Where to find the best restaurants in Henderson | Eater Vegas

"One of pizza king Tony Gemignani’s Pizza Rock locations sits inside Green Valley Ranch with 7,000 square feet of TVs, a semi-truck, and even a dining table with a roulette wheel. There are classic Italian entrees and pastas, but the four wood-fired pizza ovens and variety of award-winning pies are what bring the crowds." - Janna Karel

I recently visited Pizza Rock in Green Valley and had an excellent experience. We tried both the Marinara pizza and a California-style pizza with ricotta and hot honey. The Marinara was simple yet packed with flavor, and the California-style pizza with the added ricotta and hot honey was a unique and delicious combination — the sweetness of the honey paired perfectly with the richness of the ricotta. Overall, the pizza was very flavorful, though a little on the greasy side, but nothing that took away from the enjoyment. The portion sizes were generous, perfect for sharing, or if you're feeling extra hungry, you’ll definitely have some leftovers to take home. The prices were also very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food you get, which made the experience even better. The service was excellent, too — our server was friendly and attentive despite us getting there closer to 9:30. It was a very enjoyable meal, and I would highly recommend checking out Pizza Rock if you're in the area!

Google
Menu is a lot to take in, but once the staff explained the 6+ different pizza crust options we were set. Enjoyed meatballs and garlic bread for starters and shared a Detroit style, Motorhead pizza. Definitely enough for 2-4 people...we left with four squares to enjoy later.

Google
This place was bomb! The kids meals were really large & delicious and the pizza my hubs and I got was the best! We got the Deville and in my whole life, I cannot think of a pizza that compared to it! The flavor was amazing, we can’t wait to go back!

Google
The New Yorker pizza! Loved it, the crust was perfect, ordered with a side of ranch and an individual garden salad to get some greens. The salad was big enough to share amongst 3 people! Highly recommend for pizza option when in the area!

Google
✅ Rating: 9.4 / 10 🍽️ Food: We had the Detroit style pizza, fries, and garlic bread. All amazing choices. The pizza bread was very fluffy and crunchy at the same time. The moment you take a bite, the flavors completely melt. It was a very delicious pizza and appetizers. Will definitely try their pasta next time. 👨‍🍳 Service: The service was average. Nothing great and spectacular. Our server was polite and friendly. It just took a longer time to get our drinks than it did to get our actual food. 🏠 Location: The location is inside the Green Valley Ranch Casino. They have a semi truck prop inside and it fits the theme very well. I like the vibe this place has. ⭐️ Final Verdict: I highly recommend this place if you’re craving a delicious bite. It is a little on the pricier side but it’s worth it. You will not be disappointed.

Google
This was my first time trying this place. I'm a huge pizza 🍕 lover so I try as many spots as possible. The waitress was friendly, quick, and efficient. We ordered a vegetarian pizza with vegan pepperoni. When the pizza came out there was vegan chorizo so we thought it was the regular meat version. After the confusion, we ended up eating the pizza. I forgot to take a picture of it. The pizza was a 7/10 the first day. The leftovers tasted better the second day. We also had garlic bread and zucchini fries. They both had great flavor 10/10. The only bad part is that some of the restaurant sits close to the casino so you could smell the cigarette smoke 🤢.

Google
This review is for take out. We ordered the thin crust Italian sausage and ricotta pizza, as well as the Detroit style pizza. The thin crust was good—I really liked the sauce! However, they were a bit heavy-handed with the ricotta; the large dollops were overwhelming after a while. The Detroit style was probably my favorite of the two. The flavors were spot-on, and I especially enjoyed the crispy cheese crust. Next time, I’ll dine in and try some of their other pies. Looking forward to it!

Google
I had the Napolitana Margherita with pepperoni & mushroom. Perfect! (I wish I took a pic before I devoured it.) Good draft beer selection, TV's to watch the game, and great service! This is now my go-to for pizza in the valley.

Yelp
Our server Krissy was on it and very helpful with questions about the menu. Food and service was great. Def gonna come back. Dig the decor.

Yelp
Service was outstanding! Krissy went over and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Every meal we had was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. I really suggest the Picante Pizza and fried green beans Hands down, some of the most delicious pizza I've eaten lately!

