Pizza Port Bressi Ranch

Never a disappointment with Pizza Port, this location is no different. Great Grog Tasty Grub! Came through after Sea World before heading back to LA, and I wasn’t disappointed at all.

Pros: delicious pizza, really good beer, decent pricing, kid friendly and good vibes. Cons: gets REALLY busy (at least on a Friday) and food took a little while to come out (made sense for how busy it was). Not a lot of seating inside for a busy night, luckily weather was nice and outside seating is not an issue, plenty of that. I ordered the Roma pizza in a small and it was enough pizza to fill me up. I also ordered a beer and it was delicious. Lots of options for beer on tap. Saw families and groups in there ordering large pizzas and they were pretty good in size and looked really delicious. Food took a little while but I expected that but one person with me ordered last and received his pizza first. Same size just different type. I recommend especially if you want to hang out and have a few beers.

I LOVE the beer like crust of pizza port pizza and enjoyed my Laguna ( artichoke, olive,onion and mushroom ) Cesar salad and fountain drink. Tables for large groups but on a lazy week day was happy the place was slow.

Pizza Port never disappoints! The pizza is always fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. Whether you’re grabbing a quick slice or sharing a whole pie with friends, it’s consistently great. The outdoor seating area is a nice bonus—perfect spot to enjoy the food and the vibe. Highly recommend if you’re craving good pizza and a laid-back atmosphere.

Classic Pizza Port vibes in the suburbs. Large outdoor seating area but when you walk in you know you’re in the right place. Extensive draft options like all their locations and even some impressive guest taps. Large kitchen with all the traditional options. Plenty of arcade games for the kids. Never thought I’d make it to this location but it’s as awesome as all of their others. Can’t beat PP!

Great pizza. Decent wings... but they took almost 40 minutes. Hardly any orders came out while waiting so I know the kitchen wasn't busy. That's the only thing that hurt the review. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

Slightly chewy crust, not-too-sweet sauce. Fresh toppings. Great beer selection- on tap and to go. Nice patio w heaters. Indoors feels like an old school pizza place. Our favorite pizza in the area.

We were there with a group on a Tuesday afternoon for happy hour. The beer list is short, but well chosen. The sandwich list is short too, but everyone enjoyed their selection. Each sandwich is enough for 2 meals, for us people of moderate appetite. Order at the counter and they run it to the tables on their patio. Nothing fancy, just good beer and sandwiches.

Great Pizza! Great vibes!! This place is casual dining. Great for large groups and families. They have seating inside outside on the patio on the top balcony as well. The piece is really really good! I'm from Oceanside and I'm a regular regular killer pizza from Mars. I love to come to the airport to have a Lahaina pizza . It's truly one of the best, but I also hear the cheeseburger specialty pizza is really good. Staff was very friendly, quick and efficient. Bathrooms were clean. Music is popping. This is the overall very good place to go anytime of the day. Every day is a great day for pizza . Come here and you'll love it.

This place is busy. Family friendly and lots of beer. We came for their Wednesday chicken wings special. I believe any day of the week this place is busy. The wings were delicious and the pizza looked good. Will come back to try their other food.

Located within an industrial park. Indoor seating on two levels, most of it communal tables. Outdoor seating in the parking lot, too. Lots of arcade games to play, if you're into that. Lots of TVs, too. They even have an aquarium built out of a beer vat (if I'm using the correct terminology). Great loud and casual place for the whole fam. Order food at the register. Order alcohol at the bar. They take your name and call it out for you to come get it when your order is ready. Fast and friendly service! I got a pitcher of beer, two medium pizzas, and a side of tots for around $75 including tax and tip as of April 2025. Plenty of food for 3 adults, a toddler, and a baby. And everything was tasty! Kinda mad at myself that I forgot to take pics of the food - only got a pic of my beer. My bad.

They deserve negative stars. Our order was missing food, and even after we asked them about it, they never fixed it or brought out the rest. The lettuce from the salad was brown and disgusting. We stood in line to get a beer for about 10 minutes, but the bartender never even looked at the people waiting in line because she was too busy chatting. She didn't even notice that people gave up and left the line. The staff does not care at all. The floor is super dirty, the trash cans are full, and most of the games are broken. Do not waste your money on this overpriced pizza that is not even that great.

