Pizza Serrata is in the same building as Crooked Run and it is the best combo. The pizza and mozzarella sticks were delicious. The pizza is a little on the sweeter side but very complimentary to the toppings. The dough itself is great and more like focaccia bread. Our favorite drinks were the upside to everything and sticky rice. Staff was super friendly.

This is a great chain and one of the newer locations. A great place to hangout with a group of friends in the evenings. They brew their own beers and have a wide variety. I personally had the True Limes sour beer which was great. I also tried their stout called Dunk. I am a huge fan of stouts and am sad to say it was not my cup of tea. I am an unbiased person and would recommend that if you are a fan of stouts, that I’d avoid it. You can simply try it for yourself and sample it if they let you do so for free. But I’d avoid spending money on it. The giant mozzarella sticks in theory are great. But it’s something I’d recommend sharing. They way to big for someone to eat by themselves and way too much breading for my taste and no sauce to go along with it. The cheese itself was great. Just too much breading. I don’t mean to be all negative. The wings were good and the pizza was great on focaccia bread. I only tried one of several kinds offered and it was great. I was hoping to save room for one of the others, but was pretty full from what I had. The service was 5 stars, the atmosphere and setting was too. I only gave 4 stars because of all the list of things I had two of them struck out. But overall was still a great experience and I’d come back again. Likely one of the other locations just to try out some more variety. They mentioned there was a Pilsner beer specific to that location that’s not on the menu. Wish I knew about it sooner to give it a shot. But a reason to come back I guess.

Excellent new pizza joint with a focus on Pan Pizza. It is quite difficult these days to find a genuine Pan Pizza, and Serata does it to perfection. All the Pizzas we tried were excellent. Great quality and great flavors.

Great pizza! Dough is light, had a great crunch, and has the fluff of focaccia. The toppings are top notch, perfect with a cold tap brew. The white pizza is also killer, will def revisit often

I was so excited to try this place! Unfortunately, the oil used in the pizza had an odd taste. The mozzarella sticks had the same issue where the oil had the same odd taste. It felt like overused oil. It was also hollow with the cheese leaked out.