Yelp
Service was amazing! Our server Krissy was knowledgeable and gave good recommendations. Will definitely be coming back! Best pizza in vegas

Yelp
Came for Father's Day. I've been to Italy and I really believe Pizza Rocks margherita pizza is as close to what I had while in Naples. I always get pepperoni and sausage added. 10/10 again yesterday. The server forgot to ring in my kids pizza, she apologized and the manager Jesse comped it off and also took off our appetizer, that's great customer service. See you soon

Yelp
My favorite pizza's in Las Vegas area. Evel Pie for NY style Red Dwarf for Detroit style. Came here around noon thirty on a Wednesday. Ordered: Detroit style Cheese New York(the award winner) Chicago Tavern style. Detroit style Really thick bread on this one New York Sausage,Sauce & Ricotta was all really sweet. Crust was tough & floppy. Cheddar Cheese flavor clashed. Tavern Style Tough crust again, (maybe dough was overworked?) Again with the overly sweet ricotta. Also had fried Calamari app- it was good Family size Caesar salad + side anchovies. It was also good. Something else not adding up My bill was presented and signed for $109 - my bank account was billed for 117.60- I gave a cash tip

Yelp
Love me some pizza...and beer. As often as I been to LV, never been here, so luckily our server, Krissy, had some awesome recs! As a chronic over-orderer, she also helped reel it in since we were on vacay and rarely eat leftovas. Started with the zucc fries. Veggies, so felt "healthy...and fry anything to make it better. But that spicy sauce...kicked it up a notch. YUM. Good with the fries, good with the pizza, good on a spoon... New Yorker...as someone whose fave vacay destination is NY, I will try anything New York-ish. Nice thin crust...toppings go pretty far out to the crust. And what is my fave part is that the toppings are pretty evenly distributed. We'll be back...bring Krissy some omiyage since she's a Hawaii transplant!

Yelp
Fabulous pizza. Every time I go here - I remind myself how much I like their pizza and choices. Beer list is great too!!! Really all in all slam dunk choice, and likely one of the best pizza places in Las Vegas! Service is always great and friendly but do plan on making reservations. This location is located inside the casino so pretty ambiance open to the casino floor! Food wise - I had fried as appetizer while waiting for Detroit style pizza which was delicious. Thick dough with chunky red sauce ...6 slices will feed easily 2 maybe 3 people! Price was - it is on the expensive side....

Yelp
Great service, great pizza and great salad too. The food came out fast and we were seated right away. Can't wait to come back and get the meatballs.

Yelp
If you're looking for the BEST pizza...it's right here at Pizza Rock! Perfectly cooked and very large portions lol We had so much left overs, which we enjoyed at home! The cocktails are not bad either! We ordered the hot honey wings, and fried green beans for appetizers and it was delicious! Our server was great! Fast service, considering how busy it was. And the vibe was casual and fun! Highly recommend!!

Yelp
Their pizza is always good. I tried different items this time. New Yorker was so delicious!! Also, the dressing in the apple salad was perfect matched with the whole salad. I love it. Bartenders were friendly and checked us often. Good service. I watched Ice hockey play off there. They turned on the TV sounds. It is a good place to watch the game. I like the atmosphere.

Yelp
Love coming here! Such a chill spot with variety of different pizza choices/styles. The servers were really friendly and helpful. We had the both the styles of calamari and the spicy one does have a little kick to it. Along with the verdura (veggie) pizza and a couple drinks. The espresso martini came with a lady finger in it, which was interesting.

Yelp
I dream about this pizza. The Motown. I dream about its crispiness. How light and airy the crust. How crunchy the burnt sides of cheese. I dream about the gooey cheese pillows covered in sausage balls and even crispier dimes of pepperoni. I dream about the generous scoops of sweet tangy red sauce layered on top. I dream about everything good in pizza. It changed my life. When I drive to Vegas my first stop is always at Green Valley. Plug my Tesla into the charger, then fulfill my dreams at Pizza Rock. If you haven't had the Motown, then be prepared to have your life change too.

Yelp
#1 ranked thin crust style pepperoni pizza in Las Vegas! Added mushrooms to take it up a notch today for lunch. A few dashes of Tabasco and that's one delicious pie! Sat at the bar and was given excellent iced tea refill service by the bartender.