Can't EVER go wrong with beers, pizza, and wings on a Saturday afternoon! And some greens, so the calories don't count... right?!! LOL I love an IPA, and Pizza Port offers many tasty varieties. I had a Mongo for good measure, and then a hazy, but don't recall which one. We started with a Port Salad; LOVE the mushrooms on it. ‍ A dozen baked wings; half BBQ, half buffalo. Those carrots and celery were BIG and FRESH! We got the Monterey pizza, with onions, mushrooms, artichoke hearts and pepperoni. It was packed with kids after their weekend sportsball games, but we don't mind. We received each item separately, but it allowed us to pace ourselves and enjoy our beers. So dang cute in there, and I especially love the fish in the fermentation tank!

We have been coming here for many years and I enjoy both the beer and the pizza. This was our first trip without the kids, so we totally over-ordered on the pizza (a med pizza plus an order of "buddies" was just too much food for two of us). We ordered a simple pizza with sausage and mushrooms on half. The mushrooms were large and there were a lot of them. If you don't like large slices of fresh mushrooms, it is probably best to leave them off. I had a nice lager with a low ABV -- the first time I had anything here that was not dark and knock-you-on-your-butt from an alcohol content -- and it hit the spot after a long day of relaxing at the beach. They do a great job with the dark beers, even if they're a lot less popular than the IPAs. I suggest giving them a shot at least once.

The pizza combo was great. We ordered a 12 piece wings and they were delicious too. I liked that the ranch was in a dispenser and you got as much as you needed for your salad or veggie sticks. I'm from Texas so I eat pizza with ranch as well. I definitely enjoyed this place and the ambience. Will definitely come back

The family was starved after a day of flight travel. Pizza was the only thing that was going to fix that after travel flight feeling. Pizza port to the rescue! The family thoroughly enjoyed our pizzas. Vegan, meat, and plain Jane were all hits! Appreciated the plates, peppers, and such with the takeout pizzas. Good robust tomato sauce. Highly recommend.

Our usual spot for small celebrations at work is always a hit. We ordered Monterey (my favorite) and Meet Extreme Meat, both of which were delicious as always! Pair them with your favorite drink on tap, and nothing beats Pizza Day at work! (Well, maybe a better work/life balance, but that's a different discussion, LOL.) Service has always been great for us!

Came back a week later and got another pizza and asked if they can make sure it's done right and "voila". Awesome pizza

Garlic Bread beer buddies! Delicious season covered pizza crust. Soft & chewy, great with marinara dip. In talking with a long time employee, learned They have now vegan cheese and I see plant paste meat on the menu selection under non-meat toppings, so I will definitely go back and give a vegan build my own pizza a try. Nice friendly service good music. Great location, easy parking.

We've been to multiple pizza port locations and this one is our favorite! The pizza is always delicious, there's enough space inside and outside under the shade tents. We love that we can take our kids here and we don't have to worry about them being too loud, they have video games for the kids to play as well. The young lady with mostly black hair who helped us at the beer counter was very knowledgeable and helpful when deciding on which beverage to order. We also love that there is plenty of parking space compared to the one by the beach.

This is not the first time we've ordered cheesesticks, which the menu says comes with marinara sauce, and they came without the sauce. When you've ordered delivery you are screwed. So if you want to ensure you get what you ordered, go in person and open each box to ensure order is correct.

I swore I thought I reviewed this place. Any who, this is my favorite pizza spot. I always go here. Their pizza is awesome. Their wings are awesome. Their salads are awesome. Heck, even their generously given portions of ranch and marinara are awesome. And! I LOVE PIZZA. But this is my favorite place. Thank you!

Been going here for years. Cant beat the lunch special 2 slices and a drink or a salad a slice and a drink. The pizza here is pretty good and the monthly pizzas hit. The drinks on tap and canned ones to go are always good. Service is good and there is a fishtank from the show tanked! If your a favorite of the show.

