping which I think makes the pizza . Happy thanksgiving and happy eating . I also love pizza luce for their beer selections , which switches up often . I'm always in for a sour beer .

I am staying in a hotel and not familiar with the area. Asked the front desk for a recommendation, and she recommended Pizza Luce. It was delivered to my room, and about 15 mins ahead of promised, which was much appreciated since I mentioned I had not eaten since breakfast this morning! It was the best pizza that I have had (which is a lot!)! Great experience all the way around! Thank you!

OMG. Just like Chicago pizza! Loved the sausage!! Service was great on a Saturday at 5 pm.