Yelp
Pizza Rock is located in Green Valley Ranch Hotel and Casino near the Sports Book. Food The drink menu offers a lot of good beer options to choose from. One of my favorites is the Belching Beaver Peanut Butter stout. The food menu has a lot to offer, primarily pizza. It was no easy feat to make a choice. Ultimately, we went with the Hawaiian Hitman and The Butcher. The Hitman was loaded with large slices of pineapple, ham, and bacon. The Butcher was filled with all kinds of meat. We added a family style Caesar salad as well, which was also pretty good. They do charge $1.50 for ranch, which is silly with the price of food. 3.5/5 Service For a busy Saturday night, the service was pretty good. They came by for drinks multiple times and came quickly for food orders. The food came quick as well. 4/5 Ambiance Pizza Rock does have a cool vibe to the restaurant. There are TVs on the wall as well as other items that fit the theme. 4/5 Pizza Rock is a chain, so most locations are similar. Their prices are in-line with other casino restaurants, but it is pretty expensive for a pizza place otherwise. It is worth checking out.

Yelp
We recently dined at Pizza Rock, located inside the Green Valley Resort for my fiancés holiday party. They had made a reservation for the group and it ended up taking 15 minutes beyond the reservation time to be seated, which isn't a big deal as it was a Saturday night and they were busy. Once seated our waitress did her best to keep up with us and her other tables, but she was absent for big gaps of time and our drinks were inconsistently delivered. This was the same with our food, with there being a gap of about 15 minutes between the first and final entree being delivered. The server explained that they serve family style, so food comes out as it's ready, but it was pretty awkward. Quite a few people ordered the sausage and peppers and really enjoyed it. Make sure you remember to request the focaccia with it, it's really light and has a good, salty flavor. My calzone on the other hand was pretty disappointing. There was way too much cheese and it was congealed. They also did not serve nearly enough red sauce with it. Overall, the dishes were hit and miss but I've been here a few times and think it's probably best to just stick with pizza.

Yelp
Finally got the chance to try this place. Decided to come during a happy hour and it was worth it. We got seated promptly after walking to the front entrance inside of GVR Casino. The place is very open and you can people watch. Our server was super speedy and took our order, here is what we got. 1. Zucchini fries: the batter was nice and light and reminded me of the old cheesecake factory ones. Perfect crisp and they paired it with a spicy ranch. 2. Rosemary Garlic Fries: hard to mess up fries, however some of the fries were a bit like chewing oil. It was hit or miss. The rosemary was very fragrant and the garlic was missing a bit 3. Cal Italia: the famous pizza lived up to the name. I loved the combo with fig jam. I wish they had a bit more balsamic vinegar though. 4. Old Smokey: this pizza was piled high with all the right stuff. I loved the meatiness and it was an overall flavor bomb. This Happy Hour was definitely worth it. I cant wait to come again and try new things

Yelp
Always great food here and there's always good drinks here, but for some reason, the service is always suspect here. It doesn't seem to matter if we sit at the bar or at a table on one side of the restaurant or the other every time we've come here there is always been a big lag in service. After three times of this, I have nothing else to believe than it has to do with the mindset of the management and how they train their staff. The one thing that has been consistent every time either when we have received our food to go or finished a meal at the restaurant and waiting for a check it's as if we don't exist for a really long time and generally every time after 20 minutes or more, I have to flag down somebody to give me my check. I know what you're thinking. Why not just walk out at that point but that's not our style. Always keeping it classy. So our latest rendition of suspect service we sat at the bar ordered pizza to go and ordered a couple drinks while we were waiting. I even made a comment to the bartender when he asked me what size beer I said give me a 16 instead of a 20 ounce so that way I could have two before my pizza arrived. That means more money for the restaurant. Well for one he never came back around to take a second drink order for me and when the pizza finally got dropped off and after sitting around for quite a long time and him having his back to us and all I could call, it is ass grabbing with one of the female Bartenders behind the bar at the register. Finally, I had to go flag him down because my pizza had been sitting and I wanted to go home and have a hot pizza. It's a good thing. I keep a pizza bag in my car. I mean, how hard is it? Fill up a beer and give somebody a bill in a timely manner on a to go order on a day where there's not even that many customers. As I said in the beginning, this isn't the first or second, but the third time this has happened how many times am I supposed to come back and get suspect service. Does the owner think he's so good because of his pizza awards that his staff can be flipped to customers. Also, I noticed while we sat there waiting for a pizza. There were several people maybe manager, maybe staff I don't know that were behind the bar off to the side just kind of chatting around while I saw other customers waiting for help so it wasn't just me and this wasn't just a one time thing. Once again, the pizza is really good here and you should give it a try but hopefully you don't get the service that I've experienced all three times here. Now there is enough pizza, places and enough good pizza places around that I don't need to come back here and I don't need to worry about it, but you make your own decisions. I just think three times is enough chances because in baseball isn't that a strikeout?