So disappointed!! Ordered a pizza, after two years of not having it since we don't live year, got the wrong pizza. Had a heck of a time finding a number for the location and when I got through, they refused to re-deliver. They did offer for us to come pick up but we had had a couple of drinks and didn't want to drive. Awful service!!!

A great pizza joint for family and friends with a fun ambience. But it can get quite loud there! The dough is fluffy and pizzas are yummy.

This was our 1st visit to pizza port. We loved it. The prices were not that bad for the amount of food you get. Great portion sizes too. On this visit we got a large pizza with pepperoni and an order of tater tots. Both were really good. The sauce on the pizza was nice and savory. The pepperoni was good to. We really liked the tater tots they were nice and crispy, The only thing that probably needs improvement is when they call out for your name. It's on a loud speaker and with the amount of noise it's really hard to hear. Other than that we had a great experience.

This place has few redeeming qualities. The noise level is intense. The pizza is marginal at best. The soda options are abysmal. The video games are old, dirty and broken down. We lost many coins in the games. The line moves slowly and was long, so I didn't want to stand in it to get my coins back. I hope my son and his family don't want to go here again. Three visits is enough.

This location has become extremely awkward. Tonight I came in and ordered a pizza and was tasting a beer and a man came up and got right in my face where his bad breath was penetrating my personal space.. I had to verbally excuse myself and take a step back after selecting a beer. The bartender joked with me that he was my buddy. WTF?!?! I came into order a pizza and get a beer completely inappropriate . The flamboyant guy is especially creepy here.

Called a few times trying to call in an order more than an hour before they closed. Kept getting a message saying do not leave an order on voicemail, before being forwarded to voicemail. Might have been cuz the music was cranking when we got there, buuuut.... Decided to drive down and order in person. Put the order in with about 45 minutes to spare. Was told 25 minutes for the pizza. Went to order beer, then had the bartender walk away after helping the person in front of us, to go cheers a couple groups of friends and have a little drink before coming back to help us. Drank our beers, listened for our name. Nothing. Last call. I check our order. Girl says 2 minutes. We wait another 10 minutes. No name called. I go back and they say someone else took it. At this point, they've gotta turn everything back on to make us a fresh pizza that we didn't have time to eat before they booted everyone. Pizza was good, even though I had to reheat it by the time we got home. But that experience... sadly, we won't be back to that location.

Update #2: the GM contacted me to apologize and gave me a full refund. He said the kitchen managers should update the pick up times online when it is busy like that. I'm adjusting my review to account for all the other times I have been to pizza port and had a better experience but would still avoid ordering online food to go on a weekend when there are lots of teams and kid groups there just because the volume of business they do and the waits are overwhelming. Haven't been here in a a while and I ordered pizza online to take out. I was given a pick up time about 45 minutes later. I came to the restaurant which is overrun with screaming kids (whatever, that's fine), angry parents, food all over the floor and tables. My pizza wasn't ready. So I waited. 50 minutes after the time I was told for pick up and three small pies are ready and sitting there getting cold and congealed. Two of them have not even been made yet. Waste of my time and money. Update: after 15 more minutes one of the employees at least was honest enough to tell me that my last pie was not even close to being made and would take 30-45 minutes MORE. She gave me the card for the GM so I could ask for a refund. I sent him an email and will give a further update if I hear anything.

There are two Pizza Ports in Carlsbad. The first one that pops up is Carlsbad Village Drive and the second is Bressi Ranch. The difference between the two is the parking lot, it's huge and it's in what looks like a business park. Love the second floor with another bar and it worked perfectly for our Christmas party! Service was excellent!

Loved the cheese burger pizza. There's a big selection of beers that include sours and there's also seltzers and hard kombucha options. We also tried the Mac & cheese bites but the pizza of course was the high light of the food!

A little heads up would be appreciated. In the future, don't let your customers order food, mess up the order so bad that it has to be redone, then make then customer wait twice as long, and have the audacity to rush the customer out because you're closing. I've would have preferred if the staff would have communicated better. Something like.....We are only doing take out because we are about to close.... Get it?

Great place for lunch with a 2 slice pizza and 4 buck beer deal. Super wings and pizza too! Great place for kids with entertaining video games and lots of seating. Easy free parking.

