Pizza Policy DC

This place used to be a catering but turned into a take out stand due to covid. There is a a cute outdoor seating area. They offer pizzas, wings, breakfast options, desserts and drinks. The pizza is great, and the owners are so delightful and kind! Highly recommend this place for a quick meal while in DC.

I can't say enough about this place. The service was great. So nice. The food was delicious. Had cheese pizza and it was so fresh and tasty and the mac and cheese which was fantastic. Even the iced tea was delicious.

It's too early for pizza, but the egg and cheese English muffin is good. They also have horchata so I'll be back to try that.

I usually pickup a pizza here as a treat after a long week. Everything from the toppings to the crust is high quality. The combinations mix seamlessly. Today I picked up the ham sandwich and the cheesesteak sandwich. Again, the ingredients were of peak quality! Even the lettuce stood out to me. The pickled veg has just the right amount of snap and pickle flavor. The pop tarts are also near and dear to my heart. Thank you Pizza Policy!!

Fantastic!!!! I got the Whip, very very good and the crust is perfect. The pizza was larger than I had expected, great value for the area.

The crust is 💯. Pizza takes about 25 min, would recommend ordering online or calling ahead.

Great food with a city vibe. We've visited a few times, enjoying the outside seating on a nice day the first time while taking food to go the other times. Reasonable prices and great portion sizes I love the breakfast sandwiches and all the boardwalk fries (they have multiple flavors). The salads are also a great value and includes a healthy portion of the salad toppings (for instance the Greek salad had plenty of the olives, cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes and feta on the romaine bed). Of course the pizza is also amazing but I love how much they have expanded the menu!

Pretty meh. We ordered several things and nothing was bad, but definitely run of the mill pizza place quality and nothing special. The Caesar salad was described as something kind of artisan, but was not and very much seemed like out of a bag. The mac and cheese also wasn't great and both were not as described. The fries looked burnt but also undercooked at the same time, I love Boardwalk fries but these were not that. The pizza was decent, not spectacular. I did a custom simple pizza so I would possibly try some of their specialty pizzas, but it just wasn't anything great. They try to present themselves as something like artisan or food truck style or great local place, but it's plenty of the same stuff you can get from most any pizzeria.