Yelp
I didn't realize I've been to a Pizza Rock the particular location right next door to The Grand downtown Las Vegas formerly known as Lady Luck casino . Their pizza is very tasty I like their sauce it's not over bearing with tomato sauce it's real light . The crust of the pizza is very good as well thin and crispy. I also ordered their garlic bread w/ cheese made with sourdough bread . This Pizza Rock is located in the Green Valley casino in Henderson Las Vegas Support local

Yelp
Friendly service.  Very accommodating. Server was very helpful. Knew their products well and recommended a great tasting NY pizza. Good crust and great flavor. Decor was nice and restaurant was clean.   Plenty of different style pizzas to choose from and additional Italian dishes if you're not in the mood for pizza

Yelp
One of the BEST pizzas that I've had! We tried a variety ~ Detroit, New York, and something that our friend created that was YUMMMM... a red and white sauce... SOOO GOOD!! Krissy was the most attentive server! She gave us the royal treatment! We will definitely be back for the excellent service and pizza!
google avatar

Yelp
First time here. Was supposed to be 3 of us, my friend Chris could not make it so it was down to two. The Hostess sat us down at a table next to the casino which we loved, On the other side from where the big truck was, I saw one large round table for like 8 people that had a roulette table in the middle and that was so neat. The restaurant seemed fun and had a good vibe and the waitress Chelsea was a fun and friendly breath of fresh air, I had a bad headache when we got there and I was nervous, like shaking kind of nervous and did not feel well because of the day I have had and then our friend could not make it and wow, what a day but she was super nice. I ordered a Blood Orange margarita which was delicious! Iced tea for my friend. He ordered a New York Pizza and I got 2 appetizers, Deep fried Artichokes and Fried Green Tomatoes, Minus the cheese of course. and then I ordered the Vegan Pizza w/Pepperoni and Vegan cheese. The Tomatoes were to DIE FOR! The Pizza was OK--My friend is from New York and figured it would be somewhat different.... But the menu is diverse and so we know we will be going back. I would bring friends here to hang out...

Yelp
We had a team lunch here on a Friday. The place was not busy but steady. The group was 9 coworkers. The atmosphere was great. The semi and trailer were a hit. The staff was nice. Our server was a little slow on service but not bad. For all we knew he could have been covering other tables outside of our vision. Everyone loved the food. We shared several different pizzas and strombolis. Had a great time and we will be coming back.
google avatar

Eric H.

Yelp
Service was good, although they were busy so it was a little slow. That doesn't bother me though, but keep it in mind if it bothers you. It's a bar next to a casino, so the ambience isn't my favorite. It's a tad loud, but the decoration is cool. The pizzas were good. Very large, tasty, good ingredients. The spicy olive oil is a nice touch. I'd eat here again.
google avatar

Ernest S.

Yelp
"We've been to both locations, but I prefer this one because the parking is much easier. I came here for lunch with a few clients, and we had a fantastic time. We ordered a pepperoni pizza with hot honey, homemade meatballs, and a barbecue meat pizza--everything was delicious. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and overall, it was a really enjoyable experience. This spot is definitely among the best in the area for hospitality, and they truly know what they're doing. The best part? The leftovers are just as amazing the next day--so good!"
google avatar

Dan M.

Yelp
Now this is great pizza! Amazing pizza, actually! I think this dude won a bunch of National pizza competitions too. And you can order all different styles: NY, Chicago, Hawaiian, and more. In addition to that, the meatballs were superb. I also had a beer at the bar while waiting for friends and the bartender was super cool. The host and people at pizza counter were also friendly. There was a weird vibe from one staff member walking around that looked at me strangely and wasn't friendly at all and said nothing, but other than that, all good. And our waiter was excellent. Highly recommended! Best pizza in Vegas and some of best pizza I have ever had.
google avatar

Maggie Z.