Really good pizza. Good service. Nice and clean. Very cool arcade with 2 levels. The arcade games are not too much money.

Great pizza, rude service. We tried the other Carlsbad pizza and really enjoyed it therefore we thought we'd be provided great service again, but this locations not as big on customer service. Waited 10 minutes for our pizza and the lady gave my husband attitude giving him the pizza.

Ordered food by phone. They lost our order. Waited over 2 hours for pizza. Orders for customers in front of us were wrong. One pizza stuck to pan so it had to be remade.

This is our second time of ordering take out from here and we really like the food here. I am really happy they have vegan cheese and gluten free crust that actually tastes good. Everyone we have interacted at the counter with is really nice. This place is definitely popular for gatherings, with kids and families hanging out. There is arcade games inside and beers on tap. Family friendly and nice sized inside and out. We will be back.

Great variety of pizzas and appetizers. Always a great place to host a team party (will get very crowded). Fun arcade games for kids to play. They have blocked off an area outside where kids can run around free of any dangers of cars. Can sometimes be hard to find a table. Overall ambiance is good.

Pizza and wings are decent. Service is terrible. Rarely answer the phone when you call for take out and when they do, their attitude is terrible. If my kids didn't love the Mac n cheese bites, I would not give these people my money.

Great place to have work events. They have great pizza and lots of selections on beer on tap. The service was great also. The restrooms were very clean.

Great chocolate stout. Vallarta pizza was very good. Do not order the Portzel. It was not good. If you think you're getting a nice, salty pretzel you're not. It's a flavorless bread extrusion. The staff was ok.

Food (5/5 stars): We've tried Pizza Port beers before at various restaurants and bars, but this was our first time at an actual Pizza Port location! Their pizza was pretty good; it just lacked a little sauce. Thankfully they serve marinara sauce on the side, which all pizza places should be doing because I love a good cheese to sauce ratio Experience (5/5 stars): * Price: reasonable * Wait Time: not too bad on a Sunday night * Service: good and friendly * Parking: there's a parking lot * Ambiance: it has the vibes of a pizzeria and brewery! This is a fun place to hangout with young kids. There's plenty of video games, open space to watch them run around, and big long seat-yourself areas. The food comes out fairly quickly though not quick quick. Pizzas were decent but not memorable and we had a lot of them. Apps okay. Beer is accessible and lots of options. Didn't love most of the choices but serviceable. That's the take away in general for me -- serviceable, fills a need, and solid around it, but nothing great individually. You can get better pizza and beer many places -- but the vibe, space, and set-up is super appealing for kids and families.

We drove down here from Orange County to get some beer for my friend's keg-orator, but there was a bit of a mix up because we came on the wrong weekend. Everything turned out ok in the end, we just decided to stick around for some lunch and then drive back home. My boyfriend and I split one of the special pizzas which was topped with chicken, basil, mushrooms and heart of palm. Service was pretty straight forward and easy. It was a bit noisy with a bunch of kids running around, but nothing too bad. I've never had heart of palm before so I was very curious. I also got some chicken wings as well with the sauce and some ranch on the side. The chicken wings were pretty good and the pizza was very tasty and unique. We had a good lunch here despite the mix up.

I'd give this place zero stars if I could. I don't care how great the food is, the customer service here is some of the worst I have experienced. Wanted to place an order for 9 pizzas for a later date. The person I spoke dismissed me several times before I asked for the manager, Eric, who also was unbelievably rude. I am fully aware that restaurants are busy. And I wish I could say this was the first time I've called this particular location to place a large order only to be given the bums rush like my order wasn't worthy enough for them to even be polite on the phone. Ended up going to Leucadia Pizza where the service was outstanding.