Yelp
Pizza menu is unlimited and soo good! Our bartender Alex makes some mean drinks, always checks in and offers amazing suggestions, and knows how to make the experience even better

Yelp
Horrible managers. Horrible lazy servers. Paige is a P.O.S. horrible person. The mean girls club. Owners need to fix this place don't go here. Much better pizza place across the street. Oh you want to know about the food because that wasn't bad enough? Well Margherita pizza is sweet and dough is like a crepe not good at all. The deep dish they garnish with so much little shredded lettuce might as well call it a salad. Also they finish a lot of pizzas with something called the "happy ending." In case you don't know what a happy ending is it is when a masseuse finishes a man off with their hand. So the female waitress has to ask a bunch of male cooks for a happy ending which is just seasoning i hope but they think it's funny. I call it sexual harassment plus I don't want a visual of that on my pizza. The wings are ok.

Yelp
This is the 3rd time we visited Pizza Rock and took advantage of their restaurant week offer. Once again, not disappointed. The food was amazing and Chelsea, our server was even better. We look forward to coming back!

Yelp
Everything about this experience was excellent. Lasagna is probably the cheesiest lasagna that I've ever had with the best sauce. Portion sizes are extremely generous so this could totally be split between two people. I love it that they make certain types of pizza and they only make so many per day and when they are out there out. We went in at lunch and got the margarita pizza. It's probably the closest thing that I've ever had to an Italian pizza other than visiting Italy itself. The crust was light, the sauce was excellent, and they used mozzarella balls and fresh basil. The other thing that I love the most is that all of the staff was helping each other and keeping the tables bust and checking on tables and it was truly a group of her. All around an excellent experience.

Yelp
Great Pizza and Service last night!! After a fun day at the GVR pool, the kids and I decided we would checkout Pizza Rock. Thinking ahead I called from our room to make a reservation, but later found out, they only do walk-ins. We arrived and got seated straight away! (7:00pm approximately) Restaurant was buzzing! Bar top seating packed! Inside dining area packed! I did not know that there was an outside dining area too - wow! We sat down, our server Ryan was super friendly and cool! Ordered our food and was very satisfied! 1 House Salad 1 Margarita pizza 1 Spaghetti and Meatballs w/focaccia 1 Garlic Bread 1 Kids Pepperoni Pizza 1 Kids Chicken Tenders and Fries $90 + tip Love it! And would highly recommend!

Yelp
They have a very extensive pizza menu with so many different styles of pizza not just different toppings. They have some with super thin crust, Detroit, Sicilian, New York and so on. Pizza Romana - very thin crust not your normal pizza shape but long and serves more people. We ordered this for the kids and adults since we had a very large party. The Motörhead Detroit pizza was the best we had. Crust was so buttery and crisp. It's cut into 8 hefty pieces. The Mac and cheese was delicious but of course anything with bacon is!!! The New Yorker - loved the combo of meats, garlic anchovies ricotta cheese hit the spot. The service was spot on, very friendly and attentive. This location is in Green Valley Casino.

Yelp
We loved this place the first time we went so decided to go back and try other pizza. I feel like the shots/drinks menu was slightly different, not as many options. But I still loved my drink. We got the Cracker thin this time to feel a little lighter when we eat. It was okay, still prefer the deep dish for sure! But it's heavy so we didn't feel like eating crazy. The appetizers were delicious, definitely recommend! Freaky Tiki In Love with the Coco Down by the Peach Cracker thin Traditional Fried Green tomato caprese Zucchini Fries

Yelp
I loved this Pizza and I cannot wait to go back and maybe show this place off to family and friends. I do want to warn you that the menu is almost like a Cheesecake Factory menu of Pizza. There are so many options. So take your time and maybe study it before you show up. Or be open to taking recommendations from your waiter or waitress. The items I ordered are as follows: Hot honey sauce wings Caesar salad La Regina Pizza Motörhead Pizza The wings were very crispy, I will say that in the future I might try a different flavor because the Hot Honey was not as impactful as I thought. The flavors were very subtle but the ranch complemented it very well. Nevertheless, it was good and a high quality dish. You can tell that they know how to do pizza and they serve each pizza in the most optimal way to showcase that style crust. For example, the Motörhead Detroit pizza was served on a raised grate pan that allowed the crust to remain crispy on the bottom without the chance for condensation to make it soggy. A highlight of this pizza was the cheesy edges and the way it was served took care of that quality so that the consumer could enjoy it optimally. The other pizza was a different style and therefore it did not come like that. The Motörhead was recommended to us by our waitress. I knew I wanted a Detroit style pizza but didn't know which one. She said this one was by far customers favorite and she was not wrong, Though La Regina pizza said it was an award winner, my table agreed that if they had to pick, they would pick Motörhead. They enjoyed both very much but Motörhead took the prize. This location is in a casino but I know there is also one by Fremont Street. I don't think there could be a bad pizza here based off of this experience. I look forward to trying other pizzas of theirs in the future. I cannot wait to come back.

Yelp
Today it was one of those days that you want something badly. Yeap!! I wanted pizza but not any king of pizza. I wanted the New York pizza from Pizza Rock!! The best!!!! The service was great and it did took time I guess cause of Friday. The ambience was nice.

Yelp
The food here is so good, whenever i visit vegas we always come here. Service is great, they always check on us, food comes out quick too. The portions are huge and always delicious! Lots of parking and like that it's in the casino. The place is huge and only a short wait most of the time.

Yelp
We decided to give Pizza Rock another shot after the manager reached out to us to apologize for our previous experience. I'm happy to report that they knocked it out of the park. As usual the ambiance is cool and the food was amazing- we tried the Little Italy pie... delicious! The service was also a lot better. I was surprised to find out our server Matt was new, because he did a great job! We'll definitely be back.
google avatar

Yelp
So this is random and odd, yet fantastic. I have never liked Alfredo or Cesar. I like parm, so I don't know why to either. I'm starting my cleanse, so naturally I chose the meatballs as my "last meal" lol. Some random wave pops into my brain and thinks I should try the Cesar salad. So I did. Turns out they make the dressing in house. Omg I could drink this stuff! Where has this been all my life? I forgot to take a pic, but I'm sure there are plenty. And it's basic ingredients, but the dressing is that delicious. So, moral of the story.. even if you are sure you don't like something, be open to trying it again. Worst case, you'll prove yourself right. Or you may pleasantly be surprised!

Yelp
I have not eaten here in a few years. We had just finished a hockey game and was hungry. We were greeted with a friendly face. We ordered the apple Gorgonzola salad, side of meatballs and the Americano pizza. The dining area is a bit dark for my taste. The music is wonderful. Other than the pizza being a bit overpriced but was delicious and had a hearty mix with of toppings.

Yelp
Yummy! I saw this on tik tok and had to try it when I was out in Las Vegas and it didn't disappoint. Thick deep dish with marinara, pepperoni, plenty of fresh mozzarella and pineapple. Crisp on the edges. Pepperoni cusped. Everything tasted fresh. Cooked nicely. It's inside a casino but easy to find. Ordered to go because the place was busy. Ordered ahead by phone since it was a 40 min wait. We went to the Henderson location. The place was clean. The place is cool looking. Upon picking up the girl at the pick up counter was super nice and informative. The total amount was $46 but it was worth it to try it. My husband and I shared a box and we still had left over the next day. It was a Saturday night and the parking lot was packed but we were able to find parking quickly.

Yelp
This restaurant is located in the Green Valley hotel. Pizza Rock is one of the best pizza joints I've had here in Las Vegas! My husband and I ordered their calamari, buffalo wings and their Detroit style pizza, the Motörhead. Everything was delicious! The Motörhead pizza was filled with flavor! It had a whole bunch of meat and cheese and the mushroom and basil along with the ricotta cheese balanced everything out! The pizza was crunchy and chewy which I loved! Definitely recommend it! The buffalo wings were on point too! It wasn't drenched in the sauce, and I appreciated it. It was tender and crispy! I also recommend it! The calamari was okay without the sauce. It could have used a little more seasoning. However, the Queso sauce that came with it enhanced the flavor! It also came with the marinara sauce, but that was okay. Overall, this place has a variety of pizza choices. The service and ambiance was great I definitely will be back to taste other things on their menu!