What's up: The gang is going around and visiting the different breweries in the area. First on our list is Pizza Port. Parking: Parking is located all around and it was packed! We circled around a couple times before we found some free spots towards the back. A portion of the parking spots were sectioned off for outdoor dining. Environment: Outdoor dining with plenty of picnic tables set up under gazebos. Head on inside to take a look at the beer and food options. On the right, you'll see the counter to order food, and on the left, line up at the counter and you can order beer and food. The beers were served quickly, but food took a while. They'll call your name on the speaker to let you know that your order is ready. The only issue we had was that when they called our name, they were only ready with our appetizer, not our pizza. And when we went there first time to pick it up, they were confused as to why we were there. We got our pizza the second time they called us. There were tables available inside and outside; we chose to sit outside since it was such a nice day. What was ordered: - Golden Delicious (carbonated apple juice, didn't taste any alcohol, but it was refreshing) - Mac and Cheese Bites (it was ok. I think it was lacking salt since it was a bit bland) - The Roma Pizza (so tasty! This was definitely worth the wait) Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. The guys enjoyed their beers and we all enjoyed the pizza. Definitely get the pizza! It was huge and the toppings were very generous. Credit cards are accepted.

Great beers and great pizza. I always go with the bbq chicken because its so good. They have great hazy beers as well. Cool setup they got being able to see into their massive brewery, 2 stories that can accomodate many large parties, tvs for sports, and even Arcade video games

Advertised as dog friendly but they are not. Was outside on the patio with no one else around our 15 lb dog was laying down on the concrete bench behind us and the server kept harassing us to put our dog on the ground that they clearly haven't cleaned or swept. If there were people being bothered, we would have been more than happy to have our dog on the ground, but with no one around it seemed a little vindictive to continually harass us.

The bacon cheeseburger pizza was muah delicious. I asked them what is the favorite between the bacon cheeseburger pizza and the bbq chicken pizza and they said the bacon cheeseburger pizza. I see why it's the favorite, the pizza was absolutely delicious and the flavor was made to perfection. The service was very good. Customers let there's tables very messy but they cleaned it right away and left it spotless. This is a very good place for kids they have games and a really cool fish tank. Tonight they also had a table with scientists where you can ask them questions which was super fun and a cool idea. They had stickers plastered every where and very cool art. The outside looked very nice with the non fire lit but it was closed for a private event. I would definitely come back. 10/10

I must be a masochist to come here again. My daughters' lacrosse team got together after the game so of course I wanted to support them. But why, of all places for pizza? The pizza crust is doughy and soggy and the toppings have way too much cheese. (There were a number of girls in our group who noticed this) I ordered a garden salad because I knew not to order the pizza. A very boring salad that I had to cut up into pieces that I could pick up with a fork. Atmosphere- mega loud music, so loud that you can't hear your name called on the loudspeaker to pick up you food. If you are a skater dude who likes to drink beer, this place might be ok for you with.food to sop up the beer. But if you are looking for pizza, there are so many great places here in North county to choose from. Pizza port is not one of them.

I called to place an order. Here was the response, "We're really busy here, there's a lot of people here, I cannot really be picking up the phone. If you want to place an order you're going to have to come in." Yeah? Pound sand. There's literally three pizza joints within 1/2 mile of Pizza Port. I now remember why we never eat from there. I'll give it Zero stars for service.

First time visitor to this location running some errands up in North County. I typically hit OB or Solana for my PP needs, but I really like this spot and will be back. All the beer tenders were awesome, knowledgeable and witty. The food was amazing as always

Every since I started coming to this pizza port location, I have always felt welcomed and apart of the pizza port family. The beer and food is always excellent and makes me feel like always coming back and the only issue I have is when I have to go home.

I am obsessed with pizza port especially after discovering their combination of pizza and unlimited free dipping sauces of ranch and the best marinara sauce I have ever had (can we do shots with these?) Their pizza is always fresh and loaded with toppings and the crust is something I'll actually eat instead of tossing it to the side. The marinara is the perfect balance of Italian spices and chunky tomatoes and sweet with acid. We ordered our usual pizza Roma and a medium is plenty plus more for two people! Probably would need a small next time. We substituted green peppers out for pineapple and the whole pizza was covered with various delicious generous toppings. The service is fast and there is a ton of open sesting both inside and outside which I appreciate. Best of all they sell to go 6 packs of their famous pizza port brews. Love that it's all self service with utensils, boxes, condiments so you can chill and not bother anyone. Absolutely love hanging out here whenever in town, highly recommend!