Yelp
I recently went to the Pizza Rock next to Green Valley Casino for my birthday and had a great experience. It was a busy Saturday night and there was a huge party of 20+ ahead of me, but my party of 8 was able to be seated within ~25 minutes. We could either pass the time playing at the casino or walking around Green Valley, since they send text updates when your table is ready. The atmosphere was very dim and lively with MLB games playing on the big screens and the service from every member was great. In terms of the food itself, the calamari fritti tasted very fresh and had the right amount of crispiness without being overly oily. They paired very well with the Aioli, which had a slight bit of heat to it. I also ordered the mortadella pizza, since the ingredients were similar to a sandwich I liked at All'Antico Vinaio on the west side of Las Vegas. The crust has sesame seeds and tasted like popcorn, which was definitely unique, but not bad. The other ingredients tasted fresh and not too heavy, but I personally prefer them in a sandwich form instead of a pizza. In fact, the next time I visit this place again, I'd like to try The Newyorker, since almost every other table had it, but this is definitely the best pizza place I've been to in Las Vegas and I'm excited to try other styles during future visits.

Yelp
gluten free pizza was alright, they use 12" udi's crust. For the price, it wasn't worth it.

Yelp
Ordered the Italian chop salad....was not chopped! Just an Italian salad, and the soppressata was so spicy!!!!! And not mentioned spicy on the menu. The manager couldn't care less and the server was like "ya, that's how we do our "chop" salad

Yelp
Pizza Rock has a great Happy Hour! There's a lot of specials on the menu and it makes it easy to try several items. I was particularly craving their pizza because I love their thin crust - it has crisp and a lightness in the dough. We started with a simple House Salad which is some basic spring greens, a few cherry tomatoes, few slivers of onions and topped with some cheese. It comes with a nice crunch "crostini bread". Overall, it's a simple salad but with quality ingredients. The pizzas are always really good here if you like a good thin crust. The classic cheese pizza has good flavor and is really good. The sausage, pepperoni and mushroom pizza also was very good. The pepperonis are small and nice and crispy. The servers were very friendly and didn't miss a beat.

Yelp
I met some Facebook ladies here for HH on 01/30/2024. We had a big round table in the restaurant, there was suppose to be 6 of us but only 5 showed up. The table was too big for our party & very hard to hear the ladies across my way. The center piece was super cool, a roulette table piece. Our waitress was really nice & helpful, her name was Kristine. My new friend & I did some sharing. We got the meatballs that were delicious. Very tasty & the sauce was good too. You get 3 in the HH portion. We also got the cheese garlic bread which hardly had any cheese on it, the kitchen staff must of left it behind. It definitely needed more cheese on it & the end pieces hardly had any cheese on it & some parts were bare. Boo. We got the Tony 2 Times pizza to share & it was very spicy due to the sausage on it & that hardly had any cheese on it too. I wasn't a fan. I'm not sure if this is how they are with sparing their cheese on their dishes?? We decided to go with the mud pie for dessert which was good but I've had better. I did get the Down by the Peach drink which was on the HH menu & Kristine said it was very good but man it just tasted like a margarita to me, I didn't taste any peach in it. I did mention this to Kristine. Our food came out fast but it didn't' all come out together. The meatballs came out first but it was weird to have our food when the other girls didn't have their food to eat in front of them. I like that the food came out quickly but kinda rude for it not all to come at once when you have more then 2 people in your party. This needs to be fixed. Their HH menu is pricey considering its HH but it was nice to be able to share with my new friend & made our bill smaller. Unfortunately this isn't a place I'd put on my choices to go for any future HH events or with friend's.

Yelp
Pizza Rock is great. My husband and I have been here a handful of times and have always come with friends. The food is fresh and sausage is to die for. Haven't had a bad thing on the menu yet. I will say sometimes the service is lacking. Maybe the servers have too many tables to manage? I always tip 25-35% because it's really not their fault and they don't deserve to suffer for being over worked. I highly recommend their wings as well!

Yelp
It was a nice relax place to go for a quick lunch. However the salami on the pizza was pretty salty (could have done without it) was a little surprised when I got the bill and was charged for the ranch. Would have liked it if the waiter let us know that it's extra.... Still would have paid for it but it would have been nice to know before hand.
